With reasonable control selections on the space of functions, various application models can take the shape of a well-defined control system on mathematics. In the credibility space, controlability management of fuzzy differential equation is as much important issue as stability. This paper addresses exact controllability for fuzzy differential equations in the credibility space in the perspective of Liu process. This is an extension of the controllability results of Park et al. (Controllability for the semilinear fuzzy integro-differential equations with nonlocal conditions) to fuzzy differential equations driven by Liu process.

In order to deal with the classification problems of type-2 fuzzy training samples on generalized credibility space. Firstly the type-2 fuzzy training samples are reduced to ordinary fuzzy samples by the mean reduction method. Secondly the definition of strong fuzzy linear separable data for type-2 fuzzy samples on generalized credibility space is introduced. Further, by utilizing fuzzy chance-constrained programming and classic support vector machine, a support vector machine based on type-2 fuzzy training samples and established on generalized credibility space is given. An example shows the efficiency of the support vector machine.

미국은 사이버전장을 육군, 해군, 공군, 우주군 다음으로 제5의 전장으로 선포하였다. 국가 사이버전쟁은 물리적 전쟁과 달리 아군과 적군이 구별되지 않고, 공격선과 방어선의 경계가 모호하다. 따라서 국가 사이버전쟁을 위해서는 사이버상에서 수행되는 모든 명령전달정보에 대한 신뢰성을 확인하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 국가 사이버전쟁을 위해서 수행되는 명령들을 확인하고, 정보의 신뢰성을 위해서 지구와 달과 화성을 포함한 우주에 공인 IPv6를 부여하고, Stealth기능을 탑재한 LINK관절을 사용하여, 명령정보의 신뢰성을 확보하는 방안을 연구한다.

In possibility framework, we propose two risk measures named Fuzzy Value-at-Risk and Fuzzy Conditional Value-at-Risk, based on Credibility measure. Two portfolio optimization models for fuzzy portfolio selection problems are formulated. Then a chaos genetic algorithm based on fuzzy simulation is designed, and finally computational results show that the two risk measures can play a role in possibility space similar to Value-at-Risk and Conditional Value-at-Risk in probability space.

본 논문에서는 저궤도 소형인공위성에서 위성의 각 부에 전원을 공급하기 위한 리튬이온 배터리 시스템의 신뢰성 확보를 위해 수행한 우주인증시험들의 결과를 나타내었다. 리튬이온 배터리 시스템의 신뢰성을 검증하기 위하여 구조해적, 성능시험, 우주 및 발사환경에서의 환경시험 등을 수행하였다. 모든 해석 및 시험 결과가 요구조건에 만족함을 보임으로써 리튬이온 배터리를 적용한 소형인공위성의 신뢰성을 검증하고 제고할 수 있었다.

In this paper, we study existence of extremal solutions for fuzzy differential equations driven by Liu process. To show extremal solutions, we define partial ordering relative to fuzzy process. This is an extension of the results of Kwun et al. [5] and Rodríguez-López [13] to fuzzy differential equations in credibility space.

In this manuscript, we prove the existence of the coupled coincidence point by using g-couplings in multiplicative metric spaces (MMS). Further we show that existence of a fixed point in ordered MMS having t-property. Finally, some examples and application are presented for attesting to the credibility of our results.

저고도 위성을 지향성 아테나로 추적하면서 위성의 공전에 의한 도플러 효과를 관측할 수 있다. 도플러 추적자료를 확장 칼만 필터의 알고리즘을 이용하여 처리함으로써 실시간으로 위성의 궤도를 결정할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전파연구소에서 관측한 NOAA-11호의 도플러 추적자료를 확장 칼만 필터의 알코리즘을 이용하여 궤도요소를 구해 보았고 알고리즘의 정밀도와 신뢰도를 알아 보았다.

Okazaki(1997)의 2색(V와B)의 광전측광에 의한 광도곡선을 Wilson and Devinney모델을 이용하여 T LMi의 광전궤도요소를 구하였으며 지금까지 발표된 이 별의 극심시각을 문헌으로 수집하여 궤도공전주기변화를 분석하였다.T LMi의 공전주기 변화는 simusoidal한 주기변화를 나타내며 그 진폭은 $0.^{d}0425$ 이고 장주기변화는 $62.^{y}01$ 로 나타났다. 한편, 이번 연구에서 얻어진 T LKi의 물리적 성질에 따르면 이 별은 "R CMa" 형으로 분류한다는 것은 재검토가 있어야 하겠다.검토가 있어야 하겠다.

We present optical follow-up observation results of three binary black hole merger (BBH) events, GW190408 181802, GW190412, and GW190503 185404, which were detected by the Advanced Ligo and Virgo gravitational wave (GW) detectors. Electromagnetic (EM) counterparts are generally not expected for BBH merger events, however, some theoretical models suggest that EM counterparts of BBH can possibly arise in special environments. To identify EM counterparts of the three BBH merger events, we observed high-credibility regions of the sky with telescopes of the Gravitational-wave EM Counterpart Korean Observatory (GECKO), including the Korea Microlensing Telescope Network (KMTNet). Our observation started as soon as 100 minutes after the GW event alert and covered roughly 29 - 63 deg2 for each event with a depth of 22.5 mag in R-band within hours of observation. No plausible EM counterparts were found for these events. Our result gives a great promise for the GECKO facilities to find EM counterparts within few hours from GW detection in future GW observation runs.
