전자상점 성과에 관한 이론적 모형 구축 (Development of the Theoretical Model on Electronic-Store Success)

  • This study developed the ISM (Electronic Store Success Model) by basing upon the revised D&M IS Success Model and reflecting the characteristics of marketing and e business. The theoretical rationale of this model was as following : 1) Though the revised D&M IS Success Model (2002) must be more logical and complete model than the original D&M IS Success Model (1992), it did not reflect characteristics of marketing and e business. 2) In the marketing studios, Service Quality has been suggested as one of basic strategies for success. 3) In e business studies, Trust has been emerging as a potentially important antecedent of e loyalty. 4) There has been a paradigm shift from satisfaction to loyalty in marketing emphasis. 5) Nowadays, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) has been pervaded in many organizations and has supported PCA (Profit Center Accounting) or Channel based Accounting, so it has not been difficult to evaluate financial performance of Electronic Store. The ESM that has six dimensions (System Quality, information Quality. Service Quality, Trust, Loyalty, Financial Performance) and expresses the causal relationship among them was proposed and was compared with BSC (Balanced Scorecard), WebQual, and EWAM (Extended Web Assessment Method). The results showed that the ESM coincides with BSC and contains dimensions of WebQual, and EWAM.

  • 정보시스템 성공 모형은 1992년 DeLone and McLean의 D&M 모형이 2003년 개선모형에 이르기 까지 이커머스, 교육시스템등과 같이 다양한 분야에 적용되어 사용되어왔으며, 메타분석이 이루어 질 정도로 그 적용 연구의 수 또한 많다. 하지만, 이는 최종사용자(End-user)기준으로 이루어졌으며 사용자가 어떠한 요인들을 정보시스템의 성공 선행요인으로 인지하는지에 대한 결론을 줄 수 있으나 개발자(Developer)가 이를 적용하기에는 인지하는 품질과 양적인 비교가 불가능하기 때문에 어떤 부분을 얼마나 노력해야 하는지에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 A은행의 정보시스템 개발자와 사용자를 대상으로 D&M 정보시스템 성공 모형을 적용하고, 다중집단 구조방정식모델을 사용하여 그 차이를 설명하고자 한다.

대학 e포트폴리오 성공모형의 검증에 관한 연구 (A Study of Verifying e-Portfolio System Success Model in a College Education)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to empirically verify an ePortfolio success model which shows the structural causal relationships among the basic modeling constructs. We developed the success model based on DeLone and Mclean(2003) from IS perspective and on Balaban et al(2013) from ePortfolio perspective. And we are focused on the success of ePortfolio system designed for college students and professors. Design/methodology/approach Structural equation modeling techniques were applied to data collected 375 users of the ePortfolio system, K-Folio, at least one semester during one academic year. The structural model was analyzed using a Lisrel 8.54 statistical program. Findings The followings are the findings of the study. First, the constructs of IS success model are well applied to ePortfolio for college education. Second, the proposed model which has direct causal relationships from ePortfolio's quality to performance is more significant than the D&M and Balaban's model(2013). Third, the information quality among ePortfolio quality constructs does not have effect on system usability and performance. It means that information contents' quality issued by professor or system manager is not satisfied with the students yet. Finally, by using indirect analysis of structural equation model, we found that the ePortfolio operation manager should focus on ensuring system maintenance activities and providing fast and accurate services for improving ePortfolio performance.

건설 PMIS 품질이 사용의도 및 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of PMIS Quality on Intention to Use and User Satisfaction)

