LSEV용 SRM 구동시스템 (SR Drive System for LSEV)

  • The switched reluctance motor(SRM) drive system provides a good adjustable speed and torque characteristics. SRM has the possibility of maintaining full power over a wide speed range. So, many attempts are being done from home appliances to industrial machinery and tools. Especially, a traction drive of an SRM is one of a good application for it's DC-series characteristic. However, because of the switching mechanism it has some disadvantage of noise and vibration. It is difficult to adopt to an appliance demanding silency. A noise simulation and design of 6/4 and 12/8 SRM was done in order to compare each other.

  • Recently, the skeleton type 2-phase brushless DC motor has been used in electric home appliance for low price and low energy consumption. In this paper, we analyzed a skeleton type 2-phase BLDC motor using time-step finite element method. And the validity of analysis is confirmed by measuring the flux distribution on the surface of permanent magnet and back-EMF. As well, we have calculated the dynamic characteristics of target motor considering the Hall sensor position. So, we have found the optimum switching position, and improved efficiency of 2-phase BLDC motor.

  • This paper presents a flyback technology in power conversion aimed at increasing efficiency and power density, reducing cost and using minimum components in AC-DC conversion. The proposed converter provides these features for square waveforms and constant frequency PWM. It is designed to operate in a wide input voltage range of 75-265VAC RMS with two output voltages of 5V and 20V respectively and full load output power of 5W. The proposed converter is suitable for high efficiency and high power density application such as LCDs, TV power modules, AC adapters, motor control, appliance control, telecom and networking products.

  • This Paper the state-of-the art indirect induction heated boiler and induction heated hot air producer using the voltage-fed series resonant high-frequency inverter whice can operate in the frequency range from 20kHz to 50kHz. A specially-designed induction heater composed of laminated stainless assembly with many tiny holes and interconnected spot welding points between stainless plates is inserted into the ceramic type vessel with external working coil connected to the inverter and tubelence fluid through this induction heater in moving fluid generates in the vessel. The operating performances of this unique appliance in next generation and its effectiveness are evaluated and discussed from a practical point of view.

  • 본 논문에서는 전기 전자부품 및 기구의 절연재료로 널리 적용되고 있는 에폭시 복합재료의 절연 특성 및 신뢰도를 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 경제적, 기계적 요인에 의해 필수적으로 첨가되어야 하는 충진재의 분포에 따른 전계 변화를 예측하기 위하여 전계해석 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 그 결과를 확인하였다. 또한 직류 전압 인가 조건하에서 주변 온도 변화 및 충진재 분포에 따른 절연파괴시험을 수행하였고 그 변화를 관찰하였다. 시편은 에폭시 수지에 충진재를 0, 50, 100[phr] 첨가하여 3종류가 제작되었으며 모든 시편의 경우에서 온도가 증가함에 따라 절연파괴강도가 저하됨을 확인하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 및 실제 절연강도시험 결과를 비교 고찰하여 전기 기구의 절연설계에 필요한 기술적 적용 가능성을 확인하였다.

  • BLDC 전동기는 높은 효율과 출력밀도로 인하여, 현재 산업응용 분야에 널리 적용되고 있으며, 특히 고성능 제어 특성과 저소음 운전특성으로 인하여 가정용 전자제품의 활용도가 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 제한적인 설계조건에서 요구성능을 만족하는 트레드 밀 구동용 BLDC 전동기를 설계하고, 이에 적합한 제어기를 제작하였다. 전동기설계에서 제한된 고정자 구조에 대하여, 제작의 용이성과 경제성을 고려하여 CAD와 FEM 해석을 통하여 영구자석의 형상을 설계하였다. 설계된 제어기는 트레드 밀의 안정된 구동과 성능을 위하여 운전자의 무게와 회전속도에 따라 학습된 제어기의 이득이 사용되도록 제작되었다. 제시된 트레드 밀 구동용 BLDCM과 제어기는 실험을 통하여 성능을 확인하였다.
