With digital technology innovation, increased data access and mobile network use by consumers, products and services are changing toward pursuing differentiated values for personalization, and personalized markets are rapidly emerging in the fashion industry. This study aims to identify trends in digital customized automation technology by deriving types of digital customizing and analyzing cases by type, and to present directions for the development of digital customizing processes and the use of technology in the future. As a research method, a literature study for a theoretical background, a case study for classification and analysis of types was conducted. The results of the study are as follows. The types of digital customizing can be classified into three types: 'cooperative customization', 'selective composition and combination', 'transparent suggestion', and automation technologies shown in each type include 3D printing, 3D virtual clothing, robot mannequin, human automatic measurement program, AR-based fitting service, big data, and AI-based curation function. With the development of digital automation technology, the fashion industry environment is also changing from existing manufacturing-oriented to consumer-oriented, and the production process is rapidly changing with IT and artificial intelligence-based automation technology. The results of this study hope that digital customized automation technology will meet various needs of personalization and customization and present the future direction of digital fashion technology, where fashion brands will expand based on the spread of digital technology.

This study aimed to develop indicators that can measure the digital transformation performance of science and technology information construction and sharing systems by utilizing the Digital Curation Maturity Models. For digital transformation, it is necessary to consider not only simple service improvement but also organizational and business changes. In this study, we aimed to develop a model for measuring the digital transformation of KISTI, Korea's representative science and technology information service organization. KISTI has already carried out BPR work for digital transformation and borrowed the concept of a maturity model. However, in BPR, there is no method to measure the result. Therefore, in this paper, we developed an index to measure digital transformation based on the maturity model. Indicator development was carried out in two ways: model development and evaluation. Cases for model construction were made through a comprehensive review of existing KISTI and various domestic and foreign cases. The models before verification were technology (37), data (45), strategy (18), organization (36), and (social)influence (14) based on the major categories. After verification using confirmatory factor analysis, the model is classified as technology (20 / 17 indicators dropped), data (36 / 9 indicators dropped), strategy (18 / maintenance), organization(30 / 6 indicators dropped), and (social) influence (13 indicators / 1 indicator dropped).

The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential use of the theme collection as a new classification method that reflects the interest of users in terms of classification and categorization. For this purpose, the background of the theme collection was identified based on the discussion of the library resource organization and the introduction of the curation service of bookstore. In addition, based on case analysis, which is building the theme collection, concrete concepts and characteristics of theme collection are derived. Based on the above discussion, the classification and categorization characteristics of public library themes collections were analyzed, and the characteristics and functions as a classification were compared with other categories relatively. Finally, the utility and applicability of the theme collection is presented and it is based on the discussions about the user-centered classification system design of the library in the future.

As technology advanced dramatically in the late 20th century, a new era of science arrived. The emerging era of scientific discovery, variously described as e-Science, cyberscience, and the fourth paradigm, uses technologies required for computation, data curation, analysis, and visualization. The emergence of the fourth research paradigm will have such a huge impact that it will shake the foundations of science, and will also have a huge impact on the role of data-information infrastructure. In the digital age, the roles of data-information professionals are becoming more diverse. As eScience emerges as a sustainable and growing part of research, data-information professionals and centeres are exploring new roles to address the issues that arise from new forms of research. The functions that data-information professionals and centeres can fundamentally provide in the e-Science area are data curation, preservation, access, and metadata. Basically, it involves discovering and using available technical infrastructure and tools, finding relevant data, establishing a data management plan, and developing tools to support research. A further advanced service is archiving and curating relevant data for long-term preservation and integration of datasets and providing curating and data management services as part of a data management plan. Adaptation and change to the new information environment of the 21st century require strong and future-responsive leadership. There is a strong need to effectively respond to future challenges by exploring the role and function of data-information professionals in the future environment. Understanding what types of data-information professionals and skills will be needed in the future is essential to developing the talent that will lead the transformation. The new values and roles of data-information professionals and centers for 21st century researchers in STEAM are discussed.

Online service has been emphasized in various studies for content uses and diffusion of cultural heritage domain. This study purports to investigate the status of contents organization and information services for online cultural heritage services and to suggest improvement directions. This study conducted case studies and expert interviews based on contents, search systems, additional services, and expansion services. It also suggested an integrated information retrieval service for cultural heritage contents as well as the provision of high-quality content and various types of contents. The flexibility of the search function through the content hierarchy, the expansion of access points through the construction of controlled vocabulary, and authority data were also focused. As an additional service, the study proposed a curation-based, user-customized service, data sets open and share, and user participation.

