다문화가족 아버지교육 프로그램 개발과 효과분석 (The Development and Analysis of the Effect of Educational Programs for Fathers in Multi-Cultural Families)

  • Increased multi-cultural families over the recent decade have led to more studies on the current situations and problems they face. Fathers in multi-cultural families are supporters who can help their migrant wives adapt their new surroundings; however, it is difficult to find studies on them as their roles as fathers in multi-cultural families have been overlooked. This study develops educational programs for fathers in multi-cultural families and analyzes the effect of the educational programs. The educational program development for fathers in multi-cultural families was based on consideration of related articles, studies, and reports. The effect analysis for the educational program for fathers in multi-cultural families was performed through the investigation of 'self-esteem' and 'parent self-confidence' about educated fathers in multi-cultural families. The educational program for fathers in multi-cultural families was composed of 5 themes which can improve their self-esteem, understand the father's role and function, learn the skills of playing and conversation with their children and express the father's thoughts for his own family using positive methods. We educated 12 fathers in multi-cultural families through the development of the program over 5 weeks to verify the effect of educational programs for fathers in multi-cultural families. The results showed the following : The level of father's self-esteem in multi-cultural family increased 124% and the level of parent self-confidence increased 141%. In conclusion, the educational effect for fathers in multi-cultural family exists and their desire for a successful multi-cultural family increased through the educational programs.

  • 본 연구는 공공도서관 교육문화프로그램 참여여부에 따라 이용자들의 도서관 이용, 즉 이용도, 관심도, 활용도에 차이가 존재하는지 살펴보고, 각각의 교육문화프로그램 유형에 참여하는 이용자들이 이용성에 대한 일정한 패턴을 보이는지를 알아보고자 했다. 프로그램 현황 및 설문 데이터를 통해 통계분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 교육문화프로그램 참여 여부와 참여하는 교육문화프로그램의 유형에 따라 도서관 이용방식, 자료대출횟수, 사이트 및 앱 접속횟수 등의 도서관 이용 패턴에 차이가 존재함을 알 수 있었다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도서관 고유의 정체성에 부합하고 이를 활성화하는 방안으로 자료를 기반으로 한 교육문화프로그램을 모색해 보자는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구는 공공도서관 교육문화프로그램의 이론적 내용을 살펴보고, 전라북도 지자체하에서 운영하는 공공도서관과 평생학습운영기관의 교육문화프로그램을 비교분석하여 공공도서관 본래의 특성을 살린 교육문화프로그램을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 전주시립도서관산하의 5개관을 비롯한 각 시단위의 공공도서관 10개관과 각 시의 지자체 직영의 평생학습센터, 문화의집, 주민자치센터, 여성회관, 여성문화회관, 여성문화센터 등의 명칭으로 운영하는 교육문화프로그램을 조사, 분석하였다.

  • 이 연구에서는 대구광역시의 공공도서관과 문예회관에서 운영하는 문화교육프로그램에 대한 수강자들의 인식과 만족도에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과 도서관 수강자들은 전반적인 만족도와 충성도, 프로그램 내용 및 강사 품질을, 문예회관 수강자들은 기관의 지원 및 제반서비스와 시설 및 환경에 대해 더 높게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 도서관 수강자의 고객만족도(LCSI)는 78.02점으로 나타났으며 문예회관 수강자의 고객만족도는 77.22점으로 산출되었다.

  • 일반적으로 지역주민들의 문화적 욕구를 해소하고, 지역간 교육 및 문화적 격차를 해소하기 위한 공공도서관의 기능이 확대되고 있다. 본 연구는 공공도서관이 지역주민을 위한 평생교육기관으로 그리고 지역 문화컨텐츠의 중심기관으로 역할을 수행하기 위한 기능들을 확대하기 위하여 필요한 구체적인 방안들을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 지방자치단체 산하의 전국 공공도서관을 대상으로 문화 및 교육적 기능을 수행하기 위하여 현재 운영되고 있는 관련 프로그램들을 조사$\cdot$분석하여 문제점을 제시하고, 이를 토대로 공공도서관의 문화 및 교육적 기능 활성화 방안을 제안하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 소외계층을 위한 프로그램 활성화를 하고자 하는 대통령기록관 비전에 따라 대통령기록물을 활용하여 정보 사회소외계층인 다문화가정 자녀의 자아존중감 향상을 위한 교육 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 연구방법으로 다문화가정 자녀의 자아존중감 증진에 대한 문헌조사 및 국내외 대통령기록관의 교육 프로그램을 분석하였고, 다문화가정 자녀를 지도한 경험이 있는 교사들을 대상으로 인터뷰와 설문을 하였다. 이를 통해 다문화가정 자녀의 자아존중감 향상을 위한 교육 프로그램 구성을 제안하였다.

