This paper presents comparative analysis of the traits of personal network structure shaping in local press organizations of Korea. For this analysis, this study attempts to investigate three topics. First, the density traits of personal network structure in the whole of local press organization. Second, the comparison of density trait shaping in personal network structure between press section of local broadcasting stations and local newspaper companies. Third, the positional trait in each local press organization. To answer the questions, the data concerning commissioners and executive members in local daily newspapers and local broadcasting organizations from the Civic Government to the People's Government have been collected and analyzed. The interconnections of regional(birthplace) and educational(university graduated) aspect were analyzed via methods of cross analysis, density analysis and correspondence analysis. In brief, major findings of this study are as follows ; As a result of analyzing cross analysis and density analysis of the personal network based of regional and educational aspect, the numerical value of density was too high on the whole of local press organizations. But, especially local newspaper companies has been showed that was higher density compared with press section of local broadcasting stations. And, positional distance between local press organizations were showed obviously in the case of regional(birthplace) aspect. But, in case of educational aspect, positional distance were showed obviously between commissioners and executive members.
The purpose of this paper is to promote bilateral friendly relations, the elements that hinder Hate Korea wave's(Kenkanryu) status and an analyzation of the characteristics of its causes and solutions for it. The Hate Korea wave is to be discussed in the fountain Hate Korea wave 2ch(2channel, ni channeru) acquaintances of information and representation to analyze the causes of this Japanese anti-Korean thinking. All of society should be aware of the differences and see what we have in common. I researched discussions of 2ch information and the content of other similar media. The expression was very violent. However, there was both general awareness of a gap between criticism and support. The gap was about what is not unusual on the Internet and not to be greatly concerned about. I also compares anti-Korean's awareness to Korea with general Japanese's, and finds that there are gap between them. For example by analyzing general Japanese's awareness we can find 18% of people who criticize the Hate Korea wave or have positive image of Korea. futhermore the proportion of anti-Korean contents in internet is not very high, so we don't have to worrying about the phenomenon seriously. but because of the following three points, there are sufficient needs to concern about the phenomenon constantly. First, sources of Hate Korea wave are traditional media. Second, the consumers of Hate Korea wave are mainly young generation who will make future relation of two countries. And last, Hate Korea wave include potential power to explode when certain conditions are met.

Objective : This study was designed to evaluate the effect of moxibustion with various scales on symptoms of idiopathic Parkinson's disease. Methods : Subjects were voluntarily recruited by newspapers and internet. All the subjects are confirmed as idiopathic parkinson's disease by a neurologist. The moxibustion therapy was performed 5 times a week by patient's family at home and once a week by oriental medical doctor at hospital. Moxibustion points were GV2O, CV12, ST36, BL18, BL2O. Intensity was up to pain threshold according to patients not to get burned. The patient's symptoms were assessed before, after 4 weeks and after 8 weeks treatment by unified Parkinson's disease rating scale(UPDRS), modified Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y) stage, Schwab & England activity of daily living and freezing of gait questionnaire(FOGQ). Results : Total UPDRS scores were significantly improved after 4 weeks(p<0.01) and after 8 weeks(p<0.01) compared to the pre-treatment. There were significant changes in H-Y stage after 4 weeks(p<0.05), but there were no significant changes in H-Y stage after 8 weeks. The scores of ADL were not significantly improved after 4 weeks(p>0.05) and after 8 weeks(p>0.05). There were significant changes in FOGQ scale after 4 weeks(p=0.05) and but there were no significant changes in FOGQ scale after 8 weeks(p=0.13). Conclusion : This study suggests that moxibustion treatments can be applicable to improve symptoms in the patients with idiopathic Parkinson's disease.
This research looks into the narrative aspect of news in order to disclose problems with intercultural communication in our society. News on racial issues and "Hanryu" would illustrate cultural bias against others. This study attempts to analyze narrative structures of news on these issues using narrative theories including Greimas and Levi-Strauss. It covers news on major newspapers such as Chosun, Jung Ang, Dong A, Hanguerae and Economy Daily as well as major broadcasting news including KBS, SBS and MBC. There were 495 news on 'Hanryu' and racial issues with regard to Hines Ward from January 1, 2006 to April 15, 2006. By analysing narrative structures of these news, I found power underneath news messages which undermine the reality. Expansionism and cultural insensibility prevent our society from understanding other cultures as they are. Post-colonial theories provide a guideline for detecting intercultural barriers and national identity crisis in our society.

