목 적 : 두경부암 방사선 치료 시 사용되는 규격화된 기성 베개에 개인별 경추고정용구를 적용하여 개인별 경추고정용구의 유용성을 평가하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 본원에서 토모테라피를 이용한 두경부암 치료 환자 중 기성 베개만을 사용한 환자와 개인별 경추고정용구를 적용한 환자 각각 20명을 대상으로 환자 당 20회 치료 시 획득한 MVCT 영상을 토모테라피 영상유도 프로그램으로 자동 보정한 영상을 바탕으로 2번 경추 최하단부부터 발쪽으로 6.7 cm까지 10분할하여 각 분할 당 경추 위치 값을 치료설계 시의 경추 위치 값과 비교하였다. 결 과 : 개인별 경추고정용구를 적용한 경우 50 mm 기준 경추만곡도 일치율은 평균 98.9 %, 최대오차 평균 12.9 mm, 1회 치료 당 평균 오차 5.8 mm, 표준편차 평균 0.59 mm로 측정되었고 개인별 경추고정용구를 적용하지 않았을 경우 경추만곡 일치율은 평균 95.9 %, 최대오차 평균 41.9 mm, 1회 치료 당 평균 오차 19.4 mm, 표준편차 평균 1.34 mm로 측정되었다. 결 론 : 두경부 암 방사선 치료 시 개인별 경추고정용구 적용이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

이 연구의 목적은 최근 3년(2021년, 2022년, 2023년) 교육부 교원양성 연수과에서 발표하는 교원 연수 중점 추진 방향을 분석하여 미래 사회에 교원 연수의 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최근 3년 교원 연수 추진 배경은 변화된 것이 없었다. 최근 3년의 교원 연수 추진 배경은 교원 전문성 신장, 미래 환경 대응, 교원 연수 질 제고, 교육정책 추진력 확보이다. 추진 배경 세부 내용도 최근 3년 변함이 없다. 둘째, 최근 3년 교원 연수 비전의 경우 교원 연수체제 혁신이다. 이를 위하여 2021년에는 미래 교육환경 변화 선도를, 2022년에는 미래 공교육 선도를, 2023년에는 개별 학생 맞춤형 교육지원을 비전으로 하고 있다. 연수 목표의 경우 2021년에는 교원 생애 단계에 맞는 지속적 전문성 신장과 미래 교육환경에 부합하는 교원 핵심역량 제고를, 2022년에는 미래 교육체제에 적합한 교원 역량 강화와 교원 연수 내실화를 통한 사회적 신뢰 확보를, 2023년에는 미래 교육체제에 적합한 교원 역량 강화와 교원 연수 내실화를 통한 교실 수업의 변화에 두고 있다. 최근 3년 교원 연수 중점 추진 방향은 3가지이다. 첫째, 맞춤형 연수지원, 둘째, 미래형 연수체제 강화, 셋째, 교원 연수 내실화이다. 이 세 가지는 최근 3년 모두 유사하다. 결론적으로 최근 3년 교원 연수 중점 추진 방향에는 큰 변화가 없었다.

In this era of convergence, which is characterized by the integration and combination of technology and industries, broadcasting and communications, offline and online, and devices and services, the content industry is also experiencing rapid changes including inter-genre exchange, the creation of new industries, and customized demand. Specifically, IT-based digital content industries such as the online game, e-book, mobile contents and web portal industries are no longer restricted to the boundaries of video, music and games but are being expanded into the realms of education, medicine, fashion and sports thanks to CT innovation of 3D, CG, AR/VR, VFX, etc. As such, various countries have come to recognize the convergent content industry as a new growth engine that will pick up where the IT industry left off, and are forming policies for its development accordingly. This research aims to optimize the system of content taxonomy which is currently genre-focused and unable to support technological development and convergence, and to discover and select star contents to be rigorously developed with governmental support. In this paper, 20 star contents in 8 areas were selected, and these are expected to create tremendous cultural and economic value through ongoing technological and industrial development.

Information technology has changed the human life as well as the societal and economic paradigm. New office environments have been proposed to cope with emerging changes and to support working performances by reducing costs of office operation and business. Recently, office environments have adopted ubiquitous computing with a focus on collaboration to promote real-time enterprises. They become equipped with various mobile devices and pervasive technologies in wireless networks. This study aims to propose a direction for the adoption of mobile and pervasive computing on the new office environment. We investigate relate works and analyze new office types including mobile offices, telework centers and home offices. Using a customized questionnaire, the current conditions of the office environments and officers' demands were investigated and analyzed. In the end, we propose the direction for a ubiquitous office environment with a focus on two attributes, ubiquity and mobility. This research will be a basis for the development of ubiquitous offices that support the professionalism of works in practices.

