  • This study develops and improves the EZ Touch App of the scorecard application (app) using the smartphone and the pad, and works with the customer management system (C/S). The research was conducted as follows. First, how do you handle the EZ Touch input method on a scorecard? Second, how to configure the platform of customer (member) management system (C/S) and data server system? Third, does EZ Touch App work organically with customer management system (C/S)? The developed EZ Touch is entered into the scorecard as an input method using the gesture as a result of this research, and it is linked with the C/S system to organize the review function, hall information function, field coaching function through score, It can be used for applications such as information management functions and statistics through differentiated statistics. However, there are some problems and improvements in user convenience in real time use. I think there is a need to study to solve this problem in the future. EZ Touch input method is input to the scorecard by inputting gesture of the finger as a result of this study, and it is linked with this, and it is possible to use differentiated statistics such as review function, hall information function, field coaching function, It is the purpose of the study to improve the technical competitiveness of the product by developing the application.

Sentiment Analyses of the Impacts of Online Experience Subjectivity on Customer Satisfaction (감성분석을 이용한 온라인 체험 내 비정형데이터의 주관도가 고객만족에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • The development of information technology(IT) has brought so-called "online experience" to satisfy our daily needs. The market for online experiences grew more during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, this study attempted to analyze how the features of online experience services affect customer satisfaction by crawling structured and unstructured data from the online experience web site newly launched by Airbnb after COVID-19. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the structured data generated by service users on a C2C online sharing platform had a positive effect on the satisfaction of other users. In addition, unstructured text data such as experience introductions and host introductions generated by service providers turned out to have different subjectivity scores depending on the purpose of its text. It was confirmed that the subjective host introduction and the objective experience introduction affect customer satisfaction positively. The results of this study are to provide various implications to stakeholders of the online sharing economy platform and researchers interested in online experience knowledge management.

  • Paid membership is a useful marketing method that can acquire long-term customers. This study benchmarked representative overseas memberships, Amazon Prime, Alibaba 88 Membership, and Rakuten Super Point, so that domestic shopping platform companies can refer to launch the paid membership. The membership services have in common: economic benefits, convenient experiences, and discriminatory treatment. Domestic companies should set the core customer value they want to deliver to consumers and organize the benefits so that paid membership can be operated from a long-term perspective. This study has a high practical contribution and it is necessary to conduct an empirical analysis of experts and a customer user survey in the future.

  • In the beginning run, urban railway had been required as transportation. But now days urban railway have stayed in the platform for long time, the platform is faced the problem that is improvement of environment as one of the living space. Thus, sliding automatic door on the basis of screen door have used in huge distribution market, hospital, restaurant and public office because it is comfortable that customer's convenience and entrance are controled. So screen door not only requires customer's convenience and safe, clean area and energy conservation but demands optimal design technology development of screen door system that is confirmed by element parts of design and confidence. In this paper, For secure confidence of screen door, after as modeling roller and frame's system, confirming the result for qualification of driving stiffness. And then it suggests that it is possible to increase performance and declines fraction defective of element's part.

  • Advancement of mobile technology opened new business field in existing marketing area and in spirit of depression of advertisement market due to worldwide shrunken business, investment mobile advertisement market only jas a tendency to increase. In this paper I tried to know some factors to influence on the acceptance of customer to receive the referring advertisement continually through the study of 'KaKaotalk Plus Friends', a kind of marketing platform of KaKaotalk, the model killer application of Smart Phone. For this purpose I developed the research model based on Customer Value Theory and Social Exchange Theory etc. Futhermore based on these theories I studied the facts to influence on the acceptance of customer using KaKaotalk Plus Friends Service.

  • The objective of this study was to propose a new framework for the creative engineering in the product family design coursework. The idea of product family design is a good solution to fulfill customer's requirements and to respond quickly for the technology change. Mass customization based on product family and product platform is a new paradigm with variety and customization through flexibility and quick responsiveness. In this study, the subjects of product family, product platform, product family map, platform leveraging strategy, morphological matrix and module based product family design were reviewed and presented. A new idea generation scheme utilizing SCAMPER method was combined with the morphological matrix approach. For the effective product family and platform design, creative efforts and approaches were utilized and implemented in the coursework process. This will help students to develop creative thinking and approaches in the engineering problem solving.

  • The core of contents monetization is the consumer's willingness to pay. In the past, the terrestrial contents can be used through the frequency for free. As the terrestrial contents use via online services has been increased, the importance of willingness to pay for the broadcasting contents is getting bigger. To find critical factors which can influence on the willingness to pay for the terrestrial contents, independent factors are categorized into three. The independent factors are users' awareness for copyright protection, contents characteristics, and platform characteristics. The results show that attitude for paying, subjective norms for copyright protection, rapid providing of contents, quality of service, social critical point, and expected service value are found out as significant factors. This result implies that it is necessary to enhance platform competitiveness to survive in convergence environment and customer relationships should be reinforced to maintain them as loyal customers.

  • Recently mass customization has become a new paradigm in the global market to satisfy both the diversified demands of customers but also the efficiency of the mass production system. In this paper, mass customization is embodied by a new product development method with which various product families are produced from standard "product platform" developed from historical data. The product platform, the key concept of this proposed method, is significantly efficient as a solution to the customer demand of high variety and small quantity products. The proposed method is applied to build the platform family of naval ships, utilizing the concept of "Group Technology". In addition, cost effectiveness of the proposed method is analyzed and the applicable range of requirement conditions are presented. In conclusion, some remarkable effects such as reduction in production cost and development time are expected by employing this method to the procurement process of the naval ships.

  • Companies that use open source SW must comply with the "Open Source SW License" in order to use it freely. However, despite the potential legal responsibilities and risks associated with compliance, they do not know or neglect the risks. For this reason, cases of disputes, including license violations, are soaring. Recently, Open source SW license compliance platform services have been developed and actively utilized to address these issues. This study designed a business model for open source SW license compliance platform and conducted an economic feasibility analysis. The focus of the study is the establishment of a business model and the estimation of potential customers and actual purchase rates. For this purpose, we designed seven business model scenarios for promotion and sales period, and performed an economic evaluation using an expanded model of the Bass model, the Kalish model and the customer's maximum willingness to pay.

  • The social curation service that selectively provides information generated by individuals or groups with the same interests can have a synergistic effect when combined with the recently used SNS-based chatting function. If these kinds of chatting-based curation technologies are applied to the Internet shopping malls, particularly, buyers can obtain more reliable information in real time basis, and sellers can provide them with more differentiated and rich information in a continuous manner. This research suggests a chatting-based commerce platform that provides the social curation service based on chats among sellers, existing buyers, and potential buyers. The proposed commerce platform can organize a chat channel for each store and product not only to immediately respond to new and existing customer inquiries about stores, brands, and detailed products, but also to continuously activate differentiated sales strategies to customers subscribed to the channel. In particular, MongoDB is used to permanently save and archive the information and chatting history of each channel, so that the buyer can search and refer to them recorded in the corresponding channel at any time.
