  • The biggest difficulty the small and small business currently face is not to have the effective cusomer management system that is the computerization of management, And, CRM has mary problems that make companies confused. As the result, projects are being suspended and budgets cut, plans for introducing CRM suspended or cancelled and many CRM software vendors and technical consulting firms are facing serious management crisis. Yet, this phenomenon can be regarded as an interim one. In fact, some cases that successfully introduced CRM show that CRM is migrating from small scale which is typical when introduced to larger scale through various tests. Therefore, this study tries to segment customer for the sieving the problem. And it make efficient customer management.

  • IEC 62278 presents a process to implement a consistent approach to the management of reliability for railway applications. A reliability program has to be established at the outset of a project in order to manage reliability activities effectively through the life cycle. The first step of the reliability program is to evaluate reliability requirements and targets based on the system specifications. The system specifications are derived from the customer's needs. The way in which the system requirements reflect the customer's needs is strongly dependent on the characteristics of the product. In general the customer of commercial trains presents the system requirements from their needs. However, the relation between the customer and supplier is equivocal for a project to development a prototype train, and the reliability program should be different from that of an usual commercial project. This paper deals with a process to manage reliability activities for the development of a protype train based on the experiences obtained from the development of the Korea High-Speed Train: Hanvit-350.

  • Development of efficient integration management system needs to operate and manage internet shopping mall for customer, sale, product, stock, account management. The purpose of this paper implements of small shopping mall logistics management system as a plan to raise efficiency of management of the Internet shopping mall which was a representative business form of electronic commerce. Logistics management system operates an Internet shopping mall, progressed with the aim of construction of the management system that systematizes a member, a product, a stock, customer management, and can efficiently manage a total stock grasp and the amount of transaction of a product based on Web environment by real time.

  • In this study the hospitality industry's leading companies, hotel companies affect the relationship between the performance information system, customer orientation, service orientation, to identify the target. Convenience extraction methods to Employees engaged in hotel in Seoul & Busan sampling was investigated. In order to derive the results of the study, the study hypothesis was based Information System for customer orientation service orientation, affect the relationship between the performance was investigated. Service orientation and customer orientation significantly affected, but the results of the hypothesis testing, the usefulness of information system technology acceptance model for ease of service orientation and customer orientation in the not significantly affect was not. Service orientation and customer orientation, business performance, but significant results derived significant personal achievements the results derived were not.

However, the customer management in the construction industry has not been quite genuine, since it has been mainly oriented for public relations and advertisements of companies.   • This paper is to find how does service orientation of organization and human resource job satisfaction affect its customer orientation, that is, its service attitude and behavior toward customer. Purpose of this study is also to measure the level of employees' customer orientation more systemic. Consequently, the correlation between service orientation and performance can be identified and more effective guideline for service quality management can be draw through this study. The findings of this paper are as followings; Firstly, it is found that reward system and CEO's vision toward service orientation affect employee's job satisfaction positively, It's analyzed on Gap analysis model of PZB. Secondly, in point of inner marketing, employee who is satisfied with his job shows higher customer orientation. Thirdly, strategy change of organization in response to environment change in hospital industry influences on performance positively.

  • The company was focusing on production which was partial mission rather than acquiring the information of customer in intensive process industry. The company accepted loss which is from over-production, losing of opportunity. After changing to web environment, supply chain is more complicated and need of customer is more various. As a result the company hard works on controlling production rates, production quantities in production area and gathering exact information which is about available resource and available quantities. Cooperated demand planning have to get decreasing of inventory, improving of customer service in supply chain management. Specially demand planning that considers allocation of capacity is executed in Iron-Industry. Demand planning must be classified by customer, region and supply position level.

  • Quality function deployment(QFD) is becoming a widely used customer oriented approach. The aim of this paper is to present an analytic method of quality function deployment that is to maximize customer satisfaction, using a customer satisfaction survey conducted in the college in Korea. Combining weights and satisfaction indices, "performance/important" diagrams are to develop and this grid can be used in order to identify priorities for decision making. Also, this paper shows a 0-1 integer programming model for maximizing customer satisfaction subject to a budget constraint in QFD planning process with case study.

  • The need for effective information systems that can help in efficient transportation management has become essential. This study presents the potential benefits of developing a decision support system used by a trucking company for routing and scheduling. Our study investigates how customer exibility factors affect the utilization of transportation resources and establishes a vehicle scheduling model for better allocation of transportation resources with a time window. The results show vehicle savings from 25% up to 70% per day given different levels of exibility in delivery times. Increased capacity utilization can be achieved by considering only customer exibility in the model. Our study implies that incorporating customer exibility into the information system can help transportation organizations have the capability to gain control over management to cut costs and improve service.

  • Beginning from July. 2000, the product liability of Korea is designed for reduction of customer loss by defective products. Therefore, most of company are supposed to be ready for taking care of safety and quality of products. ISO9001:2000 quality management system reform to emphasize continual improvement of the process with customer satisfaction. First of all, this paper start with introduction motive of the product liability and examine distinctive mark of the ISO9001:2000 quality management system. We consider the correlation between ISO9001:2000 quality management system and product liability and would like to propose product liability prevention by ISO9001:2000 quality management system with classification a defect style of product, the management guide and the law case.
