창의력 계발을 위한 학습게임의 설계 (Design of Educational Game for Development of Creativity)

  • 최근 초등학교 교육과정은 빠르게 변화하는 현대사회에 발맞추어 종합적인 문제해결능력을 갖춘 창의적 인간을 요구한다. 이에 따라 학습자의 재미와 흥미를 끌어 교육적 효과를 높이고, 창의력을 계발할 수 있는 에듀테인먼트 콘텐츠의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문의 목적은 창의력을 계발할 수 있는 학습게임을 설계하고자 하는 것이다. 연구방법으로 먼저, 창의력의 개념과 다중지능 이론을 토대로 종합적인 문제해결능력을 키울 수 있는 학습게임의 교육적 요소를 도출하고, 만화와 게임의 형식을 접목시켜 게임의 재미 요소를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 언어적 시각적 수리적 논리적 분석적 창의력 등 5가지로 창의력 학습영역을 설정하고 각각 3가지의 세부영역을 가지도록 난이도를 조정하여 학습과정을 설계하였으며, 아바타, 미션수행, 시간제한, 점수획득 등 4가지의 재미요소와 결합시킴으로써 학습게임의 제작방향을 제시하였다.

창의·인성교육의 현장 실천도 및 효과성에 관한 교사들의 인식 분석 (A Study on Analysis of Teachers' Recognition on Field Practice and Effectiveness of Creativity and Character Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate teachers' recognition on field practice and effectiveness of creativity and character education. This study used post tests to examine the effects of teacher training for creativity and character education on 451 teachers. The results were as follows. Firstly, the average in satisfaction of teacher training for creativity and character education was 4.65 for elementary teachers and 4.35 for secondary teachers in summer, and 4.55 for elementary teachers and 4.42 for secondary teachers in winter. Secondly, effectiveness of teacher training on creativity and character education was showed highly as more than 4.0 and was higher in winter than in summer. Thirdly, in the case of field practice and effectiveness of teacher training for creativity and character education, the average of elementary teachers(3,66) was higher in respect of educational environment than that of secondary teachers(3.20) and the averages of elementary teachers and secondary teachers were 3.85 and 3.42 in respect of subject activity, respectively. In practising creativity and character education, it was analyzed that both elementary(ave. 3.89) and secondary(ave. 3.84) teachers went through some difficulties for curriculum reconstruction, development of instructional model, program development, and human and physical supports.

창의성 경로 척도(Creativity Path Inventory)의 개발 및 타당화 (Development and Validity of Creativity Path Inventory (CPI))

  • 창의적 잠재력이 실현된 재능으로 발달하는 과정은 복합적이고 비선형적이다. 이러한 특성은 단기적으로 어떤 문제를 해결해야 하는 상황에서보다 장기적으로 창의적인 삶을 살아가야 하는 과정에서 더욱 두드러진다. 본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 창의적 과정 이론 중 하나인 Sawyer의 Zigzag 모델을 토대로 창의성 경로 척도(CPI: Creativity Path Inventory)를 개발하고 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 이에 모델의 각 단계 특성을 반영한 8요인 88문항을 개발하였으며, 문항분석과 구인 타당도 검증 과정을 통해 최종 7요인(생각해내기, 배우기, 궁금해하기, 도전하기, 되돌아보기, 구현하기, 연결하기) 38문항을 확정하였다. CPI 전체 38문항의 내적 합치도는 .835로 나타나 신뢰로운 척도임이 확인되었고, 최종 모형의 적합도 지수 역시 양호한 결과를 보였다. 신뢰도와 타당도가 입증된 CPI는 일상적 창의성의 관점에서 창의성을 발현하고자 하는 사람들이 자신의 강점과 약점을 스스로 점검함으로써 자기계발을 할 수 있도록 도움을 줄 것이다.

Study on the Development of a Fundamental course for Overcoming Blocks to Creativity in Design Education

  • In the midst of a continued discourse and development concerning design education and its impact on innovation and creativity, I believe that design education still holds the key to enhancing design methodology while increasing creativity by having students take on several creative roles in an interactive and enjoyable studio course. Clearly, there exist impediments that block the creative process in our standard track in design education; however, a course entitled "The Creative Workshop" can overcome such obstacles. Through this course, a student can learn the essential skills of a designer: inventive thinking, a sense of aesthetics, and a spirit of collaboration. In addressing each of the three essential elements, this course has devised role-plays in the way of projects. Simply put, students will be required to demonstrate and, therefore, express their unique creativity that may have otherwise gone muted. Such creative expression can take form in a low stakes, open forum that heralds the invaluable attribute in design such as creative freedom. As a result, the true spirit of creativity is fostered rather than mere aesthetics and styling. Moreover, through role plays, the focus shifts its center from design, allowing each student to explore the uncharted areas of one's own creativity which may come naturally to some extend while disconcerting to others. It may prove particularly uncomfortable for Korean students whose ideas about education have been directly connected to the strict and regimented school system that stresses adherence to standardization such as the national college entrance exam. This course, therefore, is aimed stretch the scope and scale of students' creativity as they learn to collaborate on role plays, utilizing diverse skills from various disciplines.

