A Development of interactive 3D Visual Display for Furniture Arrangement (가구 배치를 위한 인터렉티브 3D Visual 디스플레이 개발)

  • 본 논문에서는 맞춤 가구 제작 및 제작된 가구의 배치를 위한 효율적이면서도 사용하기 용이한 3D Visual 디스플레이 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. AutoCAD로 만들어진 평면파일(*.dxf) 그리고 3D 제작툴로 만들어진 오브젝트 파일(*.3ds)을 이용하여 현실감 있도록 시뮬레이션 하는 것을 목표로 한다. 2D로 제작된 AutoCAD 평면 설계 파일을 이용하여 평면 파일을 3D 투시도로 변환하고 3DS파일로 구축한 객체들을 배치한 뒤 텍스처매핑, 렌더링 등을 구현하여 최대한 현실감을 낼 수 있도록 개발한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 석조문화재인 석탑을 수치사진측량 S/W에서 획득된 삼차원 DXF 파일과 삼차원 영상을 지원하는 VRML인 wrl 파일을 이용하여 기타 제반 사항의 속성정보를 데이터베이스화하였다. 그리고 Web 상에서 구동 가능한 Web 서버용 문화재 관리 정보시스템을 구축하여 문화재 관리에 있어서 효율성을 제공하고자 한다.

백색 LED 조명 광원제작 공정에 필요한 포토마스크 제작

  • 본 연구에서는 고밀도로 백색 발광다이오드를 웨이퍼 상에 제작하기 위한 제조공정에 필요한 포토마스크를 제작하는 연구를 수행하였다. 발광다이오드 한 개의 패턴을 웨이퍼상에 연속적으로 배열하여 이를 병렬로 연결하는 금속배선을 고려하였다. AutoCAD의 DWG 파일로 캐드작업을 수행하여 이를 DXF 파일로 변환하였으며, 레이저빔으로 스켄하여 소다라임 유리판 위에 크롬을 식각함으로써 포토마스크를 제작하였다. 이는 기존에 제작된 개별칩 형태의 발광다이오드 제작공정을 집적공정화함으로써 웨이퍼상에서 전면 발광하는 조명광원의 구조를 갖는다. 또한 이를 활용하여 백색 발광다이오드 집적칩을 제작하려 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 가구 인테리어를 위해 사전에 제작된 가구의 배치를 인터렉티브하게 시뮬레이션할 수 있도록 3D Visual 시뮬레이터 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. AutoCAD에서 제작된 도면파일(*.dxf)로 가상공간을 구성하고 3D MAX에서 Import된 Object 파일(*.3ds)을 Load하여 사용자가 쉽게 배치할 수 있도록 하는 것에 주안점을 두었다. 구성된 장면에 현실감을 주기 위해 고급 Rendering 기술 구현 또한 목표로 한다. 구축된 공간과 Object에는 텍스쳐 매핑과 Display Edit 기능을 구현하여 최대한 현실적인 시뮬레이터의 기능을 살릴 수 있도록 개발한다.

  • Recently, many WMS(Web Map Services) and POI(Point of Interest) services come to be in service on the Internet using Web GIS(Geographic Information System) as Information Technology and computer H/W are evolved faster in its speed, network bandwidth and features. The Web GIS is, however, limited and constrained on the specification of its system configuration, the service class provided and the presentation methodology of a map. As the mobile Internet becomes popular in mobile service, Web GIS service on mobile environment is strongly required and to be provided by location based WMS(Web Map Service) on a mobile client such as PDA with location information of the user. In this paper, we made an effort to design and implement a GIS computing environment by thin client for mobile web map service. For implementing the thin client GIS computing environment. we were using NGII's(National Geographic Information Institute's) DXF map, representing the map by SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics) recommended by OGC(OpenGis Consortium), and adapting standard XML web service to provide the thin client GIS service on PDA by applying the location information of the user in realtime with GPS on mobile environment.

