21세기 글로벌시대에서는 정보통신기술의 급격한 발전과 함께 경제의 영역이 디지털 경제 범위로 가속화 되고 있다. 그러나, 실제 e-비즈니스 수행에 있어서 개발도상국은 경험 및 기술, 기본 인프라의 부족으로 어려움이 많다. 이 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방법의 하나로 e-비즈니스를 활용 가능한 국가별 맞춤형 시스템과 교육 및 콘텐츠 지원이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 전문적인 지식 없이 간단하게 기업페이지를 구축할 수 있는 비즈니스 블로그와 국가별 특성에 따라 맞춤화 솔루션을 제공하기 위해 지능형 에이전트를 적용한 e-비즈니스 교육 지원시스템, E-TSS를 설계하였다. 이 설계한 시스템을 구현하였고, APEC 여성 이비즈 센타에서 개발도상국 e-비즈니스 교육에 활용하고 있다.

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effects of a 'Customized Integrated Health Care Program' for male living alone in a single region and assist health promotion of the participants. Methods: This study was one-group pretest-posttest design. Eleven participants in the 'Happy Cooking Class for Male Living Alone' who made 100% of attendance from February 18 to September 8, 2016 were analyzed. Nonparametric paired T-test was performed to determine the differences in Blood pressure(BP), Blood sugar(BS), Cholesterol, Hemoglobin(Hb), Dementia screening test, Depression screening test of the participants in the Customized Integrated Health Care Program. Results: After applying the 'Customized Integrated Health Care Program', Hb level(z=-2.724, p=.006) and Dementia screening test(z=-1.974, p=.048) increased statistically significantly. Conclusion: As the elderly living alone increase in number, it seems that social support networks and health care programs contribute to health promotion of the participants and positively affect the rest of their life.

본 논문에서는 SVM과 협업적 필터링을 이용한 소비자 맞춤형 시장 분석 기법을 제안하였다. 제안하는 소비자 맞춤형 시장 분석 기법은 DC(Data Classification) 모듈, ICF(Improved Collaborative Filtering) 모듈, 그리고 CMA(Customized Market Analysis) 모듈로 구성된다. DC 모듈은 SVM을 이용하여 온 오프라인 쇼핑몰과 전통시장의 특성을 가격, 품질평가, 주력상품으로 분류하고, ICF 모듈은 나이 가중치와 직업 가중치를 추가한 유사도를 생성하고, 사용자들간의 구매 아이템에 대한 유사도를 이용하여 네트워크를 생성하고, 이웃 노드의 추천 리스트를 생성한다. 그리고 CMA 모듈은 DC모듈의 데이터 분류 결과와 ICF 모듈의 추천 리스트를 이용하여 사용자 맞춤형 시장 분석 결과를 제공한다. 제안된 사용자 맞춤형 추천리스트와 기존의 사용자기반 추천 리스트를 비교한 결과, 기존의 협업적 필터링기법을 이용한 추천리스트의 경우, precision는 0.53, recall은 0.56, F-measure은 0,57인데 반해, 제안하는 소비자 맞춤형 추천리스트는 precision이 0.78, recall은 0.85, 그리고 F-measure은 0.81로 나타났다. 즉, 제안하는 소비자 맞춤형 추천리스트가 좀 더 정확한 것으로 나타났다.

As the risk of technical leakage is increasing, technology protection support systems for small and medium-sized businesses have gained attention. This paper analyzed the perception gap of the user and policy-maker regarding technology protection support systems. First, to identify key elements of technology protection support systems and construct measurement factors, interviews with experts are conducted. Then, surveys are conducted to analyze the perception differences between the users and policy-makers. Factor analysis and ANOVA have been utilized to analyze survey results. The result shows that the perception gaps exist in the following areas: management system, cost reduction, copyright protection, customer satisfaction, leakage prevention, and awareness. To enhance the effectiveness of technology protection support systems, this paper suggests technology protection support systems should be customized in terms of the company's size and type of busines.

This paper intends to analyse the export assistance programs for SMEs(Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) located in Gyeongsangbuk-do Province as well as to suggest export promotion policy for the local government. In order to accomplish these objectives, the present paper makes an extensive survey about export-support programs conducted by Gyeongsangbuk-do Province. The survey was rigorously made to evaluate export-support programs taken by the provincial government of Gyeongsangbuk-do and the regional firms' awareness about them. The paper utilized SPSS for empirical analysis. The frequency analysis was used to know the precision of data and its general features. The Crosstabulation Analysis was also used to evaluate firms' recognition about export-support programs and their practical use, satisfaction and relationships with the characteristics of enterprises. The results show that the local government must effectively systematize export support programs and develop export-support programs customized for the characteristics of enterprises in Gyeongsangbuk-do.

