문화자원 기록화에 대한 의미와 필요성에 대한 사회적 인식이 높아지고 있다. 문화자원 중에서도 무형 문화재(無形文化財)는 재현하는 사람이 없거나, 무형문화재 관련 기록이 남아있지 않으면 더 이상 재현이 불가능하다는 점에서 기록화가 무엇보다 중요하다. 이러한 문제의식에서 시작된 본 연구는 강릉단오제의 기록화 방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 무형문화재가 생성, 유지되고, 보존되는 생애 전 과정을 고려한 기록화 방안을 설계하고자 하였다. 강릉단오제를 기록화 하기 위한 방안으로 기록화 대상을 지정하였으며, 기록화 대상은 강릉단오제의 본자원과 보조자원으로 구분하였다. 강릉단오제의 본자원과 보조자원의 대상에 대해 업무 프로세스를 세워 업무 행위마다 발생되는 기록과 그 기록을 생산하는 주체, 기록이 생산되는 지점을 파악하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 도출된 기록화 대상에 대해서는 기록화 방법을 제시하였고, 기록화 주체를 제안하였다.

The purpose of the study was to determine whether a delirium educational program has a positive outcome on nurses' documentation in patient records of delirium care. A one group pre-post design was used. A convenient sample of 60 consecutive records that included documentation by participating nurses in four medical wards of one regional general hospital in South Korea was audited two months before and two months after a delirium educational program. Although an educational program in this study positively changed nurses' knowledge and attitudes, these positive effects did not translate to improvement in the documentations of delirium care. There was no significant increase in the frequency of nursing documentation of delirium assessment following participation in the educational program. Furthermore, there was no significant increase in the frequency of nursing documentation of the use of non-pharmacological management following the documentation of keywords associated with delirium after participation in the educational program. The findings indicate the need to develop, implement and record a systematic risk assessment for delirium and assessment and management of existing delirium based on evidence-based guidelines in clinical practice in South Korea.

본 연구에서는 대구 근현대 출판문화를 기록화하여 보존, 이용할 수 있는 기반을 마련하기 위한 도큐멘테이션 전략의 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Hackman의 실행모델 중 도큐멘테이션 '영역의 정의와 예비분석 단계'를 적용하였다. 예비분석 단계에서는 특정 주제를 기록화한 사례를 조사하고 대구 출판문화 기록화 관계자(연구자, 현장관계자, 기록관리요원)를 대상으로 면담을 실시하였다. 조사 내용은 국내 사례와 해외 사례를 '수집영역', '참여집단', '수집방법'으로 나누어 분석하였고, 면담 내용은 '대구 근현대 출판문화의 가치', '수집 대상과 방법', '도큐멘테이션 집단','어려움과 한계점'으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 이를 기반으로 도큐멘테이션 전략 요소를 제안한 뒤, 기록관리 전문요원의 의견을 수렴하여 이를 수정, 보완하였다. 전략 요소는 도큐멘테이션 목적, 시기적·지리적·형태적 영역, 집단별 역할, 참고정보원, 선행작업과 수집 및 운영의 주요 고려사항으로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 실시한 예비분석이 대구의 출판문화를 보존하고 전승하는 기초자료가 되길 기대한다.

본 연구는 지방자치단체가 수행한 지역 기록화 사업의 제도 및 운영 현황을 파악하고 사업의 지속가능성을 위한 시사점을 제시한 것이다. 정부의 국가균형발전 정책 이슈를 배경으로 지방자치 단체의 도시·문화 관계 부서는 도시·문화 정책의 일환으로 지역 기록화 사업을 추진하였다. 각 지자체는 경관 조례, 도시역사문화 아카이브 구축 및 운영에 관한 조례를 제정하였고, 도시재생사업을 추진하였다. 이러한 조례 또는 정책에 근거하여 도시경관 기록화, 도시역사문화 아카이브, 도시재생사업 기록화가 수행되었으며, 본 연구는 총 55개 사례를 대상으로 조례 제정 유무, 예산, 기록의 수집, 관리, 활용 항목을 비교·분석하였다. 연구의 결과 지자체에서 수행하는 지역 기록화 사업의 지속가능성을 위해 중요한 기반은 법령이었으며, 예산의 지속적인 확보를 위해 사업성과 평가, 지역민의 참여 활성화, 디지털 아카이브 구축·활용을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 특정 지역이나 사례가 아닌 지자체 도시·문화 관계 부서에서 도시·문화 정책의 일환으로 수행한 지역 기록화 사업 전반을 조사·분석하고, 지속가능성을 위한 보다 객관적이고 일반적인 시사점을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Since the late 20th century, various projects in the public domain where local communities and art organizations collaborate have been attempted in miscellaneous ways. In terms of anticipating an active attitude of the community, socially engaged project focuses on proactively changing everyday life and environment of people. An art collective, Assemble who won the Turner Prize in 2015 for one of their projects named Granby Four Streets (2013) has been admitted as an exemplary of this phenomenon, and it appears frequently in discussions about community-led projects. We investigate Granby Four Streets, as well as the documentation formed by the perspective of third parties based on the surveillance and criticism aspects. It asserts that the limitation of socially engaged projects that are kept ephemerally and easily forgotten could be overcome with the concept of documentation and its practice.

