The purpose of this study was to examine the effect on improving communication by conducting a tea culture convergence program for elderly people using facilities. The subjects of this study consisted of a tea culture convergence program for 3 months, 60 minutes once a week for 7 people using the Elderly Day Care Center in the H-S S welfare center. Psychological and behavioral changes related to communication by sessions were compared by comparing elderly patients at each session of the Tea Culture Convergence Program.Tea culture convergence program was found to have a positive effect on behaviors and attitudes related to communication among the elderly in the facilities. As a result of analyzing pre- and post-action and attitudes, the Tea Culture Convergence Program brought positive changes in communication by acting as emotional and social support for the elderly. These findings suggest that the Tea Culture Convergence Program is a psychologically necessary program for the elderly in that it shows that the Tea Culture Convergence Program is an effective program that promotes communication among the elderly in the facilities.

This study was carried out in order to verify the influence that recognition was mad to organization commitment, organizational culture type leadership of a social welfare organization. The study object a total Part 456 was used to analysis as social worker engaged in to social welfare agency. It was for an independent variable to revolutionized leadership, exchanged leadership as leadership type, and it was organizational culture an mediator variable, analyzed correlation of organization commitment, analysis return in order to grasp an influence to be mad to organization commitment material leadership type, executed path analysis so that direct and indirect effect being mad to organization commitment organizational culture through leadership type. Result of research, A total effect to affect regarding organization commitment, there is most a lot of revolutionized leadership, affected that organization culture appeared group culture of an organization, exchanged leadership, development culture. A leader of a social welfare organization shall improve self-participation and business efficiency voluntary of an employee through revolutionized leadership, in order to improve organization commitment of an employee, this leadership types had to improve organization commitment of an employee as group culture of an organization.

The purpose of this research is understanding of a life and finding suggestion about old person's welfare looking about old person's mutual behavior in an old group culture connected with Jong-Myo park.. For this, researcher has been researching and interviewing and gathering datal more than 1 year about old person in Jong-Myo park and near persons from December 2007. The data were followed by suggestion of Spradley(1979). That is categorization after confirm about territory of a old person's life who in Jong-Myo park or near. Cultural subject was confirmed through these acting that is an old person forgetting from group culture or desire of revelation, Escape from land forced landing, Rescue of dead time. Through the researching of an old persons group culture location, the researcher propose the way of welfare policy about old person.

The industrialization theory that industry and economic development of country has an important influence on the development of the welfare state had become a major theory explaining the development of the welfare state. However, the theory of industrialization faced criticism that the size of public welfare was relatively weak even in advanced industrial countries where industrialization developed. To complement and explain these limitations, The theory of democracy that the welfare state could be expanded as a strategy for election competition, and the theory of power-resources theory that welfare states could develop when the power of unions and left parties demanding welfare states were strengthened. This study uses Fuzzy-set analysis for the data of OECD countries adding industrial structure variables to existing theory of the development of welfare state. The result suggests that the proportion of manufacture such as industry structure of country is important for the development of welfare state.

The purpose of this study is to present foundational data to promote the cultural welfare status of youth. The actual condition of the youth's cultural welfare was investigated by investigating the degree of youth's cultural welfare satisfaction and needs by regional groups. A total of 1486 questionnaires were used for the final data analysis. The analysis revealed the following results. 1. Actual conditions of adolescents cultural welfare. 1) Among various cultural activities, adolescents find leisure and social activity, artistic, mass media and video-media activities very boring and one-sided, Instead, they have greater interest in computer- and Internet-related activities, such as getting and sharing information and communication. 2) While adolescents living in urban areas benefit from well developed social infra-structure, those living in rural areas seldom take advantage of it. 3) The obstacles against cultural welfare of the youth can be categorized as: 'lack of money,' 'lack of time,' and 'lack of cultural facilities. ' In urban areas 'lack of time' becomes an issue, whereas in rural areas 'lack of money' and 'lack of cultual facilities' are important. 2. Degree of cultural welfare satisfaction of the youths. Youths generally appear either 'unsatisfied' or 'neutral' concerning their satisfaction degree about leisure and social activity parts, and art and play-activity paris. On the other hand, they appear 'neutral' concerning their satisfaction degree about computer- and Internet-related information and communication parts, and mass- and video-media activity parts. In addition, urban youths show a higher degree of satisfaction than rural youths. 3. What the youths need To improve their culture welfare status, they need a lot of supplements for cultural activity in the form of cultural infra-structure. Regarding the cultural infra-structure, rural youths need more than urban youths.

Korea's long-term care insurance for the elderly, which started in 2008, is a borrowed one from gaeho insurance, which started eight years earlier. Both countries have a policy of welfare equipment benefit systems to support the lives of the elderly who are intellectually and mentally weakened. In this study, we attempted to compare and examine the welfare equipment items in Korea with those in Japan and find out the characteristics of the items in Korea and Japan. In Korea, loitering-detection device, posture changing devices, and incontinence underwears were registered as welfare devices before Japan, and in Japan, automatic urine disposal systems, wheelchair electric assist device, position converters, and lifts for handicapped person were designated as welfare devices before Korea. In addition, the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has announced the designation of the excretion prediction support device as a welfare device. If Korea and Japan cooperate to develop welfare equipment items together, it will be of great help in improving the quality of life of the elderly in both countries in a super-aged society.

Investigations into family-friendly company culture have been carried out for various companies and conglomerates. But there has never been such investigation for police organization, so this investigation is intended to see the effect on organizational commitment and job performance of the organization culture that makes use of family-friendly program for the police organization. To this end, how the internal factors of family-friendly organization culture affects organization commitment and job performance is empirically analyzed with structural equation modeling. And it is found that family-friendly program has significant effect on organizational life and welfare, and the welfare, in return, is found to have significant effect on job performance.

New city development policy caused many effects such as destruction of nature and area native culture extinction through fast development within short period. We need to find the design method that communicate and contacts character of place, cultural context through the actual project. In this study, we propose the method of aspect of compose space and design elements to succeed the cultural place and context, desirable development through the design proposal for Dochon welfare center. In Dochon area, there is no original character of the place because of indiscreet development. Dochon synthesis society welfare facilities is openable to people by space that nature and human contacts and accomplishes relation, Made efforts to do so that can do part that causes human's ripple effect of contact with human and accomplishes traffic and recovers identity of Dochon area at the same time recovery of community consciousness.

Recently, policies of metropolitan councils and primary local governments are diversely developing for the creation of child friendly cities. This study attempts to deal with implications that discussions on child friendly cities, which are recently becoming issues of local communities, have as a form of universal welfare on dimensions of child welfare along with discussions of the direction to which those implications can be applied. For this, this study was conducted largely in three parts. First, it observes the contents of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child which is the spirit and basic foundation of child friendly cities and through this, it examines child welfare paradigms as a universal form of welfare and second, it observes the historical origin of child friendly cities that have modern significance along with the main characteristics of child friendly cities, and third, it explores methods with which to apply locality based community resource connections that currently exist to policies of child friendly cities.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the facility standards of the elderly welfare facilities applying the seven principles of the universal design. The facility standards of the elderly welfare facilities were limited to the provisions of the "Enforcement Regulation of the Elderly Welfare Act". There are few legal regulations applying the universal design in the construction of the elderly welfare facilities. The facility standards are set only with the minimum requirements such as securing the safety of the user, securing the space area, functional convenience, and risk prevention. However, the contents of the regulations are limited to the minimum standards for functional convenience and safety required for living. In conclusion, in the elderly welfare facilities, the notion of universal design, which considers not only the elderly, but also service providers, employees, and general visitors, should be considered.
