네트워크 인프라와 개인 PC 의 성능 향상으로, 실세계와 흡사한 가상세계가 점차 활성화되는 추세이다. 네트워크에 기반한 가상 환경이 갖는 가장 큰 장점은, 물리적으로 멀리 떨어져 있는 여러 사용자들을 하나의 가상공간에 있는 듯한 착각(illusion)을 주고, 실시간으로 상호작용이 가능하다는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 networked Virtual Environment(이하 net- VE)의 구성에 고려되어 지는 네트워크 구조와 DIS, HLA, vrtp등의 프로토콜을 살펴보고, 기존의 군사용 그리고 대학에서 구성된 net-VE 환경들에 대한 일반적인 특성들을 정리해본다. 그리고 현재 국내에서 서비스 되고 있는 net-VE 환경을 살펴본다.

From Octorber 1984 through September 1991, 480 patients underwent percutaneous tra-nsluminal coronary angioplasty and 7 of these[1.4%] required coronary artery bypass surgeries in the emergency base. The principal indications for surgery were coronary dis-sections[n=2], acute coronary occlusions[n=3], and ventricular arrhythmias[n=2]. There were two early deaths and one late death. No patient who developed cardiac arrest and had not been resuscitated before surgery survived the operation. The outcome of surgery was related to the preoperative clinical status of patients.

In this paper, we present a result of our study on how to construct a pilot MPACS (medical hic lure archiving and communication System) based on X -Window system. The proposed MPACS Is composed of image acquisition units, image archiving and processing units, display units, and all units are Interfaced with a LAN The image management is done according to the TIFF (Tagged Image File Format) , and the dis- play system is built upon generally accepted software packages, namely the X -Window system. Also, lossless and lossy digital image compression methods were implemented and tested with X -ray and CT images.

This paper introduces attempts to obtain the 'representative' characteristics of the mechanical impedance of seated Korean subjects under vertical vibration. Individual responses of driving-point mechanical impedance obtained from forty-one Korean subjects are illustrated. Four kinds of vibration levels and three different sitting postures are selected to collect the responses of each subject. Those individual responses are used to estimate the 'mean' mechanical impedance, which may be expected to be a representative model to Korean subjects. Several interesting features of the estimated mechanical impedance are suggested and compared to those of ISO/DIS 5982.

디지털 저장 미디어 명령과 제어를 위한 프로토콜인 DSM-CC (Digital Storage Media Command & Control)에 대한 표준화가 ISO/IEC MPEG에서 한창 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 DSM-CC에서 정하고 있는 시스템의 기준 모델을 각 인터페이스별로 살펴보고, 현재 표준제정중인 프로토콜을 1995년 11월에 만들어진 DIS(Draft International Specification)를 중심으로 상세히 소개하고자 하였다.

코비드19에 따른 비대면 경제가 촉진되면서 지난 4차산업혁명위원회에서는 초연결·비대면 신뢰사회를 위한 인프라로서 '블록체인 기술 확산 전략'을 발표하였다. 개별적으로 구현되는 블록체인이 글로벌 인프라로 연결되기 위해서는 상호연동을 위한 표준화가 필수적이다. ISO TC 307 블록체인 및 분산원장기술 WG 1 기반기술 작업반에서는 2017년 시작된 TC 307의 첫 국제표준(IS)인 용어 표준을 발간하였다. 또한 두 번째 국제표준인 참조구조 표준에 대한 DIS 투표가 곧 시작될 예정이다. 이 논문에서는 ISO TC 307 기반기술 작업반에서 이루어지고 있는 표준화 작업을 소개한다.

작년 6월호에 ISO/IEC 10118의 제 1 부인 개론이 소개되었고 이번호에는 바로 표준이 된 제 2 부를 소개한다. 이 과제는 1990년에 CD(Committee Draft), 1992년에 DIS(Draft IS)가 되었고, 1994년에 IS(International Standard)가 되었으며 1998년에 1차 검토가 있을 예정이다.

제 5권 제 1호에 이어 상대방이 자신이라고 주장한 실체가 정말 그 실체인지를 인증하기 위한 기법을 표준화하는 과제 중의 네번째로 "암호학적 화인 함수를 이용한 인증"을 소개한다. 이 과제는 제 2부인 "대칭형 암호기술을 이용한 인증"과 많이 유사하므로 쉽게 진행되어 1993년에 CD(Committee Draft), 1994년 DIS(Draft for International Standard)가 되었고 1995년에 IS(International Standard)가 되었으며 1999년에 1차 검토가 있을 예정이다.99년에 1차 검토가 있을 예정이다.