Elderly population has increased rapidly and adjusting the environment is in demand to support their health. To improve the living environment of elderly, an appropriate plan for customized home modification is needed upon the personal contexts. The purpose of this study is to explain the sequence and to build an insight on customized home modification for vulnerable single elderly. It is a case study based on single target that includes 6 months of execution period deeply seeking the appropriate plan for implementation. The target is a male elderly aged 74 living in a single story detached house. The various research methods are applied in this study including exploratory, participatory, action and trade-off preference researches. The result shows that plan for home modification is complex outcome of interlocking uniqueness between residence environment and resident situation. If customized modification is targeted for residentially vulnerable social group, more sensitive approach aiming for the highest result is required due to financial constraint. To conclude, comprehensive understanding of overall circumstances of a dwelling, a resident and various stakeholder is essential throughout the process. Since the aging-in-place of elderly cannot be achieved without self-sustaining living environment, customized home modification should be a tool to meet housing suitability. It is important to strengthen the experts and future workforce with networks of local residents to share opinions and appropriate plans.

3D 그래픽 콘텐츠를 다양한 플랫폼에서 제공하기 위한 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 콘텐츠 적응에 대한 요구는 점점 더 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 하지만 3D 그래픽은 방대한 양의 데이터와 고성능의 처리 능력이 요구되기 때문에 데스크탑이나 랩탑, PDA, 휴대폰 같은 다양한 단말기에서 변화된 환경에 서비스를 적응시키기 위해서는 좀 더 정교한 방법으로 그래픽 콘텐츠를 처리하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 중심에 맞춘 그래픽 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위한 새로운 개념의 서비스 렌더링 알고리즘 기반의 적응적 서비스 미들웨어를 제안한다. 서비스 적응 미들웨어는 중요한 기능을 가지는 두 가지 모듈로 구성되는데, 사용자의 변화된 환경을 분석하기 위한 Service Adaptation(SA) 모듈과 사용자의 환경에 적합한 구성요소와 데이터를 처리하기 위한 Service Rendering(SR) 모듈이다. 서비스 적응 미들웨어를 통한 적응 서비스는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 사용자의 환경이 변화되었을 경우 동일한 그래픽 콘텐츠를 유연하고 다이나믹하게 제공할 수 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 신입생의 성공적인 대학생활 적응을 돕기 위하여 진로 학습 프로그램 콘텐츠를 설계하고 개발 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 첫째, 신입생이 처한 상황과 문제 그리고 신입생 대상 교육 프로그램에 대한 선행연구 검토 및 H대학 신입생을 대상으로 프로그램 요구도 분석을 실시하였다. 둘째, 프로그램 관련 선행연구와 요구도 분석 결과에 기초하여 진로 학습 프로그램 개념모형을 개발하였다. 셋째, 맞춤형 콘텐츠, 정서적 지원, 온오프라인 융합 프로그램 등을 중심축으로 하여 진로 학습 역량강화 프로그램 콘텐츠를 설계하고 개발방안을 제시하였다. 전공별 진로 학습 트랙, 빅 데이터 분석, 액션 플랜 등을 주요 콘텐츠로 제안하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 신입생을 위한 역량기반 맞춤형 진로 학습 프로그램의 개발과 실행의 기초자료로써 활용되어 프로그램의 질적 내실화와 신입생들의 대학적응력 향상에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구의 목표는 당뇨 및 심혈관계 질환자의 상태를 주기적 지속적으로 관리하기 위하여 당뇨 심혈관 관련 질병 DB를 구축하고, 기존 OCS, PACS, EMR, ERP등의 환자 DB를 통합 연계하는 지능형 통합 인터페이스 환경을 통해 환자가 원하는 최적의 서비스를 최적의 타이밍에 제공할 수 있는 개인 맞춤형 의료정보 융합시스템을 설계하는 것이다. 이를 위해 당뇨 및 심혈관 질환에 대한 지능형 DB를 구축하고, OCS, EMR, PACS 등 기존의 타 시스템과의 유연한 연계처리를 통한 데이터 통합 환경을 제공한다. 또한, 개인 맞춤형 의료정보 응합 시스템의 QoS와 신뢰성, 확장성 등을 고려하여 H/W설계, S/W설계와 데이터호환 방법을 설계한다.

The port BIM technology has many problems such as lack of relevant system, high cost of BIM infrastructure construction, and process difference of existing domestic inter-industry. Since the port facilities as national key industries are managed and operated by public organizations, it is necessary to integrate IT resources and have a system that needs collective construction and joint utilization management. In this paper, we proposed the convergence of cloud computing technology and BIM as a way to reduce the infrastructure cost required for port BIM operation and to provide various BIM services for domestic process. To do this, we collected system requirements based on demand surveys of port staff and designed a BIM browser that provides IFC-based BIM server and customized services to reduce infrastructure cost in cloud computing environment. In terms of infrastructure, we designed cloud-based IaaS to support cost reduction, which is an essential component, and designed SaaS to support customized services in terms of services. We will perform performance verification with focus on whether port BIM servers and browsers have reached a level where they can manage four BIM models with different types and capacities.
