The investment point on cooperative innovation in EVs for the spoke-smart cities : focused on Nordic countries and Korea

  • E-infrastructural economy for ICT Living-Labs is a need for economic and cultural changes in various types of cars in accordance with the supply of the electric car. Depending on the number of cases by analyzing the supply and demand of electric vehicles among Korea and Northern Europe countries. it was indirectly proved that it makes economic growth. The research design is analyzed with the data and how to respond quickly to focus on the possibility of potential changes to the infrastructure realization and commercialization of government enterprises or electric cars through the ICT Living-Labs in Nordic countries. The data indicates that the leading commercialization emphasize on the development of the electric economic convergence and scalability for electric vehicle. When It shows the time of the infrastructure as ICT Living-Labs being delayed, it lowered growth target results for the development of the electric car industry in the future. All this is from the reason of opening the E-convergence economy over time. It is required that Korea should prepare E-convergence economy. Public regional energy should be present through the consistent selection of development for energy linking E-economy and E-trans distribution. Korea needs to be many difficulties in building the E- infrastructure for ICT Living-Labs. Unlike the Northern Europe it is to prepare the active support of both government and business. The role of the government discovers that the power generation through the quick selection of the industry, as well as to connect with the growth of the smart cities with the EVs industry.

  • "개인정보 보호법"은 공공기관이 "통계법"에 따라 수집하고 있는 개인정보에 대해 그 수집 이용 등의 개인정보 처리 및 안전한 관리와 열람청구 등의 정보주체 권리보장을 적용하지 않고 있다. 이러한 "개인정보 보호법"의 적용 제외는 개인정보처리자의 개인정보 처리 오 남용과 안전관리 소홀 및 정보주체의 개인정보 자기결정권을 침해할 수 있는 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 "통계법"에 따라 수집되는 개인정보에 대해 통계 작성의 공익적 성격과 통계자료 수집 및 이용의 원활화를 고려하여 위 문제를 해소할 수 있는 방안을 연구하였다. 이에 "개인정보 보호법"의 개선방안으로 수집된 개인정보의 안전한 관리와 개인정보의 열람 및 정정 청구권 등 정보주체의 권리를 보장할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Streamlining ERP Deployment in Nepal's Oil and Gas Industry: A Case Analysis

  • Oil and gas industry is a unique sector with complex activities, long supply chains and strict rules for the business. It is important to use enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to address these challenges as it helps in simplifying operations, improving efficiency and facilitating evidence-based decision making. Nonetheless, successful integration of ERP systems in this industry involves careful planning, customization and alignment with specific business processes including regulatory requirements. Several critical factors, such as strong change management, support of top managers and training that works have been identified in the study. Amongst the hurdles are employee resistance towards the changes, data migration complications and integration with existing systems. Nonetheless, NOCL's ERP implementation resulted in significant improvements in operating efficiency, better data visibility and compliance management. It also led to a decrease in financial reporting timeframes, more accurate inventory tracking and improved decision-making capabilities. The study provides useful insights on how to optimize oil and gas sector ERP implementations; key among them is practical advice including strengthening change management strategies, prioritizing data security and collaborating with ERP vendors. The research highlights the importance of tailoring ERP solutions to specific industry needs as well as emphasizes the strategic role of ongoing monitoring/feedback for future benefits sustainability.

적응 횡단선 필터의 등화기에서 수렴속도 개선 (The Impovement of Convergence Speed in Real Time Vital Sign Information Management System in Patient Monitoring Systems)

  • 본 논문은 LMS 알고리즘의 수렴 속도를 향상시키기 위한 효율적인 신호간섭 제어기법을 제안한다. 수신 데이터를 재활용하여 심볼 시간 주기에 계수들을 곱함으로써 적응되는 제안된 알고리즘의 수렴특성이 수렴 속도의 향상을 이론적으로 증명하기 위해 분석한다. 스텝-크기 매개변수 ${\mu}$가 증가 됨에 따라 알고리즘의 수렴 속도가 제어된다. 고유치 확산을 증가시킴에 따라 적응 등화기의 수렴속 도를 천천히 제어하고 평균 자승 에러의 안정-상태 값을 증가시키는 효과를 나타내며 데이터-재사 용 LMS 기술이 수렴속도를 (B+1)배만큼 증가시켜 적응 등화기에서 신호간섭제어의 우수성을 입증 한다.

Management Architecture With Multi-modal Ensemble AI Models for Worker Safety

  • Introduction: Following the Republic of Korea electric power industry site-specific safety management system, this paper proposes a novel safety autonomous platform (SAP) architecture that can automatically and precisely manage on-site safety through ensemble artificial intelligence (AI) models. The ensemble AI model was generated from video information and worker's biometric information as learning data and the estimation results of this model are based on standard operating procedures of the workplace and safety rules. Methods: The ensemble AI model is designed and implemented by the Hadoop ecosystem with Kafka/NiFi, Spark/Hive, HUE, and ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). Results: The functional evaluation shows that the main function of this SAP architecture was operated successfully. Discussion: The proposed model is confirmed to work well with safety mobility gateways to provide some safety applications.

