Effects of classwide peer tutoring on academic achievement, self-leadership and interpersonal ability of nursing students (간호대학생의 전학급동료교수학습이 학업성취, 셀프리더십 및 대인관계능력에 미치는 효과)

  • This is a primitive experimental study to find effects of 10 times classwide peer tutoring on academic achievement, self-leadership and interpersonal ability of nursing students. According to the results of Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis test using SPSS/WIN 19.0, the motive of admission was the factor affecting the most mean ranks related to general characteristics. There were significant differences between academic achievements, cognitive strategy, and promoting relationships(p<.001; p=.020; p=.040), and there was a positive correlation between self-leadership and interpersonal ability(r=.296, p=.041) in Wilcoxon Signed Ranked test. As results of this study, the classwide peer tutoring could be applied in nursing classes for enhancing students' competence, but the researcher suggests further researches with wider range of subjects and setting control group.

The Effects of Advertisement Properties In Cosmetics Convergence Advertisement Using PPL On Brand Attitude and Purchasing Intention (PPL을 활용한 화장품 융합광고의 광고속성이 브랜드태도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to identify the effects of advertisement properties in PPL-used cosmetic convergence advertisements on brand attitude and purchasing intention and provide basic data that can be used for PPL marketing in cosmetics industry. For the purpose, this study interviewed female college students using a questionnaire and analysed 494 copies of the responses except 6 ones whose responses were insincere using SPSS v. 21.0. As a result, it was discovered that informativeness and entertainment as sub-factors of advertisement properties had statistically significant positive (+)effects on brand attitude while discomfort had statistically significant negative(-) effect on it. Also, informativeness and entertainment had statistically significant positive (+)effects on purchasing intention. Therefore, as PPL that breaks the contents and flow of dramas or movies decreases advertisement effects and purchasing intention, PPL advertisements should naturally present information on cosmetic products in dramas or movies.

Convergence factors influencing affect the oral health with subjective depression experience of adolescent (청소년의 주관적 우울경험이 구강건강에 미치는 융합 요인)

  • The study on the used the Korean Youth Risk Behavior Web Based Survey to investigate the convergence factors influencing affect the oral health with subjective depression experience of adolescent. The dependent variable included oral health behavior and subjective symptom experience and the independent variable included subjective depression experience. Convergence factors influencing affect the subjective depression experience was significantly higher than those without depression experience were tooth brush times(one day), tooth brush times after lunch and sealant experience among oral health behavior and was significantly higher than those without depression experience were tooth break, pain, periodontal bleeding and bad breath among subjective symptoms. As a result, it appears to the depression experiences related to oral health factor, so it is consider psychological factors to improve the oral health of adolescents.

Review of Hazard Mapping Information Collected for Local Disaster Prevention by Residents in a Historical Local Town (역사적인 지역 주민들의 지역 재해 예방을 위해 수집 된 위험지도 정보의 검토)

  • We are developing a hazard map creation support system for historical local towns. Our system aims at collecting the unique information received from residents and raising resident's consciousness to disasters by recording hazardous locations where residents feel danger in case of disasters. In this paper, we examine the hazard information of the area collected by the residents themselves in using the system. While exchanging opinions, the residents review the validity and completeness of the information gathered by walking around the area. We also consider how to integrate and share it throughout the region. We found that it was possible to gather regional hazard information from the viewpoint of residents in addition to high coverage for each district. Also, by sharing information at the review meeting, the residents were able to newly know the hazard information of other districts that they did not know before. This shows the usefulness of residents to share the dangerous information while examining each cause across the different districts.

Comparison on handwashing recognition and practice of middle school students between Korea and Nepal (한국과 네팔 중학생들의 손씻기 인식과 실천 비교)

  • This survey is to compare the handwashing recognition and practice of middle school students in Korea and Nepal, according to the report that handwashing practice rate of Korea was significantly lower than those of developed countries. The handwashing survey tools of Korean CDC were used. As a result of analyzing data using SPSS/Win 23.0, there were differences in residential state, disease experience, and parental education level of subjects, handwashing practice was significantly higher in Nepal while higher handwashing recognition of Korea(p<.001). Among contents of handwashing practice, there were significant differences in drying methods, number of it with soap, time required, number of receiving education for it, and education methods. It is necessary to take measures to increase handwashing practice rate of Korea, while Nepal's is increasing by supplementing equipment and education even their handwashing recognition was low. This results are from a few middle school students in both countries by convenience sampling, therefore it is needed repeated studies with wider range of subjects.

