This study examines the history of Korean aviation industry and presents the investment strategy based on the evidence and the 4th industrial revolution. Looking at the evolution of the Korean aviation industry and its technological development will be a great help to support industrial and technological innovation in the future. The modern aviation industry is divided into stages of development, focusing on maintenance of equipment introduced in advanced countries, localization through license assembly, production of products based on technology, and international joint development. The development of aeronautics technology has been progressing towards a general improvement of economic efficiency, aircraft safety efficiency through environmental-friendliness, unmanned operation, and downsizing. The Korea Aerospace Research Institute has secured key technologies through development of several aircrafts such as Experimental Aircraft Kachi, EXPO Unmanned Airship, Twin-engine Composite Aircraft, Canard Aircraft, Multi-Purpose Stratosphere unmanned-airship, Medium Aerostats, Smart UAV, Surion, EAV-2H, KC-100, and OPV. The development strategy is discussed at the level of the evidence-based investment strategy that is currently being discussed, and so the investment priorities in aircraft is high. Current drone usage and development direction are not only producing parts using 3D printer, but also autonomous flight, communication (IoT, 5G), information processing (big data, machine learning). Therefore, the aviation industry is expected to lead the fourth industrial revolution.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate factors that affect overall attitudes on accommodations sharing platform businesses and effects of overall attitudes on sustainability of accommodation sharing platform and contribution to the tourism industry with the perspectives of millennials and generation Z. Research design, data and methodology: This study conducted an online survey. This study applied factor, ANOVA, and regression analysis to test hypotheses. Results: The results found that factors including economic, trust, environment, local market facilitation, and the quality of residents' life affect overall attitudes toward accommodation sharing, while social and experience aspects do now show significance on overall attitudes. Effects of overall attitudes on sustainability of the accommodation sharing platform and contribution to the tourism industry showed significance. Conclusions: The results provide managerial and policy implications. The results implied how millennials and generation Z perceive significant factors such as local market facilitation for economic benefits and environment aspects with usage of accommodation sharing support characteristics of millennials and generation Z. How to foster social aspects to interact with millennials and generation Z and experience aspects to enhance values of the accommodation sharing that shares experiences remained future issues for better development of sharing platform businesses.

The use of EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) has expanded, providing convenience to flight crews by minimizing paper usage within aircraft and offering the latest information, operability, and convenience related to aircraft operations. EFBs provide flight-sensitive information such as aircraft performance calculations, airport diagrams, routes, and approach procedures. For these information, EFBs connect to the cyber environment through Wi-Fi or self-contained data communication, allowing access to cloud-based systems for information updates, with administrators uploading the latest information for retrieval. However, in contrast to the evolving aviation technology, there is currently no legislation or security policy in place to maintain the security of EFBs, leaving them exposed to potential cyber threats. Therefore, improvements such as revising relevant laws to address potential cyber threats targeting EFBs and establishing and implementing EFB management systems are necessary. This paper aims to present the necessity for amending laws related to EFB security in response to cyber threats and suggests methods for enhancement.

향후 디지털교과서 활용의 올바른 방향 설정과 현 디지털교과서 사용에 따른 단점과 역기능을 파악하여 보완하기 위해서는 디지털교과서를 이미 활용하고 있는 다른 나라들의 실태를 일률적인 기준에 의해 검토하고 분석하여 국내의 디지털교과서 활용 정책 개선을 위한 시사점을 도출할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 미국, 캐나다, 말레이시아, 중국의 디지털교과서 활용 정책을 비교·분석하고 우리나라의 디지털교과서 정책을 개선할 수 있는 방안을 검토하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 각 국가별 디지털교과서 추진 주체 및 전략, 사용범위, 발행제도, 활용 방식을 각각 비교·분석하고 각 국가별 디지털교과서 정책의 시사점을 분석하였다. 그리고 각 국가별 시사점을 바탕으로 우리나라 디지털교과서 정책의 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문을 통해 제시된 디지털교과서 개선 방안은 향후 디지털교과서의 발전 방안 정책을 마련하는데 의미있는 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 성인층의 인터넷 과의존에 영향을 주는 요인을 확인하기 위해 한국정보화진흥원의 2016 인터넷 과의존 실태조사의 원자료를 활용하여 의사결정나무분석을 수행하였다. 의사결정나무분석결과 총 16개의 마디를 생성하였으며, 주요 예측변수로는 스마트미디어 주중 1회 이용시간, 스마트미디어 주말 1회 이용시간, 캐시템 이용경험, 3가지 콘텐츠 중 여가의 이용비율, 부정적 성격, 3가지 콘텐츠 중 정보검색 및 활용의 이용비율, 인터넷의 순기능 인식 순으로 목표변수인 인터넷 과의존 위험군에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 가장 높은 위험군 확률을 보인 마디는 주중 1회 이용시간이 5분을 초과하면서 5-10분 미만 이하로 이용하고, 캐시템 이용경험이 있으며, 인터넷 순기능 인식이 낮은 마디였다. 분석결과를 토대로 한 정책제언은 첫째, 단시간 이용만으로도 인터넷 과의존 위험률이 높았기 때문에, 이용시간보다는 이용행태에 대한 연구롤 통해 가이드라인이 필요하다. 둘째, 캐시템 이용과 같이 게임 몰입에 영향을 주는 것은 인터넷 과의존도를 증대시키기 때문에 자율규제가 요구된다. 셋째, 3가지 콘텐츠 중에서 인터넷을 여가목적으로 이용하는 경우가 인터넷 과의존 위험률이 높기 때문에 가능한 인터넷이 주목적이 아닌 다른 여가수단의 권장이 요구된다.

