인문학의 여러 분야에서 논의되고 있는 탈인간주의는 인간과 기계의 융합 경향 속에서 근대 인간관의 핵심인 '자율적 주체'의 운명을 문제 삼고 있다. 심리학은 19세기에 독립된 학문으로 성립된 이래로 인간을 자율적 존재로 보는 인문학적 접근과 인간을 결정된 존재로 보는 자연과학적 접근이 늘 병존해 왔다는 의미에서 이미 '탈인간의 심리학'이었다. 필자는 '자율적 주체'라는 관념이 우리가 목표지향적 행위자로서 살아가는 일상생활의 조직원리로서, 그리고 인간에 대한 인과적 지식에 의미를 부여하는 기본 개념틀로서 여전히 유효하다고 주장하였다. 그리고 문화와 문화교육은 과학기술이 인간의 목적합리성에서 벗어나지 않도록 성찰하고 조정하는 역할을 수행해야 한다고 주장하였다.

The concept of interfaith harmony is one of the key issues for discussion in this contemporary world. It has multifaceted implications that range from pedagogical realms to global policy making. Here we focus on the basic concepts of interfaith harmony from Sikh and Cao Dai perspectives in order to address their viewpoints in regard to promoting culture of Peace and Understanding. Although these religions are new as compared to the existing living religions of the world, they found their new identity in the history of world religions for their unique concepts of interfaith harmony. In this article, the concept of interfaith harmony has been analyzed from two perspectives such as theological and socio-historical. For a systematic understanding of the subject matter, it has been categorized into three subpoints; unity of God, unity of religions and unity of humanity. Methodologically, the qualitative methodological framework of the proposed research is descriptive in nature. Thus, the present research has been primarily conducted by using secondary sources, although the crucial information is collected from primary sources such as the sacred texts of Sikhism and Caodaism. Since this study is done considering the social, political and religious contexts of India and Vietnam, it can contribute to the understanding of the nature of interfaith harmony in South and South-East Asia.

The culture phenomenon, which the desire of self expression is noticeable and the diversity of gender identity is widely accepted, simply makes a difference in the lifestyle of one human being rather than the dichotomous classification of male and female. Now, the delicate and aesthetic sensitivity classified as the feminine characteristics is no longer the exclusive property of female and this refers to substituting it as a social gender from the concept of biological sex. This phenomenon has influenced on the male culture and is creating various codes according to the cultural gender extended from the gender as a social role. Also, the transition into the western lifestyle has extended the aesthetic emotion to accommodate new codes from the diversification and globalization of lifestyle. The mansumer power, which does not care too much about the money for the emotionally attached items, has enabled various fashion styles. After analyzing the diversified clothing behavior conducted by these people in connection with the social phenomenon, First, this shows the phenomenon of emotional value pursuit that finds pleasure over the clothing as the item of augmented reality is added to the concept of play, in which the real space referred to as garment and virtual space of playing the rock, paper and scissors game meet together within the augmented reality. Second, the convergence concept has enabled the coordination of new style by obscuring the area of design concept and this refers to the changes in design from the development of new items and transformation into double-style details. Third, the divergence that intensively provides specific use/convenience and specialized value shows a change in the fashion market from the phenomenon that admits various gene rations of culture and specifically, takes differently about the recognition of middle-aged males. Fourth, the variety seeking tendency receives attention as the value of future design together with the phenomenon of discriminative value pursuit. In the male fashion, it is linked to the collaboration with the design area and this tells that the fashion with the narcissistic cross-dressing and motto of neutral gender without being sided to male/female is rising.

Despite the development of the aviation industry, aircraft accidents caused by human errors by flight crews continue to occur. In order to reduce such human error accidents, it is important to strengthen flight-related regulations and establish a safety culture in which pilots themselves seek to ensure flight safety, rather than requiring flight crew members to follow them. In this study, the sub-concept of safety culture was classified into three latent variables (safety management, safety atmosphere, and process culture) and eight measured variables to investigate the safety culture awareness of domestic flight crew. The survey results were analyzed by type of airline and flight crew. The purpose of this study is to present a plan to improve the performance of revitalizing the safety culture of domestic flight crew through an empirical comparative analysis according to the number of flight hours and years of service at the airline.