Our research team implemented and operated the system by analyzing the membership information and identifying the different preferences for each group and providing the results of the recommendation based on accumulated membership information and activity log data to the individual. The utilization log was followed up. We analyzed how many people use recommended services and analyzed whether there are any factors other than the personalization service algorithm that affect the service utilization of the system with personalization. In addition, we propose recommendation methods based on behavioral changes when incentives are given through analyzing patterns of users' usage according to methods of recommending services and contents that are often used based on analysis contents.

본 논문에서는 오픈마켓에서의 여행상품을 구입하기 전에 자신의 여행 기간을 입력하고 각 여행상품을 자신의 스케줄에 등록하여 개인에게 최적화된 여행 스케줄을 작성할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다. 그리고 개인화된 여행스케줄 생성을 위한 추천시스템은 설문형식의 사전 설정으로 개인이 선호하는 여행지를 선택하고 사용자와 유사한 성향을 지닌 기존 사용자들의 선호 콘텐츠를 추천하며, 여행상품 큐레이션 지원을 위해 현재 사용자의 상품페이지 방문패턴의 분석과 고객의 성향을 계량화한다.

현재를 '빅데이터' 시대라 부른다. '빅데이터', 그 용어가 주는 의미대로 우리가 처리해야 할 데이터가 많다는 것을 의미하며, 과거의 데이터 정제 기술로는 유의미한 정보로 가공하기에는 상당한 노력이 필요하다는 것을 암시하고 있다. 현재 장비의 고성능화 등으로 가능성이 검증되고 있고 일부 비즈니스에 활용되는 단계이나, 여전히 혼돈의 문제가 존재하며, 이러한 문제의 해결책으로 제시되는 것 중의 하나가 바로 '소셜 큐레이션'이라 할 수 있다. 본 'TVzzik' 서비스는 시청자들이 방송 콘텐츠를 소유하고 공유하고자 하는 욕구를 반영하여, 실시간으로 TV를 보면서 방송 프로그램을 캡처하고 공유할 수 있게 한다. 방송콘텐츠에 관한 '소셜 큐레이션' 서비스이며, 이는 각 사용자들이 캡처하여 생성한 수많은 콘텐츠 중에서 사용자들이 원하는 콘텐츠를 사용자들의 사회적인 관계를 이용하여 선별적으로 제공할 수 있도록 구성한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 'TVzzik' 서비스의 개발 방향과 시스템 구성 등을 설명한다.

콘텐츠 큐레이션 서비스를 위해서 대용량 데이터를 학습하는 과정에서 발생하는 메모리부족 문제, 학습소요시간 문제 등을 해결하기 위한 "대용량 문서학습을 위한 동적학습 파이프라인 생성기술 중 빅데이터 마이닝을 위한 점진적 학습 모델" 기술이 필요하며, 본 논문에서 제안한 콘텐츠 큐레이션 서비스는 온라인상의 수많은 콘텐츠들 중 개인의 주관이나 관점에 따라 관련 콘텐츠들을 수집, 정리하고 편집하여 이용자와 관련이 있거나 좋아할 만한 콘텐츠를 제공하는 서비스이다. 본 논문에서 설계된 모아 큐레이션 서비스는 대용량의 문서를 학습함에 있어서 메모리 부족 문제, 학습 소요시간 문제 등을 해결하기 위해 학습데이터의 용량 제한이 없는 문서를 자유롭게 학습하고 부분적인 자질추가/변경 시에 변경요소만을 추가 반영할 수 있는 범용적이고 일반적인 분류기의 구조설계 방법 등을 제시하였다.

점진적 빅데이터 학습 기반의 전자저널 구독가치 큐레이션 서비스는 대용량의 학술정보 처리환경을 하드웨어 기반에서 소프트웨어 기반으로 데이터를 학습함에 있어 학습 소요시간 및 메모리 부족 문제 등을 해결하기 위해 널리 사용하는 자질축소 기법에 의존하지 않고 대량의 데이터를 자유롭게 학습하고 증분 데이터 변경요소만을 추가 반영할 수 있는 범용적이고 일반적인 분류기의 구조설계 방법이다. 학술정보의 논문요약과 참고문헌의 데이터 수집 정제 분류 저장 분석을 통해 활용할 수 있는 지표를 생성하여 도서관 학교 공공기관 연구기관 등에 제공하여 기관에서 구독하고 있는 학술지가 연구에 얼마나 활용되고 있는지를 판단하는 정보 가용성을 활용한 양질의 정보원을 확보하여 불필요한 저널 구독을 중단하고 연구자가 요구하는 품질 좋은 학술정보를 제공할 수 있는 서비스로 일반적인 학술문헌 이용도 평가방법과 달리 구독 가치에 대한 지표를 제공하는 큐레이팅 방법이다.
