This paper focuses on three novels that reflect absence of family. Conflicts caused by absence of parents or lack of function and role of parents were principle drivers fueling growth novels. This study investigated the patterns of acquiring anti-mycobacterial resistance in individuals who were susceptible to all anti-mycobacterial drugs in their initial treatment. From 2010 to 2019, anti-mycobacterial drug susceptibility tests were conducted on patients who were referred to the Green Cross Laboratories. The test results of 594 anti-mycobacterial drug sensitivity tests were collected at 111 medical institutions. The first test results had 594 cases in which all anti-mycobacterial drugs were susceptible. Isoniazid (INH), rifampin (RIF), streptomycin (SM), and quinolone (QUI) showed the highest single-resistant conversion rates. Out of 56 patients, 17 patients (30.4%) showed a high conversion rate of resistance to both INH and RIF. The tracking period was analyzed from a minimum of 98 days to 1,862 days, and an average of 435.6 days for INH, and a minimum of 108 days to 1,673 days, with an average of 457.7 days for RIF. In the case of tuberculosis patients who are susceptible to all anti-mycobacterial drugs, it is considered that the conversion to resistant and multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) must be confirmed through an anti-mycobacterial susceptibility test after 3 months. It is hoped that this study will help the national tuberculosis management project to improve public health.
In this study, multiplex PCR and real-time PCR were performed on Theragra chalcogramma (walleye pollock), Pangasianodon hypophthalmus (iridescent shark) and their processed foods, such as changnan-jeot and gaiyang-jeot (salted iridescent shark intestine). Species-specific primers for T. chalcogramma and P. hypophthalmus were designed, and genomic DNA was directly extracted from each sample to perform single PCR and multiplex PCR. As a result of PCR, in the case of single PCR, PCR bands of T. chalcogramma (297 bp) and P. hypophthalmus (132 bp) were identified, and in the case of multiplex PCR, it was confirmed that amplification occurred without cross-reaction between T. chalcogramma and P. hypophthalmus. As a result of checking the PCR sensitivity, the concentration of genomic DNA was detected up to 0.1 ng/µL in both single PCR and multiplex PCR. The real-time PCR results showed that the average Ct value of T. chalcogramma was 20.765±0.691, and the average Ct value of P. hypophthalmus sample was 35.719±1.828 in the T. chalcogramma species-specific primers. In the P. hypophthalmus species-specific primers, the average Ct value of the T. chalcogramma sample was 35.996±1.423, and the mean Ct value of the P. hypophthalmus sample was 20.096±0.793. These results demonstrated the significant differences in the efficiency, specificity and cross-reactivity of species-specific primers in real-time PCR. Based on these findings, 7 of changnan-jeot or gaiyang-jeot products were confirmed by multiplex PCR and real-time PCR, and valid results were confirmed in all samples.
Purpose - This paper empirically investigates the predictors and main determinants of consumers' ratings of mobile applications in the Google Play Store. Using a linear and nonlinear model comparison to identify the function of users' review, in determining application rating across countries, this study estimates the direct effects of users' reviews on the application rating. In addition, extending our modelling into a sentimental analysis, this paper also aims to explore the effects of review polarity and subjectivity on the application rating, followed by an examination of the moderating effect of user reviews on the polarity-rating and subjectivity-rating relationships. Design/methodology - Our empirical model considers nonlinear association as well as linear causality between features and targets. This study employs competing theoretical frameworks - multiple regression, decision-tree and neural network models - to identify the predictors and main determinants of app ratings, using data from the Google Play Store. Using a cross-validation method, our analysis investigates the direct and moderating effects of predictors and main determinants of application ratings in a global app market. Findings - The main findings of this study can be summarized as follows: the number of user's review is positively associated with the ratings of a given app and it positively moderates the polarity-rating relationship. Applying the review polarity measured by a sentimental analysis to the modelling, it was found that the polarity is not significantly associated with the rating. This result best applies to the function of both positive and negative reviews in playing a word-of-mouth role, as well as serving as a channel for communication, leading to product innovation. Originality/value - Applying a proxy measured by binomial figures, previous studies have predominantly focused on positive and negative sentiment in examining the determinants of app ratings, assuming that they are significantly associated. Given the constraints to measurement of sentiment in current research, this paper employs sentimental analysis to measure the real integer for users' polarity and subjectivity. This paper also seeks to compare the suitability of three distinct models - linear regression, decision-tree and neural network models. Although a comparison between methodologies has long been considered important to the empirical approach, it has hitherto been underexplored in studies on the app market.