This study derived big issues in overseas construction through big data analysis. To derive big issues in overseas construction, candidate groups of big issues were identified through big data analysis targeting 53,759 issues including 39,436 issues from major portal sites, 10,387 issues from daily newspapers, and 336 issues in construction magazines from Oct. 1, 2016 to Sep. 30, 2017. The main results are as follows: First, the main issues of overseas construction for the past one year showed that markets were concentrated in Middle East Asia and most of them were low-price order plant projects, which revealed the limitations. Although orders of overseas construction were slightly upward in the first half of 2017 compared to previous year, overseas construction orders are still unstable due to uncertainties in the international affairs and drops in oil prices. Second, the interest topics based on the 8th core keywords of overseas construction among the overseas construction issues for the past one year showed that region (29.9%), corporation environment (22.0%), profitability (17.0%), organizations (15.1%), projects (5.2%), market environment (3.6%), policy and system (3.6%), and education (3.5%) in the order of interest. Third, 10 core issues that have expandability and persistence of discourse were extracted out of 30 issue candidates with regard to eight keywords. Based on the extracted issues, detailed analysis on each of the core issues in overseas construction and correlation analysis between 10 core issues were conducted.

The purpose of this article is to study the negative factors reflected in the will and the factors of well aging as an alternative. The survey data was 36 wills published in the media such as newspapers and broadcasting between 2008 and 2020. As a result, various aspects of negative factors were found in youth wills between the ages of 13 and 34. In middle-aged wills between the ages of 35 and 49, female was not found. The negative factors in the socio-economic aspects were remarkable in the wills of adulthood between the ages of 50 and 64. All the writers of wills over the age of 65 were women, and their writings were strongly linked to the spiritual side. In view of these results, the will explored in this study can paradoxically become a proposal for a complete life. The will is a record with the potential of well aging. Sources of the suicide note included daily newspaper, broadcasting and local media. This study analyse the age and gender and the negative factors reflected in the will, by using the physical aspect, the mental aspect, and the socio-economic aspect as the methodology. In addition, the frequency of words and expressions exposed in the will were analyzed and keywords were created in word cloud.

