The configuration of design technology in 21st century must require collaborative design system, in which distributed design organizations and their related enterprises can mutually cooperate by overcoming time and regional restictions, and by exactily exchanging and sharing desing data. To achieve these objectives, it is necessary that the design system can propery deal with the dynamic change between regionally distributed modules. In this paper, we will discuss developing the dynamic virtual collaborative design system based on WWW by implementing recent web technologies such as Java and VRML.

When exchanging user data between nodes in a hierarchical conference system using the endpoint mixing scheme, the hierarchical structure may cause extra delay. The algorithm[1] was proposed for minimizing the media delay between the number of the neighboring nodes. In this paper, we implement a hierarchical conference with SIP protocol based on the algorithm.

In this paper, we propose an efficient encryption algorithm, without exchanging session keys of a symmetric cryptosystem. The proposed scheme, called as the FAKE(Fast Asymmetric Key Encryption), first scrambles an entire input message and then encrypts small parts of the scrambled message using an asymmetric key encryption scheme. We use the all-or-nothing transform based on the hash function as a scrambling function, which was proposed by Shin, et al. Furthermore, the proposed scheme can additionally provide a digital signature service with only small overhead.

A mobile computing environment has many difference in character from conventional communication over wired network. These include very presents distributed design system based the mobile agent for mobile computing environment. To integrate design resource, we presented ISA(Integration Service Agent, which allows a designer to build integrated application using distributed resources, and to collaborative by exchanging service. Also we propose ICM(XML based Intelligent Connection Manger) using mobile agent. And suggested new intelligent data and process transfer architecture using ICM to implement an agent based design system in mobile environment.

Telegram is an indispensible information & telecommunication system to our daily life. VTS(Voice Telegram System) under intensive research is intended to enhance exchanging capability of information & telecommunication by adding voice media to existing telegram system. Overall configuration and necessary core technologies of the system were investigated for its development. Among those many technologies in need, the technology of compressing and recording data is most critical to the development of cheap hardware. This is so called vocoder algorithm and is the core technology of voice information system. So, here, vocoder algorithm now being studied will be introduced.

Quasi likelihood estimators defined by Wedderburn are derived for several nonlinear time series models. And also, the least squared estimator and Quasi-likelihood estimator are compared in sense of asymptotic relative efficiency at those models. Finally, we apply these estimations to a real data on exchanging rate and stock market prices.

This paper presents an enhanced web-based distributed system with Single Access Object Protocol(SOAP), which uses HTTP as a communication protocol and XML as a data presentation. The suggested system is applied into a Generic Equipment Model (GEM) for exchanging specified messages(SECS-II), which are encoded into XML presentation, between Equipment and Host via the web sorrel. In this paper, the designed system architecture and its soap components are presented.

The tactical data-link is useful to exchanging automatic information and controling command in combat environment. This is a essential factor of interoperability in the future combat situation of network centric warfare. In a aspect of a weapon system development, Modeling & Simulation can save expense. HLA RTI is a standard communication protocol in M&S. So, we suggest that Link Simulator connect tactical data-link through RTI. This simulator has the interoperability between M&S and tactical data-link, the reusability through adabing M&S framework, and the wide usability by automatic engagement function.

본 논문은 국내외의 생물다양성데이터 표준형식과 프로토콜 등을 소개하고 지리적으로 분산된 국내 생물다양성데이터를 통합 검색하여 활용 할 수 있는 방법과 국내생물다양성데이터의 검색포탈을 어떻게 구축하였는지 설명한다. 다음으로 포탈구축에 사용된 데이터 표준, 데이터교환 프로토콜, 시스템 아키텍쳐 그리고 소프트웨어 구성요소에 대해 설명하고 검색포탈이 원활히 운영되어지기 위해 생물다양성데이터 소유기관 등에서 필요한 활동과 생물다양성데이터 검색포탈 구축의 결과 및 기대효과 등에 서술한다.

출어중인 어선들의 실시간 이동위치데이터를 자동으로 수집하기 위해서는 SSB 모뎀에 의한 데이터통신이 이루어져야 하며, GPS 시각에 동기 되어 정보를 교환하는 통신프로토콜을 연구하여야 한다. 또한 어선들의 운항데이터를 자동으로 수집하기 위해서는 해상정보의 권역화 및 집중화에 대한 연구가 선행되어야 하며, SSB에 의한 음성과 문자정보를 동시에 전송할 수 있는 변복조기와 송수신 제어기 그리고 CPS에 의한 위치정보의 취득에 대하여 연구하여야 한다.