문제제기 수업이 수학 문제해결력과 창의력에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Problem Posing Teaching on Mathematical Problem-Solving Ability and Creativity)

  • I analyzed the effect of problem posing teaching and teacher-centered teaching on mathematical problem-solving ability and creativity in order to know the efffct of problem posing teaching on mathematics study. After we gave problem posing lessons to the 3rd grade middle school students far 28 weeks, the evaluation result of problem solving ability test and creativity test is as fellows. First, problem posing teaching proved to be more effective in developing problem-solving ability than existing teacher-centered teaching. Second, problem posing teaching proved to be more effective than teacher-centered teaching in developing mathematical creativity, especially fluency and flexibility among the subordinate factors of mathematical creativity. Thus, 1 suggest the introduction of problem posing teaching activity for the development of problem-solving ability and mathematical creativity.

  • This is a study for importance of creativity in design. In the modern industrial developments in Korea has brought increase of consumptional products, by this reason. we are interested in the advertising industry for purpose of booming currents. But Comparing with the development of general advertising industry, it is not so long that understanding of advertising design has become important problm and spacially importance of creativity. Therefore According as the usefulness of advertisement is growing, we are concerned of the study of advertising effects. Now creatived expression is required without a moment delay because of the point of discrimination about too many advertisements. So, Advertising design has a role of positive communication which is passed into the life of modern man deeply. So for the dffective and impactive communication in the short time and on the limit space against implicative message, the study for importance of creativity in advertising expression has common purpose contact floody advertising everyday. Therefore this thesis try to seek Strategies of creativity in order to effective advertising expression.

수학적 창의성 영재교육 프로그램의 개발과 실제 (Development and Practice of Gifted and Talented Education Programs for the Mathematical Creativity)

  • 본 연구에서는 전개도에 관한 open-ended 문제를 소재로 수학적 창의성 영재교육 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적은 수업실제를 고려하여 수학적 창의성의 요소를 범주화하고, 이를 반영한 교육 프로그램을 설계하는데 있다. 이를 위해 2006년과 2009년부터 2014년에 걸쳐 부산, 경남, 경북 소재의 영재교육대상자 205명 - 초등 6학년에서 중학교 2학년까지 - 에게 수업을 실시하였다. 프로그램은 대상 학생, 교육 환경에 따라 수정 보완되었는데, 본 연구에서는 그 과정과 적용 결과를 살펴본다. 학생들의 산출물과 행동반응은 프로그램의 질적 발전을 가져왔으며, 학생들은 프로그램 개발의 참여자라는 인식을 가지게 되었다. 이러한 결과물들은 본 교육 프로그램의 효용성과 함께 수학적 창의성 교육 프로그램 개발의 지향점을 시사한다.

일부 응급구조과 학생들의 창의성과 문제해결능력에 관한 연구 (A Study on Creativity and Problem-Solving of the EMT Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the creativity and problem-solving of EMT students in Gwangju Metropolitan City. Data was collected by self-reported questionnaire from 106 EMT students from December 1, to December 20, 2008, Data collected were analyzed by technical statistics and correlation analysis using $SPSS/PC^+$ 12.0 program, The results were as follows : 1. The subjects were 49 males (46%) and 57 females (54%). 2. According to gender characteristics and creativity of the subjects, there were not significant differences(t = 1.02, p = .312). To gender characteristics and problem-solving of the subjects, male were higher grade more than female and there were significant differences(t = 2.04, p = .044). 3. According to age characteristics and creativity of the subjects, there were not significant differences(F = 8.73, p = .421). To age characteristics and problem-solving of the subjects, there were not significant differences(F = 2.314, p = .104). 4. There was positive correlation between creativity and problem-solving(r = .489, p = .000). Therefore, these findings showed that more studies needed about creativity and problem-solving on EMT students and creative problem-solving programs be started for these EMT students in order to development their creativity and problem-solving.

Linking Intrinsic Motivation to Employee Creativity: The Role of Empowering Leadership

  • This research aimed to explore the relationship between the challenge and enjoyment dimensions of intrinsic motivation and employee creativity at an individual level. Besides, the study focused on investigating the moderating role of empowering leadership in promoting employee creativity at work. In particular, in the context of Vietnam's electricity industry, the power generation stage faces significant challenges, forcing to innovate and restructure strongly to respond flexibly to the requirements of the electricity market development in Vietnam as well as gradually integrate with other countries in Southeast Asia. The authors used structural equations modeling (SEM) combined with Hayes' moderator variable analysis method (2017) based on primary data. The data included 550 questionnaires from technicians, engineers, and experts directly involved in the operation and production of 36 power generation businesses Vietnam. The results showed the relationship between the enjoyment dimension of intrinsic motivation and employee creativity is not statistically significant, which partly explains the instability of the link between intrinsic motivation and employee creativity. Meanwhile, the challenge dimension is positively associated with employee creativity, but this relationship is more robust in empowering leadership. The study also indicated the challenge dimension of intrinsic motivation is an important predictor of employee creativity.
