부모의 양육지식과 실천 도구 개발 예비연구 (A Pilot Study on Korean Version Development of the Rearing Knowledge and Practice for Infant Parents)

  • 양육지식은 양육실천에 중요한 관련요인이며 양육지식과 양육실천 정도 사정은 영아기 부모에게 중요하다. 저자는 기 개발된 타당성이 검증된 양육지식 척도(CRKS)와 양육실천 척도(CRPS)의 자국내 도입을 위하여 Saramma와 Thomas가 기 개발한 도구들을 채택하였다. 예비연구가 국제적 언어학적 검증단계에 따라서 수행되었다. 조사대상자는 A의 보건소와 B의 오케타니 마사지실을 방문한 영아 부모 20명이었다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계와 Wilcoxon Rank Sum Test가 도구의 이해도와 일반적 특성에 따른 도구의 평균 정도를 비교하기 위해서 사용되었다. 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도는 Cronbach's alpha, Spearman Correlations을 사용하였다. 대상자의 평균 나이는 33.94(${\pm}2.99$)세였고 영아의 평균 월령은 3.35(${\pm}0.58$)개월였다. CRKS와 CRPS의 이해도는 각각 1.80(${\pm}0.65$)점과 1.33(${\pm}0.54$)점으로 사용하기 쉬웠다. CRKS의 평균점수는 22.50(${\pm}4.89$)점으로 중간점수였고 CRPS의 평균점수는 30.75(${\pm}2.04$)점으로 높았다. CRPS의 Cronbach's alpha는 식이영역이 0.71, 성장과 발달 영역이 0.64, 청결과 보호영역이 0.68, 영아자극 영역이 0.77였다. CRPS의 영아자극과 CRKS의 성장과 발달 영역은 유의한 상관관계가 있었다(r=.530, p=.016). 일반적 특성 중에서 의료인이 비의료인에 비해서 유의하게 CRKS 점수가 높았다(p=0.04). CRKS와 CRPS 척도는 지역사회와 임상실무에서 사용이 간편하고 쉽게 응답할 수 있는 도구로 사용되기를 기대한다.

응급구조학과 학생 대상 한국판 시뮬레이션 경험 만족도 도구의 타당도 검증 (Validation of a Korean version of the satisfaction with simulation experience scale for paramedic students)

  • Purpose: This study aims to assess the reliability and validity of a Korean version of the satisfaction with simulation experience (SSE) scale for low-, medium-, and high-fidelity simulations among paramedic students. Methods: Exploratory factor analysis with varimax rotation was used to determine construct validity. Cronbach's alpha was calculated to assess internal consistency reliability. Results: Cronbach's alpha for the overall scale was .841. Exploratory factor analysis yielded a three-factor structure composed of clinical learning, clinical reasoning and debriefing and reflection. Each of the subscales had high internal consistency, with Cronbach's alphas of .852, .790 and .913, respectively. With respect to year, freshmen scored the highest on the SSE scale. With respect to type of simulation, the medium-fidelity group reported the highest satisfaction. Generally, the students were satisfied with debriefing and reflection. Conclusion: The Korean version of the SSE scale was shown to be a reliable and valid instrument for assessing satisfaction with simulation learning in paramedic students.

대학생 소비자능력 측정을 위한 척도개발: 소비자교육효과 측정을 중심으로 (Developing Standards for Measuring Consumers' Ability of College Student: Focus on the Consumer Education Effects)

  • This study focused on the development of a scale measuring the effect of consumer education. The purposes of this study were to develop a tool which could measure consumer knowledge, consumer attitudes and consumer behavior. Data were collected from 266 college students. Analysis was done using frequency, cross tabulation analysis, reliability test, principle components factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis (Amos 5.0), and multiple regression analysis. The results from this study were as follows: 1) Nine consumer knowledge factors (23-items) were identified: consciousness of consumer education and evaluation, consumer rights and allowance management, methods of consumer education and consumer institutions, green energy and environmental consumption, essence and content of consumer education, consumer rights and consumer duty, critical consideration and consumer's damage salvation, buying minds and decision-making, independent consumers. Total variance was 58.4%. Cronbach's alpha for the nine factors ranged from .68-.79. 2) Five consumer attitude factors (26-items) were identified: green environmental consumption, consumer's role and rights, resources saving and consumer's damage salvation, consciousness of consumers, and right consumption. Total variance was 59.2%. Cronbach's alpha for the five factors ranged from .89-.94. 3) Seven consumer behavior factors (27-items) were identified: social role and rights of consumer and consumer movement, right buying and segregated garbage collection, green environmental consumption and resources saving, altruism and decision-making, allowance management and impulse buying, consumer's damage salvation, and consciousness of consumer. The total variance was 59.1%. Cronbach's alpha for the seven factors ranged from .77-.88. Finally, a scale measuring the effect of consumer education consisting of 76 items (consumer knowledge: 23 items (9 factors), consumer attitude: 26 items (5 factors), consumer behavior: 27 items (7 factors)) was constructed.

