This study was conducted to explore ways to create a cultural city using local cultural resources. To that end, the qualitative case study was applied. As the original city center had been declining due to the expansion and changes of city space caused by the changes of city function and social change, the old downtown of Andong city was selected as an example. For the result, research shows that the region's historical resources and culture have to blend and develop together with abundant cultural resources, such as contents development, city's symbolic space settings, differentiated cultural and artistic establishment, comfort in living, utilization of cultural infrastructure, and supporting facilities which are suitable for cultural diversity. In particular, we found that the importance of establishing a new city image that leads local residents willing to participate and of forming a consensus among tourists. Therefore, for the implementation of a cultural city, policies, undertaking, and administrative support that meet to the city's conditions and environment are required, and a further study on that issue is needed.

It is well-known method to use Ethylene Oxide (ETO) as a fumigant to preserve cultural heritage from the attack of some bacteria and insects. In this article, we investigated co]or change of some cultural material upon treating ETO. The cultural material was selected from Korean paper (hanji), ancient books, blue prints, pigments (DA, DB, DC, DD, DE and DF). hemp cloths, and colored pictures (DG, DH, Dl, DJ, DK). The $\Delta$E value in chromaticity coordinates for each item was obtained upon treatment with ETO at concentration of 200, 250, 380, 500, 710 g/m$^3$ respectively. The $\Delta$E value was derived from the equation of L*at with the data checked 24 hr, 48 hr, and 72 hrs respectively. The Korean papers(hanji) showed slightly change in color by $\Delta$E 0.8. In the case of ancient books, it showed $\Delta$E 2.91 which was easily distinguishable with the naked eyes. For the almost 73％ of blue prints, the value of $\Delta$E was as much as more than 4.0 that it is recommended not to use. In the case of pigments, the value of $\Delta$E was ranged from 0.15 up to 4.0 so that it should be very careful before use. The hemp cloth dyed with natural indigo showed less than 1.00 in $\Delta$E, while various colored hemp cloth showed wide range of $\Delta$E from 1.00 to 4.00. Finally, from the fact that the color change was as small as less than 1.00 for the colored pictures, it is thought that treatment with ETO is one of method to be used to this purpose.

암석의 물리적 특성 변화에 대해 온도의 영향을 연구하기 위해 2종의 화강암류와 대리암, 사암을 전기로에서 $400^{\circ}C$와 $600^{\circ}C$로 가열하였다. 모든 시료에서 가열 후 물리적 특성(비중, 공극률, 흡수율, 초음파속도)과 색상 변화는 보이나, 편광현미경을 이용한 광물학적 변화는 뚜렷하지 않다. 특히 물리적 특성 변화에서 공극률과 흡수율은 증가하고, 비중과 초음파 속도는 감소하는 경향을 보이며, 온도가 증가할수록 변화폭은 크게 나타난다. 여기서 측정한 공극률은 암석의 전체 공극률을 반영하지 못하고 있으나 온도에 의한 암석의 표면 상태 변화를 반영한다 반면 초음파 속도는 암석의 전체적인 손상 정도를 파악하는데 유용하다. 그러므로 온도에 의한 암석의 물리적 특성 변화를 설명하기 위해 공극률과 초음파 속도는 상호 비교해야 한다.

