The methods currently in use to evaluate traffic impacts on the transportation network involve some fundamental shortcomings. First, the methodss do not properly take into account regional and local traffic impacts on the transportation network simultaneously. Second, temporal distribution of traffic, a major contributor to transportation problems, is not accurately accounted for. Third, traffic impact studies require costly and labor-intensive efforts to collect necessary data and to establish to collect necessary data and to establish traffic impact models. In this research, a new method called AMIS is developed for congestion management, access control, and impact simulation to overcome the shortcomings involved in the current methods. The new method is designed for a variety of scenarios such as access management strategies, land use policies, traffic impacts, and other congestion management strategies. This method can effectively be used, with little modification, anywhere in the United States. It is an improvement over the current traffic impact simulation methods that produces more reliable and accurate traffic impact estimates. The case studies conducted in this research have offered evidence that the new method, AMIS, is a credible congestion management tool. Most importantly, a case study presented in this paper illustrates how the new method can be used not only to estimate regional and local impacts of alternate supply management policies in the course of a day, but virtually on an hour-by-hour basis.

Environmental concern has become the focus of various studies, academic research, company policies, and government policies. A business sector, which has seen a high level of urgency in environmental empowerment are small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). These are an economic sector, which is imbedded in society and has become one of the largest economic sectors in Indonesia. Therefore, this study analyzes the relationship between green human resource management (GHRM), workplace green behavior (WGB) and green innovation (GI), and increasing firm performance (FP). This study is using quantitative research methods. The data is obtained through distributing questionnaires to 180 culinary SMEs employees from cafes and modern food restaurant in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), Indonesia. The data is then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart-PLS. The results of this study show that GHRM has significant positive effect on workplace green behavior and firm performance, while workplace green behavior also has significant positive effect on green innovation and firm performance. In addition, green innovation has significant positive effect on firm performance. This study contributes to provide and extends the literature related to building green SMEs, which is empirically demonstrated to be able to improve company performance.
The main purpose of Korea Space Launch Vehicle II(KSLV-II) Program is to develop a domestic launch vehicle that can deliver a 1.5ton class application satellite into a Low Earth Orbit(600~800km). The data management is an essential factor in systems engineering for success of large-scale complex systems development, and it systematically manages the information and technical data for the total life-cycle of a system. In this paper, data management policies and processes on KSLV-II program are presented, and product life-cycle management system for KSLV-II program is also presented.
The interest of version management is increasing in electronic commerce requiring data mining and documents processing system related to digital governmentapplications. In this paper, we define a change set that is to manage historicalinformation and to maintain XML documents during a long period of time and propose several storage policies of XML documents using a change set. A change set includes a change oper-ation set and temporal dimensions and a change operation set is composed with schema change operations and data change operations. We pro-pose three storage policies using a change set. Three storage policies are (1) storing all the change sets, (2) storing the change sets and the versions periodically. (3) storing the aggregation of change sets and the versions at a point of proper time. Also, we compare the performance between the existing storage policy and the proposed storage policies. Though the performance evaluation, we show that the method to store the aggregation of change sets and the versions at a point of proper time outperforms others.

In Jeju Smart Grid field test, Zigbee technology is being used as one of customer side solutions for AMI. Although Zigbee networks that provides effective connectivity and control among devices are advantages in ease of implementation and use, the data can be exposed to cyber attacks such as eavesdrop, unauthorized data dissemination and forgery. Currently authentication and confidentiality services are provided with the network and link keys generated based on public key pairs that are pre-installed in offline. However, the network is vulnerable once a hacker intrudes into a local network because operation and management policies for the generated keys are not well-established yet. In this paper, the vulnerability of the Zigbee security system in the customer side environment of Jeju Smart Grid field test is analyzed. Then, two-way authentication with the unique identifiers of devices and user-specific group management policies are proposed to resolve the vulnerability.

In this paper, we propose to design and implement the database management system for analyzing vehicle accidents through utilizing integration of the public big data. And the paper aims to provide valuable information for recognizing seriousness of the vehicle accidents and various circumstances at the accident time, and to utilize the produced information for the insurance company policies as well as government policies. For analysis of the vehicle accidents the system utilizes the integrated big data of National Indicator System, the Meteorological Office, National Statistical Office, Korea Insurance Development Institute, Road Traffic Authority, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport as well as the National Police Agency, which differentiates this system from the previous systems. The system consists of data at the accident time including weather conditions, vehicle models, age, sex, insurance amount etc., by which the database system users are able to obtain the integral information about vehicle accidents. The result shows that the vehicle accidents occur more frequently in the clear weather conditions, in the vehicle to vehicle conditions and in crosswalk & crossway. Also, it shows that the accidents in the cloudy weather leads more seriously to injury and death than in the clear weather. As well, the vehicle accident information produced by the system can be utilized to effectively prevent drivers from dangerous accidents.
