Cybersecurity has been vital for decades and will remain vital with upcoming ages with new technological developments. Every new day brings advancement in technology, which leads to new horizons, and at the same time, it brings new security challenges. Numerous researchers around the globe are continuously striving hard to provide better solutions for the daily basis of new arising security issues. However, the challenges are always there. These challenges become new norms during the current Covid pandemic, where most industries, small industrial enterprises, education, finance, public sectors, etc. were under several attacks and threats globally. The hacker has more opportunities during the pandemic period by shifting most of the operations live. This research enlightened the several cybersecurity attacks and threats during this pandemic time globally. It provided the best possible recommendations to avoid them using the cyber awareness and with appropriately linked training. This research can provide a guideline to the above stated sector by identifying the related attacks.

This paper develops and builds an Integrated Assessment System for National Competency Standard Professional Basic. The integrated evaluation system for basic job competency in the National Competency Standards is developed to conduct examination by means of computers, smartphones and tablet PCs. The system can be used for the basic job competency test, examination for online cyber universities, job competency examination for enterprises, and the listening, reading, and speaking test in the foreign language proficiency examination and is even better in terms of facility investment and saved operating costs as well as efficient use of spaces in comparison with conventional evaluation schemes. Even greater synergy effects can be achieved by providing support for the integrated evaluation system for basic job competency in connection with the NCS qualification system. The evaluation system has been tested and practiced at a specialized high school and can be applied to the NCS education evaluation of the college and four-year college and to the selection examination of new employees of the company.

Recently, an efficient password-authenticated key exchange protocol based on RSA has been proposed by Park et al. with formal security proof. In this letter, we analyze their protocol, and show that it is not secure against an active adversary who performs a dictionary attack. Moreover, we analyze the performance of the proposed attack and show that the attack is a threatening attack against the protocol.

As the demand for distance education increases, interest in the management of learners' rights is increasing. Blockchain technology is a technology that guarantees the integrity of the learner's learning history, and enables learner-led learning control, data security, and sharing of learning resources. In this paper, we proposed a blockchain technology-based learning management system based on Hyperledger Fabric that can be verified through permission between nodes among blockchain platforms. Learning resources can be shared differentially according to the learning progress. Also the percentage of individual learners that can be managed. As a result of the study, the superiority of the platform in terms of convenience compared to the existing platform was demonstrated. As a result of the performance evaluation for the research in this paper, it was confirmed that the convenience was improved by more than 5%, and the performance was 4-5% superior to the existing platform in terms of learner satisfaction.

This study investigated whether college students' self-efficacy, learning strategy utilization, academic burnout, and school support predict course satisfaction and learning persistence. To this end, self-efficacy, learning strategy utilization, academic burnout, and school support were used as prediction variables; and course satisfaction and learning persistence, as criterion variables. The subjects were 178 students who registered for online and mobile "Culture and Art History" courses at K online university. They participated in an online survey. Multiple regression analysis revealed that self-efficacy and learning strategy utilization positively predicted course satisfaction and learning persistence, academic burnout negatively predicted them, and school support predicted neither. Accordingly, we suggest that raising self-efficacy and learning strategy utilization, and reducing academic burnout in the learning environment will improve the course satisfaction and learning persistence of online learners.

Research related to Web-based learning (WBL) has grown exponentially in the last decade. Scholars have explored a variety of areas related to WBL, including techniques, strategies and best practices. One area of particular interest to scholars is the potential of WBL to support and facilitative collaborative learning. Despite the continued exploration, there continues to be a concern related to the theoretical foundations of WBL. The purpose of this article is to explore how different theories may be used to guide research and inform practice in online collaborative learning. We integrate the major points drawn from current research and theory from a variety of perspectives so as to gain a better understanding of how learning is enabled by asynchronous modes of online collaborative learning. We then use this understanding to identify opportunities and challenges for theory development and research in WBL.

International virtual teamwork offers new opportunities for the professional development of teachers. In this paper, we examine the initial experiences in an ongoing international virtual benchmarking project coordinated by the Finnish Online University of Applied Sciences. What challenges does an international context present for project construction and collaboration? Data from five countries, in the form of participant reflections and researchers' observations, were analysed according to four types of barriers: language, time, technical and mental barriers. Initial data indicates that trust is an essential starting point, as there is neither time nor possibilities to build mutual trust by traditional means. Organisational confidentiality issues, however, can complicate the situation. The project introduces 'collision' as a method of professional development, in which physical and organisational borders are crossed and the skills and competencies needed in global learning environments are acquired.

The purpose of this study was to examine how computer conferencing might facilitate collaborative learning for students to engage in meaningful discussion. The participants in this study consisted of the instructor and the students in a graduate level course. Different sources of evidence were used to triangulate the data: in-depth interviews, content analysis of transcripts of discussion, and other archival data including course syllabus, presentation materials, and lecture notes. Participants perceived web-based learning as collaborative process, providing opportunities to share the idea, respect and evaluate different perspectives, and co-construct new insights. Analysis of the data revealed several challenges related collaboration in a web-based learning environment: absence of a sense of community, technical problems, adaptability to different types of learner, and managing the discussion. The data also indicated that a variety of strategies were used to facilitate learning: building a sense of community, technical support, developing instructional methodologies, class size, and design of the content.

The purpose of this study is to compare the change of Well-Dying awareness and decision of university student before and after taking the course of death study. A questionnaire survey was conducted for university students 93 before education, 117 after education who participated in the Death Studies related lectures at Daejeon Metropolitan City for 15 weeks from August to December 2016. The general characteristics of survey are gender, age. grade, major, marriage condition, religion, family member living together and health status. Four items on the perception aspect of death, five items on the aspect of acceptance of death, seven items of death decision and twelve items for death education's interest and importance were configured as a reference scale. The statistical method carried out the chi-square test, the independent sample t-test, and the decision tree analysis. Based on the decision tree, At the time of preparation for death(cancer patient, terminal patient, etc.) and the elderly(65 years old or older), the education transition rate was 66.7%. But After education, 65.3% of the respondents were in adult, middle and high school, under elementary school, university, and graduate school, which showed a significant difference. Therefore we are looking for death education's effectiveness and setting directions for education's period and contents. the negative viewpoints and worries about the implementation of death education at elementary, middle and high schools and universities are resolved and the death education will positively affect the change of attitude of students.

The purpose of this article was to study how social workers' belief and behaviors with respect to ethical issues have changed during the past decade by comparing the results of studies carried out in 2001 and 2011, respectively. Focusing on dual relationship with clients, this article reviewed how social workers' belief and behaviors towards ethical issues have changed over the changing socio-demographic characteristics and varying properties of the organizations for which the workers provide services. To accomplish this purpose, we surveyed 356 social workers while the results of the survey was subjected to a comparative review with another research performed 10 years ago under a similar approach. Widely acknowledged during the survey was that the social workers appeared to have more rigid ethical standards compared to 10 years ago; however, they tended to be more permissive in certain issues such as bartering relationship and private relationship. In addition, according to the survey, belief and behaviors of social workers towards ethical issues varied depending upon their gender, education level, and the properties of the organization as seen in the survey in 2001 while the modalities have changed over the decade. Based on these results, it is suggested that the curriculum of social work ethics should be revised to reflect present field situation and inspire ethical sensitivity.
