The direct effects of various agents on the phosphorylase activity of rat kidney was studied in vitro and the results were summarized as follows. 1. The kidney phosphorylase activity was markedly depressed by iodoacetic acid whereas it was increased by sodium azide. 2. DNP had no effect on the phosphorylase activity, while sodium cyanide slightly increased the activity of the enzyme. 3. Ouabain slightly depressed the phosphorylase activity whereas it was markedly depressed by oligomycin. 4. Vasopressin and histamine markedly increased the phosphorylase activity.

산업용 감시 제어 시스템이 대용량화, 개방화 되어 감에 따라 시스템 사용자는 시스템을 보다 효율적으로 운용 관리하고자 한다. 이를 위해서는 산업용 감시 제어 시스템의 구조와, 시스템을 구성하는 장치들 간의 통신 네트워크 방식 등에 국제 표준 규격을 적용해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 90년대 후반까지 국내 전력 자동화 통신프로토콜로 많이 사용되었던 HARRIS-6000 프로토콜과 국제 표준 규격에 따라 개발된 DNP(Distributed Network Protocol)3.0을 비교 분석함으로써, 효율적으로 산업용 감시 제어시스템을 설계하고 운용 관리 할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 대표적인 산업용 프로토콜인 DNP(Distributed Network Protocol) 3.0과 TETRA(Terrestrial Trunked Radio)의 Gateway System Architecture를 제안한다. TETRA는 재난망 무선통신 기술로써 여러가지 타입의 무선 인터페이스를 제공한다. 이러한 TETRA 기술을 이용해서 원거리에 있는 각 산업용 장비들의 감시 제어를 보다 효율적으로 수행 할 수 있다. 하지만 아직 TETRA의 국내 표준이 이루어지지 않은 상태이기 때문에 본 논문에서는 다양한 산업용 장비와 인터페이스를 할 수 있는 표준을 제공하고자 한다.

산업제어 시스템의 통신 프로토콜 중 하나인 MODBUS/TCP는 오늘날 산업체에서 높은 점유율로 사용되고 있다. 단순한 구조로 다양한 기능을 가지고 있어 "hard real system"에서 주로 사용되고 있는 MODBUS/TCP의 보안 적용 방안 또한 많은 연구로 진행되어 왔다. DNP3, SSL, SCTP와 같은 프로토콜을 연동하거나 공개키를 이용한 전자서명 적용 등의 방법이 대표적인 MODBUS/TCP의 보안 방법은 충분한 메모리 크기, 고속 공개키 연산을 위한 하드웨어 가속기 등을 요구로 한다. 하지만 I/O 디바이스 등 열악한 환경에 이는 부담스러운 요소로 작용될 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 열악한 환경에서 안전한 MODBUS/TCP 통신과 기존의 MODBUS/TCP와의 호환성을 고려한 보안 적용 방안을 소개한다. 또한 측정한 결과를 통해 본 논문에서 제시하는 E-ModbusSec가 "hard real system"에서 충분히 제 역할을 수행할 수 있음을 보이고자 한다.

Antiallergic activity of the aqueous extract of Menthae herba (MHAE) was investigated in mice and rats. MHAE inhibited systemic anaphylaxis induced by compound 48/80 in mice. Especially, MHAE inhibited compound 48/80 induced systemic anaphylaxis 100% with a dose of 500 mg/kg body weight. MHAE significantly inhibited serum histamine levels induced by compound 48/80. MHAE inhibited histamine release from the rat peritoneal mast cells activated by compound 48/80 or anti-DNP IgE. Our studies provide evidence that MHAE will be beneficial in the treatment of anaphylaxis.

Objectives : We studied on anti-allergic effects of Arctii Fructus Herbal Acupuncture(AFHA) and Arctii Fructus Herbal Acupuncture Solution(AF). Methods : In vivo, Animals were herbal-acupunctured AFHA at both ST36 three times for 5 days. Then, we investigated compound 48/80-induced active systemic anaphylaxis(ASA) using ICR mice and anti-DNP IgE-induced passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PCA) using Sprague Dawley rat. In vitro, we measured cell viability, b-hexosaminidase, IL-4 and TNF-a release from RBL-2H3 cells after treatment of AF of various concentrations. Results : In vivo, AFHA pretreatments at both ST36 inhibited compound 48/80-induced ASA. PCA was inhibited by AFHA pretreatments at both ST36. In vitro, AF treatments were not affect on cell viability and inhibited b-hexosaminidase, IL-4 and TNF-a release. Conclusions : These results suggest that AFHA and AF may be beneficial in the inhibition of allergic inflammatory response.

In this paper, we propose a new communication protocol for remote metering in electric power meters, also define necessary functions for it. The new protocol is based on the international metering protocol. IEC 1107, 62056, DNP 3.0. This protocol has 4-layered architecture, which has physical. data link, lower application, and upper application layers. For each layer, definitions and detailed functions are introduced. The protocol will be used for communication between the meters and the metering computer(or AMR system). KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation) plans to adopt this protocol as a part of a new metering standard for electric power meters.

Objectives : We studied the effects of Radix Asteris herbal acupuncture solution (RAHAS) on the type I hypersensitivity. Methods : In vivo, we measured compound 48/80 induced active systemic anaphylactic shock, anti-DNP IgE induced passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) and acetic acid induced microvascular permeability using ICR mice. In vitro, we showed effects on cytotoxicity and ${\beta}$-hexosaminidase release from RBL-2H3 cells. Results : In vivo, RAHAS pretreatments at $BL_{13}$ and optional points inhibited active systemic anaphylactic shock induced by compound 48/80 and microvascular permeability increased by acetic acid. PCA was only inhibited by RAHAS pretreatments at $BL_{13}$. In vitro, RAHAS treatments inhibited ${\beta}$-hexosaminidase release. Conclusion : These results suggest that RAHAS may be beneficial in the prevention of type I hypersensitive inflammatory response.

In this paper, problems and solutions are proposed for applying IEC 61850 to Distribution Automation System(DAS). Communication protocol integration in power automation system have issued by IEC standards, IEC 61850 of them has researched for applying IEC 61850 to many areas of power system in spite of that it was made for substation automation system. Especially, DAS is just about to apply IEC 61850 by communication network change from serial to ethernet although DNP 3.0 is used. But it's impossible to apply directly IEC 61850 to DAS by difference of environment which unfixed wide area and separated nodes in power distribution system unlike concept of IEC 61850 is made by Substation Automation System(SAS) environment of limited space. Thus, this paper proposed applications of three types which conceptual, practical, and future to consider problems and solutions when apply IEC 61850 to Ethernet based DAS.

A communication protocol for automatic meter reading is designed for electronic power meter. Communicational functions and data structures are standardized and data reading software is developed according to the developed protocol. The communication protocol is designed with reference specifications, IEC 62056-31 and Distributed Network Protocol(DNP). For design, communicational functions and specifications of the industrial meters were analyzed for the purpose of developing a new one for KEPCO meters. The protocol is designed with 3 layer model, physical layers, data link layer and application layer. A documentation was completed with data gathering, data classification, authentication, error detection. An emulator system was made for testing the protocol. A meter reading software was developed using the protocol. Many different protocols and meter reading softwares are integrated into one with the developed protocol and software as KEPCO's standard.