A Study of Clothing Design in the Digital Age (디지털 시대의 의상 디자인 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This study shows that clothes to be just the same as the real thing can be Produced through the third dimension computer graphics, and then presents that not only the area of fashion design can be expanded in the virtual reality field by doing the simulation of the fashion show, but also the information can be made the real time public ownership and the communication can be fulfilled smoothly. In this study, analyzing the third dimension computer graphic programs to be used much at present, Alias Wavefront Company's Maya software which was the most effective in the clothes simulation and the clothes CAD SGS OptiTex 8.7 which went well substitutive for it were used of them. The conclusions of this study that got through the work manufacture are as follows: The first, if the file manufacturing in the clothes CAD by using the computer was stored, the pattern used 3D simulation was available because it could be summoned in 3D software. The second, if the data of DXF form in Maya program was summoned, they could not be applied by Maya Cloth supported in Nurbs only because they were recognized as the DXF_layer. So the curve along the outer lines of the pattern was drawn and Maya Cloth was applied to be possible to get the natural silhouette of clothes. The third, when the clothes were manufactured by 3D, if the draping character was applied according to the textile special quality, not only the control of textile's thickness, weight, quality feeling, and silhouette was available, but also the clothes were available to graft the special textile materials. The fourth, the natural motion of model was produced by capturing the actual model's walking action In order to produce the fashion show motion and also the dynamic fashion show was available by the angle of camera, the establishment of lighting, and etc. in the final rendering. The clothes manufactured by 3D are available to change the design by changing the materials, or by adding the details, or by utilizing the special materials on clothes. Therefore, the trial and error following at the clothes manufacture can be reduced. But the elevation of the rendering speed, the price down, the strengthening of personal security, and etc. are required.

Development of the GIS Based Pre- and Post-Processing Tool for the Visual MODFLOW Groundwater Flow Modeling (Visual MODFLOW 지하수 유동 모델링을 위한 GIS 기반 전ㆍ후처리기 개발)

  • In this study GIS based pre- and post-processing tool for the Visual MODFLOW that is specific software to model groundwater flow is developed. This tool not only makes input data scientifically but also manages input and output data in terms of the groundwater flow analysis. In addition it can storage project products systematically into Oracle database. The most characteristic figure of this processing tool is to provide the module, which automatically or semi automatically develops various grid cell sizes using GIS ArcView and also produces DXF files reflecting various boundary conditions in the modeling zone. In particular, eminences of this research are to create 3 dimensional hydrogeological structures with 2 dimensional GIS ArcView and to conduct pre- and post- processing along with same topology and data format of the MODFLOW.

  • The purpose of this study is to aim at presenting efficient technique of 3-D Terrain Modelling through multilateral approach methods and to compare with raw data, using low-densed randomly located point data. The subject religion of this study are selected two sites and take into consideration for degree of freedom about low-densed randomly located point data. The result of this study by precision analysis of digital cartographic map-ping using low-densed randomly located point data bave shown that . First, making digital cartographic map, the technique of making it using low-desned randomly located point data by TIN-based results to good and fast run-time in A and B sites all together. Second, the visualization analysis results of digital cartographic map using TIN and GRID-based terrain modeling techniqus similar exacts A and B sites, but the terrain modeling techniqus by TIN-based are small data size than GRID-based with the data with the data size of saving with DXF files. Third, making digital catographic map using terrain modeling techniques by Grid-based, the standard errors of low-densed randomly located point data and interpolated data using gridding method have more good results by radial basis function interpolation techniques at A and B sites all together.

  • Since 20th century, the rapid growth in economy development and ill-advisable construction of infrastructure which causing injury of nature has generated an El Nino phenomenon problems. For this reason, establishment of heritage preservation plan is being required to prevent damages of important cultural assets from natural disaster. In this study, we obtained both 3D-dxf and VRML-wrl(which support 3D image) files from stone pagodas(stone cultural heritages) by using the digital photogrammetric program. Then database are formed by these two files with other attribute informations. And we made existing cultural heritages management information data format to be unified using JAVA, HTML, and Cosmo Player. Thus, we could construct the web-server for Cultural Heritages Management Information System to contribute not only effective management but also ease of use for expert or amateur user in using of cultural assets informations. And, in virtual reality system, we could make texture presented like as actual texture by using the VRML program.
