A new chromatographic stationary phase has been prepared by cross polymerization between allylsilica and perallyloxycucurbit[6]uril and characterized by elemental analysis and FT-IR spectroscopy. The double endcapping has been proven to improve the separation efficiency of the cucurbituril-based stationary phase material. The first end-capping was carried out when allylsilica was made. The second end-capping was done as the final step of the whole process, and the use of a mixture of hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS) and trimethylchlorosilane (TMCS) as an end-capping reagent was found better than the use of only HMDS or TMCS. Our stationary phase has shown generally good results in separation of nonpolar and polar analytes. This phase showed even better separation performance than the commercial C18 phase for the case where hostguest chemistry was properly incorporated in solute retention.

This study analyzed the effects of fashion companies' organizational types on job satisfaction and organization commitment of fashion designer. As well as this study analyzed the differences the organizational types, job satisfaction and organization commitment by the gender and age of fashion designer. A survey was conducted from January 5 to 30 in 2015, among fashion companies' designer of Seoul metropolitan area. And 238 responses were used in the data analysis. As a result, fashion companies' organizational types was composed of five factors(coordinating leader organization, group creative organization, external innovators' collaborative organization, bureaucratic hierarchy organization, integrative thinking leader organization). Job satisfaction of fashion designer was composed of three factors(work satisfaction, employment satisfaction, relationship satisfaction), and organization commitment was composed of two factors(affective commitment, calculative commitment). The coordinating leader organization and integrative thinking leader organization positively influenced the work satisfaction, but the bureaucratic hierarchy organization negatively influenced the work satisfaction. The coordinating leader organization and group creative organization positively influenced the employment and relationship satisfaction. The group creative organization and external innovators' collaborative organization positively influenced the affective and calculative commitment, but the bureaucratic hierarchy organization negatively influenced the affective commitment. In addition, there were significant differences in the coordinating leader organization, integrative thinking leader organization, employment and relationship satisfaction by the gender. And there were significant differences in the group creative organization, bureaucratic hierarchy organization, affective and calculative commitment by the age.
This study focuses on the analysis of Baudelaire's aesthetic perspective which has established a theoretical basis on research of the critical reviews' salon exhibitions as written by Baudelaire. Charles Pierre Baudelaire(1821-1867) having lived during the latter part of Neo-classicism and the era of Romanticism and Impressionism, Baudelaire displayed opposition to customary realities such as social ideology or religious authority that suppressed human nature. Also he pioneered a new genre known as art criticism and wrote much that provided important insights on the essential elements of artistic work, modernity and trend, as well as art definition and art categories. The aesthetic perspective and creative spirit were formed by Baudelaire, during his age were also reconfirmed in the successive ages of modernism and postmodernism. As such, this study sheds light on how Baudelaire's aesthetic perspective was not only temporarily assertion but it is consistently applied to modern art and fashion area. What is more important that, Baudelaire admired new artificial beauty that is created by the human soul liberated from natural instincts or desires. Especially, informed by strangeness and distinctiveness, Baudelaire's view of fashion ran along the same vein as his view of art, and these views form the basis of that creative spirit which situated western fashion on a center of the world. In conclusion, the research on Baudelaire's aesthetic perspective will reaffirm a firm awareness of the creative spirit essential to globally-oriented creative artists and designers who work within the circumstance of the 21st century, a time when the paving of new aesthetic paths is necessary. The research also offers a clear understanding of the aesthetic values demanded by this age.
The development process from creative potential to realized talent is complex and non-linear. This feature of the process stands out more in the process of living a creative life in the long-term rather than in a situation to solve certain problems in the short-term. The purpose of this study is to develop Creativity Path Inventory (CPI) for undergraduate students based on Sawyer's Zigzag Model which is one of creative process theories and to verify reliability and validity of the inventory. Thus, reflecting the characteristics of each stage of the model, this study developed 88 items in 8 factors and finally confirmed 38 items in 7 factors through item analysis and verification process on construct validity. Internal consistency of a total of 38 items in CPI turned out to be .835, confirming the reliability of the inventory and goodness-of-fit index of the final model also demonstrated an appropriate result. CPI with verified reliability and validity will help enable people who want to manifest creativity in view of everyday creativity to realize self-improvement by self-reporting their strengths and weaknesses on their own.
This study aims to develop a scientific creativity task which science-gifted elementary students can conduct on a field trip to a botanical garden, and to analyze the results from conducting the task. For this, 38 science-gifted fifth-graders from the Science-Gifted Education Center, located at the Office of Education, participated in a field trip to a botanical garden, as a part of their program. Prior to the program, researchers developed a scientific creativity task for outdoor education program, along with science education specialists and teachers. The tasks were to observe plants, and to create something new and useful, or, in other words, scientifically creative, based on the plants' characteristics. The students could submit at most three ideas. Also, they assessed their own ideas, and selected an idea that they thought was the most creative. The results were analyzed by using the scientific creativity formula. The main findings from this study are as follows. First, it was found that the scientific creativity formula had an upward bias in assessing originality. Second, the students tended to assess the usefulness of their own ideas more generously. Third, the correlation between self-assessment results and scores from the scientific creativity formula for originality was r=.43. Fourth, in formula-based assessments, the correlation between originality scores and usefulness scores was relatively high, at r=.56. Fifth, the correlation between a student's scientific creativity score and the number of his or her ideas was very low, at r=.23. Sixth, when the ideas chosen as the most creative by students were compared with the ideas that had the highest scores in formula-based assessments, it was shown that 8 out of 19 students (42.1%) did not choose the idea that appeared to be the most creative when graded by the formula. This study is concluded by discussing the lessons from the scientific creativity task analysis for primary science education and gifted education.
Creativity is a rising topic in the current society. The emphasis on creativity is valued as a key factor for success in all areas including but not limited to politics, economy, culture, arts and design. The field of Fashion design is probably one of the few areas that talk about creativity as a necessary quality to survive. The purpose of this study is to introduce TRIZ(Teoriya Reshniya Izobretatelsskikh Sadatch) as a theoretical tool to generate creativity in fashion design. TRIZ is a creative method of problem solving based on data analysis of outcomes invented by engineering. The fundamental concept of TRIZ has been researched through documentary studies, and practical case studies of product designs are used. Fashion design cases from Comme des Garcons by Rei Kawakubo are used to apply TRIZ in fashion design. Rei Kawakubo's design philosophy has been studied through fashion writings and visual sources in books, exhibition catalog, www. style. com and online shopping mall sites. This study has selected four principles among forty inventive theories of TRIZ: segmentation; asymmetry; consolidation; and preliminary action to apply to Rei Kawakubo's fashion design. As a result, TRIZ can be applicable to fashion design as a creative thinking methodology. By using the four principles of TRIZ, this study shows how Rei Kawakubo's design enhanced its efficiency and aesthetics of the products and was distinguished from existing items. It is meaningful to demonstrate a possibility of adopting engineering based creative methodology in fashion design to widen the perspective and to raise a question for the need of interdisciplinary creative methodology with traditional aesthetic approach in fashion design.
The importance of communication which is oriented to interaction, fusion and connection is more increased in the post-information society. The information environment is already realized as interface to reach immediately and freely to the databased information and knowledge. The contemporary libraries execute very important roles as an intellectual infra of modern times to deliver the great human achievement and create new culture. In the mean time, the rapid information-oriented society and the development of digital technology bring out big change in the traditional dispatch and receipt method of information. For this reason, libraries as the community space of visitors integrates physical space - electronic space and reconstructs new temporary culture and value to build the new interface that connects human to human, human to space and human to information. On the premise of these awareness, this study analysis the creative interface factor of Tama Art University New Libraries in Ito Toyo in order to research the function and the application method of modern libraries. And the results are follows. 1)We can make sure the significance of communication and the integration consciousness between digital technology and analogue sensitivity that is the characteristic of the post-information society. 2)We can classify for the creative interface factors by the character as space factor(Arcade, Gallery, Lounge, AV Booth, Cafe), facility/equipment factor(Laboratory, Media, Bar, Info Shelf, Media Seat) and furniture factor(Carrel, Desk, Mag Table, XI Shelf). 3)We can see that these interface factors change the stream of library users and that the library is constructed for library users to create and discovery something easily from books and modern technologies. And we can realize also that these factors are creative installation to lead out naturally the latent liberty sense of users.