  • IT발전의 따른 산업분야의 정보시스템은 기업 또는 프로젝트의 생산성 향상과 전략적 경쟁우위를 점하게 하는 필수적 지원도구 중 하나로 인식되고 있다. 이러한 정보시스템의 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 정보시스템의 성과에 영향을 미치는 성공요인들을 규명하는 과정이 필요하다. 왜냐하면, 이러한 성공요인을 활용하여 IS의 성과달성 또는 성공여부를 예측하거나 또는 성공에 이르는 메커니즘을 규명할 수 있기 때문이다. 하지만, 우리나라에서 건설프로젝트 참여자의 의사가 반영된 웹 기반 PMIS의 성공모델에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이며, 따라서 웹 기반 PMIS의 성과달성 또는 성공 메커니즘 역시 아직 규명되지 않은 상태이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 기존 연구에서 널리 활용되고 있는 DeLone and McLean의 수정된 IS 성공모델[5]에 근거하여, 웹 기반 PMIS가 국내 건설프로젝트에서 국내 건설기술자에 의해 활용되는 상황에서, 웹 기반 PMIS의 성공요인이 사용자 사용의도와 만족도 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는 것이다. 분석을 위한 건설 PMIS의 성공요인은 연구자의 선행연구에서 타당성 및 신뢰성이 검증된 을 항목을 활용하였으며. 건설 PMIS의 성공변수는 사용의도 및 사용자 만족도로 설정하여 기존 정보시스템 성공모델에 관한 문헌고찰을 통해 평가항목을 구성하였다. 실제 PMIS의 사용자인 시공사, 사업관리자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 이렇게 수집된 자료들로 통계프로그램인 SPSS 12.0을 활용하여 다중회귀분석을 통해 건설 사업에서 웹기반 PMIS의 성공요인과 사용의도, 사용자 만족도간의 영향관계를 분석하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 이 연구에서 제시하는 웹 기반 PMIS 성공모델을 통해 검증된 성공요인은 시스템 평가와 성공 예측 등에 활용 가능하며, 연구 결과 제시되는 시사점들은 향후 보다 설명력 높은 성공모델 구축의 방향 설정에 기여할 것이다.

전자상점의 성과모형에 관한 실증적 분석 (An Empirical Analysis on Electronic - Store Success Model)

  • This paper focused on empirically testing the ESM(Electronic-Store Success Model). The model was developed by basing upon the ‘Updated D&M(DeLone and McLean) IS Success Model(2003)’ and reflecting the characteristics of marketing and e-business, and composed of the six dimensions including system quality, information quality, service quality, trust, customer loyalty and financial performance. The research model consisting of five dimensions, excluding financial performance, was proposed and empirically verified by structural equation model with respect to data from 224 customers on 69 Electronic-Stores. The results show that system quality and information quality significantly influence service quality, and that service quality also significantly influence trust and customer loyalty, and that trust has significant influence on customer loyalty.

  • It is very important for performance of information system that we make an effort to raise user's satisfaction by continuously grasping user's requirement by evaluation of PMIS based on ASP service quality and reflecting this to information system. However, It is lack that developments of suitable evaluation index of PMIS based on ASP service quality. Hereupon, In this study, we propose the evaluation indicators. First, The evaluation area is classified by form the foundation of D & M IS Success Model (2003); system quality, information quality, service quality. Second, The detail evaluation item which include considerations which are gotten through investigation of the construction industry and PMIS based on ASP is grouping by form the foundation SERVQUAL which is a service quality evaluation tool proposed PZB(1988). It is suitable to evaluate PMIS based on ASP service quality in construction industry and able to evaluate various aspects.

기상청 현업 모형(UM)과 1차원 난류모형(PAFOG)의 접합시스템 개발 및 검증 (Development and Validation of the Coupled System of Unified Model (UM) and PArameterized FOG (PAFOG))

  • As an attempt to improve fog predictability at Incheon International Airport (IIA) we couple the 3D weather forecasting model currently operational in Korea Meteorological Administration (regional Unified Model, UM_RE) with a 1D turbulence model (PAFOG). The coupling is done by extracting the meteorological data from the 3D model and properly inserting them in the PAFOG model as initial conditions and external forcing. The initial conditions include surface temperature, 2 m temperature and dew point temperature, geostrophic wind at 850 hPa and vertical profiles of temperature and dew point temperature. Moisture and temperature advections are included as external forcing and updated every hr. To validate the performance of the coupled system, simulation results of the coupled system are compared to those of the 3D model alone for the 22 sea fog cases observed over the Yellow Sea. Three statistical indices, i.e., Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), linear correlation coefficient (R) and Critical Success Index (CSI), are examined, and they all indicate that the coupled system performs better than the 3D model alone. These are certainly promising results but more improvement is required before the coupled system can actually be used as an operational fog forecasting model. For the RMSE, R, and CSI values for the coupled system are still not good enough for operational fog forecast.

