Well-ordered mesoporous SiCBN ceramics have been successfully synthesized by infiltrating a polymeric precursor, which was prepared from borazine and 2,4,6-trimethyl-2,4,6-trivinylcyclotrisilazane via a hydroboration reaction, into a mesoporous carbon (CMK-3) as a hard template. This was followed by pyrolysis at $1400^{\circ}C$ under nitrogen gas and subsequent oxidative removal of the carbon template without chemical etching. The prepared mesoporous SiCBN ceramic was characterized by a small-angle XRD, TEM, and BET surface area. The resulting mesoporous SiCBN ceramic revealed a BET surface area of $275 m^2g^{-1}$ and a pore volume of $0.8 cm^3 g$ with no crystallization.

RS(Reed-Solomon)부호는 오류 정정을 위한 채널 코딩기법중의 하나로 특히 연집 오류에 대해 강한 특성을 갖고 있으며, CD-P(Compact Disc Player), DAT(Digital Audio Tape). VTR, DVD(Digital Video Disc), 디지탈 TV 디코더등에서 사용되고 있다. 본 논문은 Galois Field, GF[$2^8$]상에서 (204. 188. 8)의 규격을 갖는 디지탈 TV용 RS 복호기의 구현에 관한 연구로 8개의 심볼 오류까지 정정 가능하다. 오증 계산은 16개의 오증 계산셀로 구성되어 지며, 오류 위치 다항식을 계산하는데 있어서는 Berlekamp-Massey 알고리즘을 사용한다. VHDL로 설계되어 Synopsys를 이용하여 검증 및 합성하였다.

This study presents a new approach for expert opinion elicitation process to assess an uncertainty inherent in accident management. The need to work with rare event and limited data in accident management leads analysis to use expert opinions extensively. Unlike the conventional approach using point-valued probabilities, the study proposes the concept of fuzzy probability to represent expert opinion. The use of fuzzy probability has an advantage over the conventional approach when an expert's judgment is used under limited dat3 and imprecise knowledge. The study demonstrates a method of combining and propagating fuzzy probabilities. finally, the proposed methodology is applied to the evaluation of the probability of a bottom head failure for the flooded case in the Peach Bottom BWR nuclear power plant.

Three lignans isolated from the roots of A. koreanum (Araliaceae), namely eleutheroside E(1), tortoside A(2), and hemiariensin(4), were evaluated for their ability to inhibit NFAT transcription factor. Of these compounds, compound 4, possessing a diarylbutane skeleton, exhibited potent inhibitory activity against NFAT transcription factor (($IC_{50}$ ： 36.3${\pm}2.5{\mu}\textrm{M}$). However, the activities of 1 (($IC_{50}$：＞500 11M) and 2 (($IC_{50}$： 136.1 ${\pm}9.4\mu\textrm{M}$), which possess bisaryldioxabicy-clooctane skeletons, were lower. As the lignan derivatives of the same skeletons, hinokinin (5) and (-)-yatein (6) with diarylbutane skeletons and(＋)-syringaresinol (3) with a bisaryldioxabicy-clooctane skeleton were also studied for their inhibitory effects on NFAT transcription factor.

Three known lupane-triterpenes, 3a-hydroxy-lup-20(29)-en-23,28-dioic acid (1), 3$\alpha$-hydroxylup-20(29)-en-23,28-dioic acid 28-Ο-$\alpha$-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1$\rightarrow4)-\beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1\rightarow6)-\beta$-D-glucopyranosyl ester (acankoreoside A, 2) and $3\alpha$, $11\alpha$-dihydroxy-23-oxo-lup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid (3) were isolated from the leaves of Brassaiopsis glomerulata (Blume) Regel, a species of Araliaceae family growing in Vietnam. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic data.