보건소간호사와 보건진료전담공무원의 문화역량 및 문화간호역량 교육요구 비교 (Difference in the Cultural Competency and Cultural Nursing Competence Educational Needs of Public Health Nurses and Community Health Practitioners)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of cultural competency and cultural nursing competence educational needs of public health nurses (PHNs) and community health practitioners (CHPs) and to uncover the difference between the two groups. Methods: The subjects of this study were 217 PHNs and 165 CHPs. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, an independent two-sample t-test, the x2 test, one-way ANOVA, and the Scheffé test were used for data analysis. Result: There was no statistically significant difference between the cultural competency of CHPs (4.27±1.00) and that of PHNs (4.10±1.07) which were at a moderate level. Among the subareas, cultural awareness and sensitivity were above average, but cultural skills and knowledge showed relatively low scores. There was no statistically significant difference between the cultural nursing competence educational needs of CHPs (3.85±0.65) and PHNs (3.90±0.70) and these were at a relatively high level. Among the subareas, knowledge of key concepts, cultural communication, and attitudes and skills were above average. Conclusion: The results of this study highlight the need to develop and implement educational programs to enhance the cultural competency of PHNs and CHPs nationwide using various teaching-learning methods.

다문화가정의 가정생활문화 통합의 지향성 (Directivity of Integration of Multi-Cultural Family's Family Life Culture)

  • The Multi-cultural Family Support Center provides various educational programs and services for multi-cultural families. However, there are controversies regarding integration and assimilation, ethnic identity and ethnocentrism, and state-sponsored multi-culturalism. From the home economist's perspective, it was necessary to explore the direction of integration of family life culture in the multi-cultural society. This study concluded that there is a necessity to accept foreign culture and create a new culture while still maintaining their and our own cultural identity respectively. For this purpose, integration and assimilation must progress side by side to maintain the cultural identity and stability of multi-cultural families. But, women migrants are to adapt in their everyday life, they need to attend a Korean-language course and take part in a traditional Korean culture program such as having an assimilational characteristics. Also for the happiness of multi-cultural families ultimately not for the confronted problems, it requires sometimes education of changing migrants' own traditional customs and life culture partly. In this sense, educational and cultural programs held by Multi-Cultural Family Support Center are meaningful and their importance in adapting into everyday life must be recognised by all of us.

중년기 여성의 차문화 교육요구도 연구 (A Study on the Needs of Tea-Culture Education of Middle-aged Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs and demands of middle-aged women concerning the educational contents of tea-culture, the managing methods of educational programs, and a plan to invigorate tea culture education as a whole. Here is the summary of the main results. 1) The need for tea-culture education scored an average of 4.14 / 5(maximum score). The actual needs for tea-culture education had varied according to the women's place of living, educational motives, and the desire to become lecturers in the future. That is, the actual needs for tea-culture education scored high among the groups who displayed strong personal motives to cultivate their inner minds and learn tea-culture seriously, groups who lived in Seoul${\cdot}$Taegu${\cdot}$Cheonju, and groups who wanted to become future lecturers. 2) The need for a systematic management of tea-culture educational programs scored an average of 4.10 / 5(maximum score). The need for a management of tea-culture educational programs varied according to the women's educational level and their desire to become future lecturers. That is, the need for a systematic management of tea-culture educational programs scored high among groups whose educational level was high, and groups who wanted to become future lecturers. 3) The need for a plan to invigorate tea-culture education scored an average of 4.05 / 5(maximum score). The need for a plan to invigorate tea-culture education varied according to the women's place of living, educational level, the managing subject of educational organizations, the desire to become future lecturers. That is, the need for a plan to invigorate tea-culture education scored high among the groups who lived in Seoul${\cdot}$Taegu${\cdot}$Cheonju, groups whose educational level was high, groups who were members of life-long educational facilities within universities, and groups who desired to become future lecturers.

지속가능발전교육 기반 농촌 체험교육 프로그램 운영 사례 분석 (Case Analysis of Rural Experiential Education Programs based on Education for Sustainable Development)

  • This study analyzed rural experiential educational programs that are currently in operation and examined the programs' reflection of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) to explore the significance of those programs in terms of the ESD. In particular, this study analyzed cases of rural experiential educational programs from four villages in the capital region, Gyeongsang, Jeolla, and Chungcheong. The analysis results are as follows. Four villages' experiential educational programs share similar activities, such as nature experience, farming, traditional food and culture, games in nature, and craft. Each village has special programs and managements according to their geographical and environmental conditions. In addition, those programs are related to the ESD elements of health food, and cultural diversity (in sociocultural area) and of species diversity and environmental issues (in environmental area). On the other hand, the ESD elements in economic areas are not related to those programs. In addition, most of the villages plan and run experiential educational programs to keep and develop their own villages' sustainability. Rural experiential educational programs need to include various elements of ESD to develop rural communities.
