Purpose - Product purpose for optimal values solution for synthesize evaluative criteria and optimize product design values. In addition, product designer has to consider the product design to conform to project, laws and regulations, authentication, from the product design stage. Research design, data, methodology - How to use an evaluative criteria model's imprecise market data by evaluative criteria research design; product mapping relationships between design parameters and customer requirements using product predicted value method. An evaluative criteria model and their associated criteria status, product evaluative criteria model of results. Results - Therefore, after the enterprise product design project analysis, effectiveness and the customer degree of satisfaction must be appraised to obtain the maximum value for the benefit on behalf of the implementation goals, the promotion product level and market competition strength. Conclusions - In multi criterion decision making (MCDM), using its searching software capacity to obtain the optimal solution.

This study investigates the decision criteria used in the context of IT investment decision making and empirically analyzes the impact of IT project size and types on the importance of decision criteria. 5 criteria which have been extracted from the previous studies and industry practices are budget, financial benefits. strategic value. risk, and the degree of proposer's eagerness. Data of 120 IT project proposals have been collected from 5 companies including bank, insurance. and stock trading company. As results of ANOVA test. 7 out of 10 hypothesis have been accepted statistically. That is. the bigger the project size. the higher the evaluation weight of project budget and risk criteria and the lower the weight of proposer's eagerness. And in case of the infrastructure investment type. the emphasis is placed more on strategic value and risk criteria and less on financial benefit and proposer's eagerness. These findings provide insights for both IT practitioners and researchers.

DNV crane criteria are specially designated for the vessel equipped with lifting crane to cover the risk during the crane operation. Based on the DNV crane criteria, the crane performance shall be decided. The weight control has great importance in the management of vessel's design for crane vessel. To evaluate limitation of lightship weight and the effect of design changes sufficiently, the lightship allowable VCG curve was used. The optimization process was carried out for generation of the lightship allowable VCG curve due to the difficulty coming from the characteristic of DNV crane criteria. This paper includes the introduction to the DNV Crane criteria and optimization process for evaluation in aspect of lightship weight and VCG.

The volume of the party wear market is gradually growing in the Korean fashion market. The study attempted to examine psychological clothing benefits as the criteria for market segmentation, and identify differences in information sources. and clothing evaluative criteria in each segmentated market. The summary of the key findings are as follows. Three segments were identified by psychological clothing benefits: pleasurably self-expressing group, fashion-seeking group, and indifferent group. The differences in search information sources between the classified groups were identified The fashion-seeking group had a higher mean score on mass media. The pleasurably self-expressing group had higher scores on advice from friends, colleagues, or companions. The differences in evaluative criteria between the classified groups were also identified. Among the evaluative criteria, the splendid boldness and polished silhouette criteria showed a marginal difference between each group. This study can contribute as a cornerstone for future studies on party wear and market strategies.

In order to establish a criteria of solid particle separation performance test on marine centrifugal purifier at factory acceptance test, an investigation had been done on criteria of test standards, regulations and test specifications of purifier manufactures. KS V 7836, fuel oil and lubricating oil purifiers for marine use-centrifugal type, the criteria of solid particle separation is studied in the point of reality, restricts and analysis method. It is proposed that a reasonable criteria and analysis method should be adopted, and the current criteria shall be revised to adequate levels considering reasonable basis and industrial technology levels. Also, the test analysis conceptions, separation efficiency method and particle size restriction method, are reviewed to fulfil separation performance test for marine centrifugal purifiers.

This paper explores and proposes the evaluation criteria of design projects in the entry-level design course. In the entry-level engineering design course the students proceeds various design projects to understand the concept of engineering design process and to develop the creativity. The evaluation criteria of design projects is very important component because the outcome of students in the engineering design course are effected from the evaluation criteria that enforces the students to focus on doing their task. According to this case study the evaluation criteria can be good solution to evaluate the design projects. By the outcome standard of ABEEK on the entry-level engineering design course the evaluation criteria was selected with the results of design projects such as design plan, report, handicrafts, objectives.

APR1400 RVI CVAP using the non-prototype category is being conducted to verify integrity of the RVI design and to secure the CVAP technology. The measurement programs are to confirm vibration analysis results for reactor internals during preoperational and initial startup testing and to detemine the safety margin. One of the important basis for the measurement programs is test acceptance criteria. Therefore, this paper is on establishment of response instrumentation test acceptance criteria for APR1400 RVI CVAP. The established acceptance criteria show that the stress criteria of APR1400 RVI are more conservative values than those of the valid prototype plant(Palo Verde unit 1) and, the displacement criteria of the IBA and the UGS were established to 0.03 in and 0.01 in, respectively.

In this paper, we propose new simple and efficient stopping criteria for W-CDMA turbo decoding. The new criteria are based on the sum of logarithm of absolute extrinsic information values and the count of one-estimations calculated after each component decoder. The calculation of the proposed criteria can be made simpler by summing one of ten values without any penalty. This Proposed method can be implemented with negligible overhead and no extra memory. Simulation results on W-CDMA standard shows that the number of iterations required is reduced compared to the existing stopping criteria without degrading the BER performance. Reduced iterations and simple operations make the proposed criteria desirable for low-power turbo decoder.

The purpose of this study is to find the characteristics of design council criteria of metropolitan cities in Koreas. For comparative analysis, four main concepts are used ; 1) self-administering vs discretionary 2) prescriptive vs performance 3) conformity vs contrast 4) point system of criteria. The results of this study were as follows; 1) there were three types of cirteria; strong discretionary (DG), discretionary oriented (BS, US) and combination type (SL, DJ, ICN, GJ) 2) structural properties of forms are controlled by prescriptive criteria, and layout or design elements by performance criteria 3) visual openness and diversity are main items of most metropolitan cities 4) street-faced design was neglected but tended to focus on the self-contained layout 5) visual density indexes were diversified from elevation blockage degree. For further advanced research, it is necessary to investigate the actual effects and differences of regulative types - prescriptive vs performance, and of each design criteria, especially prescriptive ones in improving the design quality.

The purpose of this study is to develop criteria that can evaluate the application and implementation process of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). The subject of study is: What are the criteria to evaluate the degree of implementation of ESD in schools, and how can they be developed? In addition, the criteria questions for ESD were conducted by teachers from research and model schools in T city which applied ESD in school education. As a result, evaluation criteria questions have 3 major, 16 medium and 105 minor categories, which can evaluate ESD in school education by using a total of four kinds of analysis framework including the ESD criteria questions of ENSI (Environment and School Initiatives).
