Traditional housing must be conserved simultaneous1y with not only the building itself, but the circumstances of the surroundings. Hence, traditional housing should be developed as a product of a culture environment. However, most cultural properties have recently been treated as only a piece of property by irresponsible maintenance practices and damage placed on private traditional housing. Apparently, it has not always been a result of dweller's negligence. Thus, various policies must be needed to effectively preserve traditional housing. To do so, this study will indicate a new direction for the circumstance of preservation through cultural employment of traditional high-class housing as well as reduce maintenance and damage for dweller's convenience. Furthermore, this study will propose a renovation for popularization of Korean cultural assets through the gradual implementation of both economic vague and public worth.

The purpose of this study is to find out the application plan for the landscape planning after grasping the current situation of the historical and cultural resources in Cheongju city and closely examining their conservation and use state. Concerning the method of the study, I considered the resources related concepts and came up with the characteristics of the historical and cultural resources and the application planning as landscape factors after the research on the actual condition and their present situation. Regarding the study or research, I studied the cultural assets, historical and cultural resources, historical and cultural planning, and further examined the historical and cultural resources by dividing them diversely and further, studied the current situation of their system and the related law. For the current situation of the historical and cultural landscape resource in Cheongju city I conducted the assessment of the landscape resources by areas, types, locations. On the basis of this study I came up with the basic direction for the application plan and the solution to the management of the landscape and think that these plans or suggestions will make a contribution to the establishment of their identity by regions.

본 연구는 문화재관람료의 지불의사에 영향을 미치는 문화재관람료의 가격정책에 관련된 결정요인과 문화재해설사의 사찰서비스 제공 그리고 설득메시지의 유형별 효과를 살펴보았다. 최근 국립공원을 방문한 탐방객들은 문화재관람료에 관해 광범위한 사회적 반감과 사회적 저항감을 가지고 있으며, 더 나아가 문화재관람료의 징수 자체를 거부하고 있는 실정이기에 이에 대한 해결책이 필요한 시점이다. 계룡산 국립공원을 방문한 302명의 공원탐방객을 대상으로 설문조사가 이루어졌다. 주된 통계적 분석은 다중회귀분석과 이원변량 분산분석을 통해 수행되었다. 연구결과에 따르면 첫째로, 신용카드로 납부토록 하는 징수방식의 개선이 p<0.05수준에서 통계적으로 가장 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 문화재해설사의 상주, 사찰입장료와 주차비의 합동징수, 매월 평일의 사찰의 무료개방 등이 문화재관람료의 지불의사에 유의한 영향력을 미쳤다. 둘째로, 문화재관람료에 대해 가장 사회적 저항감이 낮은 설득메시지 유형은 문화재관람료를 미래 세대를 위한 문화재의 유지 보수에 사용하겠다는 내용을 강조한 것이 탐방객에게 가장 높은 설득효과를 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 문화재관람료에 대한 사회적 저항감을 줄이기 위해서는 문화재의 보존을 강조하는 포스터나 스티커를 통해 매표소에서 지속적으로 탐방객을 설득하는 것이 가장 효과적일 것이다.

지역문화는 지역의 전통과 현대의 변화 속에서 가치를 함축하여 브랜드화에 관점으로 접근하여 시민들의 문화 역량을 높이는 역할을 하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지역문화 특성이 문화 브랜드 자산 구성요인에 영향을 분석하기 위하여 지역문화 특성의 지역문화 고유성, 지역문화 정체성, 지역문화 장소성, 지역문화 연대성을 독립변수로, 문화브랜드 자산 구성요인의 브랜드 충성도, 브랜드 재인, 지각된 품질, 브랜드 이미지를 종속변수로 하여 연구모형을 설정하였다. 연구가설을 검정하여 분석한 결과 지역문화 특성이 문화브랜드 자산 구성요인에 영향을 미치고 있어 지역문화에 대한 인식변화와 전통문화의 홍보가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 여주시는 세계문화유산 여주 영릉이 브랜드의 재인과 브랜드 이미지를 위한 콘텐츠의 융합과 문화정책의 전문화를 통하여 전통과 지역문화를 융합한 축제를 계획할 필요가 있으며 시민과 함께하는 방향으로 전환하는 것이 시급하다. 그리고 지역문화 애호도에 따른 문화브랜드 자산의 형성에 관한 연구를 확대하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 나타났다.