In this study, the membrane filter method was compared to the MPN method for the analysis of total coliforms from raw water using raw test waters and controls including 6 standard strains of coliforms, and the various factors were analyzed on the detection of general and fecal origin coliforms. The range of error rate for the detection of 5 standard strains using the membrane filter and the MPN methods was 0 to 6% and 45 to 133%, respectively. The error rate of the membrane filter method was lower than that of the MPN method. The membrane filter method (m-Endo) showed 10% (11 out of 111) of difference for the detection sensitivity of coliforms isolated from raw water compared to the MPN method (BGLB). The membrane filter method was less affected by the factors including temperature, turbidity, charcoals of powder form, contamination, and reverse pressure. In conclusion, the membrane filter method is a better method for the analysis of total coliforms from raw water than the MPN method, considering the accuracy of detection and the tolerance to various experimental factors.
A non-instrumental immunochromatographic (ICG) strip-test and direct competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (DC-ELISA) for aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) determination were developed and optimized. The detection limits of ICG strip-test and DC-ELISA were 0.5 and 0.004 ng/mL, respectively, and these methods possessed a cross-reaction to aflatoxins. The results of spiked samples by both methods were coincided with the amount spiked AFB1 and the comparative analyses of 172 real samples by 2 immunoassays and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) showed a good agreement. Especially, the ICG strip-test is easier to perform and quicker, but less sensitivity than DC-ELISA. Both methods could analyze a high sample throughput with short time, but the sample throughput of ICG strip-test was better. Therefore, the ICG strip-test can be used as a simple, easy, non-instrumental, and fast screening technique for AFB1 determination.
Objective: To determine the accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in detection of metastasis in pelvic and para-aortic lymph nodes from different gynecological malignancies. Materials and Methods: This retrospective cross sectional analytic study was conducted at the Department of Diagnostic Radiology, Aga Khan University Hospital Karachi Pakistan from January 2011 to December 2012. A sample of 48 women, age range between 20-79 years, fulfilling inclusion criteria were included. All patients had histopathologically proven gynecological malignancies in the cervix, endometrium or ovary and presented for a pretreatment MRI to our radiology department. Results: MRI was 100% sensitive and had a 100% positive predictive value to detect lymph node metastasis in lymph nodes with spiculated margins and 100% sensitive with a 75% positive predictive value to detect lymph node metastasis in a lymph node with lobulated margins. The sensitivity and positive predictive value of MRI to detect heterogeneous nodal enhancement were 100% and 75% respectively. Conclusions: Our study results reinforce that MRI should be used as a modality of choice in the pretreatment assessment of lymph nodes in proven gynaecological malignancies in order to determine the line of patientmanagement, distinguishing surgical from non-surgical cases.