Haze removal is an object of scientific desire due to its various practical applications. Existing algorithms are founded upon histogram equalization, contrast maximization, or the growing trend of applying machine learning in image processing. Since machine learning-based algorithms solve problems based on the data, they usually perform better than those based on traditional image processing/computer vision techniques. However, to achieve such a high performance, one of the requisites is a large and reliable training database, which seems to be unattainable owing to the complexity of real hazy and haze-free images acquisition. As a result, researchers are currently using the synthetic database, obtained by introducing the synthetic haze drawn from the standard uniform distribution into the clear images. In this paper, we propose the enhanced equidistribution, improving upon our previous study on equidistribution, and use it to make a new database for training machine learning-based haze removal algorithms. A large number of experiments verify the effectiveness of our proposed methodology.

In this study, we described the new developed method to simultaneously discriminate two herbal drugs of Artemisiae Argyi Folium and Artemisiae Iwayomogii Herba using eight marker compounds (1 - 8) on an HPLC-PDA system. The developed method was applied to quantify the major components of two herbal drugs. The pattern analysis successfully discriminated and evaluated different components between Artemisiae Argyi Folium and Artemisiae Iwayomogii Herba. Results were used for classification of different species from collected samples.

Retransmission in optical burst switching networks is a solution to recover data loss by retransmitting the dropped burst. The ingress node temporarily stores a copy of the complete burst and sends it each time it receives a retransmission request from the core node. Some retransmission schemes have been suggested, but uncontrolled retransmission often increases the network load, consumes more bandwidth, and consequently, increases the probability of contention. Controlled retransmission is therefore essential. This paper proposes a new controlled retransmission scheme for loss recovery, where the available bandwidth of wavelength channels and the burst lifetime are referred to as network conditions to determine whether to transmit a dropped burst. A retrial queue-based analysis model is also constructed to validate the proposed retransmission scheme. The simulation and analysis results show that the controlled retransmission scheme is more efficient than the previously suggested schemes regarding byte loss probability, successful retransmission rate, and network throughput.

Strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa) cultivation methods are rapidly changing from traditional soil cultivation to high bed hydroponics, which are easy to agricultural working. The objective was to evaluate the growth characteristics of three strawberry cultivars cultivated high bed system. The "Seolhyang", "Altaking", and "Keumsil" strawberry plants were transplanted in a glass-type greenhouse at Kyungpook National University Gunwi Agricultural Field. The cultivation period was approximately seven months from September 17, 2021 to April 21, 2022. Growth parameters measured including the number of leaves, plant height, petiole length, leaf length, leaf width, and crown diameter at two-week intervals. The environmental parameters for each location in the greenhouse were collected. Plant height in all cultivars continued to decrease from the early stage to the late stage of growth. The crown diameter was increased by 50 DAT, and then gradually decreased until late growth stage in all cultivars. Results indicated that the growth parameters represented to vary according to the cultivar of strawberry plants.

This study explores postmodernism in Vietnamese literature. While there has been much dispute among critics regarding postmodernism in Vietnamese literature, postmodernism is now thought to be something that cannot be denied. Vietnamese postmodernism has Vietnamese characteristics and is strongly influenced by American literature. The structure of some Vietnamese short stories is similar to that of some American writers. In the writings of Jean-François Lyotard, Jean Baudrillard and Ihab Hassan, for example, we find out many characteristics which are ascribed to postmodern Vietnamese literature. We propose the use of the term 'Lao Tzu discourse'which is to include the main concepts of postmodernism such as chaos, nothingness and fragmentation. We propose that postmodern Vietnamese Literature appeared in the 1940s with the collection, Fall Spring Poems (1942), and is also seen with the prose of Nguyen Khai and Nguyen Minh Chau in the 1980s, and the drama written by Luu Quang Vu in the 1980s. There now exists a large group of postmodern Vietnamese writers, like Le Dat, Thanh Thao, Bao Ninh, Cao Duy Son, Nguyen Ngoc Tu and Nguyen Binh Phuong, among others.