Newly-designed high-rise buildings, both in China and abroad, have demonstrated new innovations from the creative concept to the creative method. from the creative concept to the creative method. At the same time, digital technology has enabled more design freedom in the vertical dimension. "Twisting" has gradually become the morphological choice of many city landmark buildings in recent years. The form seems more likely to be driven by the interaction of aesthetics and structural engineering. Environmental performance is often a secondary consideration; it is typically not simulated until the evaluation phase. Based on the research results of "DigitalFUTURE Shanghai 2017 Workshop - Wind Tunnel Visualization", an approach that can be employed by architects to design environmental-performance buildings during the early stages has been explored. The integration of a dynamic form-finding approach (DFFA) and programming transforms the complex relationship between architecture and environment into a dialogue of computer language and dynamic models. It allows the design to focus on the relationship between morphology and the surrounding environment, and is not limited to the envelope form itself. This new concept of DFFA in this research consists of three elements: 1) architectural form; 2) integration of wind tunnel and dynamic models; and 3) environmental response. The concept of wind tunnel testing integrated with a dynamic model fundamentally abandons the functional definition of the traditional static environment simulation analysis. Instead it is driven by integral environmental performance as the basic starting point of morphological generation.

In this paper, we propose an algorithm that select efficient relay nodes using information of network environment and nodes. The proposed algorithm can be used changeable weight factors as following network environment in node density. The routing protocols adopting store-carry-forward method are used for solving network problems occurred by unstable end-to-end connection in Delay Tolerant Networks(DTNs). Exiting DTN routing algorithms have problems that large latency and overhead because of deficiency of network informations. The proposed algorithm could be provide a solution this problems using changeable weight factor and prediction of network environment. Thus, selected relay nodes work efficiently in unstable and stressed network environment. Simulation results show that enhancement performance as overhead, delivery ratio, average latency compared to exiting DTN routing algorithm.