  • Despite a quantitative increase in the export of small and medium sized businesses due to various policies supporting export that have been continually promoted by the government, the majority of export growth has been centered around conglomerates. As research has shown that export companies are superior in terms of job creation and growth compared to domestic companies, the conversion of domestic companies to export companies will not only result in job creation and increase in exports, but it will also enable the improvement of such companies. It is therefore important to support the export of small and medium sized businesses and maintain their status as export companies with supporting policies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the present state of the export environment of Korean and foreign small and medium sized businesses in order to elicit ideas for establishing strategies for the promotion of export and maintaining the status as an export company.

The Influence of College Students' Achievement Emotions on their self-regulated learning strategies and self-handicapping strategies (대학생의 성취감성이 자기주도학습전략과 자기손상전략에 미치는 영향)

  • There has been a notable increased interest of the study of emotions in educational contexts. The purpose of this study was to analyze predicting emotional variables of self-regulated learning strategies and self-handicapping strategies with the university students. Participants were 143 students of undergraduates at A University and B University. Collected data were analyzed by correlation analysis and regression analysis, respectively. It turned out that class related emotions, learning related emotions, and test emotions predicted self-handicapping strategies negatively. However, achievement emotions didn't predict self-regulated learning strategies. The result of this study will provide the theoretical basis and practical usefulness of academic emotions.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of multicultural competence on the organizational effectiveness of daycare teachers and to provide basic data to improve organizational effectiveness of daycare facilities. To achieve this goal, 258 childcare teachers attending C university were sampled for convenience and statistical processing was performed using PASW. First, there was a positive correlation between organizational productivity, organizational adaptability, and job satisfaction in the relationship between multicultural knowledge and organizational productivity, organizational adaptability, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. second. The relationship between multicultural awareness and organizational productivity, organizational adaptability, and organizational commitment were all statistically correlated. Third, multicultural knowledge and multicultural awareness have positive effects on organizational commitment, organizational adaptability, and organizational productivity. Fourth, multicultural knowledge has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Therefore, in order to improve organizational effectiveness of day care facilities in the era of convergence, education programs related to multicultural knowledge and multicultural awareness are needed for daycare teachers.

Development of Instructional Strategies and Contents by Cyber Education Types - Focused on Cyber Education for Employees of Health and Welfare (사이버교육 유형별 교수설계 전략 및 콘텐츠 개발 - 보건복지 종사자를 위한 사이버교육을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify appropriate content types according to the cyber education contents needed for employees of health and welfare and to develop contents based on specific instructional design strategies for each type. We divided the four types of content into instructor-led type contents, storytelling type contents, practice type contents, and case presentation type contents based on previous research and existing health and welfare cyber education contents. For each content type, a macro design strategies and a micro design strategies were derived, and contents were developed in accordance with the design strategies. Data were collected from 150 employees of health and welfare to analyze learning satisfaction. The average of learning satisfaction was 4.42. The results of this study will provide theoretical background and practical implications for the design and development of cyber education contents in health and welfare areas.

The Influence of Pre-Chase's Internal Marketing on Job Satisfaction in the Beauty Industry (뷰티산업에서 프랜차이즈의 내부마케팅이 직무만족에 미치는 영향)

  • Working in the beauty industry accompanies high emotional stress because of the need to provide face-to-face customer service. Therefore, beauty industry employees should be recognized as internal customers and job satisfaction should be enhanced through appropriate internal marketing (education and training, compensation system, delegation, management support). With this preceded, it could lead to employees providing various satisfactory services to external customers, ultimately resulting in maximized sales and lower turnover rate. Four hypotheses were established to support this proposition, and 320 copies of questionnaires were collected from Nov. 1 to Dec. 30, 2018 targeting the beauty industry franchise workers which were analyzed through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, route Analysis and the like, using programs AMOS 21.0 and SPSS 22.0. As a result, education and training did not affect employees' job satisfaction, but the compensation system, delegation, and management support had a positive(+) effect.
