정보 이동권은 정보주체의 개인정보 자기통제권 강화뿐만 아니라 개인정보 활용 촉진이라는 측면에서도 도입 필요성이 인정된다. 그러나 정보 이동권은 정보주체의 프라이버시 침해 위험이 크고 개인정보처리자의 정보 재산권을 침해할 수 있어 신중한 설계가 필요하다. 정보 이동권이 심각한 개인정보 집중 및 독점 문제를 더욱 심화시킬 수 있고, 공공정보의 무분별한 국외이전을 야기할 수 있으며, 정보주체에게 이전 비용을 부담지움으로써 거대 플랫폼기업 등의 수익만 챙겨주는 결과를 가져올 수 있다. 반면, 중소기업들은 더욱 더 개인정보 기근에 빠져들 가능성이 없지 않다. 입법 예고 중인 「개인정보 보호법」 개정안과 관련해서는 i) 이동 대상 정보에 추론·파생 정보, 공공정보, 메타정보, 행동정보, 민감정보, 제3자 정보 등을 포함시킬지 여부, ii) 정보 이동의무를 지는 정보 이동자의 범위에서 중소기업, 공공기관 등을 포함시킬지 여부, iii) 정보를 이전받을 수 있는 정보 수령자의 범위에서 중소사업자 또는 거대 플랫폼기업을 배제할지 여부, iv) 정보 이전 요구권(다운로드권 등) 이외에 전송 지시권을 허용할지 여부, v) 공공정보의 국외이전 문제, vi) 정보 이동권의 안전한 행사, vii) 정보 이동자의 책임범위 및 면책 등 다양한 이슈가 제기되고 있다. 본고는 GDPR, CCPA, S-PDPA 등과의 비교 분석을 통해 앞에서 제기된 여러 법적 이슈에 대한 입법방향을 제시하고자 한다.

In Public Switched Telephone Networks(PSTN) number portability is implemented by utilizing Intelligent Network(IN) functions for number mapping. And voice over IP(VoIP) and IP Multimedia Subsystem(IMS) networks can deploy number portability by using E.164 Number Mapping(ENUM). This paper discuss the possibility of using E.164 Number Mapping(ENUM) for number portability in voice over IP/IP Multimedia Subsystem and Public Switched Telephone Networks, eliminating the need for Number Portability Database(NPDB) for number portability routing data in Public Switched Telephone Networks.

The mobile telecommunication sector is increasingly gathering way becoming a key area for the economic development in Uzbekistan. One way to promote competition among providers is the introduction of a number portability service. This paper estimates subscriber's willingness to pay (WTP) for the MNP service in the mobile communication market in Uzbekistan. Consumer valuation was estimated using a conjoint analysis. Since number portability had not been introduced at the time of the study, stated preference data from the conjoint survey was used. Results indicate that currently subscribers do not attach a lot of importance to the MNP service, while price and service quality are most valuable components. The results of this study provide important implication for mobile network operators and policy developers on potential MNP implementation.

This study analyzes strategy and main contents between each business market by mobile phone Number Portability. And, grasps what each mobile company customer satisfaction factors is effected on mobile phone Number Portability and estimates relative importance about the factors and understand counter strategies by these factors. Concretely, this paper searched the important quality factor by frequency analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis and path analysis etc. And The sample data is subscriber using mobile communication service of the existing mobile communication company (SKT, KTF, LGT)

Even though Internet phone service (IPS) continues to evolve in terms of quality and competitive pricing compared with the public switched telephone network (PSTN), the number of Internet phone subscribers is still low in South Korea. The Korean government decided to apply number portability to the IPS market in 2008. This study expresses its value in monetary terms with a contingent valuation approach. With this methodology, this study investigates the willingness of 316 current PSTN subscribers to pay for IPS, using a specific survey method called double-bounded dichotomous choices, to obtain more accurate data. The results show that the calculated value of Internet phone number portability positively impacts consumer welfare.

A model for expressing meta data syntax in the eXtensible Markup Language(XML) was developed to increase the portability of the Arden Syntax in medical treatment. In this model that is Arden syntax uses two syntax checking mechanisms, first an XML validation process, and second, a syntax check using an XSL style sheet. Two hundred seventy-seven examples of MLMs were transformed into MLMs in ArdenML and validated against the schema and style sheet. Both the original MLMs and reverse-parsed MLMs in ArdenML were checked using a Arden Syntax checker. The textual versions of MLMs were successfully transformed into XML documents using the model, and the reverse-parse yielded the original text version of MLMs.