In this study, we examined how the upper and lower lips articulate to produce labial /p/. Using electromagnetic midsagittal articulography, we collected flesh-point tracking movement data from eight native speakers of Seoul Korean (five females and three males). Individual articulatory movements in /p/ were examined in terms of minimum vertical upper lip position, maximum vertical lower lip position, and corresponding vertical upper lip position aligned with maximum vertical lower lip position. Using linear mixed-effect models, we tested two factors (word boundary [across-word vs. within-word] and speech rate [comfortable vs. fast]) and their interaction, considering subjects as random effects. The results are summarized as follows. First, maximum lower lip position varied with different word boundaries and speech rates, but no interaction was detected. In particular, maximum lower lip position was lower (e.g., less constricted or more reduced) in fast rate condition and across-word boundary condition. Second, minimum lower lip position, as well as lower lip position, measured at the time of maximum lower lip position only varied with different word boundaries, showing that they were consistently lower in across-word condition. We provide further empirical evidence of lower lip movement sensitive to both different word boundaries (e.g., linguistic factor) and speech rates (e.g., paralinguistic factor); this supports the traditional idea that the lower lip is an actively moving articulator. The sensitivity of upper lip movement is also observed with different word boundaries; this counters the traditional idea that the upper lip is the target area, which presupposes immobility. Taken together, the lip aperture gesture is a good indicator that takes into account upper and lower lip vertical movements, compared to the traditional approach that distinguishes a movable articulator from target place. Respective of different speech rates, the results of the present study patterned with cross-linguistic lenition-related allophonic variation, which is known to be more sensitive to fast rate.

Purpose: The specific aims of this study were to define fever from the nurse's and physician's perspectives, describe fever management method and decision-making, and identify differences of definition of fever and fever managements between nurses and physicians. Methods: A cross-sectional survey using a 23-item questionnaire was used. A total of 305 nurses and physicians were surveyed, and 246 useful questionnaires were returned. Results: Body temperature of $36.5{\sim}38.3^{\circ}C$ were considered as adult febrile, and fever managements were initiated when the temperature was $37.0{\sim}38.0^{\circ}C$. More than half of the nurses and physicians, made a clinical decision regarding fever managements based on their own experiences. The most frequently used interventions in nursing practice were antipyretics, intravenous hydration, and external cooling. Nurses provided external cooling to lower body temperature than physicians (Z=-4.67, p<.001). Most participants reported that they needed a fever management protocol. Conclusion: Based on the information obtained, nurses respond with sensitivity to lower body temperature. We found significant differences among nurses, between nurses and physicians in approaching care of adult febrile patients.

We use simulations of large-scale structure formation to study the build-up of magnetic fields (MFs) in the intergalactic medium. Our basic assumption is that cosmological MFs grow in a magnetohy-drodynamical (MHD) amplification process driven by structure formation out of a magnetic seed field present at high redshift. This approach is motivated by previous simulations of the MFs in galaxy clusters which, under the same hypothesis that we adopt here, succeeded in reproducing Faraday rotation measurements (RMs) in clusters of galaxies. Our ACDM initial conditions for the dark matter density fluctuations have been statistically constrained by the observed large-scale density field within a sphere of 110 Mpc around the Milky Way, based on the IRAS 1.2-Jy all-sky redshift survey. As a result, the positions and masses of prominent galaxy clusters in our simulation coincide closely with their real counterparts in the Local Universe. We find excellent agreement between RMs of our simulated galaxy clusters and observational data. The improved numerical resolution of our simulations compared to previous work also allows us to study the MF in large-scale filaments, sheets and voids. By tracing the propagation of ultra high energy (UHE) protons in the simulated MF we construct full-sky maps of expected deflection angles of protons with arrival energies $E = 10^{20}\;eV$ and $4 {\times} 10^{19}\;eV$, respectively. Accounting only for the structures within 110 Mpc, we find that strong deflections are only produced if UHE protons cross galaxy clusters. The total area on the sky covered by these structures is however very small. Over still larger distances, multiple crossings of sheets and filaments may give rise to noticeable deflections over a significant fraction of the sky; the exact amount and angular distribution depends on the model adopted for the magnetic seed field. Based on our results we argue that over a large fraction of the sky the deflections are likely to remain smaller than the present experimental angular sensitivity. Therefore, we conclude that forthcoming air shower experiments should be able to locate sources of UHE protons and shed more light on the nature of cosmological MFs.