The 4th industrial revolution came deep into family life and changed the way of housework and care. The change in the family caused by the technological change of the 4th industrial revolution is remarkable in terms of socialization of housework. In this study, the socialization of housework, which is accelerating in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, was examined focusing on the change in the aspect of "household service" through the "platform". Since 2015, when technological changes in the 4th industrial revolution began to decline, related newspaper articles were extracted for daily and economic newspapers nationwide and analyzed big data. The results of big data analysis show that the platform economy using the 4th industrial revolution technology is rapidly spreading the socialization of housework not only at the business level but also at the public policy level. It has been confirmed that support for household services through the platform is growing into a new business area of companies, and at the public policy level, it is being treated as an important policy task in supporting work-family balance or responding to infectious diseases. This study is meaningful in that it provided an opportunity to reflect on the roles and tasks of the family, market, and state for housework and care in the future through changes in housework and care caused by the 4th industrial revolution technology.
This study aims to figure out the progression of Hyundai motor's corporate cultural marketing by conducting semantic network analysis. Although the previous research has focused on conception, categorization, impact, and performance of cultural marketing, they hardly pay attention to changes in cultural marketing over time. To explore the identified gap, we collected 2,315 articles concerning Hyundai motor's cultural marketing on daily newspapers printed from 2001 to 2018. The 18-year time period was classified into four periods, and lists of words were extracted and analyzed by Korean language analysis program, Textom and social network analysis program, called 'UCINET'. The outcome of our analysis indicates that Hyundai Motor's cultural marketing has been developed from the strategy of merely increasing sales to the means of distinguishing their corporate and brand identity. In the early 2000s, the words 'customer', 'The Age of Great Paintings: Rembrandt and the 17th century Dutch paintings', and 'performances' were extracted with high frequency. It shows Hyundai Motor held performance-oriented events and provided benefits to specific consumer groups under the type of 'Cultural Promotion'. In addition, as the exhibition sponsored by Hyundai motor was reported in the media with high publicity effect, the concept of 'Cultural Support' is also emerged. In the late 2000s, the top exposures were 'Seoul Arts Center' and 'Seoul Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra'. Under the concept of 'Cultural Support', both organizations and cultural events were sponsored by Hyundai motor. Hyundai Motor has the tendency to cooperate with high profile parties who have already accomplished high publicities to attract social interests and issues. In the early 2010s, Hyundai Motor created cultural marketing brand and space ('Brilliant' and 'Hyundai Art Hall') that broadened the potential target groups, which represented both 'Cultural Support' and 'Cultural Enterprise'. In the middle and late of the 2010s, as shown by the high frequency of 'brand' and 'global', Hyundai Motor has focused on the global market and viewpoint has expanded to brand building focusing on the type of 'Cultural Enterprise'.
This article aims to explain the significance and value of cartoons in the 1910s which were largely passed unnoticed in the preceding cartoon studies by scrutinizing cartoons published in Maeilsinbo in the 1910s. Until now, Korean cartoons in the 1910s has been neglected just because it were published in Maeilsinbo. However, this writing analyzed cartoons in this period on the base of the fact that the cartoons in the 1910s printed in Maeilsinbo diversified the horizon of the Korean cartoon. Cartoons in Maeilsinbo functioned as a bridge connecting cartoons published in Daehanminbo in 1909 reputed as a root of Korean cartoon and 1920s, the time when satirical cartoons and comics started being printed in newspapers. The characteristics of Maeilsinbo as a bulletin of government general and periodical characteristics that the agent of popular culture begun to move reside as multi layers in the cartoons in the 1910s. In this article, the process and the development of how cartoons published in Maeilsinbo. As pleasure became important in everyday life in Korea, cartoons were able to earn a portion in the newspaper. In the beginning, modern cartoon style seemed vague, but as time goes by, its own style gradually settled. Cartoons in this period were not fixed in specific section but various kinds of cartoons were developed during the time since works of Korean as well as Japanese cartoonists and illustrators were published. Among them, representative cartoons in Maeilsinbo were analyzed in this article under three categories: first, cartoons represented 'Choseon-ness' through scenes of daily life and customs concurrently contained a view of anti-civilization/enlightenment; second, cartoons represented the accumulation of wealth as valid from the view point of public interest; last, cartoons divided Koreans who suffered from hardships of life in Kyungsung and Japanese in Jingogae in order to divide space. In conclusion, Maeilsinbo disciplined the colonized, Koreans, and exposed the discourse of the colonial power via cartoon.

This study was undertaken to investigate the current meal management situation and nutritional knowledge of the housewives living in Yong-dong area during the period February 10 th to 25th in 1984. Among the housewives who responded, 83.5% of them said that they didn't develop a budget for the meal planning, nor a menu plan. 31.7% of the housewives purchased foodstuffs once for 2 days, whereas the remainder did daily purchasing between meal when they needed foodstuffs. They gave higher score to the taste than to nutrition when they prepared meals. Most of the housewives concerned about good snacks, and they responded that it was hard to correct the unbalanced diet. 36.4% of the housewives earned the knowledge and information on dietary life through the media of radio, television, newspapers, or magazines. 57.9% of them learned how to cook in a cooking class, and sometimes they experimented it (how to cook) on their everyday life. Most of them concerned about nutritional status of their family members. This study showed that the degree of knowledge about nutrition was generally low. They said that they knew well about infant and child nutrition, the harm of the unbalanced diet and fatness, nutrition of the pregnancy and lactation. They thought they had enough knowledge about the foodstuffs for the growth of the children, the relationship between food and nutrition, constituents in milk, nutrition of old men. In general, thr nutrition knowledge of the housewives was correspondingly higher to their higher education levels.
