중원역사문화권 설정의 의미와 활용 방안 (The Significance and Utilization of the Jungwon Historical and Cultural Area)

  • 본 논문은 중원이라는 명칭이 갖고 있는 역사성과 그 시공간적인 범위를 개관해봄으로써 '역사문화권 정비 등에 관한 특별법'에 중원역사문화권 설정의 타당성과 필요성을 제기하고 중원역사문화권의 활용 방안을 함께 모색해보았다. 국토의 중심이라는 의미를 내포한 중원은 지리적으로는 충주를 중심으로 계립령과 죽령, 그리고 남한강과 북한강을 통해 남북으로 한반도를 이어주는 핵심 지역으로서의 전략적 가치를 가지고 있다. 고대 국가가 태동하는 마한 시기부터 서쪽으로는 미호천 유역인 청주와 진천 일대, 동쪽으로는 충주 일원이 서로 밀접하게 연결되어 있었으며, 이후 백제와 고구려·신라가 중원 지역을 차지하기 위해 치열한 접전을 벌이는 과정에서 삼국 문화의 교섭과 융합으로 중원 문화가 탄생하게 되었다. 특히 신라는 중원경을 중심으로 청주에는 서원경, 원주에는 북원경을 설치하는 등 중원 지역을 계속 중요시 하였다. 우리는 그간 고구려·백제·신라의 고대 국가 중심의 사관에 매몰되어 있다 보니 중원 지역에 대한 온전한 가치를 간과해왔는데, 앞으로는 중원역사문화권의 중요성을 인식하고 이를 어떻게 활용할 것인가에 대한 고민도 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 중원의 문화유산 생생 정보 공개 서비스, 지역 주민과 함께하는 역사문화유산 체험 및 교육프로그램, 문화유산을 적극 활용한 중원의 역사·문화·관광 콘텐츠의 개발 및 운영, 중원역사문화권의 정체성 규명을 위한 학술조사 및 연구의 활성화 등이 우선적으로 이루어져야 함을 제시하였다.

지역관광지의 공유경제 네트워크 구축을 위한 탐색적 고찰 : 지역사회 기반 숙박 및 차량 공유경제서비스 운영에 대한 인식을 중심으로 (An Exploratory Study on Sharing Economy Network Building in Local Destinations : Perception of the Sharing Economy Services of Accommodation and Car Rental in Local Communities)

  • 본 연구에서는 최근 사회적으로 논의되고 있는 쟁점 중 하나인 공유경제서비스가 지역 관광지 내 공유경제네트워크 구축 과정에서 어떤 방식으로 정착될 수 있을지에 대해서 탐색적 수준에서 분석했다. 일반 소비자들을 대상으로 조사하여 분석한 결과, 숙박 및 차량 기반 공유경제서비스에 대해서 호의적인 태도는 지역공유경제서비스의 네트워크 및 지역 주민교육의 필요성, 지역경제활성화에 대한 신념에 직접적으로 영향을 주지 않고, 소비자 스스로의 공유경제서비스에 대한 지식, 정보 학습의 열망이 매개되어 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 분석결과를 통해 지역의 관광자원개발 과정에서 구축될 수 있는 공유경제서비스 활성화는 지역사회, 지역주민들의 노력만으로 이루어질 수 없으며, 소비자의 공유경제에 대한 정보 및 지식의 학습이 함께 구현되어야만 지역관광지 활성화로 이어질 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이제 지역사회의 공유경제 네트워크를 통한 관광지 및 관광자원 개발은 소비자와 지역주민의 상호작용을 통한 긴밀한 의사소통을 통해 추진되어야 할 것이다.

연안 생태계문화서비스 경제적 가치 추정 - 전국 해수욕장을 대상으로 - (Valuing Cultural Ecosystem Services of Coastal Beaches in Korea)

  • 해안지역은 육지와 물이 상호작용하는 독특한 특징이 있어 사람들이 자연환경을 육체적 및 정신적으로 향유하고 체험하도록 유도하며, 이는 문화생태계서비스(이하 문화서비스)를 형성한다. 문화서비스가 가장 많이 이루어지는 해안지역은 해수욕장이다. 본 연구의 목적은 1) 해수욕장에서 얻는 문화서비스의 경제적 가치를 추정하고, 2) 편익이전법을 이용하여 가치를 전국 해수욕장으로 확장하는 것이다. 선행연구를 심층적으로 검토하여 문화서비스를 관광·휴양, 경관·심미, 교육, 유산, 영감 등 다섯 가지 범주로 나누었다. 관광·휴양, 경관·심미, 교육 서비스는 선택실험법을 통해 가치를 추정하였다. 선택실험법의 속성은 보전기금, 쓰레기, 수질, 바다 경관, 주변지역 경관, 생물종다양성이며 11곳의 해수욕장 방문자를 대상으로 한 온라인 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 유산과 영감 서비스는 지출액을 묻는 시장재화법으로 가치를 평가하였다. 도출한 가치는 전국의 257개 해수욕장으로 편익이전하여 평가하였다. 연구결과는 해수욕장에 대한 연안침식과 개발에 따른 복원, 공공투자 여부와 투자 규모에 대한 정책 결정을 위한 근거로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