한국판 에딘버러 산후우울측정도구의 타당성 연구 (A Validation Study on the Translated Korean Version of the Edinbergh Postnatal Depression Scale)

  • Purpose: The Edinbergh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) has seen widespread use in epidemiological and clinical studies. The objective of this research was to translate and to test the reliability and validity of the 10-item EDPS in Korea. Methods: Subjects were 145 women who were 6 to 10 weeks post delivery. To test reliability, the internal consistency was assessed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Validity testing was performed using convergent validity by Pearson's correlation. Data was gathered at 3 hospitals during Oct. 2005 after obtaining an informed consent. Result: The mean age of the subjects was 29.9 years. and the mean parity was 1.46 times. The mean EPDS score was 18.4. Reliability analysis showed a satisfactory result (Cronbach's alpha coefficient=.84). There were significant positive correlations between EPDS and Mills postnatal depression and anxiety check list scores as expected(r=.69, p<.001) and thus supported convergent validity. Conclusion: The study findings showed that the Korean version of the EPDS-10 is a reliable and valid instrument that can be used for measuring postnatal depression in Korea.

치기공과 학생들의 실전교육 전·후에 따른 객관적 지수와 주관적 지수에 대한 연구 - 대구 소재 D대학의 치기공과 학생을 대상으로 - (Research on Dental Technology students' objective and subjective indices before and after Practical training - D College in Daegu -)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study aims to improve self-confidence, satisfaction and self fulfillment of dental technology students through practical skills competitions to meet the levels required by the industry. Method: The questionnaire was composed of 12 general characteristics, 23 self-efficacy, 25 practice satisfaction, 5 self-satisfaction, 12 self fulfillment out of 77 questions. The reliability of the surveys showed Cronbach' ${\alpha}=0.893$ on the self-efficacy, Cronbach' ${\alpha}=0.871$ on the practice satisfaction, Cronbach' ${\alpha}=0.857$ on self-satisfaction and Cronbach' ${\alpha}=0.941$ on self fulfillment. Results: Before and after the test result comparison showed a statistically significant difference for both men and women according to the general characteristics. Women's progress was higher than for men. The thought about dental technicians has changed for the better and showed a statistically significant difference. Subjects who have 3.1~3.5 school record showed the highest score on job skills, self-efficacy, practice satisfaction, self-satisfaction and self fulfillment according to the the general characteristics, and 3.6 ~ 4.0, 3.0 or less and 4.1 ~ 4.5 in order. Conclusion: This study was conducted with dental technology students who participated in practical skills competitions after 10 week 40 hours training in D college, and the results were as follows. Practical training improved the job performance, self-efficacy, practice satisfaction, self-satisfaction and self fulfillment improved significantly.

한국어판 전문직 간 교육에 대한 인식 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 검증 (The Reliability and Validity of Korean Version of the Interdisciplinary Education Perception Scale(K-IEPS))

  • 본 연구는 한국어판 전문직 간 교육에 대한 인식 측정도구(K-IEPS)의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 시행되었다. 연구 방법은 전문직 간 교육에 대한 인식 측정 원도구를 세계보건기구의 가이드라인에 따라 한국어로 번안하였고, 번안된 도구를 활용하여 2020년 12월부터 2021년 1월까지 4개의 대학 보건의료전공 대학생 302명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 탐색적 요인분석(EFA), 확인적 요인분석(CFA), 수렴타당도, Cronbach's alpha, 급내 상관계수(ICC)를 사용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, K-IEPS는 2개의 하위요인(역량과 자발성에 대한 인식, 실제적인 협력에 대한 인식)과 10개 문항이 적합하였다. 또한 K-IEPS의 전체문항 신뢰도 Cronbach's alpha는 .87이었고, 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 .83이었다. 본 연구에서 검증된 K-IEPS는 전문직 간 교육에 대한 인식을 측정하는데 타당도와 신뢰도가 있는 도구임이 확인되었다. 따라서 향후에 K-IEPS는 전문직 간 교육에 대한 인식 및 프로그램의 효과를 측정하기 위한 도구로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 1. The values of Cronbach's alpha for the Taeyang, Taeum, Soyang and Soeum questionnaire were 0.7955, 0.7776, 0.8545, and 0.8601 respectively. These results indicate a highly satisfactory level of internal consistency for the questionnaire. 2. If the deletion of an item increases Cronbach's alpha then what that means is that the deletion of that item improves reliability. Therefore, any items that result in substantially greater values of alpha than the overall alpha may need to be deleted from the questionnaire to improve its reliability. 3. Factor analysis was performed on the 81 questionnaires. Based on the scree plot and the number and decrement of eigen values greater than one, three to four factor solution was most significant. 4. The hierarchical cluster analysis was performed on the 81 Sasang constitution questionnaire. These results suggested that two or four clusters identified with homogeneous groups 5. The hierarchical cluster analysis was performed on the 1046 responders. These results suggested that two, three, or four clusters might identified with homogeneous groups. Furthemore, there were statistically significant difference among the each group by ANOVA(P<0.0001).