회화문화재의 손상상태를 진단하기 위하여 현재까지 국내에서는 육안관찰, 적외선 촬영, X선 촬영 등이 활용되고 있으나 표면에서 확인되지 않는 하부층의 손상상태에 대한 3차원적 정보획득에는 한계점이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 최근 우리나라에서 문화재 분야에 막 응용되기 시작한 테라헤르츠 분광분석기술을 회화문화재 상태진단에 적용하는 연구를 수행하였다. 먼저 우리나라 회화문화재의 손상양상을 고려한 의사시편을 제작하고 테라헤르츠 반사펄스 이미징기술을 적용하여 채색층 하부의 바탕층 및 배접층의 손상에 대한 정보 획득을 시도하였다. 그 결과 바탕층과 배접층의 균열, 층위 간 이격, 이격의 범위와 정도에 대한 정보획득이 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 의사시편에서 얻어진 결과를 바탕으로 실제 회화문화재인 보물 제1792호 남양주 봉선사 비로자나삼신괘불도에 대하여 테라헤르츠 이미징기술을 적용한 결과, 유물의 3차원적 손상 형태와 손상 정도에 대한 정보를 획득할 수 있었다. 이는 비파괴, 비접촉식의 테라헤르츠 이미징기술이 우리나라 회화문화재의 3차원 손상상태 진단에 활용될 수 있음을 확인시켜 주는 결과이다.

지진에 대한 구조물의 건전도는 내진설계에 의하여 많이 개선된 반면, 구조물 내부의 설비 및 중요 장비등에 대한 안정성은 최근에 관심을 가지게 되었다. 특히 국보급 문화재나 소장품은 그 가치에 비하여 지진에 대한 안전성이 고려되지 않은 것은 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 지진에 의하여 발생할 수 있는 내부 기기 및 문화재의 전도, 낙하를 방지하기 위한 면진 시스템을 개발하여, 본 장치에 대한 면진성능을 진동대 실험을 통하여 검증하였다. 본 면진 테이블은 전시물의 하부에 설치되어, 바닥판의 진동이 전시대에 전달되는 것을 차단하는 격리시스템이다. 면진성능시험 결과, 면진성능이 80-90%이며 면진테이블의 최대 스트로트내에서 안정적으로 거동하는 것으로 나타났다.

The presence of the sound tube and resonance cavity is unique in Korea Brahman Bells which is no examples in other country bells in the world. The sound tube erected in the crown is effective to emit the fundamental tone of the bell when the condition of resonant transmissibility is satisfied. The results of our analysis shows that the optimum length of the sound tube in the Bell Emile is 96cm but is not the present length, 77cm. The resonance cavity erected underneath the lip of the Bell Emile is found to be for the resonance of standing waves in the space including both bell cavity and resonance cavity and resonance cavity to the fundamental tone of the bell itself, in order that the strongest vibration can last long by least energy and lengthen the reverberation of the bell. Some historical remarks are also made on the magic flute, MANPASIKJUK, which was in existence in Shilla that can lull all evil waves, such as plagues, storms, droughts, famines and even enemies. The sound tube erected in the crown of the bell was originated in this magic flute. Finally, a strong proposal is advanced on the new national symbol of Korean traditional cultural assets. Indeed, it should be highly recommended that the Great King's Bell Emile would be the only real symbol of our national cultural assets by its own right of excellency and richness in every aspect of arts and sciences.

With the introduction of the 7th Curriculum, it has been put greater emphasis on learning by experience. This study aims to implement the quiz-based wireless application for helping to learn more effectively what one will see and hear on the spot when he visits the cultural assets. The materials about Busuk Temple, used as the example of the quiz-based assisted learning, were collected from the libraries and through the internet. And they were programmed using the basic components and properties of WML and then operated with UP SDK 4.0, Phone.com WAP development toolkit. This wireless application makes the user know if it is correct when he selects either O or X as the answer of each question, and shows the individual score after solving 10 questions in total. Each user can also have additional chances to solve them again, even though they doesn't influence the previous score. This study is focused on the implementation of the wireless application for assisted learning by a mobile phone which almost everybody will possess. Various kinds of wireless contents are expected to be developed and provided in the field of education.

시맨틱 웹(Semantic Web)은 정보자원의 효율적 검색, 통합, 재사용을 가능하게 한다. 현재의 웹 환경에서 사용되고 있는 키워드 검색방법은 단순한 문자열 일치 방법으로 인하여 정확한 검색결과에 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전통적인 키워드 검색에서의 나타난 문제점들을 해결할 방안으로 의미적인 연관성을 통한 온톨로지(Ontology) 검색방법을 제안하여 더욱 정확한 검색결과를 유도해 본다. 국내 문화재를 중심으로 하여 OWL기반의 온톨로지를 구축하였고 질의, 검색 방법으로는 RDQL 질의어와 Jena API를 사용하였다. 이와 더불어 온톨로지 속성(property)데이터를 데이터베이스에 저장하여 처리하는 방안을 제시한다.
