Possession of digital design methods significantly expands the opportunities for professional activities of qualified workers. The purpose of our study was to study the impact of pedagogical conditions on the formation of design competence of future qualified workers in a group work. We have identified a set of pedagogical conditions that promote the development of professionally oriented artistic and technical creativity of workers in the conditions of curricular and extracurricular activities, which include motivational-target, procedural-semantic, organizational-technological, and subject-oriented. It is shown that the formation of design competence is determined by motivational, informational-active and reflection criteria, which are aimed at motivational-value, cognitive, operational-active, creative, social and emotional components of this competence. The methodology of the research is highlighted, which includes the use of the following methods: determination of the personality's motivational sphere in order to identify strong and weak motives of students activity; multiple intelligence to identify students talents in the direction of practical intelligence, which is important for design competence; determining the level of creative activity to identify manifestations of students creative abilities; identifying the type of students innovative thinking in order to develop motivation for success; factor-criterion model, developed on the basis of a qualimetric approach, which is used to identify the level of design competence formation in accordance with its components. The results of the study showed that the creation of separate pedagogical conditions in the institution of vocational education and training (VET) had a positive impact on the development of design competence, which shows the potential of artistic and technical design in the development of professional creativity of future qualified workers taking into account the environmental approach.

  • In the present context of systemic global crisis, this paper focuses on a sustainable society. Throughout the World there are vast members of the unemployes. A secure job lasting a lifetime has become more and more rare. Nowadays majority of jobs are part-time or temporary. $Andr{\acute{e}}$ Gorz found a solution in a policy of the progessive reduction in labor time. This is the potential which automated production opens up for a culture society. Nevertheless, Gorz's proposal is based on utopion ideals. This paper focuses on a dynamic force for a culture society, especially art, learning and the third sector. Adrienne Goehler underlines that a culture in the broad sense of the word produces economical and social productivity. In this connection Goehler give attention to 'Cultrual Creatives' and the Creative Class. Cultural creatives are comprised of people who have participated in the process of creating a new culture with enlightened creativity. The Creative Class is a class of workers whose job is to create economic growth through innovation. Creativity is important for a sustainable society. Gore and Rifkin both come close to the ecological thinking. Gore claims that ecosystem of nature have a self-organizing capacity. In this context tried to prove this article that ecosystem is closely connected with a creative environment.

  • Due to COVID-19, organizations are rapidly changing the way they work by providing telecommuting and flexible work, and by expanding Smart Work spaces. In a Smart Work situation, workers have improved their job autonomy to choose their work methods, hours, and places. However, previous studies do not reflect the Smart Work situation and there are limitations to still using the previous job autonomy concept and measurements. To overcome these problems, this study derived job autonomy types such as methods, scheduling, criteria, time, and place applicable to Smart Work environments and verified that the five types of job autonomy have a statistically significant positive effect on Smart Workers' creative behavior. This study is meaningful in that it categorized job autonomy into five types applicable to Smart Work by adding temporal and spatial flexibility to the traditional job autonomy concept such as method, scheduling, and criteria autonomy and provided the basis for subdividing and evaluating the operation performance of Smart Work through multi-dimensional job autonomy verification.