WOMAC-VA3.0의 타당도 및 신뢰도 -일부 슬관절 및 고관절 골관절염환자를 대상으로- (Validity and Reliability of the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC)-VA3.0 in Hip and Knee Osteoarthritis Patients)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the validity and reliability of the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC)-VA3.0 in patients with hip and knee osteoarthritis (OA). The sample consisted of 301 patients who had received treatments at the physical therapy units of 5 medical institutions in Andong City in june 2006. Questionnaires on the WOMAC were recruited by 12 physical therapists. The internal structure and reliability of the scales were evaluated by means of item-internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha coefficient: ${\alpha}$), item-discriminant validity, and Pearson's relation coefficient. To explore construct validity, we conducted a principal component factor analysis with varimax rotation analysis. The criterion for factor extraction was an eigenvalue >1.0. The average age of the patients was 62.1 years. All WOMAC subscales (pain, stiffness, and physical function) were internally consistent with Cronbach's coefficients of .81, .91, and .80, respectively. The internal consistency reliability of item-each scale were also internally consistent with Cronbach's coefficient of .89 (Pearson's correlation coefficient: .71~.84), .93 (.89~.91), and .96 (.67~.91), respectively. However, high correlation was found among 3 items (.66~.83, .66~.67, and .67~.83), so the item-discriminant validity was low (${\alpha}$ coefficient: .81, .91, .80, respectively). The construct validity by factor analysis was low because it was not consistent With WOMAC-VA3.0. In conclusion, the results reported here confirm the reliability of the WOMAC in patients with OA of the hip and knee. The collection of information on the hip and knee osteoarthritis using this instrument was acceptable to patients. A further prospective multi-center study will be necessary to prove the construct validity.

임상간호교육 평가도구 개발 (Development of Clinical evaluation tool for Nursing Students)

  • This study is intended to develop a reliable and approproate instrument of the clinical nursing education. This research consisted of 4 step. First step is contruction of the content for evaluation. Second step have the research of the content validity by 10 professors in Department of Nursing, H University, the pilot study for the content validity by 20 professors and clinical preceptors, and the survey with four point Likert Scale, which includes from the point of 'strongly valid' to the point of 'strongly non-valid' by 250 professor and clinical preceptor. The data were collected form March 1998 to July 1998. This study was analyzed by Cronbach's for the reliability and the factor analyisis for the validity of the collected data. The third step showed the final evaluation instrument of clinical nursing education which consists a couple of tool. One is the evaluation instrument of clinical nursing which includes the 20 items, the other is the evaluation instrument for case study which includes the 15 items. The fourth step is the test of reliability and validity of the final evaluation too. The results from these step's study showed the higher reliability and validity. Respectly, Cronbach's revealed the evaluation instrument of clinical nursing and case study is Cronbach's $\alpha$=.92413, Cronbach's $\alpha$=.95602. For further research, it needs to develop a reliable and variable instrument of the students self-evaluation and community based instrument.

부모-교사용 유아 간편 다중지능척도 타당화 연구 (Validity of the Multiple Intelligence Scales for Young Korean Children)

  • 본 연구는 부모-교사용 유아 간편 다중지능 척도의 타당도를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울특별시, 경상도, 전라도, 충청도에 소재한 유아교육기관 15곳에서 재원 중인 만 5세 유아 357명의 부모와 담임교사들이 참여하였으며 수집된 자료는 척도의 타당도 및 신뢰도를 확인하기 위해 확인적 요인분석과, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ 계수 및 상관계수를 구하였다. 첫째, 부모-교사용 유아 간편 다중지능 척도의 타당도를 확인하기 위해 확인적 요인분석 결과 모델의 적합도 지수들은 $X^2$=365.712 (df=168, p=.000), RMSEA=.057, SRMR=.047, NNFI=.935, CFI=.948로 모두 권장 적합도 수준을 충족시키는 것으로 나타나 부모용 유아 간편 다중지능 척도가 적합하다는 것이 확인되었다. 교사용의 유아 간편 다중지능 척도의 모델 적합도 지수들은 $X^2$=436.765 (df=168, p=.000), RMSEA=.066, SRMR=.051, NNFI=.917, CFI=.934로 나타나 모든 적합도 지수의 값들이 만족스럽게 나타났다. 둘째, 부모-교사용 유아 간편 다중지능과 유아지능 간에 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부모용 유아 간편 다중지능 척도의 신뢰도는 .80~.86으로 나타났으며 전체 신뢰도는 .95로 나타났다. 교사용 유아 간편 다중지능 척도의 신뢰도는 .76~.91로 나타났으며 전체 신뢰도는 .95로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 본 척도가 유아 다중지능을 측정하는데 신뢰롭고 타당한 것으로 보인다.
