Brushless DC Motor에서 토크리플 저감을 위한 새로운 전류제어 기법 (A New Current Control Method for Torque Ripple Reduction on Brushless DC Motor)

  • This paper presents a new current control method to reduce torque ripple of Brushless DC Motor during commutation. In the proposed control strategy, the current slopes of rising and decaying phase during commutation is equalized by the compensation voltage. By adding the compensation voltage for it to the current controller output, the reduced torque ripple can be obtained. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method reduces the torque and the current ripples significantly.

  • A neural networks (NN) saturation compensation scheme for DC motor systems is presented. The scheme that leads to stability, command following and disturbance rejection is rigorously proved. On-line weights tuning law, the overall closed loop performance and the boundness of the NN weights are derived and guaranteed based on Lyapunov approach. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed scheme effectively compensate for saturation nonlinearity in the presence of system uncertainty.

  • In this study, we selected a DC servo motor as an actuator of the marine diesel engine governor and constructed the position control system of the DC servo motor using the algorithm proposed by authors. Next, we proposed an another method to construct an adaptive control system for marine diesel engine by regarding the controlled system including the DC servo motor as a second order controlled system and verified the validity of this method through the real time control responses. Finally, the results have shown a good response characteristic.

  • This paper proposes an intelligent controller for brushless DC motor and load with unknown nonlinear dynamics. The proposed intelligent control system consists of a plant identifier and PID controller with varying gains. The identifier is constructed using an Auto Regressive Moving Average (ARMA) model. In order to tune the parameters of the identifier and the gains of the PID controller efficiently, e also propose a modified Evolution Strategy. Experimental results show that the proposed intelligent controller for brushless DC motor has good control performance under unknown disturbance.

  • In this paper, we constitute H/W systems for the accurate control of DC servo motor. This H/W systems are designed by applying a simple genetic algorithm (SGA) to the robust $H_{\infty}$ control system and the intelligent Fuzzy control system of DC motor, respectively. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed systems, the characteristics of this systems are analysed and simulated.

  • This Paper presents a study of the performance of a DC servo motor with a model reference adaptive fuzzy speed controller (MRAFSC) in the presences of load disturbances. MRAFSC comprised inner feedback loop consisting of the fuzzy logic controller (FLC) and plant, and outer loop consisting of an adaptation mechanism which is designed for tuning a control rule of the FLC. Experimental results show the good performance in the DC servo motor system with the proposed adaptive fuzzy controller.

  • Various adjustment devices which present automobile uses electric motion motor of reducer built-in type for user's convenience are increasing. The example are seat control motor, sunroof motor, power windows motor etc. To get low noise, high effectiveness special quality in automobile DC motor of reducer built-in type, reducer department's transmission efficiency and noise, vibration quality are very important. The reducer used to DC motor of automobile reducer built-in type use worm gear for enough torque and proper number of rotation. We need optimization design technology of deceleration module including worm gear and housing for reducer development that have special quality of good quality.

  • For the evaluation of the DC motor noise and vibration, usually it is rely on human feeling because some kinds of noise are not definitely represented by measurement Instrument such as sound meter. But when we consider time signal of the noise and vibration. It is possible to represent them. And in this paper. it is suggested to study output current shape of the motor because it Is the source to make speed and torque variation of the motor. If the current shape is not stable. it makes operating state of the motor unstable and produces noise and vibration. By analyzing signal at time and frequency of noise and vibration and current shape. it is possible to automation of the noise and vibration measurement in the Production line.

  • This paper presents a study of the performance of a brushless DC motor (BLDCM) speed control system. Recently, most motor controls are implemented in digital electronics. Digital controllers tend to be more accurate, less susceptible to noise and more flexible in terms of programming. The system used a digital PI controller in order to implement the constant speed of Brushless DC motor. Microprocessor used in this experiment is 80c196kc. The applied motor has been constructed using a 50W, 150V, 3000rpm, four-pole motor.
