재난은 다양성, 복잡성, 불가측성 등으로 현대사회의 특성과 유기적 관계가 있기 때문에 그 관리의 효율성을 위해 다양한 접근과 복합적인 처방으로 대국민에게 재난의 불안을 해소해 주어야 한다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 사회안전을 위한 지능형 영상감시 분석시스템의 구축방안과 이의 응용과 그 활용성의 장단점을 검토하였으며, 향후 제안 서비스가 사회안전을 위한 영상감시 시스템으로써 종합적인 도시 관제기능을 수행하면서 국민의 안전을 보장하고, 범죄와 사고를 예방하며, 범법행위를 사전에 단속하여 공공시설물과 국민의 재산을 보호할 것으로 기대된다.

개개인의 사생활 보호와 인권존중이라는 명분하에 감시시스템에 대한 비판적 시각으로 인해 그동안 침체되었던 CCTV 시장이 911 테러 이후 보안에 대한 중요성 제고와 사회적 범죄 예방에 대한 의식변화로 인해 전 세계적으로 새로운 국면을 맡고 있는 상황에 국내의 첨단 IT기술과의 접목을 통한지능형 감시시스템으로의 변화를 꾀하고 있으며 원격지에서 사각지대 없이 촬영된 영상을 인터넷을 통하여 어느 지역에서도 실시간으로 감시 및 제어할 수 있어 연구하고자 한다.

This paper is concerned with an Internet of Things (IoT)-based unmanned home-delivery box system, in which the system is developed with a prototype using a weight sensor, shock sensor, the Arduino and Raspberry-Pi of open-source hardware platforms. The developed system provides several functions such as a safe storage means, prevention of delivery-theft, and remote control of the home-delivery box, etc. Specifically, the system recognizes the arrival of goods by detecting the weight of deliveries and sends the arrived message of deliveries to the recipient' smartphone, and also controls (i.e., open and close) the locker of the unmanned home-delivery box system remotely with the smartphone. Furthermore, the developed system provides automatically a warning alarm around the unmanned home-delivery box when an external shock is applied to the home-delivery box, and sends a message on the shock to the recipient' smartphone. The major functions of the developed home-delivery box system have been verified in a realistic environment, and confirmed to work well. With the application of the developed home-delivery box system to the homes and offices where recipients are always not to stay, it is expected to significantly improve the safety of delivered goods as well as to effectively prevent the delivery operatives posing as a crime.

범죄가 다양화, 지능화 되면서 시민과 함께하는 경찰활동이 강조됨에 따라 경찰활동에서 시민의 적극적인 참여에 대한 필요성이 대두되었다. 또한 사건 지향적 경찰활동에서 사건이 발생하는 문제를 해결하자는 문제지향적 경찰활동의 효과성이 인정되면서 우리나라도 그에 대한 활성화 필요성을 인식하게 되었다. 마지막으로 외부를 통제하는 게이티드 커뮤니티의 확산에 대응하는 경찰활동의 필요성과 게이티드 커뮤니티(Gated Community)의 확산에 대응하는 경찰활동의 필요성을 인식하여 Third Party Policing(TPP)의 도입 활용을 목적으로 하고 있다. 우리나라에서의 TPP의 활용을 위해 운영과정의 매뉴얼화, TPP를 위한 전담팀 구성, 시민과 경찰조직의 의식전환, 현실적인 동기부여 방안 등을 강구는 것이 본 연구의 초점이다.

Jini는 선 마이크로시스템즈에서 제안한 미들웨어 이다. Jini는 각종 디바이스나 소프트웨어들이 하나의 큰 시스템에 연결된 것처럼 서로 정보를 주고받고, 공유하고, 제어할 수 있는 동적인 분간 연합 시스템의 구축을 목표로 한다. Jini는 UPnP, HAVi와 함께 흠 네트워크의 주요 미들웨어로 꼽힌다. 홈 네트워크에서 프라이버시 보호, 방범, 둥의 보안은 아주 중요하며 이를 위하여 Jini에서도 시큐리티를 보강하여 2.0 버전을 2003년 11월에 발표하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Jini 2.0의 시큐리티 분석 및 이를 홈 네트워크에서의 보안과 연관지어 기술하고자 한다.

In this paper, I tried to pursue health and social welfare together through medical convergence based on the main subject of a culture of convergence. Artists' drug accidents are never ending. Now Korea is also out of the drug cleansing country. it is impossible to get rid of them with the national public power. It is time for a treatment plan for these. They need a certain period of time and regular periods of rest and control over sports. Our humanities are researching to understand the changing human images of today. In parallel, medical convergence will also have to be transformed in various ways for human healing. Recently, we can see the case of healing with the combination of oriental medicine, natural healing and western medicine. Furthermore, the structure of medical convergence for the fight against disease can be analyzed as an example. South Korea is also preparing for various convergence programs focusing on natural sciences such as engineering, medical care, and the environment. In order to prevent drug addiction it is important to determine the department responsible for handling the problem of substance abuse. we need to improve the environment that they can be combined with Ondol therapy and natural healing therapies. Furthermore, I expect that fusion medicine will contribute to improving the quality of life of drug addicts and become a successful model to revitalize local economies in particular.

