  • 21세기 정보화 세계화 사회에서 창의적이고 자율적인 인간양성을 위한 교육개혁으로 창의적 인재양성, 자기주도적 학습능력 배양이 강조되어지고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 제주지역 농어촌의 경우 인구 집중이 도시로 이루어지면서 농어촌의 인구가 감소되어지고 그러한 결과로 소규모 학교는 통폐합이되면서 교육여건은 악화되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 제주지역 농어촌 교육문제를 해소하여 학생들의 이농현상을 줄일 수 있으며, 창의적이고 자기주도적인 학습 능력을 배양할 수 있는 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 느끼게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 도시와 농어촌의 서로 다른 교육여건에 기반하여 교육내용을 특성화함으로써 제주지역 농어촌 학생의 창의적 문제해결력 향상을 위한 통섭적 활동 모형과 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 이론적 고찰을 하였다. 도시와 농어촌의 학력격차를 해소하기 위해서는 농어촌 학생에게 적절한 교육내용과 활동으로 재편성하여 가르칠 필요가 있다. 특히 제주도는 농촌과 어촌, 도시형이 특별히 구분되어지는 것이 아니라 하나의 통합된 생활문화의 특징을 가지고 있다. 앞으로 본 연구의 이론적 고찰을 바탕으로 제주지역 농어촌 학생들의 일상적인 생활환경에서 접하게 되는 다양한 활동 속에서 창의적으로 문제해결을 할 수 있도록 통섭적 활동 모형과 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하게 되면 학생의 역량을 강화시키고 잠재해 있는 창의적 문제해결력을 개발하여 학력향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study at gifted students' solving ability of the given study task by using all knowledge and tools which encompass mathematical contents and curriculums, and developing the teaching learning materials of gifted students in accordance with their level which tan enhance their mathematical thinking ability and develop creative idea. With these considerations in mind, this paper sought for the standard and procedures of teaching learning materials development according to the levels for the education of the mathematically gifted students. presented the procedure model of material development, produced teaching learning methods according to levels in the task of figurate number, and developed prototypes and examples of teaching learning materials for the mathematically gifted students. Based on the prototype of teaching learning materials for the gifted students in mathematics in accordance with their level, this research developed the materials for students and materials for teachers, and performed the modification and complement of material through the field application and verification. It confirmed various solving processes and mathematical thinking levels by analyzing the figurate number tasks. This result will contribute to solving the study task by using all knowledge and tools of mathematical contents and curriculums that encompass various mathematically gifted students, and provide the direction of the learning contents and teaching learning materials which can promote the development of mathematically gifted students.

  • Korean fashion industry is not exceptional in terms of positive offense of multinationals and management circumstance of corporations which is changeful momentarily. Accelerated by continuous industry growth and particular policy to promote fashion industry, Korean fashion industry has been inflated quantitatively. In this paper the author presents a effective model which is applicable to the area of outsourcing in Korean men's wear industry incomplete and non-systematic. Studying and analyzing the state of outsourcing in other industries which use advanced outsourcing systems, the author suggests how to customize their advanced systems to men's wear industry. For the successful outsourcing, fashion brands have to recognize the specialized ability of outsourcing companies, go into partnership with them horizontally and concede their own value, not only for cost reduction. On the other hand, outsourcing companies should mediate between two parties, fashion brands and manufacturers, have the ability to create new designs, be able to present merchandises that fashion brands want, invest money in developing creative designs and new products which have good quality, and handle many manufactures specialized in their own areas to play an important role in mediating fashion brand sand manufactures. In this paper, the author tries to study forward direction of specialized outsourcing companies theoretically and is going to apply this theory to men's wear industry to make Korean fashion industry survive in international market successfully.

  • This paper identifies the factors affecting user satisfaction for the successful application of Smart-education in national defense recently at the national level and suggests the political implications through the empirical research to nurture creative talents globally. The study model was designed by setting the influencing factors on the user satisfaction of smart education. In order to verify the reliability of the measurement item, it was calculating the coefficient Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ and validity was verified by carrying out factor analysis. The empirical results of this doctoral dissertation as a Smart-education, factors affecting user satisfaction, content, management, internal organization, user characteristics, such as classified into five areas detailed factors as independent variables correlation analyzes were carried out factors influencing the most effective impact on training and user satisfactions were tested.

  • Recently, non-standard techniques of web like Active-X caused not only user inconvenience but also barriers to the business of Internet. The government recognized that the serious environmental situation of using Internet is needed to be improved. Especially, HTML5 convergence technology is meant to be a specific platform over the devices, users, and systems. It also means web standards to support more creative business service model and emerging market. In this paper, we performed a survey on Web standards compliance and web development professional level of domestic web developers. In addition, we present the basic direction of government policy of software and software-positive human resources policy, that is based on the analysis of the survey results. Our study will be able to contribute to construct policies to support digital convergence industry and to strengthen technical assistance and expertise to build training programs for the spread of global Web standards (HTML5).

