When there is a missing value in the raw data, if ignore the missing values and proceed with the analysis, the accuracy decrease due to the decrease in the number of sample. The method of imputation and analyzing patterns and significant values can compensate for the problem of lower analysis quality and analysis accuracy as a result of bias rather than simply removing missing values. In this study, we proposed to study irregular data patterns and missing processing methods of data using machine learning techniques for the study of correction of missing values. we would like to propose a plan to replace the missing with data from a similar past point in time by finding the situation at the time when the missing data occurred. Unlike previous studies, data correction techniques present new algorithms using DNN and KNN-MLE techniques. As a result of the performance evaluation, the ANAE measurement value compared to the existing missing section correction algorithm confirmed a performance improvement of about 0.041 to 0.321.

Fashion trends are actively disseminated through social media, which influences both their propagation and consumption. This study explored how users perceive subversive basic fashion in social media videos, by examining the associated concepts and characteristics. In addition, the factors contributing to the style's social media dissemination were identified and its distinctive features were analyzed. Through text mining analysis, 80 keywords were selected for semantic network and CONCOR analysis. TF-IDF and N-gram results indicate that subversive basic fashion involves transformative design techniques such as cutting or layering garments, emphasizing the body with thin fabrics, and creating bold visual effects. Topic modeling suggests that this fashion forms a subculture that resists mainstream norms, seeking individuality by creatively transforming the existing garments. CONCOR analysis categorized the style into six groups: forward-thinking unconventional fashion, bold and unique style, creative reworking, item utilization and combination, pursuit of easy and convenient fashion, and contemporary sensibility. Consumer actions, linked to social media, were shown to involve easily transforming and pursuing personalized styles. Furthermore, creating new styles through the existing clothing is seen as an economic and creative activity that fosters network formation and interaction. This study is significant as it addresses language expression limitations and subjectivity issues in fashion image analysis, revealing factors contributing to content reproduction through user-perceived design concepts and social media-conveyed fashion characteristics.

Outcome of election depends on which candidate of politics uses more original and creative idea for Ads and PR of election in election campaign strategy of political campaign. Especially, since political Ads and PR are the ways of capturing voters' sensitivities with one line of copy(slogan) and one image, Ads and PR are very important. This research analyzes unique and creative trend of political campaigns which are used in each unit election which is held four times(2010. 6 2 local election, 2011. 10 26 by-election, 2012. 4 11 general election, 2012. 12 19 presidential election) during 2010~2012. For analysis, search analysis of text and image used in video, internet, booklet type of Ads and PR material for election, and election campaign. Video is used in election campaign during election period. Unique and creative political campaign is customized micro-marketing election strategy trend which tries to fit for tendency of backing including gender, age group, social atmosphere, etc. This research excludes the degree of success of this election strategy from subject of analysis.

Developing middle and high students' information literacy and creative problem-solving skills in this information-oriented society is very important and for this reason, the subject of informatics has been established. However, little research on creative problem solving literacy of informatics textbooks has been conducted. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to quantitatively analyze whether 'problem-solving methods and procedures' parts in informatics textbooks in middle schools present creative problem solving literacy or not and in what degree. Data were quantitatively analyzed using the Gil-Su Choi method. The result of data analysis indicated that all the textbooks turned out to be correct range in the category of the "composition of various learning activities," but got out of range in some categories such as "problem-solving process reflection" and "problem-solving strategy proposal". Also a few textbooks haven't satisfied in important indexes and activities. So, we suggest that more 'problem-solving process reflection' and 'problem-solving strategy proposal' parts should be included in the informatics textbook and more various forms of learning activities be utilized well as the ratio of activities needed primary and high mental processes be kept the balance.