언어네트워크 분석 기법을 활용한 마리나항만법 내용 분석 (Analysis of the contents of the Act on the Development, Management, etc. of Marinas using Semantic Network Analysis)

  • 본 연구 목적은 마리나항만법을 대상으로 언어 네트워크 방법을 적용하여 법조문에 대한 내용을 분석하고 법률 특징과 구조적 모습을 계량적으로 제시하는데 있다. 언어 네트워크 분석은 단어와 단어사이의 네트워크 구조를 파악하여 그 구조와 형태를 파악할 수 있으며, 전통적 내용 분석이 지닌 단점을 보완하는데도 용이하다. 분석 대상은 최근 개정된 마리나항만법 전문(1~4장)이며 부분적으로는 구분된 장중 분석에 의미가 있는 일부(제2장, 제3장, 제4장)로 설정하였다. 분석 결과 마리나항만법은 마리나항만개발에 집중된 구조적 특징을 지니고 있고 마리나산업의 육성에 관한 종합적 관점보다는 하드웨어적 시설적 설치에 집중된 구조를 지니고 있었다. 또한, 사업체 및 인력 양성 등이 일부 포함되었으나 시설 설치보다는 상대적 중요성이 다소 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 연구 방법상 법구조적 시각에 국한된 결과만을 도출하는 한계도 있으나, 현재 법률의 구조와 특징을 파악하고 진단함으로써 후속 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는데 의의가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 본 연구 결과를 토대로 마리나 정책에 대한 정부 성과나 추진 실적과 비교 등이 진행되기를 기대한다.

지역주민의 축제 참여동기와 만족도가 지지도에 미치는 영향: 유달산 봄꽃 축제를 중심으로 (Local Participation, Festival Motivation, Satisfaction Level, and Support Level: Focusing on Yudalsan Mountain's Spring Festival)

  • Purpose - There have been local government systems since June 1955. Many local governments have made use of festivals for regional public relations and the achievement of competitiveness. This study analyzes effective components of local festivals. There has been extensive research in relation to variables such as participation motivation, satisfaction level, recall intention, royalty, and recommend purpose. However, as a variable factor, attachment to the participation motivation of a festival has been overlooked along with support level to a festival. This study has added new variables named "attachment to local society" and "support level," which are dependent variables. We will study the relationship of these two variables. Research design, data, and methodology - This study has devised a cause-and-effect relationship model, which deduces that local residents' participation motivation for the festival will have positive influence on the festival support level and satisfaction level. We circulated questionnaires to local residents to get the data required to prove the hypothesis. To analysis the data, we used SPSS 21.0, and accomplished basic analysis through the analysis of frequency as well as descriptive statistical analysis. Further, we verified our measurement tools through reliability analysis, and examined the research hypothesis through multiple regression analysis. Results - With regard to the festival satisfaction level, the variables of local society attachment, festival attraction, escaping from the daily life, and family harmony have influence upon a positive effect (+) in this order. Among them, the variable of local society attachment has the greatest influence. However, in respect of support level for the festival, only the variables of local society attachment and escaping from the daily life have a valid influence on the positive effect (+), and local society attachment has relatively greater influence. In addition, not only does the festival satisfaction level affect the support level for the festival in terms of positive effect, the influence is also far-reaching, which verifies the mediating effect. Conclusions - The result shows that the local residents' satisfaction level with the Yudalsan Mountain Spring Flower Festival is comparatively high, which is due to the local society attachment. It also shows that it is difficult to create support without local residents' attachment with their area. Consequently, this study insists that the Yudalsan Mountain Spring Flower Festival should exceed its limitation as just a village-level party, in order to become a remarkable and outstanding festival, and suggests three operational implications: macro-environmental development, task environment development, and internal operational environmental development. From the macro-environmental perspective, the constant development of local culture and local business is proposed. In the task environment perspective, a new functional development for the festival is proposed. From the internal operational environmental perspective, improvements in festival operation methods are proposed. If these weak points are addressed and resolved through a more detailed approach, it will be very helpful for local government systems to operate the festival.

아침 간편식에 대한 섭취실태 및 인식조사 (A Study on the Intakes and Perceptions of Convenient Breakfast)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the intakes and perceptions of convenient breakfast related to age and family type. The survey included 545 men and women living in Seoul from June to July. Questionnaire items covered their age, gender, family types, breakfast intakes and preference for convenient breakfast menu. As a result, there were significant differences in the number of breakfast intakes per week according to family types; large families recorded the highest frequency in "I have breakfast everyday" and the couple-only families and nuclear families scored relatively high numbers. In terms of the type of breakfast, the first choice was "rice and side dishes" across all the age groups (69.3%). There were differences in the preference of convenient breakfast in "bread", "cereal", "rice cake", "sunsik", and "rice gruel" by different age. The teens exhibited the highest preference of bread (5.63), and cereal (5.53) for breakfast; those who were in their fifties for rice cake (5.42). Both forties and fifties showed the higher preference of sunsik (4.58, 4.76) and rice gruel (5.89, 5.77) than other age groups. As for the preference for convenient breakfast according to family types, single person families displayed the highest preference of bread (5.42) and cereal (5.75). Couple families showed higher preference of rice gruel (5.82) than other family groups. The preference level for "rice cake" was similar among all the family types. As a result, it is suggested that the development of various breakfast menus considering age groups and family types is needed so that modern people can enjoy breakfast in terms of quality and quantity in their busy daily life.