알코올과 알코올 중독증을 문화적 면에서 연구하는 문헌이 있다. 하지만 사회 내부제도가 변화되면서 음주문화를 변화시킨 정부의 문화개입이 발생하였음에도 불구하고 음주행위나 알코올 중독증의 영향에 관한 연구는 거의 없다고 볼 수 있다. 이 문제는 본 연구의 주목적이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구사례로 몽골을 선정하였으며 몽골의 전통 음주문화 혹은 음주예절의 측정을 위해 몽골의 역사적 근원을 연구해서 1인당음주량, 알코올중독 관련 70년간의 인지도조사, 통계 등 다양한 연구자료에 의해 분석을 하였다. 각종 연구자료 분석 시 몽골의 청년 음주문화가 그들의 조상들이 엄숙하게 따르던 전통음주문화와 맥락부터 많이 변화된 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 연구결과에 의하면 현대화 관련 음주문화 변화와 음주(소비)간에는 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 기업 구성원의 집단적 문화성향이 변화적 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 및 감성활용의 매개효과를 확인하는데 목적을 두고 분석하였다. 홉스테드의 문화차원인 집단적 문화성향은 아시아국가에서 높게 나타났으며 관련 선행연구는 학교 및 국가별 차원에서 대부분 분석되었다. 본 연구는 홉스테드 문화차원을 개인적 차원으로 설문화한 Yoo's Cultural Value Scale (CVSCALE) 사용하여 국내 S 전자회사의 임직원 200명을 상대로 자기기입식 설문지를 2주 동안 수집, SPSS 21.0을 통해 통계 분석했으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 구성원의 집단적 문화성향은 변화적 조직시민 행동에 유의한 (+) 영향을 미친다고 나타났으며 개인의 감성활용이 집단적 문화성향과 변화적 조직시민행동을 완전 매개한다는 결과가 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 구성원의 집단적 문화성향이 조직의 성과에 긍정적 영향을 준다는 점을 검증하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 집단적 문화성향과 감성활용 능력이 조직시민행동의 선행요인의 가능성이란 새로운 시사점을 제공하였다. 또한 구성원들의 감성 활용 훈련 및 교육을 제도적으로 정착하여 개인 및 그룹차원의 성과를 향상하도록 제시하였다.

In the global context, particularly in Christian nations, Christmas is considered a culturally and ethically significant time. In this study, we examine Charles Dickens' novel, "A Christmas Carol," and the celebration of Christmas in Korea. We explore the values of Christmas in Korea derived from the significance and importance of this novel. These values include repentance, empathy, compassion, and the importance of humanity. Korean Christmas is regarded as a time for practicing these values, bearing a message akin to the transformation of characters like Scrooge. Furthermore, "A Christmas Carol" conveys a message of improvement and change over time, emphasizing change and growth in Korean Christmas. People reflect on their past, correct their mistakes, nurture hope for the future, and experience personal growth and transformation. Additionally, the novel raises awareness of social injustice and inequality, offering alternatives. In Korean society, Christmas encourages the willingness to care for and help others, facilitating discussions and understanding of societal issues. For these reasons, "A Christmas Carol" is considered a culturally and ethically significant time in Korean Christmas, and the two are intertwined in various aspects. This study explores the interaction between cultural change and ethical teachings by 'A Christmas Carol' and investigates the impact of this work on Christmas culture and social change. It serves as the basis for emphasizing moral principles and humanity during the Christmas season, and this research provides suggestions for future research directions, aiming to deepen the understanding of Dickens' work and the importance of "A Christmas Carol." Through these efforts, it is expected that valuable insights into the connection between Christmas culture and moral messages will be gained. In this study, we will delve into the enduring appeal and cultural significance of "A Christmas Carol," discussing how this novel has evolved into a beloved holiday tradition and a true symbol of Christmas. We will also examine the adaptation of this novel into various media and its influence on holiday season celebrations. Insights into the impact of this novel on Korean society and its continued significance in modern times will be provided, suggesting a direction for a healthier and more desirable path for Korean society.