A Study on Job Satisfaction by Medical Information System Accomplishment

  • Purpose. The purpose of this study is to investigate the success model related to the hospital information system accomplishment. It is important to examine the success model of the hospital information system and to analyze the factors affecting the job satisfaction accomplishment. Methods. The method of this study is to 150 copies of the entire survey data were distributed and 135 copies were collected, showing a collection rate of 90%. In order to ensure the reliability of the questionnaire items, Cronbach's Alpha was used to test reliability, and exploratory factor analysis was conducted to determine the convergence of various items. In order to grasp the convergence of various items, exploratory factor analysis was performed. The results of exploratory factor analysis were used to analyze the correlations between variables that were proven to have a single dimensionality before calculating factor loadings and regression analysis by Orthogonal Rotation by Varimax method Results. The results of this study, first, the system quality of the hospital information system has a statistically significant effect on user satisfaction. Second, the information quality of hospital information system is statistically significant for user satisfaction, indicating that information quality improves user satisfaction. Third, service quality of hospital information system was statistically significant in user satisfaction. Finally, the higher the satisfaction of the users who use the hospital information system, the higher the accomplishment of the organization Conclusions. This study is based on the successful model of D & M information system. In addition, the hospital information system, the user satisfaction, and the organizational accomplishment in connection with it can be found significant.

ISRI - Information Systems Research Constructs and Indicators: A Web Tool for Information Systems Researchers

  • This paper presents the ISRI (Information Systems Research Indicators) Web tool, publicly and freely available at isri.sciencesphere.org. Targeting Information Systems (IS) researchers, it compiles and organizes IS adoption and use theories/models, constructs, and indicators (measuring variables) available in the scientific literature. Aiming to support the IS theory development process, the purpose of ISRI is to gather and systematize information on research indicators to help researchers and practitioners' work. The tool currently covers eleven theories/models: DeLone and McLean's IS Success Model (D&M ISS); Diffusion of Innovations Theory (DOI); Motivational Model (MM); Social Cognitive Theory (SCT); Task-Technology Fit (TTF); Technology Acceptance Model (TAM); Technology-Organization-Environment Framework (TOE); Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB); Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior (DTPB); Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA); and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). It also includes currently over 400 constructs, nearly 2,500 indicators, and about 60 application contexts related to the models. For the creation of the tool's database, nearly 580 references were used.

Advanced New Process Development of Two-Stage Swirl Calciner

  • The state of the art of the 2-stage swirl calciner is to make 2-stage counter gas flow in a calciner with cooler hot air. Gas flow in the calciner increases retention time of raw mix particles. Simple structure of the 2-stage swirl calciner operated optimally the rotary cement kiln. In this study, in order to decide the entrance type of the cooler air of the optimal calciner model, an entrance cooler air velocity, the input points of raw mix were analyzed in many aspects with cold model experiment and computational fluidized dynamic simulation. It was found that the entrance type of cooler air fully splite 2-stage for the optimal condition of the cold model calciner. The operation conditions were that the input feeding, the cooler air velocity and the air velocity of throat were 0.33kg/$\textrm m$3$, 15m/s and 20m/s respectively. The performance of 150 t/d the pilot plant connected with the kiln rising duct was that volume capacity of the calciner is over 430 kg/$\textrm m$3$-h, decarbonation rate of raw mix apparently 90%, heat consumption 950 kcal/kg-cli and retention time of raw mix 2.4 sec. Its the best operating condition is cooler air velocity 18m/s, the gas velocity of throat 25m/s, feeding rate of raw mix 10t/h. The operating experience of the pilot plant confirmed the success of scale up for over 3000 t-cli/d.
