본 연구의 목적은 GIS를 활용하여 환경홈닥터와 관련된 정보를 관리하고 활용할 수 있는 환경홈닥터 관리시스템을 구축하는데 있다. 환경홈닥터 관리시스템은 환경홈닥터 DB관리시스템, 사이버 환경컨설팅시스템, 환경홈닥터 WebGIS 시스템, 원격 현장조사시스템으로 구성하였다. 원격 환경홈닥터 DB 관리시스템은 사용자 DB, 환경홈닥터 DB, 환경컨설팅 DB를 구축하고 관리할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 원격 환경홈닥터 서비스시스템은 홈페이지를 이용하여 환경컨설팅 업무를 수행할 때 발생하는 홈페이지 관련일반정보와 환경홈닥터 관련 정보를 통합하여 관리할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 환경홈닥터 WebGIS 시스템은 지원업체에 대한 공간정보 및 속성정보, 도로 및 주요 건물들에 대하여 GIS DB화하고 ESRI사의 ArcIMS를 이용하여 사용자가 언제 어디서나 웹을 통하여 검색하고 이를 활용할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 사이버 환경컨설팅 시스템은 지원요청 업체와 환경홈닥터가 직접 만나지 않고도 환경컨설팅 업무를 수행할 수 있으므로, 환경홈닥터 서비스 지원도구로 활용할 수 있다. 또한 환경홈닥터 제도 운영시 발생하는 방대한 양의 데이터를 체계적으로 관리하고 진단이력 및 유사사례 검색 등의 기능을 신속하게 수행할 수 있으므로, 효율적인 환경컨설팅 업무 수행에 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 WebGIS에 의해 환경홈닥터를 관리함으로써 공간정보와 속성정보를 쉽게 관리하고 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, a great number of natural disasters have more frequently happened than the past. The National Emergency Management Agency of Korea has made preparation for the integrated management system of steep slope lands. There is information based on the steep slope inspection sheets and the underground spatial information related to the prevention against steep slope disasters. Nevertheless, building a complete DB System to prevent the hazards and secure the safeties should be urgently dealt with. It is mainly because the information of the National Disaster Management System is restricted to the text-based brief data. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest the method as to building steep slope DB system for disaster prevention and maximizing the availabilities. This study shows the way of building a web-based DB system having its root in the steep slope inspection sheets. The method of establishing the ideal DB system that has liaisons between the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the National Emergency Management Agency is discussed in this study. Furthermore the optimization of DB utilization will assist the various integrated steep slope management systems based on U-IT which are ongoing projects.

DB production process includes a series of data analysis, DB design, source data input, data conversion and load, and DB operation and maintenance. Software development and operation technique for data input and DR production is similar to each other, even though each computer environment or the function of information retrieval system is a little different. The purpose of this paper is to introduce software for data input and DR production in ETLARS system, which is providing services to 6.000 users ( a s of Oct. 10, 1994) by Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, and to open know-how information in the production and operation of Hanguel DR.

This work presents OLP system made independently in HSD for sub-assembly welding robot system set already and assembly welding robot system developed lately on the low speed diesel engines. This paper focuses on the DB module and the job creation based upon it. Also, It contains the welding history DB that saves the information of jobs executed after welding.

본 고에서는 요소기술 측면에서 DB 기술의 현황을 소개하고 CIM 응용사례를 기술한다. 2장에서는 DBMS의 일반적 기능과 데이타 모델의 발달에 따른 DBMS 기술의 발전에 대해 간략하게 기술하며, 3장에서는 최근 CIM, 멀티미디어 데이타 처리 분야에서의 비전통적인 DB 요구사항을 충족시키는 객체지향 소프트웨어 및 DB 패러다임에 대해 소개한다. 4장에서는 FMS의 운용 관리를 위한 객체지향 DB 구축사례에 대해 기술하며, 5장에서는 CALS에서 생산 데이타 교환 표준으로 채택하고 있는 ISO STEP 표준 DB구현 사례를 소개한다. 마지막으로 6장에서 결론을 기술한다.

The Sample Cohort DB supplied by the National Health Insurance Service is a valuable resource for statistical studies as well as for health and medical studies. It takes significant time and effort to extract data from this Cohort DB having a large size. As such, we introduce a database system, conveniently called the National Health Insurance Service Cohort DB Extract Tool (NICE Tool), which supports several useful operations for effectively and efficiently managing the Cohort DB. For example, researchers can extract variables and cases related with study by simply clicking a computer mouse without any prior knowledge regarding SAS DATA step or SQL. We expect that NICE Tool will facilitate the faster extraction of data and eventually lead to the active use of the Cohort DB for research purposes.

This study discusses the quality issue of large scientific and technical (S&T) bibliographic databases in South Korea. In details, this study develops the criteria to evaluate the quality of S&T bibliographic databases, evaluates the quality of the selected two databases - UN10N DB and SATURN DB of the KORDIC, and finally, suggests both organizational and technical methods for the quality improvement of such bibliographic databases.

This proposed system is a part of internal control system that national highway need to support their ITS information audit. This paper explains the design and implementation of a packet interceptor and a DB query analyzer. The packet interceptor sniffs users' query packets, and then the DB query analyzer parses the SQL queries and stores the users' DB access information such as SQL queries, access data and changing data. The information may be used as the evidences on internal control of users and users' accesses.

This research attempts to investigate the way of establishing a systematic and consistent review results by utilizing DB system of broadcasting content, which has been operated by Korea Communications Standards Commission. The current problems of DB system was analyzed and compared with review system of other contents regulating organizations to seek better alternatives. The results show that related information are recorded in review DB of other organizations in detail, so that committee members can utilize DB system in making consistent and objective judgment. In addition, other contents regulating organizations open the review results to the public and enhance the accessibility, so that people can make use of the DB. It is necessary to improve review DB in a systematic and efficient way for broadcasters and contents productions to accept and consent the review results.

In this paper, an evaluation of intelligent CCTV system is proposed with recording and implementation video and video DB. Videos for evaluation are recorded by dividing far, mid and near zone. Video DB has video recording information, detection area, and ground truth in XML format. A video annotation tool is proposed to make ground truth effectively in this paper. A video annotation tool writes ground truths of videos and includes evaluation comparing system alarms with ground truths.
