대전광역시 양봉농가의 꿀벌질병 감염률 조사 (Prevalence of honeybee (Apis mellifera) disease in Daejeon)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the prevalence of honey bee (Apis mellifera) disease in Daejeon. From May to September in 2014, 63 samples were collected from 63 apiculture farms in the regions and reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was conducted. A total of 11 infectious pathogens, including 6 virus, 2 bacteria, 2 fungi, and 1 parasite, were investigated in honeybee colonies suffering from symptom of sudden collapse, depopulation or paralysis. The infectious pathogens and infection rates among 63 honeybee colonies detected were as follows: sacbrood virus (12.7%), chronic bee paralysis virus (1.6%), stonebrood (11.1%), American foulbrood (19.0%), European foulbrood (6.3%), respectively. The result indicate that foul-brood was most prevalent disease in apiculture farms in Daejeon area.

대전지역 양계 농가의 추백리 항체 조사 (Study on the seroprevalence of Salmonella Pullorum in boiler farms in Daejeon area)

  • In order to investigate the seroprevalence of Salmonella Pullorum in boilers reared in Daejeon area, 509 samples were collected from 10 boiler farms randomly selected from 38. The survey was carried out during 6 months from April to October in 2007. Out of 509 chickens, 35 (6.9%) were seropositive and average titer was $2^{4.8}$. The seroprevalence by district was 5.5% (5/90) in Dong-gu, 4.1 % (4/96) in Seo-gu, 7.9% (24/303) in Yuseong-gu, 10.0% (2/20) in Daedeok-gu.

  • In order to survey the prevalence of Toxocara cams in soil of playground in a detached dwelling area, 150 samples were taken from playground 50 unit. The survey was carried out during 3 months from July to September in 2006. The Egg of Toxocara canis were detected in 6 samples (4.0%) from 150 cases of playground. The prevalence of T canis by month was 6.0% in July, 4.0% in August, 2.0% in September, respectively. This study results suggested that the prevalence of T canis were decreased in 2006 compared to 18.5% (30 positive/162 samples) in 2000.

대전지역 길고양이의 톡소포자충(Toxoplasma gondii) 감염 실태 조사 (Investigation of Toxoplasma gondii infection on stray cats in Daejeon)

  • This study was performed to evaluate the prevalence rate of Toxoplasma gondii on 217 stray cats in Daejeon. The positive infection rate of T. gondii was 15.7% in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), 12.4% in latex agglutination test (LAT), 14.7% in indirect immunofluorescent antibody test (IFA) and 0.5% in polymerase chain reaction (PCR) respectively. In districts, Yuseong-gu was shown the highest seropositive rate of T. gondii as 31.8% in ELISA, 22.7% in LAT and 31.8% in IFA. In gender, the seropositive rate of female cats was slightly higher than that of male cats as 17.2% in ELISA, 15.2% in LAT, 15.2% in IFA and 1.0% in PCR. Cats captured in National science museum, detached house and apartment was shown relatively high prevalence rate of T. gondii.

대청호 주원천 인공습지의 오염물질 정화효율 평가 (Evaluation of treatment efficiencies of pollutants in daecheong lake juwon stream constructed wetlands)

  • This study focused on evaluating the efficiency of the removal of non-point source pollution by Daecheong Lake Juwon Stream constructed wetlands. The constructed wetland system is a surface flow type designed in the year 2007 for purifying eutrophic water of Daecheong Lake Juwon Stream. The value of conductivity, suspended solids(SS), chemical oxygen demand using a potassium permanganate($COD_{Mn}$), five-day biochemical oxygen demand($BOD_5$), total nitrogen(T-N), total phosphorous(T-P), and pH in inflow averaged 220.2, 2.46, 3.33, 1.34, 2.00, 0.04 mg/L and 7.24, respectively and in outflow averaged 227.9, 1.12, 3.34, 0.87, 1.16, 0.02 mg/L and 7.45, respectively. The average removal efficiency of constructed wetlands was 30 % for SS, 22 % for $BOD_5$, 45 % for T-N and 31 % for T-P. The removal rates of SS, $BOD_5$ and T-N in the spring, summer and autumn were higher than those in winter. The removal rate of T-P was not significant different in all seasons. The amounts of pollutants removal in the constructed wetlands were higher in the order of $3^{rd}$ < $2^{nd}$ < $1^{st}$ wetland for SS and T-P, $2^{nd}$ < $3^{rd}$ < $1^{st}$ wetland for $BOD_5$ and T-N. Therefore, our findings suggest that the constructed wetlands could well treat the eutrophic Daecheong Lake Juwon Stream waters.

대전시 녹지계획을 위한 연결성 분석에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Connectivity for Green Space Planning in Daejeon Metropolitan City)

  • Daejeon is a large city in Korea and very high-speedly developing city. Recently urban area is expanding and large forest patch is fragmenting into small habitats because of urban sprawl. The fragmentation of large forest patch decreases the size of habitats and increases the loss of biodiversity in urban area. This study is to analysis the connectivity of green space of Daejeon metropolitan city, and suggest the optimum location of greening site and corridor in order to increase the connectivity of green space of Daejeon metropolitan city. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) The result of this study showed that ${\alpha}$ and ${\gamma}$ index are -0.24 and 0.20. A ${\alpha}$ index is very low and a ${\gamma}$ index is relatively low. (2) The dispersion was very high, for urban forest patches were isolated through fragmentation. Therefore, it needed ecological corridors in order to connect the patches. (3) A urban streams were very important in connectivity of urban green space. Urban riparian corridor must be preserved and restored. (4) A urban green space policy and planning must be prepared to increase the connectivity and assessment of alternatives must be accomplished from perspective of connectivity. The results of this study show the practical implications in perspective of green space planning and policy in Daejeon metropolitan city. The suggestions by findings of this study are to connect green space between large forest patch in urban fringe and island green space in inner city. Also, It is required that urban stream is restored to natural feature for use of corridor by wildlife.