  • The concept, means, value chain, the persons concerned and possible issues of game item trading in cash are analyzed in this study. The trading is characterized by not only being performed with its own unique business model but also causing issues related to delicate social problems, such as digital contents distribution, work place and gambling. The way of game item trading in cash and its value chain have been changed with game market growth for the past years. I analyzed in this article the new concept of game item trading in cash that is different from the past. Also, analysis on several issues related to game item trading in cash is conducted.

Development of Valuation Model on Trademark Rights for Intellectual Property Revitalization (지식재산권 활성화를 위한 기업상표권 가치평가 모형 개발)

  • Intellectual property rights play a key role in employment creation and income generation plays an important role, especially in the creative economy. Many companies are ultimately increasing efforts to boost the company's financial performance, such as maximizing profits by building a strong brand assets amid committed to brand management in this paradigm. Reasonable evaluation and commercialization of technology transactions, financial assistance, investment decisions, trademark brand value for the reactivation (revitalizing) for the purposes of M & A, litigation, brand strategy will be said to be very important. In spite of the importance, the awareness of the property and the capabilities to assess are hardly sufficient. Thus, this study, targeting companies with valid trademarks for value assessment, conducted case analysis by cost method and income approach; the analysis presented the result from 2.05 million by the cost method to 2.7 million by the income approach applied to a variable discount rate and adjustment contribution. However, now that the implication was drawn from a single company, further studies covering case study and application plan according to scale and type of diverse company groups should be continued.

Middle-School Programming Classes Utilizing App Inventor Game Creation and the Analysis of their Educational Outcomes (앱 인벤터 게임 작성을 활용한 중학생의 프로그래밍 수업 및 학습 성과 분석)

  • In many countries, recently computer programming eduction has become mandatory for K-12 students. Generally since programming is difficult for K-12 students to learn, a lot of previous works have been published in which the study motivation and class satisfaction increased when game programming was applied to programming classes. We investigated a research in which we used game programming in the programming classes for middle-school students, and analyzed educational effects. In this paper, we described the specification of the games and our class model that were applied in the research. Also, we analyzed changes made to computation thinking abilities, creative thinking abilities, and perceived support for programming after the programming classes. As a result, it was found that those abilities and the perceived support were increased. Additionally, we applied Havruta learning, a kind of paired learning, in the programming class, and have known that it increased the educational outcome with respect to the traditional method.

A Study on the Environment-Friendliness Evaluation of Sangsang Children's Park in Korea (국내 상상 어린이 공원의 친환경성 평가 연구)

  • Since Seoul city supplied 'Sangsang Children's Park', domestic children's parks are changing from formal facilities to creative play space recently. From eco-friendly safe playground model development project, the awareness of eco-friendly playground, namely children's park is increasing and its necessity is magnified. However, we could not know how well most children's parks aimed at the eco-friendly playground reflect eco-friendly features and whether they are eco-friendly or not because there are not the specific planning guidelines and evaluation standards for making the eco-friendly playground or children's park. Therefore, in this study we established the environment-friendliness evaluation standards of children's parks and estimated the environment-friendly features of the 9 parks built on the subject of green among Sangsang Children's Parks. In the observational survey of the 9 parks, we evaluated the environment-friendliness of these parks in the 8 fields(location and placement, ecological environment, play space, play equipment and facilities, additional facilities, materials and resources, energy saving, environmental load reduction) according to the levels(suitable, partial reflection, unsuitable, non-reflection) of reflection of eco-friendly planning factors. The assessment results showed that 4 items (location and placement, additional facilities, play space, play equipment and facilities) were suitable and others (energy saving, environmental load reduction, ecological environment, materials and resources) were partial reflection or unsuitable. Therefore, on the basis of these results, this study proposed the planning indicators to be considered first and the planning factors that should be complemented and improved in the construction of eco-friendly children's park in future.

Training Needs Analysis for Skill Assessor's Competency of Vocational Education Teachers in Korea (직업능력개발 훈련교사의 역량평가사로서의 훈련요구분석)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze training needs for skill assessor's competency of vocational education teachers in Korea. This research was conducted based on Russ-Eft's competency model for skill assessor. Data were gathered from 234 vocational education teachers over the country, and final respondents were 158 males and 73 females. As a result of analysis, reliability for expert (needs score 2.51), establishment for assessment management plan (needs score 2.11), management plan (needs score 2.08), and effective collaboration (needs score 2.07) have high developmental needs. On the other hand, recognition of a variety intention (needs score 1.01), observation of ethical standard (needs score 1.24), and personal relationship (needs score 1.76) have low developmental needs.
