The stoichiometric mixture of evaporating materials for the $CaAl_2Se_4$: Co single crystal thin film was prepared from horizontal furnace. Using extrapolation method of X-ray diffraction patterns for the polycrystal $CaAl_2Se_4$, it was found orthorhomic structure whose lattice constant $a_0$, $b_0$ and $c_0$ were 6.4818, $11.1310{\AA}$ and $11.2443{\AA}$, respectively. To obtain the $CaAl_2Se_4$: Co single crystal thin film, $CaAl_2Se_4$: Co mixed crystal was deposited on throughly etched Si (100) by the HWE (Hot Wall Epitaxy) system. The source and substrate temperature were $600^{\circ}C$ and $440^{\circ}C$ respectively. The crystalline structure of $CaAl_2Se_4$: Co single crystal thin film was investigated by the double crystal X-ray diffraction (DCXD). Hall effect on this sample was measured by the method of Van der Pauw and studied on carrier density and mobility depending on temperature. From Hall data, the mobility was likely to be decreased by impurity scattering in the temperature range 30 K to 100 K and by lattice scattering in the temperature range 100 K to 293 K. The temperature dependence of the energy band gap of the $CaAl_2Se_4$: Co obtained from the absorption spectra was well described by the Varshni's relation, $E_g(T)=3.8239eV-(4.9823{\times}10^{-3}eV/K)T_2/(T+559K)$. The open-circuit voltage, short current density, fill factor, and conversion efficiency of $p-Si/p-CaAl_2Se_4$: Co heterojunction solar cells under $80mW/cm^2$ illumination were found to be 0.42 V, $25.3mA/cm^2$, 0.75 and 9.96%, respectively.
In this Paper, we developed a low power type LED security light using LED lighting that substitutes a 220[V] commercial power source for a solar cell module instead of a halogen or a sodium lamp. in addition, a PWM type drive control circuit is designed to minimize the heat generation problem and the drive current of the LED drive controller. in developed system, The light efficiency measurement value is 93.6[lm/W], and a high precision temperature sensor is used inside the controller to control the heat generation of the LED lamp. In order to eliminate the high heat generated from the LED lamp, it is designed to disperse quickly into the atmosphere through the metal insertion type heat sink. The heat control range of LED lighting was $50-55[^{\circ}C]$. The luminous flux and the lighting speed of the LED security lamp were 0.5[s], and the beam diffusion angle of the LED lamp was about $110[^{\circ}C]$ by the light distribution curve based on the height of 6[m].
This Research analyzes the consumers' willingness to pay(WTP) for residential water on severe drought condition. The 7 large cities and 32 chronicle drought regions have been selected for this research survey. Results show that the consumers of large cities, which are relatively rich, think water quality is more important than quantity, but the consumers of 32 chronicle drought regions expressed just opposite. Dichotomous choice and open-ended questionnaire are mixed for the survey and Tobit model is applied in the analysis. As we expected, the higher the education level, the number of household member, and the income, the higher the WTP. When there is 25% reduction of supply, the WTP is about $2 per month. Contrary to the expectation, WTP is just slightly increased for 50% of water supply reduction. This is because of the resistance of tax as well as the limited actual experiences of water shortage so, they underestimated it. In any cases, actual WTP for actual water shortage is much higher than this result. More effective water supply and distribution schedule must be ready as a national and local level to prepare severe drought in the near future. Consumers are willing to pay higher price than the current level for water security. Water distributional system should be reconsidered and alternative source of water also be prepared.

SOLAP system integrates and complements the functions of both OLAP and GIS systems. This enables users not only to easily access geospatial data but also to analyze and extract information for decision making. In this study a SOLAP system was designed and implemented to provide urban planners with GIS information when making urban planning decisions. Rapid urbanization in Korea has brought about ill-balanced urban structure as the result of development without detailed analysis of urban plans. Systematic urban planning procedures and automated systems are crucial for detail analysis of future development plans. Data regarding the development regulations and current status of land use need to be assessed precisely and instantly. Multi-dimensional aspects of a suggested plan must be formulated instantly and examined thoroughly using 'what if' scenarios to come up with a best possible plan. The SOLAP system presented in this study designed the dimension tables and the fact tables for supplying timely geospatial information to the planners when making decisions regarding urban planning. The database was implemented using open source DBMS and was populated with necessary attribute data which was freely available from the Statistics Korea bureau homepage. It is anticipated the SOLAP system presented in this study will contribute to better urban planning decisions in Korea through more timely and accurate provision of geospatial information.
Generally, the design capacity of the rainwater harvesting unit is determined by trial and error method that is repeatedly calculating various analysis scenarios with capacity, reliability, and rainwater utilization ratio, etc. This method not only takes a lot of time to analyze but also involves a lot of calculations, so analysis errors may occur. In order to solve the problem, this study suggested a way to directly determine the minimum capacity to meet arbitrary target reliabilities using the global optimization method. The method was implemented by simulation model with particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithms using Python language. The pyswarm that is provided as an open-source of python was used as optimization method, that can explore global optimum, and consider constraints. In this study, the developed program was applied to the design data for the rainwater harvesting constructed in Cheongna district 1 in Incheon to verify the efficiency, stability, and accuracy of the analysis. The method of determining the capacity of the rainwater harvesting presented in this study is considered to be of practical value because it can improve the current level of analytical technology.
Purpose: The purpose of this research was to examine department satisfaction for improving the competitiveness of department of dental technology and providing basic data for students successful guidance. Methods: The study subject were 560 students from 4 colleges, and they were selected by the convenient sampling method. Data for this survey was obtain by self-administration method. This questionnaire consist of general characteristics, the awareness of before entering department of dental technology, the satisfaction of department of dental technology, an opinion about change of one's course and temporary absence. Results: About the time of selecting their major, 70.1% of students answered the most before highschool. Department of dental technology and the most common source of information in selecting a majors is the person oneself(52.6%). The person who answers because of knowing a little bit for the question asking the priori knowledge of department of dental technology showed up as 66.3%. About the motivation for selection their major, 37.4% of students answered the most it seemed to be a future prospect. As to the extend of department satisfaction, the satisfaction showed up as 63.3%, but the extend of satisfaction was exposed to reduce as the grade increased. The dissatisfaction factor is the difficulty of the theory(29.8%). Many students do not want to change their majors even if they are provided with the chance to do so(68.7%). From the survey related to the experience of thinking over temporary absence and drop out, 56.8% of students responded they had experienced thinking about that. Current feelings after department selection was found to be the most significant factor that affects satisfaction of department of dental technology(Adjusted $R^2$=48.3%). Conclusion: The extend of satisfaction of the women is low. The extend of satisfaction reduces as the grade increases. The school subject extend of satisfaction can know that ratio about of considering the leave of absence and voluntary withdrawal increases. Therefore, the plan of education that women can adapt the women o the school subject well and that it can be satisfied is sought for. It is considered that effort promoting the extend of satisfaction is needed as the grade increases.