본 연구에서는 목판 문화재의 보존처리를 위해 열화된 소나무를 이용하여 시험편을 제작하고 Dammar, Beeswax, Paraloid B-72, 아교, H.P.C 처리제 적용에 따른 시험편의 중량변화와 수축률, 색 변화, 침투확산 특성을 관찰하였다. 그 결과 목재 본래의 색을 유지하며 재질 강화에 효과적인 처리제로 Dammar이 가장 적합한 것으로 확인되었다. 위 결과를 토대로 목판 문화재와 손상 상태가 유사하며 목판 문화재의 주요수종과 유사한 열화된 산공재 수종을 이용하여 시험편을 제작하고 Dammar의 적용농도 및 처리 방법을 알아보고자 Dammar 농도별(2%, 5%) 도포와 Dammar 농도별(10%, 15%) 함침을 진행하였으며 중량변화, 침투확산 특성 등을 관찰하였다. 그 결과 목재 본연의 색을 유지하면서 재질 강화에 효과적인 방법으로 Dammar 2% 도포가 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 충해 및 열화가 심한 목판 문화재의 강화처리에는 Dammar 2% 도포가 가장 적합한 것으로 판단된다.

A matter of primary concern about all the design is concentrated on how to create more valuable things to allow people to live an affluent life. However, it is very difficult to achieve the goal because every design work is changed in accordance with given situations. Situations are changeable, so is design. There is no progress without change, but change is not necessarily progress. It is highly desirable that their changes be beneficial to mankind. Our main problem is to be able to discrimination between which should be discarded and that which should be kept, built and improved Viewed at this aspect, it is significant to study the relation between globalism and cultural identity of design, because every design has been constantly influenced by global trends and local characteristics. The paper is composed of four parts Introduction, Characteristic of global design, Cultural identity of design and Conclusion In Introduction, the purpose and background of the study are presented. In Chapter1. social back ground, multi-kinds smallproduction and new problems and searched. In Chapter2, vernacular design, transmission and propagation and tradition and innovation are considered. In Conclusion, some suggestive words on the subject are mentioned.

이 논문은 문화중심도시 광주를 위한 문화관광 전략을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 '화두, 관점, 전략, 생성, 전환, 과제'라는 여섯 가지의 키워드를 제시하고 각각의 핵심 내용을 분석하고자 한다. '화두' 파트에서는 문화중심도시 광주의 컨셉과 전략 패러다임 및 도시은화관광지도를, '관점' 파트에서는 도시문화관광지도의 생성 메커니즘을 이해하는 분석틀로서 관광의 문화정치학을 제시할 것이다. '전략' 파트에서는 문화중심도시 광주의 관광비전으로서 창조관광을 제시하고, 대안적인 문화관광 콘텐츠 기획 광주 문화관광 7대 핵심유형, 창조관광 광주 5대 전략 등의 세부 전략을 제시할 것이다. '생성' 파트에서는 대안적 문화관광의 장소만들기를 위한 광주 장소마케팅 전략 수립 방법론을, '전환' 파트에서는 창조적 문화관광 주체 만들기 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 마지막 '과제' 파트에서는 광주 창조관광 전략의 핵심 프로젝트로서, 4CT프로젝트를 제시하면서 결론을 맺고자 한다.

본 연구는 1990년대 이후의 한국과 중국의 국가혁신체제의 변화에 주목하여 현재 한국이 처해 있는 국가혁신체제의 한계점을 중국의 성공적인 내생적 국가혁신체제로부터 이를 벤치마킹하여 한국의 문화콘텐츠에 적용하는 방안에 대해 검토하였다. 검토 결과 현재 한국의 문화콘텐츠는 빠르게 변화하는 시대 속 지속 가능한 성장의 동력이 필요한 시점이며, 이를 중국의 국가혁신체제의 성공사례로부터 적용한 결과 Push 전략의 한국문화콘텐츠의 생산을 Pull 전략으로 변화시켜야 한다. 즉, 시장 변화의 패러다임에 맞는 문화콘텐츠 생산이 이루어져야 한다. 또한, 기존 기술 또한 기존 생산되어진 한국 문화콘텐츠, 대표적으로 K-pop은 물론 K-뷰티, 한식 등으로 구성된 각 요소에서 새로운 부가가치를 창출해 내는 방향으로 이끌어야 하며, 무엇보다도 해외로의 유통에 있어 국가의 제도적 혁신이 필요함을 도출했다.
