AHP기법을 이용한 CRM 수준 평가 모형 개발에 관한 연구: 기업의 운영 성과를 중심으로 (Developing an Evaluation Model for the CRM Level of Corporation Based on AHP Method.)

  • Now a day, the company must strengthen the contact-point of the customer who the company has and has to block the secession of the customer by providing services or goods on time. Under this market situation, the corporation extends the CRM for the customer management and strategic management, and set the CRM-strategies up for managing the customer relationship. For this, the present enterprise's level and the business-ability for the management of the customer relationship should be considered. Therefore, in this study, we will analyze the critical factors to set the CRM up as a strategy by studying the literature review. In the critical factors, the factors of enterprise level as well as the technical factor will be included. Secondly, as you know, the BSC is used to evaluate the corporation as a index. In this study the BSC model is changed and rearranged for the applied BSC model to measure the C3M level of companies. Thirdly, based on the model developed, the factors in the first step are classified by levels and weighted values are calculated by using AHP method. As a result, we will show the diagnostic model for check the operational performance of management, marketing and sales etc.

균형성과표를 활용한 전자의무기록시스템의 성과측정 모형개발 (Development of the Performance Measurement Model of Electronic Medical Record System - Focused on Balanced Score Card -)

  • The purpose of this study are suggest to performance measurement model of Electronic Medical Record(EMR) and Key Performance Index(KPI). For data collection, 665 questionnaires were distributed to medical record administrators and insurance reviewers at 31 hospitals, and 580 questionnaires were collected(collection rate: 87.2%). Regarding methodology, Critical Success Factor(CSF) and index of the information system were derived based on previous studies, and these were set as performance measurement factors of EMR system. The performance measurement factors were constructed by perspective using BSC, and analysis on causal relationship between factors was conducted. A model of causal relationship was established, and performance measurement model of EMR system was proposed through model validation. Analysis on causal relationship between performance management factors revealed that utility cognition of the learning & growth perspective factor had causal relationship with job efficiency(${\beta}=0.20$) and decision support(${\beta}=0.66$) of the internal process perspective factors, and security had causal relationship with system satisfaction(${\beta}=0.31$) of the customer perspective factor. System quality had causal relationship with job efficiency(${\beta}=0.66$) and decision support(${\beta}=0.76$) of the internal process perspective factors, all of which were statistically significant(P<0.01). Job efficiency of the internal process perspective had causal relationship with system satisfaction(${\beta}=0.43$), and decision support had causal relationship with decision support satisfaction(${\beta}=0.91$) and job satisfaction (${\beta}=0.74$), all of which were statistically significant(P<0.01). System satisfaction of the customer perspective had causal relationship with job satisfaction(${\beta}=0.12$), job satisfaction had causal relationship with cost reduction(${\beta}=0.53$) of the financial perspective, and decision support satisfaction had causal relationship with productivity improvement(${\beta}=0.40$)of the financial perspective(P<0.01). Also, cost reduction of the financial perspective had causal relationship with productivity improvement(${\beta}=0.37$), all which were statistically significant(P<0.05). Suitability index verification of the performance measurement model whose causal relationship was found to be statistically significant revealed that $X^2/df=2.875$, RMR=0.036, GFI=0.831, AGFI=0.810, CFI=0.887, NFI=0.838, IFI=0.888, RMSEA=0.057, PNFI=0.781, and PCFI=0.827, all of which were in suitable levels. In conclusion, the performance measurement indices of EMR system include utility cognition, security, and system quality of the learning & growth perspective, decision support and job efficiency of the internal process perspective, system satisfaction, decision support satisfaction, and job satisfaction of the customer perspective, and productivity improvement and cost reduction of the financial perspective. In this study, it is expected that the performance measurement indices and model of EMR system which are suggested by the author, will be a measurement tool available for system performance measurement of EMR system in medical institutions.

  • CRM(Customer Relationship Management) is now moving to the center of corporate strategy because acquiring customers is usually much more expensive than keeping them. Some successful CRM cases of leading companies are surveyed and their critical success factors are discussed in this paper. For successful construction of CRM system, It must be considered some critical factors as follows (i) improvement of customer loyalty, (ii) higher customer profitability, (iii) reduced cost of sales.

  • This study was conducted to grasp problems of the present and investigate the real condition of organizations by making how an organizational ISO/TS 16949 quality management system has a positive effect on process improvement, perceived organizational support has a significant effect on the relationship between ISO/TS 16949 requirements and process improvement, process improvement has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and organizational performance research projects. For doing them, it tris to suggest an effective application plan of ISO/TS 16949 certification through improvements about corporate quality management systems of the automobile field by investigating and analyzing literature of the precedent studies and ISO/TS 16949 certification effects actually, conducting and analyzing an survey on effects on customer satisfaction and organizational performance, and drawing the problems.

  • gCRM(geographical Customer Relation Management; 지리적 고객 관계 관리)이란 기업 마케팅 방법으로 사용되던 고객관계관리(CRM)방법론에 지리정보시스템(GIS)이 접목된 새로운 방법론을 말한다. 본 연구에서는 gCRM을 소개하고 기업 사례연구를 통하여 gCRM에서 고객세분화 활용사례를 소개 하고자 한다. gCRM을 이용하면 고객들의 세분화한 특성을 시각적으로 비교 분석 할 수 있어 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 수립할 수 있다.

  • CRM(Customer Relationship Management : CRM) is an advanced marketing supporting system which analyze customers\` transaction data and classify or target customer groups to effectively increase market share and profit. Many engines were developed to implements the function and those for classification and clustering are considered core ones. In this study, an improved clustering method based on SOM(Self-Organizing Maps : SOM) is proposed. The proposed clustering method finds the optimal number of clusters so that the effectiveness of clustering is increased. It considers all the data types existing in CRM data warehouses. In particular, and adaptive algorithm where the concepts of degeneration and fusion are applied to find optimal number of clusters. The feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method are demonstrated through simulation with simplified data of customers.