유럽연합(EU)의 GPDR(개인정보보호일반규정)시행에 따라 개인정보를 활용하는 사업자 입장에서는 개인정보 보호도 중요하지만 활용측면에 더 많은 관심을 보이고 있다. 개인정보 보호와 활용에 따른 균형점을 찾는 제도적 정착을 위해 개인정보 이동권에 대한 요구가 생겼다. 국내 개인정보 관련 법률에는 아직 근거가 없으며 개인정보처리자의 독립적 데이터 보유에 따른 책임 강화와 정보주체가 자신의 데이터를 관리하는 권리를 가지고 데이터 활용을 할 수 있는 개인정보 자기결정권이 더 요구된다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 GDPR의 개인정보 이동권에 대한 현황 및 준수사항을 알아보고 각 나라별 개인정보 이동(data portability)에 따른 개인정보 활용방안과 고려사항을 제시하고자 한다. 개인정보이동에 한 형태로 국내 마이데이터 시범 사업이 정착하기 위한 법칙, 기술적 대응사항을 제시하고자 한다.

항공전자 시스템에서는 하드웨어 장비가 변경되면 통신 방식 및 ICD 변경이 빈번히 발생하며, 소프트웨어 또한 그에 맞게 수정이 필요하다. 이는 개발 일정 및 비용에 큰 영향을 주는 요소이다. 따라서 최근 항공전자 산업에서는 소프트웨어의 이식성을 높이기 위해 개방형 아키텍처를 도입하고 있으며, 관련 연구 또한 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개방형 항공전자 아키텍처 중 하나인 FACE를 준수하기 위한 데이터 모델링 방안 및 고려사항에 대하여 설명한다. 또한, 항전 장비 중 하나인 VOR/ILS에서 출력하는 데이터에 대해 FACE 데이터 모델을 설계 및 구현하고, FACE Conformance Test Suite(CTS) 프로그램을 이용하여 데이터 모델이 FACE를 준수하여 설계되었다는 것을 검증한다.

Nowadays, CPS is used widely, especially in cases which need more precise position information, such as car navigation systems and even in the mobile robot for position measuring in the outdoor environment. RTK (Real-Time Kinematics) and DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System) have more precise accuracy than the general-purposed GPS. However can't easily use them because of high prices and large size of equipments. In order fur the mobile robot to obtain precise position information it is important that CPS receiver has portability and low price. In this study, we introduce a new GPS data acquisition system that offers the precise position data using the DGPS mechanism and satisfying low cost and portability. In addition to this, we propose an improved data compensation algorithm that offers more accurate position information to the outdoor mobile robot by compensating the error rate of CPS data measured from the three points with geometrical rotation and distance formula. Proposed method is verified by comparing with the precise real position data obtained by RTK. Proposed method has more than 70% performance enhancement.

소프트웨어 품질 속성에 대해서는 논란이 많지만, 로버트 L. 글래스가 정리한 바에 따르면 그것은 이식성(portability), 신뢰성(reliability), 효율성(efficiency), 사용성(usability), 테스트 용이성(testability), 이해 용이성(understandability), 수정 용이성(modifiability) 등으로 구성된다. 소프트웨어 품질을 제대로 관리하기 위해서는, 프로젝트를 착수하는 시점에서 요구되는 프로젝트의 품질 속성을 명확히 정의하고 품질 목표를 세워야 한다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 품질이 소비자 구매 행동에 미치는 영향에 대해 고찰을 통해 소프트웨어 산업의 현황과 국가적 위상을 살펴보고, 소프트웨어 품질의 구성요소 및 평가항목을 인식하고, 소프트웨어 품질과 구매 행동과의 관계를 통해 소프트웨어 품질 구성 요인별 소비자 충동구매와 재 구매에 대한 상관관계를 검증하여 소프트웨어 품질 시스템을 강화하여 소프트웨어 제품의 글로벌 경쟁력을 강화하는데 활용되는 연구가 되는데 그 목적을 두고자 한다.
