This paper is concerned with an Internet of Things (IoT)-based unmanned home-delivery box system, in which the system is developed with a prototype using a weight sensor, shock sensor, the Arduino and Raspberry-Pi of open-source hardware platforms. The developed system provides several functions such as a safe storage means, prevention of delivery-theft, and remote control of the home-delivery box, etc. Specifically, the system recognizes the arrival of goods by detecting the weight of deliveries and sends the arrived message of deliveries to the recipient' smartphone, and also controls (i.e., open and close) the locker of the unmanned home-delivery box system remotely with the smartphone. Furthermore, the developed system provides automatically a warning alarm around the unmanned home-delivery box when an external shock is applied to the home-delivery box, and sends a message on the shock to the recipient' smartphone. The major functions of the developed home-delivery box system have been verified in a realistic environment, and confirmed to work well. With the application of the developed home-delivery box system to the homes and offices where recipients are always not to stay, it is expected to significantly improve the safety of delivered goods as well as to effectively prevent the delivery operatives posing as a crime.

A participating civilian in the policing is become very important issue and strongly encouraged since variety and intelligent crimes have occurred. Moreover, necessity of invigorates of Problem-Oriented Policing has been emphasized in Korea because the effects of the Problem-Oriented Policing in the Case-Oriented Policing had been proved. Lastly, practical use of the Third Party Policing (TPP) is a main purpose to deal with spreading of the Gated community, which controls the outside. To utilizing the Third Party Policing in Korea, several solutions are suggested such as making the manual of operation process, organizing task force team for TPP (the Third Party Policing), changing the sense of civilian and police organization and realistic way to motivating.

Jini is a middle ware supposed in Sun Microsystems. The goal of lil is the establishment of dynamic distributed system, which can share information and control of other Jini technology-enabled services or devices in the same Jini system. Jini is one of the best middleware together UPnP and HAVi. Hone network security, soch as privacy protection, crime prevention, and etc, is very important. In this paper, I tried to pursue health and social welfare together through medical convergence based on the main subject of a culture of convergence. Artists' drug accidents are never ending. Now Korea is also out of the drug cleansing country. it is impossible to get rid of them with the national public power. It is time for a treatment plan for these. They need a certain period of time and regular periods of rest and control over sports. Our humanities are researching to understand the changing human images of today. In parallel, medical convergence will also have to be transformed in various ways for human healing. Recently, we can see the case of healing with the combination of oriental medicine, natural healing and western medicine. Furthermore, the structure of medical convergence for the fight against disease can be analyzed as an example. South Korea is also preparing for various convergence programs focusing on natural sciences such as engineering, medical care, and the environment. In order to prevent drug addiction it is important to determine the department responsible for handling the problem of substance abuse. we need to improve the environment that they can be combined with Ondol therapy and natural healing therapies. Furthermore, I expect that fusion medicine will contribute to improving the quality of life of drug addicts and become a successful model to revitalize local economies in particular.

The intelligent home network system integrates various devices in the home into one communication network to provide information sharing, control, and operation environment between devices. This intelligent home network system operates around a home server. Home appliances in the era of the 4th industrial revolution will have numerous home servers in logical areas as the intelligent home network in the home accelerates. Therefore, the need for systematic management of home servers is emerging. We propose an agent system for efficient intelligent smart home server management. The agent system monitors the home server and operating environment for home server management of the intelligent smart home network. By referring to this monitored information, the service module of the home server is managed, and the home server is dealt with whether it is normal or not. In addition, by referring to the information collected by the service agent created in the group management server while migrating the home server, it is possible to deal with integrated meter reading, crime prevention, and topics. And when a new service is applied to the home server, it is registered in the management server and distributed to the home server through the agent, so that the intelligent smart home network can be efficiently managed.

This study analyzes 419 fake news items published in India, a fake-news-prone country, to identify the major themes, content types, and sources of social media fake news. The results show that fake news shared on social media has six major themes: health, religion, politics, crime, entertainment, and miscellaneous; eight types of content: text, photo, audio, and video, text & photo, text & video, photo & video, and text & photo & video; and two main sources: online sources and the mainstream media. Health-related fake news is more common only during a health crisis, whereas fake news related to religion and politics seems more prevalent, emerging from online media. Text & photo and text & video have three-fourths of the total share of fake news, and most of them are from online media: online media is the main source of fake news on social media as well. On the other hand, mainstream media mostly produces political fake news. This study, presenting some novel findings that may help researchers to understand and policymakers to control fake news on social media, invites more academic investigations of religious and political fake news in India. Two important limitations of this study are related to the data source and data collection period, which may have an impact on the results.

매년 1인 가구를 대상으로 한 범죄가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 지문인식, 스마트키와 같은 도어록 제품들이 출시되었지만 오히려 범죄에 악용되는 사례들이 발생하였다. 본 논문에서는 얼굴인식장치(face identifier, FI)를 통해 객체를 인식하고, 원격 도어록 관리자(remote door lock manager, RDM)를 통해 잠금제어부(locking control unit, LCU)를 관리하는 긴급 상황 인식 스마트 도어록을 제안한다. 사용자의 얼굴을 얼마나 빠르고 정확하게 인식하는지 속도와 신뢰도에 대한 테스트를 진행하였고, 긴급 상황 시 사용자가 안전하게 집으로 들어갈 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 제품을 통해 주거 침입, 스토킹 등 1인 가구 대상 범죄율과 도어록 악용 범죄율이 낮아질 것으로 사료된다.

Recently the characteristics of those who committed serious terrorist crimes are not directly related to the direct command system of a specific terrorist organization (ex. IS) but are influenced by the political propaganda of terrorist organizations online, Terrorist crime under the loose form of the terrorist organization. Therefore, this study suggests ways to improve countermeasures against terrorism in metropolitan subways. Although it is important for the prevention of terrorism in the subway, it is important for the police officers of the subway police and the special police officers of the railway to have a physical limit to take charge of them, and after confirming that improvement measures are necessary, And pointed out the possibility of establishing independent security departments where judicial and administrative control is not feasible to grant police rights. In addition, I pointed out how to improve the safety of subways in the metropolitan area through the recruitment of core job candidates and the identity survey during the subway operation. Furthermore, it was confirmed that a special council on terrorism, which can take into consideration the characteristics of subway terrorism, such as airports and ports, is required to be established in charge of terrorism prevention under the current Anti-Terrorism Act. Finally, it is once again emphasized that the strengthening of the powers of the counterparts to terrorism must inevitably limit the basic rights of the people, so the principle of proportionality must be observed in their activities.
