본 연구는 소매틱스(Somatics)를 발전시킨 무용 콘텐츠(Dance Contents)의 신경과학적 매커니즘(neuroscientific mechanism)을 문헌연구를 통해 밝히고자 하였다. 이에 따라 첫째, 소매틱스에서 사용하는 뇌과학적 매커니즘을 정리하고 둘째, 무용에서 활용되고 있는 소매틱스 훈련법을 통해 적용된 훈련법에 내포된 뇌과학적 메커니즘을 문헌연구를 통해 밝혀보았다. 본 연구에서는 소매틱스를 휄든크라이스(Feldenkrais)로 제한하여 신경가소성(neuroplasticity), 고유수용감각(proprioception), 감각통합(sensory integration)를 통해 작동원리를 설명할 수 있었다. 연구결과 가가(Gaga)와 타말파(Tamalpa)는 휄든크라이스의 주요기법인 움직임을 통한 자각(awareness thorough movement)을 수용하여 고유수용감각을 통해 받아들인 정보들을 통해 새로운 네트워크를 형성하고 감각통합을 하는 방식을 취하였다. 본 연구는 무용 훈련 안에서 일어난 뇌와 신체 간의 작용원리를 과학적으로 설명하고, 안무자, 무용가들이 자신의 무용연구 및 훈련에 이를 적용하고, 뇌과학적 관점에서 신체 움직임의 작동원리를 설명할 수 있는 밑거름을 제공하는데 그 의의가 있다.

공연예술에 있어서 무대 위에서 움직이는 연기자의 역할은 중요한 의미를 지니고 있다. 공연예술이 목표하는 바가 단순히 표피적 또는 상투적 즐거움의 생산과 표현에 있는 것이 아니라 인간의 근원적 삶에 대한 철학적 정신의 정화를 추구하며, 이러한 역할 표현의 중심이 바로 연기자의 몫으로 설정되기 때문이다. 공연예술은 단순히 기술적인 작업이 아니며, 한 나라의 정체성과 전통을 아우르는 문화적 창조 작업이어야 한다. 그러나 오늘날 우리의 공연예술의 표현방법은 다분히 서구적 공연예술 양식의 방법론을 따르고 있다. 이러한 서구 지향의 공연예술 방법론을 극복하고, 보다 주체적이고 한국적인 공연예술의 창작과 동작연기의 표현력 향상을 위한 새로운 방법론이 제시되어져야 할 것이다. 본 논문은 전통 한국춤에서 운용되어지고 있는 호흡법과 장단을 현대 공연예술의 시간성과 공간성을 연관시켰을 때 나타나는 동작연기의 시각적 효과와 표현력 향상에 관한 연구이다. 이를 위해 한국춤의 근간을 이루는 호흡운용에 관한 기본적 이해를 바탕으로 연기자의 동작연기의 표현력 향상을 위한 호흡운용 프로그램 모델을 제시하고 있다.

1. Objectives It is necessary to find the psychological methods to treat not only physical but also mental problems. Because the Sasang Constitutional medicine is based on Mind-Body Medicine, so that the Nature and Emotion-Happiness, Anger, Sorrow, Pleasantness- have to be controlled properly. 2. Methods We analysed the characters of each constitutions, drama therapy and meditation and tried to find the suitable application of one for Sasangin. 3. Results and Conclusions Soeumin is feminine, easy to worry, pessimistic and non-active so they need to express their problems, be encouraged and participate to be one of a group having relationship with other people. Soyangin is out-going, easy to start, not enough to be aware of themselves so they need to relax, calm and try to have an insight into themselves. Taeumin is stable, easy to keep something so they need to communicate well with the exterior. Taeyangin is going forward, masculine and necessary to avoid being angry so they need to calm down and relax. Drama therapy is group work with actors, staffs and audiences so it is useful to express their negative feelings through motions, dances and sounds unless they talk. So it is supposed to be useful far Soeumin and Taeumin. And we can apply it to heal the Emotion because it is based on the relationship and the contact with other people. Meditation is helpful to not only concentrate, relax, have insight into themselves but also calm down anxiety, depression an anger. So it could be the best psychotherapy for Soyangin and Taeyangin. And we can apply it to reflect oneself alone to express their Nature adequately.