The purpose of this study is to design fashion-cultural products by reviewing the symbolism in Changseung and Sotdae, which are folk belief sculptures. This study was performed by literature reviews of Changseung and Sotdae in order to look into the characteristics of folk belief and traditional culture, and the designs were developed from the symbolism extracted from Changseung and Sotdae with photoshop CS5 and illustrator CS5. The Symbolism of Changseung and Sotdae were as follows: First, Changseung and Sotdae express the 'symbiotic world view' that human beings need to devote one's life to nature. Second, original materials were saved in order to achieve the 'pursuit of essence'. Third, 'simple esthetic expression' was symbolized through the undivided condition between art, religion and life. And fourth, 'empathic humor' was seen through the basis of emotional sense of affinity. The first concept of design development was 'Pursuit of Essence', which was inspired by the characteristics of 'symbiotic world view' and 'pursuit of essence'. Changseungs were expressed as simple and abstract, and Sotdaes as simplified and modern by symmetrical and rotating copy. The second concept, 'Touch of Humor' was inspired by 'simple esthetic expression' and 'emphatic humor'. The face of Changseungs was exaggerated in a humorous ways and Sotdae was developed as sub-motives. The items for the fashion-cultural design were T-shirts, bags, and scarves. Total of 24 items were developed with 4 differently styled designs for each concept. This study was based on basic culture and attempted to diversify the traditional culture items. It hopes to raise the value of traditional culture, and furthermore help build up national competitiveness.

본 연구는 창조농촌에서의 문화기반 활성화 전략에 초점을 맞춰 접근한다. 이를 위해 먼저 일본 및 서구권을 중심으로 논의가 진행되어 온 창조농촌의 개념을 정리하고, 창조농촌을 구성하는 요소들을 도출, 그들 간의 영향관계를 토대로 문화예술을 매개로 하는 창조농촌의 활성화 모델을 제안했다. 밀양시의 밀양연극촌 사례를 통해 보다 구체적으로 그 개념과 관계들을 살펴보고자 밀양연극촌이 가지고 있는 문제점들을 분석하고, 이를 창조농촌의 개념에 적용, 그 대안을 제시하고자 했다. 이 과정을 통해 창조농촌에서 문화예술이 갖는 의미와 가능성을 재고했다. 결과적으로 문화를 통한 창조농촌 활성화 모델 구상을 위해서는 지역의 물리적 환경, 정체성, 커뮤니티, 창의인재와 거버넌스, 지속가능한 창조환경과 같은 창조농촌의 요소들 간의 균형과 유기적 연계를 통해 실현이 가능함을 확인했다.

Mass communications including The Internet, increased world travel, and more and more consumers developing the ability to afford consumer goods, are all helping to bring world cultures closer together. Indeed, the world is rapidly changing and the fashion consumer, is especially affected. Despite the increased commonalities of peoples of the world, culture is a concept crucial to the understanding of consumer behavior. Marketers must understand the values, ethics, and customs of societies around the world to be successful in the global marketplace.

The nation is currently deeply dissatisfied with the corruption of power. The incumbent government promised to create a fair society without fouls and privileges. However, the public is deeply distrusted by the prosecution's investigation of the justice minister. Korean society has very low national integrity due to corruption in public offices. In the past, corruption in public offices was mostly corruption in the form of livelihood, but it has now turned into corruption in power. This paper looks into the concept and theory of corruption in public office and tries to find alternatives.

The importance of the concept of safety culture has increased in the security of high-risk facility after Chernobyl accident in 1986. This paper elaborated the concept of safety culture and its main factors by Causal Loop Diagram. Due to the decline of safety culture, the occurrence of incidents and accidents require more and more corrective actions to the members of high-risk facilities and thereby increasing their workloads. Employees who must complete the task within the given time have to have time pressures and don't comply with the rules and procedures. Also, a schedule pressure is a big stress for employees, causing mistakes in precision work. In order to improve these problems, CLD of the safety culture in this paper suggests hiring more workers, re-allocation of given workloads and strengthen the learning, communication capabilities and safety leadership. In addition, the two real accident cases were analyzed to test the feasibility of the System Dynamic simulation model through the process of structuring the fault trees on the stationary black out accident in Kori unit 1 in South Korea and Kleen Energy power station explosion in US. The simulation results show that the various safety factors cause the serious accident combined with mechanical failure and safety culture will reduce the possibility of the accidents in these high-risk organizations. This simulation model can contribute to analyzing the impact of the organizational and human factors of safety culture and can provide the alternatives in high-risk facilities.