대전시내 초등학교 도서실 현황에 관한 연구 - 교사대상 설문조사를 중심으로 (A Study on the present state of Elementary School Libraries in Daejeon Metropolitan City - Focused on the questionnaire survey of teachers)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the present state of elementary school libraries in Daejeon Metropolitan City. For this 50 schools are surveyed by questionnaires on two groups of teachers, those that take charge of school library and those who do not. As a results of this research following issues are emerged. First, the present state of surveyed school libraries is below standard with regard to the amount of books and size and it is required to improve these poor conditions. Second, the space programs are not sufficient to conduct enlarging scope of school libraries, which is conspicuous in spaces for affording librarians, supporting various activities and serving user's convenience. Third, in spite of poor conditions in school library facilities, respondents' satisfaction rate is not so low and there's no obvious demand for diversity of spaces.

대전지역 공공도서관 운영현황과 발전과제 (Current Status and Strategies for Public Libraries in Daejeon Metropolitan City)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대전지역을 중심으로 24개 공공도서관의 일반현황과 행정체계를 분석함으로써 공공도서관의 현주소를 파악하고, 발전방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 첫째, 대전지역 공공도서관의 시설, 인력, 장서, 예산 현황을 살펴보고, "제3차 도서관발전 종합계획(2019-2023)", "도서관법"과 "한국도서관기준"에서 제시하는 기준과 비교하였다. 둘째, 공공도서관 행정조직의 체계와 주요 특징을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 대전지역 공공도서관의 발전을 위해 공공도서관의 지속적 확충, 사서직원 충원, 장서 확충, 노인 대상 서비스 강화, 예산 증액, 정책담당 전담부서 신설을 제안하였다.

  • 대전광역시는 4차산업에 필요한 최고의 혁신역량 인프라(ICT)를 보유하고 있음에도 불구하고 산업생태계를 저해하는 요인들이 산재하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 4차산업혁명시대에 지역적 특성을 고려한 일자리 창출 요인을 조직생태학관점에서 접근하였다. 즉, 해외 ICT기반의 클러스터(또는 도시)를 통한 일자리창출 사례를 살펴보고, 조직생태학의 '적소', '변이', '선택', '보존'의 요인을 도출하였다. 이를 통해, 대전광역시를 둘러싼 환경과, 기존 해외 클러스터사례의 교훈을 벤치마킹하여 ICT기반 일자리창출의 '적소'를 발견하고 생태계에서 살아남기 위한 '변이'과정에 필요한 전략과 생태계에서 '선택' 및 '보존'이 될 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 결론적으로, 4차산업혁명도시, 혁신도시 지정, SW의 우수한 역량확보 등 대전시가 가진 강점과 명실상부한 '혁신 허브'로서의 특별시로 자리매김하기 위한 조직생태학적 접근의 전략이 필요함을 주장한다. 또한, 대전시가 가진 강점과 '혁신 허브'의 특별시로 명백히 자리매김하려면 실질적이며 생태계의 지속성을 꾀할 수 있는 전략이 필요하다. 최근 대전시가 추진하고 있는 '대전형 뉴딜정책', '대전 스타트업파크' 사업 등에 시도 해보는 것도 의미가 있으리라 판단된다. 마지막으로, 4차 산업혁명 시대에 부응하는 ICT기반 일자리 창출 연구의 희소성, 일자리 창출에 있어 지역의 중요성 인식, 지속가능한 클러스터의 조직생태학적 접근 제시 등 독창성 있는 연구로 그 동안 부족했던 선행연구에 이론적 기여가 있기를 기대한다.

감성 융합형 시트 마스크 화장품의 보존제 함유량 실태 (Trend on content of preservatives for emotion-fusioned sheet mask cosmetics in markets)

  • 2016년 대전광역시에서 유통 중인 시트형 마스크 화장품(n=42)을 대상으로 보존제 함유량 실태 조사를 실시하였다. 모든 제품 중 보존제는 83.3%(n=35)에서 검출되었으며 30.95(n=14)와 2.39%(n=1)의 제품에서 2종류와 3종류의 보존제가 혼용되어 사용되어졌다. PE, MP, CP 및 BA는 76.19(n=32), 21.43(n=9), 16.67(n=7) 및 2.38%(n=1)의 순으로 검출되었으며 각각의 함유량은 0.06 ~ 0.71, 0.18 ~ 0.35, 0.06 ~ 0.71 및 0.32%로서 모두 기준치 이내이었다. 그러나 모든 제품에서 EP, PP 및 BP는 검출되지 않았다. 이러한 실험 결과를 바탕으로 유통 중인 시트형 마스크 화장품의 보존제와 같은 안전성 관련 품질검사 및 관리가 지속적으로 이루어져서 소비자의 감성과 융합시킨 정보를 공유할 수 있도록 하여 알 권리를 찾아줄 수 있을 것으로 기대되어진다.