The intelligent home network system integrates various devices in the home into one communication network to provide information sharing, control, and operation environment between devices. This intelligent home network system operates around a home server. Home appliances in the era of the 4th industrial revolution will have numerous home servers in logical areas as the intelligent home network in the home accelerates. Therefore, the need for systematic management of home servers is emerging. We propose an agent system for efficient intelligent smart home server management. The agent system monitors the home server and operating environment for home server management of the intelligent smart home network. By referring to this monitored information, the service module of the home server is managed, and the home server is dealt with whether it is normal or not. In addition, by referring to the information collected by the service agent created in the group management server while migrating the home server, it is possible to deal with integrated meter reading, crime prevention, and topics. And when a new service is applied to the home server, it is registered in the management server and distributed to the home server through the agent, so that the intelligent smart home network can be efficiently managed.

This study analyzes 419 fake news items published in India, a fake-news-prone country, to identify the major themes, content types, and sources of social media fake news. The results show that fake news shared on social media has six major themes: health, religion, politics, crime, entertainment, and miscellaneous; eight types of content: text, photo, audio, and video, text & photo, text & video, photo & video, and text & photo & video; and two main sources: online sources and the mainstream media. Health-related fake news is more common only during a health crisis, whereas fake news related to religion and politics seems more prevalent, emerging from online media. Text & photo and text & video have three-fourths of the total share of fake news, and most of them are from online media: online media is the main source of fake news on social media as well. On the other hand, mainstream media mostly produces political fake news. This study, presenting some novel findings that may help researchers to understand and policymakers to control fake news on social media, invites more academic investigations of religious and political fake news in India. Two important limitations of this study are related to the data source and data collection period, which may have an impact on the results.

매년 1인 가구를 대상으로 한 범죄가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 지문인식, 스마트키와 같은 도어록 제품들이 출시되었지만 오히려 범죄에 악용되는 사례들이 발생하였다. 본 논문에서는 얼굴인식장치(face identifier, FI)를 통해 객체를 인식하고, 원격 도어록 관리자(remote door lock manager, RDM)를 통해 잠금제어부(locking control unit, LCU)를 관리하는 긴급 상황 인식 스마트 도어록을 제안한다. 사용자의 얼굴을 얼마나 빠르고 정확하게 인식하는지 속도와 신뢰도에 대한 테스트를 진행하였고, 긴급 상황 시 사용자가 안전하게 집으로 들어갈 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 제품을 통해 주거 침입, 스토킹 등 1인 가구 대상 범죄율과 도어록 악용 범죄율이 낮아질 것으로 사료된다.

최근 중대한 테러범죄를 범한 자들의 특징은 특정 테러조직(ex. IS)의 직접적 지휘체계에 속한 것이 아니라, 테러조직의 프로파간다에 감화되거나, 기존 사회에서 적응하지 못한 자들이 IS를 비롯한 국제테러조직의 느슨한 형태의 지휘하에서 테러범죄를 범했다는 점이다. 또한 테러범죄자가 테러범죄를 범하려는 경우 취약한 연성목표물에 너무나도 쉽게 접근할 수 있음은 이미 널리 알려진 사실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지하철에서의 테러대응 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 우선적으로 지하철 내에서 테러예방은 사전 예방의 법리가 중요함에도 불구하고 지하철 경찰대 및 철도특별사법경찰관만으로 이를 담당하기에는 물리적 한계가 있어 개선방안이 필요함을 확인했지만, 일각에서 제시되는 바와 같이 지하철 보안관에게 사법경찰권을 부여하는 것은 타당하지 않고 사법적 행정적 통제가 이루어지는 독립 보안부서를 설치하는 방안에 대해 검토하였다. 또한 지하철 운영기관에서 핵심 보직자에 대한 채용 배속시 신원조사를 통한 지하철의 안전을 제고하는 방안에 대해 검토했다. 더 나아가 테러방지법상 테러예방을 위해 설치되는 전담조직에 공항, 항만 등처럼 지하철 테러의 특성을 고려할 수 있는 테러대책 협의회의 신설이 필요함을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 테러대응 기관의 권한 강화는 필연적으로 국민의 기본권을 제한할 우려가 있기 때문에 이들의 활동에 비례성의 원칙을 준수해야 함을 다시 한 번 강조하였다.
