By comparing and analyzing the curricula of dance department in the five universities in Seoul, five academic subjects as to curricula of dance department, which covers what to learn for dance education in the age of the 4th industrial revolution, are presented. First, dance integrative education, the integration of creativity and science education, can be referred to as a subject that stimulates ideas and creativity and raises artistic sensitivity based on STEAM. Second, the curriculum characterized by prediction of the future prospect through Big Data can be utilized well in dealing with dance performance, career path of dance-majoring people, and job creation by analyzing public opinion, evaluation, and feelings. Third, video education. Seeing the images as modern major media tends to occupy most of the expressive area of art, dance by dint of video enables existing dance work to be created as new form of art, expanding dance boundaries in academic and performing art viewpoint. Fourth, VR and AR are essential techniques in the era of smart media. Whether upcoming dance studies are in the form of performance or education or industry, for VR and AR to be digitally applied into every relevant field, keeping with the time, learning about VR and AR is indispensable. Last, the 4th industrial revolution and the curriculum of dance art are needed to foresee the changes in the 4th industrial revolution and to educate changes, development and seeking in dance curriculum.
Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the association between dance experience and smoothness of hand trajectory during dance by using three jerk-based quantitative methods (integrated squared jerk, mean squared jerk, and dimensionless jerk). Methods: Eleven Korean traditional dancers whose experience of dancing ranged from 5 years to 20 years participated in this study. Dancers performed the Taeguksun motion in Korea traditional dance. Six infrared cameras were used to capture the movement of the hands of the dancers. The smoothness of hand movement was calculated using three jerk-based methods. Results: With regard to the smoothness of the right hand, dance experience was significantly correlated with dimensionless jerk (r=0.656, p=0.028), while dance experience was not significantly correlated with integrated squared jerk (r=0.581, p=0.552) and mean squared jerk. With regard to the smoothness of the left hand, there was no correlation between dance experience and any of the three jerk values. Conclusion: Our results showed that individuals with more dance experience performed the task more smoothly. This study suggests that dimensionless jerk should be used as a predictor for smoothness in dance movement. Thus, our results support the idea that smoothness is an aspect of movement quantity distinct from speed and distance.

Ok-jin Gong's hunchback dance is considered to be a strange dance in Korea. However, there have been no reports of the effects of music and dance therapy as a pain treatment. The aim of this article is to argue that watching and listening to the hunchback dance of Ok-jin Gong may have significant effects as a form of pain treatment. The creator of this style of dance suspected that dance in general can be an outlet for our inner emotions. Her dance in this case has received critical and complimentary reviews as well. However she has been cited as the main culprit behind the destruction of traditional dance forms in the Korean dance world. Nonetheless, her bewitching stage presence attracted much attention. She satirized the feelings of the under privileged' through music and dance. We tend to feel somehow relative poverty and small in the presence of a rich and successful man. On the other hand, the artist felt that it is the public who would be relatively comforted and satisfied in the presence of the weak and handicapped. A free spirit that makes us forget pain is the very essence of her dancing. Her dance and music sound as if she sublimated her sadness and ugliness, changing it to happiness and beauty. She puts herself in a low position and spreads a sense of freedom and relief to the world. Hence, the author felt that innumerable people have been comforted in these ways by her dance.

Data was collected 3 times (before the program, 12 during and 24 weeks after the program) and were analyzed with $X^2$ test, t-test, and Repeated Measures ANOVA using SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: For the experimental group, significant improvement was found in high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density cholesterol (LDL-C), triglyceride (TG) musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, self-efficacy, and depression as compared to the control group. This study conducted bibliometric analysis on studies of Korean intangible cultural heritage dance in the Seoul area and it aimed to figure out the tendencies of that research. For this, a list of Korean intangible cultural heritage dance studies of 24 events was collected and analysis was conducted through the big data analysis solution of TEXTOM. Text mining was used as the method for analysis. Research results showed that first, most of the studies were conducted on the Bongsan Talchum and studies on teaching and learning methods were especially actively conducted. On the other hand, there were not many studies on Gut and the need for research vitalization in that area was confirmed. Second, in studies on Cheoyongmu events, the term'contemporary Cheoyongmu' was used frequently. This can be considered the use of meaningful terms with regard to intangible cultural heritage dance that has changed throughout history. At this, the vitalization of research that can reveal the typicality of dance is demanded from research of other events as well. Third, there was a notable amount of research that compared and analyzed dance styles with regard to the Munmyoilmu. This was seen as the result of discussions in the Korean dancing world regarding archetypal dance styles expanding into academic discussions. Therefore, it was revealed that academic discussions can connect to academic outcomes apart from whether the matter is right or wrong.