미동산 산림환경 생태원 설계 (Design of Midongsan Ecological park)

  • This report describes the first prize design of Midongsan Eco-park, which is located in Chungcheongbuk-do (North Chungcheong) province. Criteria of the winning design are as follows: 1) The design should include a neighborhood park as well as a portion of a green zone, in order to harmonize the area ecosystem, gradually assimilate the surroundings, and serve as an education tool for the public. 2) According to an analysis of area maps and a site-inspection, a preserved area, a buffer area, a restored area, and a developed area should be developed. In the buffer and restored areas, major facilities and activity spaces should be set up. 3) Observation trails should be accessible to visitors, and a variety of adventure programs should be available. 4) The eco-park should be designed to provide a habitat for the Gorani (Chinese water deer) which used to live around Midongsan. 5) For sensuous and vivid visitor experiences, diverse programs are to be designed to accommodate different seasons, visitor ages, and required time. Environment and eco-education are to be emphasized to maximize the effect of the eco-programs. 6) Optimal activities for visitors of different ages, optimal time intervals and eco-programs by age are also suggested. 7) Facilities are zoned into three sections according to level of development. Each section has a main area and supplementary areas for better understanding. 8) Nature-friendly arrangement of facilities and construction should minimize earthwork and adverse effects on the local ecology. Throughout the planning, the following things were learned: longer-term analysis including all season's observation is essential; planning, designing, bui Iding and managing should be based on this careful, extended observation. The contest should have taken plate over a longer period of time in order enable more detailed planing of the eco-park For improved management and activities, a volunteer system in linked with schools eco-institutions and NGOs should be developed with eco-interpreters.

과메기 제조·가공·판매 전문인력 양성 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Cultivating Professional-human Resources for Manufacturing and Processing and Sales of Guamegi)

  • In around of Guryongpo Pohang Port, a Guamegi production special zone is being established as modernized processing plants, cold storages, Guamegi research centers, or publicity centers are being built in a row with forming the tourism and culture streets as a start. Regarding the special Guamegi production zone, the local autonomous entities are promoting various projects as investing approximately 40 billion won as its budget; however, it is still very rare to elevate the level of Guamegi, the special product, and make investment plans to create a brand for it. To make a special product brand cannot be realized just by building the Guamegi industrialization processing complex, and mere publicity also does not guarantee sustainable development. It can be realized only when the product's taste or hygiene satisfies the people's needs. Therefore, this study examines the changes of Guamegi-related business and the strategies to develop Guamegi industry in order to find ways to manufacture Guamegi and cultivate specialized manpower for processing to make a special brand with Guamegi. Regarding the Guamegi business and the cultivation of specialized manpower for Guamegi, this study conducted a survey to 377 persons including the business owners, employees, or civil servants related with Guamegi. It is needed to install educational institutions to cultivate specialized manpower for Guamegi and also operate various programs so as to conduct education to cultivate specialized manpower for Guamegi. And it is necessary to elevate the quality and sanitation of Guamegi and create a brand by inducing a specialized license system that can help those involved in Guamegi business have pride.

전통한지를 활용한 패션 액세서리 상품개발(제4보) - 전통한지로 만든 상품에 대한 소비자 태도와 행동 - (A Study on Fashion Accessary Product Development by Using Traditional Hanji IV - Consumer Attitudes and Behaviors Toward Traditional Hanji Products -)

  • Jeonju is well-known as a native place of traditional Hanji from ancient times because of it's proper weather, soil, and sunlights. Traditional Hanji is selected one of the Traditional Cultural Contents Industries of Jeonju nationally, and can produce synergy effects on gaining competition if we develop traditional Hanji industry into high-technology by relating cultural contents. The purposes of this study was to identify consumer attitudes and behaviors toward traditional Hanji products. The results of this study were as followed: 1. Representative products of Jeonju City were a rice with vegetables, a traditional Hanji, and a Korean-style house, and these results showed a consistancy with Han-Brand products promoted by Ministry of Culture and Tourism. 2. Many consumers experienced of a box, a copy paper, a book or notebook made of Hanji, but less experienced of fashion accessary products. Consumers had higher interests in wall or window paper and copy paper, but had lower interests in fashion accessary products such as necktie, shawl, and folding fan. More consumers intended to use wall or window paper and copy paper, but intended fashion accessary products less. Many kinds of Hanji products were produced and displayed on a Hanji Crafts House, but only few consumers had experiences. 3. Younger generations had higher interests and experiences of Hanji products, and unmarried officiers or full-time house wives had experiences Hanji crafts more. 4. Consumers were interested in daily necessaries or interior products made of Hanji.

  • On the recent, Architecture markets appeared new eyes about Architecture. 'Korea Young Architect Award' organized by the 'Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism' is the right.