본 연구는 새로운 커뮤니케이션 미디어의 사회적 파급효과와 영향력이 매우 크다는 것을 인식하고'인터뷰'를 소재로 한 무용과 미디어의 접목을 시도한 현대무용작품들이 독자적인 방식으로 무용예술의 가치를 담아낼 수 있다는 가전제하에서 출발하고자 한다. 현재 많은 예술단체들과 안무가들은 관객에게 효과적으로 다가가기 위해 점진적으로 새로운 안무기법과 형식에 대해 깊이 고민하며 관객들의 관념을 일깨우고 있다. 이러한 변화는 기술 진전에 따른 다변화를 이끌어내고 21세기의 산업화와 무용관객을 개발해 무대를 확장시키고 무용예술을 향유할 콘텐츠로써 그 의미와 가치가 있다고 할 수 있겠다. 따라서 인터뷰를 활용한 국·내외 무용작품들을 문헌과 영상을 통해 분석하고 결론적으로 무용작품에서 인터뷰라는 소재가 어떠한 안무방식으로 활용되고 있는가를 살펴보고 그 효과성을 제시하는 탐구적 연구가 될 것이다.

이 논문은 한국의 병역의무에 대하여 남성무용수들이 갖고 있는 경향성을 살펴보고 이들이 병역특례에 대해 어떠한 인식과 경험을 하는지를 심층적으로 구명하고자 하였다. 이 연구의 연구방법은 질적연구방법을 토대로 진행하였다. 자료수집은 병역특례 남성 무용수 3인과 병역 비특례 남성 무용수 3인의 총 6명을 대상으로 비참여관찰, 심층면담, 문헌자료 수집 등을 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 귀납적 범주화를 통해 질적분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국 남성무용수들은 한국남성으로서 부여된 병역의무에 대하여 당연한 것으로 받아들이는 공통적 인식이 나타났다. 그러나 실제 병역의무이행에 대해서는 다소 부정적인 시각이 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째 병역 특례자들은 다른 동료 무용수보다 높은 우월감을 느꼈으며 주위의 높은 관심으로 인해 지나친 사회적 감시를 경험하고 있었다. 또한 병역 비특례자들은 군복무를 통해 단절(경력, 경제)을 경험하며 무용에서 이탈하거나 병역특례제도에 대한 의구심을 갖는 경향성이 나타났다.

The purpose of this is to analyze the aesthetics characteristics of our modern sports fashion, and thereby, discuss them in the light of the overall mentality or the 20th century, and thus, present the conditions or sports fashion design meeting modem people's divers aesthetics values and desired. Modern sports fashion sues can be categorized into futurist sports style, erotic sports style and American sheet sports style. And the 20th century mentality characterized by changes of lifestyle, identity and aspiration has influenced the aesthetic features of such sports fashion sues, which can be summed up as follows; first, the futurist sports style applies the functional items and details of active sportswear to design, while heralding a positive and hopeful message of technology and future by using the material of hi-tech functions and senses. This sports style was affected much by shift from social status, attraction and wealth to demonstration of state-of-the-art science, pursuit of functionality in terms of shapes and materials, convenience through See combinations of sportswear items or design elements. Second, the erotic sports style based on minimalism attempted to express the erotic body beauty indirectly by exposing some parts of body or using the material pressed against the body. This sports style was closely related with the changes of sexual identity such as neutral sexualism, bi-sexualism and homo-sexualism. Lastly, the American street sports style was born from black Americarns' sports and dances. This spors style pursues “youth” beyond TPO concept As mass media and commercial sports developed, the young generation copied sports stars' uniforms or fashions to share honor, wealth and youth with them. In sort, the American sheet sports style was affected much by the so-called “heroism”. Such a changed object of aspiration influenced the aesthetic characteristics of American shot sports style directly.

Purpose: This study examined the effects of a physical activity promoting program based on the Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills (IMB) model on physical activity and health outcomes among obese older adults with knee osteoarthritis. Methods: This study utilized a randomized controlled trial with a convenience sample of 75 obese older adults with knee osteoarthritis in a university hospital. The older adults in the intervention group participated in a 12-week program involving weekly group sessions and monitoring calls with education booklets and video clips for exercise dances, while those in the control group received an usual care. Outcomes were measured using self-report questionnaires, anthropometrics, and blood analyses. The intervention effects were analyzed using Mann-Whitney U test and ANCOVA. Results: The mean age of participants was 74.9 years with 84.0% women. The intervention group at 12 weeks showed significantly greater improvements in self-efficacy for physical activity (F=81.92, p<.001), physical activity amounts (Z=-2.21, p=.044), knee joint function (F=15.88, p<.001), and health-related quality of life (F=14.89, p<.001) compared to the control group. Among obese-metabolic outcomes, the intervention group at 12 weeks showed a significant decrease in visceral fat mass (F=7.57, p=.008) and improvement in high-density level cholesterol (F=9.51, p=.003) compared to the control group. Conclusion: Study findings support the need for an IMB based physical activity program for promoting physical activity, knee function and health outcomes in obese older adults with knee osteoarthritis. Longitudinal studies are warranted to confirm the persistence of obese-metabolic effects in clinical settings.