현대 사회는 엄청난 양의 데이터를 만들어내는 디지털 시대에 접어들었고, 다변화되는 도시에서는 정보의 생성, 수집, 표현을 특징으로 하는 스마트 공간이 등장하고 있다. 2012년 이후 스마트기기의 확산과 초연결사회로 불리우는 소셜미디어 환경에서 공공데이터에 대한 관심이 더욱 고조되고, 보편화된 모바일 기기 사용 및 SNS 이용 확산에 따라 빅 데이터에 대한 이슈에 주목하고 있다. 초기에는 데이터의 플랫폼 구성에 연구개발이 집중되었으나 최근에는 공간지능화 서비스 구현을 위한 데이터의 분석과 활용방안에 대한 여러 분야의 아이디어가 제안되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 공공데이터의 활용성 측면에서 전문가보다는 일반인의 사용성 증대를 위한 시각화 과정에 집중하고자 기존의 공공데이터포털에서 제공하는 공개데이터 및 공공데이터 서비스 현황을 파악하여 그 활용가능성을 고찰하고자 한다. 연구의 결과로 일반 시민들에게 있어서 데이터의 분석 및 응용은 현재 종이문서의 이용을 감소시키고, 지능형 공간에서 공공정보서비스에 대한 개개인의 요구 및 행동에 맞추어 빠르고 신속한 대응할 수 있는 어플리케이션 개발에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

This study was carried out to examine the awareness and use of social media tools by library and information professionals (LIPs) in selected academic libraries in South-west, Nigeria and the challenges they face in the use of social media technologies. Descriptive survey was adopted for this study. The population of the study comprised 217 library and information professionals from 10 selected academic libraries in south-west, Nigeria. A total enumeration technique was used to cover all the library and information professionals, 136 respondents filled and returned the questionnaire, given a response rate of 62.7%. The questionnaire was used as instrument for data collection. Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the data collected. The findings show that majority of LIPs possessed a high level of awareness in the use of social media tools. The study also revealed that social network tools were highly used by LIPs in the academic libraries studied and the types of social media used by LIPs was also revealed. The major challenges faced in the use of social media include inadequate power supply, lack of Internet access and time constraints. The paper recommended that to enhance the use of social media by LIPs, there is need for constant awareness of the importance of social media tools to LIPs and libraries in effective service delivery, LIPs should be ready to learn, unlearn and be learned in the use of social media and university libraries should provide enabling environment such as internet connectivity, power supply and policy to guide LIPs in social media usage.

본 연구에서는 이용자들이 근현대사진기록 가치에 대한 인식조사와 근현대사진기록의 이용의사에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 일반이용자 95명을 대상으로 설문조사를 분석하였다. 독립변수로는 기록물의 증거적 가치, 정보적 가치, 이용적 가치, 그리고 실물적 가치를 설정하였다. 종속변수로는 근현대사진기록의 이용의사를 설정하여 독립요인들이 어떻게 사진기록 이용의사에 영향을 미치는지에 대해 다중회귀분석을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 실물적 가치와 정보적 가치가 근현대사진기록의 이용의사에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 연구결과는 추후 근현대 사진기록 아카이브를 구축하거나 관련 정책을 수립할 때 기초자료로 활용할 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 국가 경제적으로 매우 중요한 의미를 지니는 기술혁신적인 제품인 디지털 TV의 보급에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대해 정보통신수용도를 중심으로 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 1,000개의 가구 설문조사를 토대로 구축된 미시 데이터(micro data)를 이용하여 가구의 DTV 구매선택에 어떤 요인들이 영향을 미쳤는지를 실증적으로 분석하였으며, 이로부터 디지털 TV보급관련 정책에 함의를 찾고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 다른 설명변수의 조건이 일정할 때 가구 세대주의 학력이 높은 가구가, 소득이 높은 가구가, 통신 및 방송, 인터넷 등 정보통신 여러 부문에 대한 수용도가 높은 가구가 각각 DTV의 구매의향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 2010년에 아날로그 방송이 중단되며 디지털방송으로 전환이 이루어진다는 정책방향을 아는 가구가 이를 알지 못하는 가구에 비해 훨씬 구매의향이 높은 것으로 나타나, 정부의 디지털전환 정책 홍보가 디지털 TV의 보급에 매우 큰 영향을 미친다는 점을 시사하고 있다. 또한 TV를 구입한지 오래될수록 디지털 TV를 구매할 확률이 높은 것으로 나타나 TV의 대체수요에 대한 인센티브를 줄 경우 더 많은 가구들이 구매할 것임을 보여 주었다. 끝으로, 디지털위성방송 시청가구가 그렇지 않은 가구에 비해 디지털 TV구매 확률이 월등히 높은 것으로 나타나 DTV 확산을 위하여는 위성방송에 대한 정책과의 연계가 효과적이라는 점을 시사하고 있다.

공공도서관에서 제공하고 있는 디지털참고봉사의 현황과 발전을 이해하기 위하여, 전국의 공공도서관 홈페이지를 직접 접속하여 관찰하고 이용 데이터를 수집하여 분석하였으며, 2003년에 수집하였던 데이터와 비교하였다. 모두 404개의 디지털참고봉사사이트에 대하여, 접근수준, 서비스방식, 링크명칭, 서비스정책, 웹폼, FAQ 등 서비스 제공 관련 특성을 분석한 후, 15일간 수행된 질문응답 데이터를 수집하여 이용도서관, 이용수준, 응답비율, 질문유형 등 서비스 성능을 분석하였다. 서비스 현황에 대한 이해와 문제점, 그리고 4년 동안에 걸친 변화가 식별되었으며, 향후 발전을 위한 제언이 이루어졌다.