The most basic matter to establish forest carbon circulation village is statistic on greenhouse gas emissions. But currently, although there is statistic on greenhouse gas emissions in the level of city or province, there is not statistic on greenhouse gas emission in village unit. According to the results, The model area is located in Seobyeok-ri, Chunyang-myeon, Bonghwa-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, the total $CO_2$emissions caused by energy used in the model area was $1,755tCO_2$. Heating accounts for 55% of total emissions followed by 23% for power and 22% for vehicles. The model area emitted $572tCO_2$ due to rice growing and livestock raising, accounting for approximately 24.5% of total $CO_2$ emissions. It is expected that a reduction of as much as $884tCO_2$ emissions will be made from the current $964tCO_2$ to a level of 1/12th that amount, or $80tCO_2$ by replacing heating energy currently used in the model area with wood bioenergy such as wood chips or pellets. In addition, carbon emission reduction is expected for both heating and power by replacing the power consumption in houses, buildings, and street lights with solar power.

This study was performed to evaluate contents and estimated availabilities of major minerals (Ca, P, K, Mg) in soybean sprouts. Two different sampling parts (cotyledon and hypocotyl), and three culture periods (1, 3, and 5 days) were evaluated. Results indicated that Mg (99.11%) from cotyledon for 5 days culture period was significantly higher than Ca (98.34%), P (97.67%), and K (98.70%). Percent average Mg estimated availability of 5 days cultured hypocotyl was also significantly higher than that of Ca (77.79%), P (91.91%), and K (96.80%). Therefore, the current results indicate that decreased Ca estimated availability in hypocotyl was time dependent and the cotyledon may be the better source for the estimated availability of major minerals than the hypocotyl of soybean sprouts because more than 90% of the major minerals was estimated availability.

In this research, pristine graphene was synthesized using methane ($CH_4$) gas, and N-doped graphene was synthesized using pyridine ($C_5H_5N$) liquid source by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method. Basic optical properties of both pristine and N-doped graphene were investigated by Raman spectroscopy and XPS (X-ray photoemission spectroscopy), and electrical transport characteristics were estimated by current-voltage response of graphene channel as a function of gate voltages. Results for CVD grown pristine graphene from methane gas show that G-peak, 2D-peak and C1s-peak in Raman spectra and XPS. Charge neutral point (CNP; Dirac-point) appeared at about +4 V gate bias in electrical characterization. In the case of pyridine based CVD grown N-doped graphene, D-peak, G-peak, weak 2D-peak were observed in Raman spectra and C1s-peak and slight N1s-peak in XPS. CNP appeared at -96 V gate bias in electrical characterization. These result show successful control of the property of graphene artificially synthesized by CVD method.

In the current trend of increasing network traffic due to the popularization of cloud service and mobile devices, WAN bandwidth is very low compared to LAN bandwidth. In a WAN environment, a WAN optimizer is needed to overcome performance problems caused by transmission protocol, packet loss, and network bandwidth limitations. In this paper, we analyze the data deduplication algorithm of WANProxy, an open source WAN optimizer, and evaluate its performance in terms of network latency and WAN bandwidth. Also, we evaluate the performance of the two-stage compression method of WANProxy and Zstandard. We propose a new method to improve the performance of WANProxy by revising its data deduplication algorithm and evaluate its performance improvement. We perform experiments using 12 data files of Silesia with a data segment size of 2048 bytes. Experimental results show that the average compression rate by WANProxy is 150.6, and the average network latency reduction rates by WANProxy are 95.2% for a 10 Mbps WAN environment and 60.7% for a 100 Mbps WAN environment, respectively. Compared with WANProxy, the two-stage compression of WANProxy and Zstandard increases the average compression rate by 33%. However, it increases the average network latency by 2.1% for a 10 Mbps WAN environment and 5.27% for a 100 Mbps WAN environment, respectively. Compared with WANProxy, our proposed method increases the average compression rate by 34.8% and reduces the average network latency by 13.8% for a 10 Mbps WAN and 12.9% for a 100 Mbps WAN, respectively. Performance analysis results of WANProxy show that its performance improvement in terms of network latency and WAN bandwidth is excellent in a 10Mbps or less WAN environment while superior in a 100 Mbps WAN environment.