본 논문은 국민계정의 문화부문 위성계정인 문화위성계정의 체계와 우리나라가 문화위성계정을 작성하기 위해 필요한 사항 등을 내용으로 한다. 문화위성계정은 각기 개별적 기능을 갖는 5개 부문으로 구성하도록 권고되고 있다. 동 권고안에 의하면 제 1부문부터 제 4부문까지는 각각 해당부문의 공급과 수요측면의 통계를 수록하도록 되어 있고, 제 5부문은 참고사항 모듈(documentation module)로 편제하도록 권고되고 있다. 문화위성계정의 제 1부문은 문화활동 개요 모듈(macro-information module), 제 2부문은 문화생산량 모듈(quantity/volume output module), 제 3부문은 특성 모듈(characterization module), 제 4부문은 목표분석 모듈(targeted analysis/analytical module)로 구성된다.

지역의 음식문화는 지역 고유의 특성과 지역 구성원의 삶의 모습 및 가치관이 반영되어 있어 지역성을 가장 잘 드러내고 있는 영역 중 하나이다. 이러한 음식문화는 음식과 관련된 기억 및 풍습 등 무형의 형태를 지니는 특성이 있으므로, 기록하여 보존하지 않으면 소멸될 가능성이 큰 영역이다. 본고에서는 국내외 사례 연구를 바탕으로 하여 지역 음식문화의 기록화를 시행하였다. 그리고 이를 통해 수집 생산된 기록을 관리하고 활용할 수 있는 방안을 함께 모색하였다. 따라서 지역 음식문화 기록화 방안과 기록화된 지역의 문화적 자원을 관리하고 학술적 문화적 방면에서의 활용방향을 제시하였다.

The purpose of the study is to analyze how to document survey and repair data on wooden architecture culture assets. Documentation was analyzed in comparison to digital developments from the past to the present. Although the accuracy of survey equipment has been improved by digital development, survey drawing has not changed. For example, a 3D Scanner, survey equipment, was introduced but is being used for conversion into 2D data. Data provided by the drawing included in the survey and repair reports were not accumulated. As it stands, it is inaccessible and disorganized. Data generated from the survey, repair, and maintenance has to be consistent. A BIM system was proposed to integrate information on wooden architecture cultural assets.

The article provides a literary and analytical review in the following areas of search: problems and prerequisites for changes in the field of education, innovations and innovative models in education, the use of new technologies in teaching. A proposal for a business plan and accompanying documentation for a new methodology based on blockchain technologies were developed, to assess the economic efficiency of the project. The main systems of the new model were modeled on the basis of the proposed methodology, to develop a prototype based on the project documentation.

이 논문에서는 사회적 기억의 기록화를 위해서 파편적으로 흩어져 있는 기록의 사회적 맥락을 고려한 수집 전략이 필요하다는 전제하에, 광역 지역의 기록화를 위한 새로운 수집 방법론으로서 서사 기반 수집 실행지침을 개발하여 실행한 서울기록원 사례를 통해 그 적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 서사 기반 수집 실행지침 개발을 위해 먼저 광역 지역 전체를 아우르는 수집 주제 영역을 개발하였으며, 다음으로 지역학 연구 성과 및 사회, 경제, 문화예술 분야를 아우르는 자료 분석을 통하여 수집 실행단위를 설계하였다. 이를 기반으로 본 논문에서는 9개 주제 영역과 61개 상위 수집실행지침, 184개 하위 수집실행지침의 구조와 내용을 도출하는 과정에 대해 설명하였다. 마지막으로, 논문에서 기록의 의미와 가치에 중점을 둔 기록 콘텐츠로의 활용가능성과 기록 활동 네트워크의 지원 도구로서의 활용가능성을 제안하였다.