  • 본 연구에서 환대산업의 대표적인 기업은 호텔기업을 대상으로 정보시스템 구축이 고객지향성, 서비스지향성, 성과간의 영향관계를 파악하고자 했다. 부산, 서울지역에 소재하는 호텔에 종사하는 종사원을 대상으로 편의추출방식으로 표본을 추출하여 조사하였다. 연구결과의 도출을 하기 위하여 선행연구를 근거로 연구가설을 설정하였으며 정보시스템 구축이 고객지향성, 서비스지향성, 성과간의 영향관계를 파악하였다. 가설검증결과 정보시스템 구축의 기술수용모델 중 유용성은 서비스지향성과 고객지향성이 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 용이성은 서비스지향성과 고객지향성에 대하여 유의한 영향을 미치지 않고 있었다. 또한 서비스지향성과 고객지향성에서는 경영성과에는 유의한 결과가 도출이 되었으나 개인성과에는 유의한 결과가 도출되지 않았다.

  • 프로젝트의 일정 네트워크는 선-후행 관계로 정의된 액티비티들로 구성되어있다. 액티비티를 완료하는데 소요되는 기간은 현재 주택시장은 시장경제 체제 하에서의 수요자 중심으로 시장이 변화되어가고 동시에 예측할 수 없는 경기 변동의 증대가 이어지고 있다 주택 보급률은 3002년에 벌써 $100\%$를 도달 하였으며 출생률은 계속하여 감소하는 추세에 있다. 이러한 악 조건 속에서 주택 건설업체들이 앞으로 신규고객을확보하고 이윤을 창출하기 위하여 더 이상 새로운 시장을 개척해 나가기 보다는 기존의 고객을 관리함으로써 계속해서 자사의 제품을 이용 할 수 있도록 하는 것이 올바른 방향일 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 주택건설업 부문에서의 CRM(고객관계관리) 적용방향을 모델하우스를 중심으로 현시점의 문제점을 제시하고 앞으로 후분양제도의 도입에 맞추어 모델하우스에서의 CRM을 대체할 수 있는 방법을 제안 하고자 한다.

호텔기업 종업원의 감성지능이 고객지향성과 CRM성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotional Intelligence on the Customer Orientation and Customer Relationship Management Performance of Hotel Employees)

  • Purpose - This study aimed to (a) investigate the effects of emotional intelligence on customer orientation, (b) examine the impact of customer orientation on customer relationship management (CRM) performance (including CRM-related variables such as 'relationship commitment,' 'image of corporation,' and 'customer loyalty'), and (c) identify the conceptual framework of emotional intelligence. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected using a questionnaire given to a sample of employees of luxury hotels in the metropolitan area. To test the hypotheses, AMOS were conducted for the 271 respondents of the sample using the SPSS Win 17.0 software. The concept of emotional intelligence (EI) has been on the radar of many leaders and managers over the past few decades. Emotional intelligence is generally accepted to be a combination of emotional and interpersonal competencies that influence behavior, thoughts, and interactions with others. Emotional intelligence consists of four factors: understanding the self's emotion, understanding other people's emotions, emotion utilization, and emotion control. Understanding the self's emotion means to understand of my own emotions. Understanding other people's emotions is to understand of the emotions of the people around me and to know how my friends feel based on their behavior. The concept of emotion utilization means to set goals for myself and then try to achieve them, encouraging myself to do my best. The concept of emotion control means I can control my temper, handle difficult situations rationally, and calm down quickly when I am very angry. Results - As a result of the analysis, three factors (understanding the self's emotion, understanding of other people's emotions, and emotion utilization) were shown to have a significant effect on customer orientation. Emotion control had an insignificant effect on customer orientation. Only emotion control makes it difficult to solve customers' problems because it is a passive behavior. In order to solve the customers' problems, hotel employees have to show a positive attitude. Second, customer orientation had a significant effect on customer relationship management performance (customer relationship commitment, corporate image, and customer loyalty). In other words, customer orientation increases commitment to customer relationships. For example, employees who have a customer-orientated perspective provide good service to their customers, while employees who don't have a customer-orientated perspective can't satisfy their customers. Customer orientation can also generate a good image among customers, because they evaluate the image of a hotel through the behavior of hotel employees. So it is very important for employees to show excellent customer orientation. Conclusions - It is very important for hotel CEOs to manage their employees' emotional intelligence. In order to increase their employees' emotional intelligence abilities, CEOs have to manage the overall corporate culture and reward programs to achieve what they want. This is because the system can lead to a customer-orientated mind-set and CRM performance among employees. As a result, the hotel CEO has to pay attention to the emotional intelligence of employees to achieve strong CRM performance. The sentence as originally written was a bit unclear.   • An Effect of Website quality on Service Value and Customer Satisfaction in the Internet Banking Internet Banking is very popular in Korea these days. More than 25million are using Internet Banking. This study is to find Quality Factors for Internet Banking Services and relationship among Internet Banking Service Value, Customer Satisfaction and Reuse. In this study we found that Service Value is prior to Customer Satisfaction. And also, Service Value and Customer Satisfaction affect customers reuse respectively. This study also found that 7 factors compose Internet Banking Service Quality. They are Convenience Security, Informal ion Providing, Communication, Design, System Correcteness. Convenience, Informal ion Providing, Communication and Design affect Internet Banking Service Value. System, Correcteness and Convenience affect Customer Satisfaction. So we learened that Internet Banking Customers discriminate Service Value from Satisfaction.