Purpose - The IT convergence industry, which is the subject of this study, is the main strategy field during the 4th industrial revolution era. Against this background, it is urgent to establish policy measures to survive and spread export products in the global industries. Research, design, data and methodology - In order to achieve this goal, we conducted the Importance - Performance Analysis (IPA) and found that it is necessary to develop tailor - made marketing support for small and medium sized IT exporters and to develop export strategy products with competitive technologies. Results - Above all, customized marketing support for IT export-related SMEs was needed. Next, in the first quadrant, strategic products, qualitative level, global, value added, and information systems were included, and it was found that 'development of export strategic products with competitive technologies' was necessary. In the third quadrant, related variables calculated at present time are not urgent variables. Conclusions - In this study, it would be necessary to calculate the additional implications of the variables that are not considered in this study, including future studies, because the methods considered here as analysis variables are carried out in comparison with the previous studies.

Improvement in functional gait is one of treatment goals in treatment of cerebral palsy children. This study intended to examine the effects of insoles for postural correction on gait in spastic cerebral palsy patients by investigating changes in gait temporal spatial parameters. As the subjects, 15 spastic bilateral cerebral palsy patients participated in this study. Temporal spatial parameters of gait were measured using GAITRite system under three gait conditions. Bare foot gait, gait in shoes, and gait in insoles for postural correction were conducted. In order to look at differences in temporal spatial parameters according to three gait conditions, repeated one way analysis of variance was conducted. As post hoc test, Bonferroni was conducted. A significant level was set at ${\alpha}=.05$. According to the result of this study, gait velocity, cadence, step length, stride length of the left lower extremity significantly changed. When the subjects put on customized insoles for postural correction, the effect was greatest. There were no significant changes in stance time, single support time, double support time, swing % of gait, and stance % of cycle. Therefore, gait with insoles for postural correction positively influenced functional gait improvement and will be able to be usefully employed for spastic cerebral palsy children as one of gait assistance devices.

The aim of this study was to suggest an improvement plan for the post-certification family friendly consulting service based on consulting reports from 2015-2016 and focus group interviews analysis. Focus group interviews were conducted with consultants with the Family Friendly Support Center and managers with family friendly certification companies. The results of this study were as follows. First, objective outcome indicators for the measurement of consulting performance should be created. Second, a checklist managers can use to choose the consulting type based on self-assessments should be developed. Third, a follow-up consulting system should be in place to complement the ABC module. Fourth, a consulting case database should be built to facilitate customized consulting by industry and size.

On September 12, 2018, President Jae-In Moon announced the Comprehensive Plan for Lifelong Care for People with Developmental Disabilities, with representatives from the associated government branches (Ministry of Health and Welfare, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Employment and Labor) in attendance. The goals of this plan are to provide health, medical, rehabilitative, special education, and social welfare services according to the life-stages of the affected individuals; to reduce parental pressure; to promote social interventions; and to enhance community-level participation in order to create a 'welfare society in harmony.' However, in order for the plan to succeed, additional efforts must be made in the following areas. First, an epidemiological survey is needed to understand the scale, prevalence, and incidence of developmental disabilities and to establish an evidence base to support policy development. Second, accurate definitions of developmental disabilities must be established in order to avoid policy discrimination based on impairment type and age. Third, personal evaluations to assess disabled individuals' unmet needs and customized service designs to deliver those needs are required. Fourth, the plan must fulfill the goals of accessibility and fairness that the government intends to provide. Fifth, the government should consider an integrated financial support system and to propose a detailed plan for monetary distributions. Finally, an integrated system that links health, medical, employment, educational, and welfare services must be constructed.

Recently, social technologies have been created to solve problems from businesses for the establishment of generational solidarity ecosystem in terms of employment, residential space, network and social capital, age, cognitive and environmental aspects. This is senior-friendly healthcare business system aimed at meeting the senior needs for health life to enjoy active consumption culture life even after retirement, becoming a catalyst for minimizing generational conflicts, preventing the cognitive and physical deterioration of seniority in the areas of life healthcare, fitness and well-aging, and expanding into systems necessary for seniority self-reliance. We would like to draw up the development and requirements of the concept of the service platform for the study of collective characteristics for generation solidarity with senior class and the establishment of a customized senior health life system for generation solidarity. This system is characterized by a platform that can prevent the decline of seniors' cognitive and physical functions and enhance emotional stability. It is significant in providing feedback on the risk perception index, fall index, and prevention training index information to the child through the analysis and extraction of the senior health index for risk perception, fall probability, and fall prevention.

The digital transformation and COVID-19 are also causing major changes in teaching-learning methods. The biggest change is the spread of remote training and the emergence of various innovative learning platforms. Distance education has been criticized for not meeting technology trends and field demands..However, the problem of distance education is being solved through a system that supports various interactions and collaborations and supports customized learning paths. The researcher conducted a case study on domestic and foreign learning platforms that provide non-face-to-face ICT education. Based on the case study results, the researcher presented the functional characteristics of a learning platform that effectively supports non-face-to-face learning. In common, these sites faithfully supported the basic functions of the information system. In addition to learning progress check and learning guidance, some innovative learning platforms were providing differentiated functions in practice support, performance management, mentoring, learning data analysis, curation provision, and CDP support. Most learning platforms supported one-way, superficial interaction. If the platform effectively supports a variety of learning experiences and provides an integrated learning experience thanks to the development of IT technology, user satisfaction with the learning platform, intention to continue learning, and achievement will increase.