In the age of the three Kingdoms, Silla, Kokuryu and Baekjae were built Confucian Shrine (Kukhak or Taehak) after BC 2-4 century Confucism propagated from China. It means 1600years' history of Saugc-Zeuhn Rites of an Imperial ceremony to honor Confucius in Korean peninsula. For Chosen dynasty age passed by Koryo dynasty carried out mainly Confucian policy, in Sungkyunhwan of Mun-Hyo (Confucian Shrine) traditional rites in memory of Confucius are observed twice a year in spring and autumn for 600 years of the 112 memories Tablets to Confucius and the other famous Confucius scholars. (his disciples and Korean Confucian scholars) Wine, food, and silk are offered, and incense burnt before the tablets of confucius and the other scholars while traditional music is played and ceremonial dances performed. Traditional rites are observed primarily for the purpose of reminding students and other attendats of the teaching of Confucius. It is to have got it firmly into young Korean head that humanim, family, courtesy, order modesty and practical morality are more important than any thing else. And also now we need to reappraise, fundermently recognize rehabilitute and transmission the traditional foods Korean sacrifical rituals culture by Korean characteristics culture, Through the historical background we can recognize how much the Confucius thought and education effect deeply Korean sociaty even upto now to Korean popular life. At the same time confucism became fixed to Korean traditional thought and culture. Specially Sauge-Zeuhm Rites is based on Korean sacrificial rituals culture and Korean dietary life generally through this study we can see and presume the changes and transmmision of foods and cookey methods from BC ages.

과학 기술의 발달이 엔터테인먼트에 큰 영향을 미침에 따라 사람들이 향유할 수 있는 엔터테인먼트의 종류도 다양해 졌으며, 그것을 즐기는 형태 역시 많은 변화가 있었다. 이런 흐름 과 더불어 엔터테인먼트를 바라보는 사람들의 기대 수준도 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 참여자의 얼굴을 담은 가상 캐릭터에 참여자의 얼굴 위치를 추적하여 제어하는 체감형 3D 댄싱 게임이다. 시스템 구현과 함께, 참여자들의 설문을 통하여 제안한 게임에 대해 평가했다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 향후 엔터테인먼트 경험을 향상시킬 수 있는 새로운 재미와 자발적 참여를 유도하는 수단이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

이 연구는 댄스바이럴 융합 광고에서 댄스가 소비자에게 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 바이럴과 댄스, 그리고 안무요소의 이론적 배경을 통해 살펴보고자 하였다. 댄스바이럴 영상은 다양한 계층의 소비자들에게 어필하고 있는 현실이다. 특히 2015년 출시된 동아오츠카의 <오로나민C> 광고는 출시된 해 큰 성과를 거두었으며, 중독성 있는 CM송과 댄스로 광고상을 수상한 바 있다. 이에 분석대상으로 <오로나민C> 2015년에서 2017년도 광고를 선택하였다. <오로나민C> 광고 분석결과는 댄스코믹양식의 특징인 간단하고 반복적인 상황연출로 이루어졌으며, 동작은 간결하고 비슷한 유사성과 반복성으로 통일성을 유지하였다. 공간 이동은 거의 이루어지지 않았고, 안무대형은 일렬대형이 주류를 이루었으며, 군중이 모인 경우, 원과 V구도 대형이 나타났다. 공간 구성은 1인칭 시점이 주를 이루었다. 댄스바이럴 <오로나민C> 광고에서 댄스는 전문가적인 댄스보다는 단순하고 쉬운 동작들로 구성된 간결하고 반복적인 요소가 어필하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 댄스바이럴에서 댄스는 일반인들이 쉽게 따라할 수 있는 동작들과 등장인물 수가 적게 나타날 때 파급효과가 큰 것으로 분석되었다.
