Chapter I is the introduction part. Chapter II introduces the reader to new terrorism theory, and Chapter III deals with the case study of the international counter-terrorism policy around the world, Chapter IV deals with the policy implications of the case study. The greater the political, economical and social advantages opening large international ceremonies, the larger the probability of being targets for terrorists and criminals. As terrorism is one of the important issue, the security problems at international ceremonies in Korea, rising country as political essence in Asian-Pacific region, become very important. • Social Network Service(SNS) users are increasing globally. Within that trend, 'SNS attacking' victims are increasing in social network service space like KakaoStory, facebook, or Instargram as people damage others' personality or reputation. In this paper is to investigate and analyze awareness of negative behavior attributed to disinhibition effect with undergraduates who are the group of people using social network service the most diversely in smart environment and devise preventive measures to reduce social network service attacking victims and attackers. In social network service space, undergraduates are hardly aware of other people's personality, defamation, or invasion of privacy, and the level of guilt they feel towards social network service attacking is seriously low. To solve this problem, this study suggests preventive measures so that they can be equipped with awareness and regulations right for this social network service age and can prevent negative behavior resulted from disinhibition effect.

  • With the development of online services, the ripple effect of negative comments is increasing, and the damage of cyber violence is rising. Various methods such as filtering based on forbidden words and reporting systems prevent this, but it is challenging to eradicate negative comments. Therefore, this study aimed to increase the accuracy of the classification of negative comments using deep learning and blur the parts corresponding to profanity. Two different conditional training helped decide the number of deep learning layers and filters. The accuracy of 88% confirmed with 90% of the dataset for training and 10% for tests. In addition, Grad-CAM enabled us to find and blur the location of swear words in negative comments. Although the accuracy of classifying comments based on simple forbidden words was 56%, it was found that blurring negative comments through the deep learning model was more effective.

  • With the spread of smart phones, the Internet became a major 'space' of students' daily life and, at the same time, negative aspects of the internet are affecting their life. However, it doesn't seem that there is enough research on this subject. This study was conducted on 278 students in Gyeonggi. The results were as follows. First, gifted students' information and communication ethics index was higher than general students. Second, there was no statistically significant difference according to the gender of information and communication ethics index. Urban districts showed lower index in the upper grades than the lower grades. Third, about 10% of the students had experience of contact with harmful content, and about 1% of students had experienced cyber-wrongdoing. Through the results of this study, systematic education of IT ethics at the elementary school grade level can be expected to prevent school violence, improve information and communication culture, and serve as a future work ethic.

  • This study aims at providing useful fundamental information to re-establish the theories of modern fashion by examining the origination and genealogy of street style. The street styles focusing on caucasoid have a variety of genealogies such as western type, beat, teddy boy, hippie, skinhead, punk, neuron-mantic, indie kid, riot grrrl, grunge and techno cyber punk. In the same period, on the contrary, the streets styles focusing on negroid are zootie, hipster, modernist, rude boy, two-tone, rastafarian, funky, B-boy, fly girl, raggamuffine, bhangra, and acid jazz, which are seen as the culture of the large cities formed along Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean sea like England, America and Jamaica. These have root as the main fashion in western society. Ironically, most of the subculture concentrated on the whites were racists. Because of such a reason, the street styles have been formed as resistance culture that was unable to sympathize with their society and characteristics by distinguishing the whites and the colored people. Zootie or hipster that is one of the street fashion styles was formed in the 1940-50s, while the colored people who lived in the west Indies migrated to England or America. As a minimal modernist style called Ivy look in US, in that time, anti-culture formed by teenagers in whitey, teddy boy and mods fashion can be strictly different from the zootie and hipster. The colored people's street styles of the 1960s developed into aggressive and hard forms from the rude boy and two-tone while their resistance toward the whites was stronger. The rastafarian style researched the peak as the colored people's traditional ethnic characteristics or resistance intention for their freedom in the 1970s. In that time, The colored people's street styles of the 1960s developed into aggressive and hard forms from the rude boy and two-tone while their resistance toward the whites was stronger. The rastafarian style researched the peak as the colored people's traditional ethnic characteristics or resistance intention for their freedom in the 1970s. In that time, the street styles of the whites were mostly the skinhead or hippie. Most of them were racists toward the colored people. The punk type on shown on the whites focused on luxury and exaggerative costume. On the contrary, the funky style of the colored people focused on aggressive nihilism and form. With B-boy, fly girl, reggae, rap music, and break dancing in the 1980s, the subculture gradually told on the high fashion as well as the culture between the whites and the colored people. From such aspects, the colored people tried to maintain their unique traditional characteristics. However, their individual values surged by the coming young generation excluded the colored people's characteristic street styles. Focusing on gender, violence and private success among their major concerns, the raga muffin style that represents multi-races and multi-cultures was formed. The jazz style in the 1990s showed cold post-modernistic eclecticism different from that of the 1940s-50s. Simultaneously, the various classes appeared their street styles by emphasizing on each personality. Now that we are living in multi-cultural society, a human race or nationalism concept is getting obscurer. There is no obvious boundary line in the differences between human race and its fashion.

  • This study aimed to identify the causes of adult cyberbullying, an issue which arouses little academic interest despite its seriousness and its harmful consequences, in order to provide basic data for the formulation of reasonable measures for preventing and reducing adult cyberbullying. To that end, the author of the study analyzed the results of the government-led Cyber Violence Survey conducted in 2019. First, the online survey panel owned by the research company selected a sample of 1,500 adult men and women in their 20s to 50s in proportion to reflect the composition of the local population. The survey was conducted online, with male subjects and female subjects accounting for 51.5% and 48.7% of the respondents, respectively. The result of the analysis shows that the respondents' attitude towards cyberbullying was fully mediaed according to such factors as gender, age, family relations, relationship with colleagues, Internet usage time, and contact with illegal content. In addition, partial mediation was observed with regard to online delinquency colleague numbers and cyberbullying victimization. As a result, the respondents' attitude towards cyberbullying was found to be the most important factor affecting adult cyberbullying. Based on these results, this study suggests that the formation of a non-conservative attitude towards cyberbullying should be considered to be more important than any other factors when preparing programs aimed at preventing cyberbullying.
