Target tracking performance improvement using multi-sensor data fusion is a challenging work. However, biases in the measurements should be removed before various data fusion techniques are applied. In this paper, a bias removing algorithm using measurement data from multi-radar tracking systems is proposed and evaluated by computer simulation. To predict bias estimation performance in various geometric relations between the radar systems and target, a system observability index is proposed and tested via computer simulation results. It is also studied that target tracking which utilizes multi-sensor data fusion with bias-removed measurements results in better performance.

Recently, worldwide government policy is pursuing saving energy and preservation. add to this, the solar cells are getting the spotlight nonpolluting energy source, using a variety of products for solar cell. in this paper, we'll make solar tracking system for suitable of dynamic boat. we knew that general boats are using fixed solar cell, it's first time to use tracking system of solar cells for boats so it is hard to application. To solve this problem in this paper we use to a magnetic compass and GPS for suitable solar tracking system of dynamic movement and to analyze fixed and tracking solar system. frist. solar tracking device is designed two-axis control system. one-axis control system is taken a magnetic compass for making efficiency defence solar tracking sensor, two-axis control system apply GPS latitude and longitude data for SPA(Solar position algorithm) so we know the azimuth and altitude. it analyze data value of accuracy comparison from result. so the proposed algorithm confirm to have validity.
This paper proposes the H∞ norm based data association gate method to apply robustly the data association gate of passive sonar automatic target tracking which is on non-linear targets in dense cluttered environment. For target tracking, data association method selects the measurements within validated gate, which means validated measuring extent, as candidates for the data association. If the extent of the validated gate in the data association is not proper or the data association executes under dense cluttered environment, it is difficult to maintain the robustness of target tracking due to interference of clutter measurements. To resolve this problem, this paper proposes a novel gating method which applies H∞ norm based bisection algorithm combined with 3-σ gate method under Gaussian distribution assumption and tracking error covariance. The proposed method leads to alleviate the interference of clutters and to track the non-linear maneuvering target robustly. Through analytic method and simulation to utilize simulated data of horizontal and vertical bearing measurements, improvement of data association robustness is confirmed contrary to the conventional method.
This paper proposes a minimal contour tracking algorithm that reduces transmission of data for tracking mobile objects in surveillance networks in terms of detection and communication load. This algorithm perform detection for object tracking and when it transmit image data to server from camera, it minimized communication load by reducing quantity of transmission data. This algorithm use minimal tracking area based on the kinematics of the object. The modeling of object's kinematics allows for pruning out part of the tracking area that cannot be mechanically visited by the mobile object within scheduled time. In applications to detect an object in real time, when transmitting a large amount of image data it is possible to reduce the transmission load.
In this paper, we propose a method that merges and splits players in the MeanShift tracking framework. The MeanShift tracking moves the center of tracking window to the maximum probability location given the target probability distribution. This tracking method has been widely used for real-time tracking problems because of its fast processing speed. However, it hardly handles occlusions in multiple object tracking systems. Occlusions can be usually solved by applying data association methods. In this paper, we propose a method that can be applied before data association methods. The proposed method automatically merges and splits the overlapped players by adjusting the each player's tracking map. We have compared the tracking performance of the MeanSfhit tracking algorithm and the proposed method.
Numerous scholars have explored the modeling, control, and optimization of energy systems in buildings, offering new insights about technology and environments that can advance industry innovation. Eye trackers deliver objective eye-gaze data about visual and attentional processes. Due to its flexibility, accuracy, and efficiency in research, eye tracking has a control scheme that makes measuring rapid eye movement in three-dimensional space possible (e.g., virtual reality, augmented reality). Because eye movement is an effective modality for digital interaction with a virtual environment, tracking how users scan a visual field and fix on various digital objects can help designers optimize building environments and materials. Although several scholars have conducted Virtual Reality studies in three-dimensional space, scholars have not agreed on a consistent way to analyze eye tracking data. We conducted eye tracking experiments using objects in three-dimensional space to find an objective way to process quantitative visual data. By applying a 12 × 12 grid framework for eye tracking analysis, we investigated how people gazed at objects in a virtual space wearing a headmounted display. The findings provide an empirical base for a standardized protocol for analyzing eye tracking data in the context of virtual environments.

This paper presents the development of a tracking algorithm for shipborad satellite antenna systems which can enhance the tracking performance. In order to overcome some drawbacks of the conventional step tracking algorithm a new tracking algorithm is proposed. The proposed algorithm searches for the best tracking angles using gradient-based formulae and signal intensities measured according to a search pattern. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated through simulation using real data.
Bearing information of target is used critically for target tracking in underwater environment. In passive sonar, target bearing measurements are obtained by processing the acoustic signal emanating from the target. PDA tracking algorithm is usually applied in this case since bearing measurements have several peaks due to interference with other acoustic sources or reflections from underwater media. In this paper, we propose a modified PDA algorithm adopting new probabilistic distributions of the number, position, and amplitude of peaks based on the analysis of real data. This algorithm is tested on real and artificially generated data. The computer simulation result shows improvement of the tracking performance.

The outdoor antenna servo system is subject to has significant torque disturbances from wind pressures and gusts on the antenna structures, as well as bearing and aerodynamic frictions. This control system should provide a sharp directivity in spite of the environmental disturbances and internal uncertainties. Therefore, the implementation of a real-time controller is necessary for the precise generation of the reference signal and robust tracking performance. In this paper, the discrete-time controller for the quick tracking of a target communication satellite is designed by applying the sampled-data $H_{\infty}$ control theory along with the reference signal generated by an improved conventional step-tracking algorithm. The sampled-data $H_{\infty}$controller demonstrates superior robustness for the longer sampling period when compared with a simple PID controller.
This paper proposes analysis data of generation efficiency with tracking method for solar tracking. Tracking algorithm of PV generation is divided the sensor method and program method. Generation efficiency is analyzed the three cases 1-high insolation, 2-low insolation, 3-rapidly changing insolation. Proposed data is possible to apply for development of novel algorithm with hybrid tracking method in this paper. Hereby, This paper is proved the benefit of analyzed data.
