  • This study is about optimization of Laser Repair Condition in EDS Line to improve AC and DC characteristic of high speed DRAM. The margin of AC parameter can be improved by forcing the proper DC generator levels and also improved by cutting the optional fuse about characteristics.

  • 본 논문에서는 DC배전에 앞서 AC배전에서 사용하고 있는 부하를 AC에 비교하여 DC전원이 공급될 때 기존의 가전제품들의 전기적 특성을 분석하고, AC를 DC로 전환하기 위한 변환장치를 제거하고 DC를 공급할 때의 전기적 특성에 대하여 살펴 DC배전의 효율성에 대하여 실험을 통하여 검토하였다.

Optimization of the DC and RF characteristics in AlGaN/GaN HEMT (AlGaN/GaN HEMT 의 DC 및 RF 특성 최적화)

  • In this paper, we investigated the characteristics of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs to optimize their DC and RF characteristics by using a two-dimensional device simulator. First, we analyzed the variation of the DC characteristics with respect to the variation of 2DEG concentrations when varying the Al mole fraction and the thickness of the AlGaN layer. Then, we examined the variation of the RF characteristics by varying the size and the location of the gate, source and drain electrodes. When the Al mole fraction increased from 0.2 to 0.45, both the transconductance and I-V characteristics increased. On the other hand, the I-V characteristics were improved but transconductance was decreased as the thickness of the AlGaN layer increased from 10nm to 50nm. In the RF characteristics, the gate length was found to be the most influential parameter, and the RF characteristics were improved when the gate length was shorten.

  • 본 논문에서는 디지털 제어방식의 DC-DC컨버터를 이용한 계통연계형 전력변환기를 제안한다. 제안하는 전력변환기는 3상 전류형 능동클램프 DC-DC컨버터와 계통연계형 3상 인버터로 구성되어 있다. 제안하는 전력변환기의 동작을 분석하기 위해 PSCAD/EMTDC를 이용하여 연료전지의 출력 동특성을 나타내는 모델과 제안하는 전력변환기의 모델을 개발하였다. 시뮬레이션모델의 검증이 가능한 하드웨어장치의 기본설계를 실시하였다. 제안하는 전력변환기는 정격출력에서 저전압특성을 갖는 연료전지를 전력계통에 고효율로 연계하는데 유용할 것으로 보인다.

  • 본 논문은 에너지 저장장치로 각광받는 Li 배터리를 이용한 양방향 DC-DC컨버터의 구성 및 빠른 통특성을 갖는 이중 루프 PI제어기 설계를 제시하였다. 제어기는 초기 충전을 위한 정전류 제어기와 초기 충전 이후에 동작을 개시하는 전력제어기를 구성하였다. 배터리 모델링 및 양방향 DC-DC 컨버터용 제어기는 PSIM을 이용한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였으며, 그 타당성을 실험을 통하여 확인하였다.

  • 본 논문은 입력 필터 상호 작용 (Interacton)의 일반적인 해석 방법으로 입력 필터단이 연결된 전류 제어 DC-DC 변환기의 동특성을 해석한다. 또한 입력 필터단의 강한 영향을 받는 상태의 전류 제어 강압형 변환기의 새로운 소신호 해석 결과를 제시한다. 이론적 해석은 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 결과 및 제작된 실험용 PWM DC-DC 변환기로 검증하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 ESS용 양방향 소프트스위칭 DC-DC 컨버터의 과도상태개선을 위한 제어기법을 제안한다. 양방향 DC-DC 컨버터를 소프트스위칭하기 위해 DCM으로 동작시킬 경우 스위치의 턴오프시 손실이 가장 많이 발생하므로 이를 저감하기 위해 ZVS 턴오프 커패시터를 스위치에 추가한다. 하지만 정상상태와 달리 초기구동을 하거나 충 방전 모드전환의 경우에는 ZVS 턴오프 커패시터로 인해 오히려 과도상태특성이 나빠질 수 있다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 ZVS 턴오프 커패시터로 인해 발생하는 과도상태의 문제점을 분석하고 제어기법을 제안하였으며 제안하는 제어기법의 타당성을 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였다.

  • This paper presents a new sensorless control scheme using simple duty signal feedback technique in DC/DC converters. The proposed Duty Feedback Control(DFC) has the characteristics that they show the same as operation performance of current mode control by using duty feedback technique without current sensor as well as present faster dynamic response performance than conventional Sensorless Current Mode(SCM) control in case that input source is perturbed by step change or DC input source includes the harmonics. Also, the proposed control scheme has good noise immunity and simple control circuits since they have one feedback loop, and can be applied to all DC/DC converters. The concept and control principles of the proposed control scheme are explained in detail and the validity of the proposed control scheme is verified through several interesting simulated and experimental results.

  • This paper presents an improved ZVS partial series resonant DC/DC converter (PSRC) with low conduction losses, suitable for high power and high frequency applications. The proposed PSRC have advantages of zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) of main switches for entire load ranges low conduction losses of main switches by decreasing current stresses. Also the reduction of the effective duty cycle is not occurred during the resonant period of the main circuit because the auxiliary circuit of the proposed converter is placed out of the main power path. The auxiliary circuit is composed with passive components, which are an inductor, two capacitors, two diodes, and a saturable inductor. An improved ZVS PSRC has so much characteristics with respect to the overall system efficiency and to the reduction of current stresses. The operation principles of the proposed converter are explained in detail and the various simulated and experimental results show the validity of the proposed converter.

  • Regenerative energy generated by regenerative braking of DC traction can cause the system malfunction or damage to the rectifier, or malfunction of the power conversion device in power supply system by DC Line voltage rise in feeder line. Regenerative energy storage system using super capacitor is one of the ways to stabilize DC line voltage. In this paper, energy storage system of DC traction system using super-capacitor bank is implemented and using the field measurement data of the station N and the station S on the Line 2, the operation characteristics of line voltage caused by regenerative energy of electric trains are verified. Also, charge/discharge characteristics of super capacitor are verified as well. Thus, we can verify the operation characteristics of super-capacitor bank for regenerative energy storage system installed in DC Traction. And if we can use field measurement data of DC line voltage, we have obtained cost reduction. The stabilization of the system will be improved by measuring the operation characteristics of regenerative energy storage system in certain section operated by DC traction and predicting the capacity and lifetime of super-capacitor.