  • In this study, the research model of VR·AR contents convergence education for solving social problems was presented after benchmarking the domestic and foreign realistic educational contents industry and policy trends and Fishbone diagram analysis. The goal was to create VR·AR content convergence talent for co-prosperity in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, and the target of education was students, researchers, and business personnel who are interested in VR AR technology education and contents business such as game animation, etc. The education model is based on understanding about storytelling of the socially disadvantaged, such as children and the elderly, and is technology education for content production including the application of virtual and augmented reality SW, and is a convergence education for content planning and business model strategy development.

  • Major developed countries are seriously considering smart factories to increase their manufacturing competitiveness. Smart factory is a customized factory that incorporates ICT in the entire process from product planning to design, distribution and sales. This can reduce production costs and respond flexibly to the consumer market. The smart factory converts physical signals into digital signals, connects machines, parts, factories, manufacturing processes, people, and supply chain partners in the factory to each other, and uses the collected data to enable the smart factory platform to operate intelligently. Enhancing personalized value is the key. Therefore, it can be said that the success or failure of a smart factory depends on whether big data is secured and utilized. Standardized communication and collaboration are required to smoothly acquire big data inside and outside the factory in the smart factory, and the use of big data can be maximized through big data analysis. This study examines big data analysis and standardization in smart factory. Manufacturing innovation by country, smart factory construction framework, smart factory implementation key elements, big data analysis and visualization, etc. will be reviewed first. Through this, we propose services such as big data infrastructure construction process, big data platform components, big data modeling, big data quality management components, big data standardization, and big data implementation consulting that can be suggested when building big data infrastructure in smart factories. It is expected that this proposal can be a guide for building big data infrastructure for companies that want to introduce a smart factory.

Analysis of Smart Tourism Issues Using Social Big Data Analysis

  • Smart tourism enhances communication between tourists and residents, improves quality of life, increases the utilization of local tourism resources, and helps manage cities efficiently. This paper analyzes recent issues and trends in smart tourism, derives key factors for activating smart tourism based on the analyzed data, and conducts research on promoting smart tourism. Using smart tourism as a keyword, data was collected through Textom. The collection scope included a total of 33,588 pieces of data related to smart tourism over the past year, from May 1, 2023, to May 1, 2024. The data was analyzed using text mining and social network analysis techniques. Through this analysis, the paper suggests directions for the development of smart tourism, enabling the activation of local tourism and effective urban management.

데이터마이닝을 이용한 융복합 입원 의료서비스 환자경험 관리모형 개발 (Development of a convergence inpatient medical service patient experience management model using data mining)

  • 본 연구는 환자중심성 의료문화 조성을 위한 의료기관 경영전략에 도움이 될 수 있는 융복합 입원 의료서비스 환자경험 관리모형을 개발하고자 하였다. '2018 의료서비스경험조사' 원시자료를 이용하여 만 15세 이상 입원 의료서비스 경험이 있는 593명을 분석하였다. 의사결정나무 모형을 활용하여 입원 의료서비스 경험에 대한 전반적 만족도와 환자 경험 추천 의사 예측모형을 개발하였으며 유형은 4개, 7개로 각각 분류되었다. 모형의 정확도는 68.9%, 78.3%였다. 입원 의료서비스 환자경험 전반적 만족도 결정요인은 간호사 영역과 병실 소음관리 영역이었으며 추천 의사 결정요인은 간호사 영역이었다. 입원 의료서비스 환자경험 관리모형을 제시하고 간호사 영역과 병실 소음관리 영역이 입원환자 경험에 중요한 요인임을 확인한 점이 의의가 있다. 입원 의료서비스 환자경험 관리모형의 일반화를 위한 추가 연구가 필요하다 생각된다.

텍스트 마이닝 기반의 음악치료 관리 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Music Therapy Management Model Based on Text Mining)

  • 음악치료는 장애아동 및 정신치료에 많은 효과를 보이고 있다. 오늘날의 음악치료 시스템은 구체적인 치료 시스템이 구축되어 있지 않은 상황으로, 음악 치료사들이 정확한 치료를 하기 위해 다양한 음악치료 사례들과 치료 이력 데이터들을 분석하고, 해당 환자 또는 내담자에게 가장 적합한 치료를 시행해야 하지만, 현실은 여러 가지 요인들로 인해 많은 어려움이 따르고 있다. 이를 해결하고자 본 논문에서는 기존 치료 데이터와 텍스트 마이닝 기술을 융합한 음악치료 지식관리 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델을 활용하면 유사한 사례검색 및 환자에 관련된 구체적이고 확실한 데이터들을 기반으로 환자 또는 내담자로 하여금 정확하고 효과적인 치료가 가능하다. 이를 통해서 음악치료의 본래 목적과 그 효과를 최대로 이끌어 내는 효과를 기대할 수 있고 나아가 많은 환자들의 치료에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