Schisandra chinensis is a traditional herbal medicine that is widely spread in Korea, Japan, and China. The fruits of S. chinensis Bailon, known as omija in Korea, have traditionally been used for the treatment of coughs, fatigues, and insomnia. Up to now, there have been several reports for the identification of major lignan compounds and their quantitation in S. chinensis extracts. To the best of our knowledge, however, there is no report on the analysis of lignans in omija wine and omija cheong (sugared omija or omija sugar syrup). In the present study, seven dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans (gomisin A, gomisin B, gomisin C, gomisin N, schisandrin, deoxyschisandrin, and wuweizisu C) in omija wine and omija cheong were analyzed and quantitated using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Among seven lignans, pharmacologically active gomisin A, schisandrin, and deoxyschisandrin, which are major components in fruits of S. chinensis, were the most abundant lignans in omija wine and cheong. The content of lignan in omija wine was in the order: schisandrin > gomisin A > deoxyschisandrin > gomisin N > gomisin B > gomisin C > wuweizisu C. The concentration of deoxyschisandrin and gomisin N in omija wine was approximately 2.0- and 6.0-fold higher than for omija cheong. Additionally, this study provided a systematic identification of lignans in omija wine and cheong and indicated that the omija wine and cheong might be of value for their dietary application.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the desirable direction toward the creative hand-on activities suitable for the characters of the technical high school students by examining the teachers' recognition of sub-factors of creative activities in technical high school and analysing whether the factors are properly utilized. Respondents of this study were 393 teachers at the Technical high school in South Korea. The questionnaire survey on the recognition of creative hand-on activities consisted of questions, which are importance and reflection, from 32 sections in 5 fields. The summary of the results through this study is as following. First, In the results of importance analysis of teachers in technical high school, in club activity field, 'the invention' of 'academic activity', 'film-art' in 'culture-art activity', 'challenge activity' in 'sports activity', 'school specialized major' in 'work practice activity', 'scout federation', 'Red Cross youth activity' in 'youth group activity' were seemed to be higher. Second, In the results of reflection analysis, it was found that the 'academy, culture-art', 'sports activity' fields were similarly reflected in importance thought by teachers in technical high school. However, for 'the work practice activity' and 'youth group activity', except 'the school specialized major', all fields are not properly reflected, independent of importance. For 'the work practice activity', analyses of importance and reflection seemed to be alike but for 'the youth group activity', there was a significant difference between them.

The multi scale wavelet-Galerkin method implemented in an adaptive manner has an advantage of obtaining accurate solutions with a substantially reduced number of interpolation points. The method is becoming popular, but its numerical efficiency still needs improvement. The objectives of this investigation are to present a new numerical scheme to improve the performance of the multi scale adaptive wavelet-Galerkin method and to give detailed implementation procedure. Specifically, the subdomain technique suitable for multiscale methods is developed and implemented. When the standard wavelet-Galerkin method is implemented without domain subdivision, the interaction between very long scale wavelets and very short scale wavelets leads to a poorly-sparse system matrix, which considerably worsens numerical efficiency for large-sized problems. The performance of the developed strategy is checked in terms of numerical costs such as the CPU time and memory size. Since the detailed implementation procedure including preprocessing and stiffness matrix construction is given, researchers having experiences in standard finite element implementation may be able to extend the multi scale method further or utilize some features of the multiscale method in their own applications.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the plans, which can creatively utilize Korean images by introducing the SCAMPER technique, one of the techniques used to create ideas in the fashion design process. For the research methods, the case study which collects all the masters' theses relating to the fashion design process applied Korean images for recent 10 years and the literature study through books, masters' theses, academic journals' theses, news articles, and Internet data were done together. As for the result of the study, the level of utilization of Korean images in the researches on Korean fashion designs stayed simple utilization, which used a motif as it is in its original form or changed only the size. Furthermore, of the 39 theses reviewed in the study, 59% of them used less than 3 of the 7 SCAMPER items. Therefore, it could be said that the Korean images are restrictively being used in the fashion design studies. If SCAMPER is to be actively utilized as a design process in the future, it is expected that it will make great contributions to the development of creative Korean fashion design.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Jeju beach science camp program and to survey the participating students'' preference levels for the activities included therein. The camp programs were analyzed on the basis of the standards set for the HASA curriculum. The program's "manipulatory skill" area included many manipulatory and creative activities while the "inquiry area" included many basic and integrated inquiry activities. It was also indicated that the "knowledge area" included many activities appropriate for understanding concepts and principles while the "attitude area" included many activities appropriate for stimulating curiosity and enjoyment. Thus, it could be seen that the areas stipulated for the HASA curriculum were considerably consistent with the purpose of the science camp. The participating students showed preference for manipulatory and creative activities included in the program. They also preferred basic, inquiry level activities included under the area of "inquiry skills." It was identified that the students most preferred the conceptual stage included under the area of "knowledge" where they were required to grasp the common characteristics of events, things, and phenomena, as also the enjoyment stage included under the "attitude" area, where they were required to participate in pleasant science activities. These findings indicate that science camp programs should be composed of manipulatory and creative activities as well as activities that aim at basic research and the understanding of concepts.

This study aims to figure out diversity and complexity of modern design by analysing surrealistic characters of Jaime Hayon and Marcel Wanders design, who are working actively in diverse design fields including graphic design, product design, and space design. First fundamental theories of surrealism was reviewed, and structure for analysis was made by studying characters of design representation derived by surrealistic concepts. And then design projects in the fields of furniture and product design, interior space design, and project design that were performed by two designers after the year 2000 were analysed. Two designers assume critical attitudes in mass production of functional design which is made by only machines, and they have something in common pursuing creative and imaginative design by making unique artistic elements by using modern technology. In this way, they create surrealistic fantasy in their design. On the other hand Jaime Hayon and Marcel Wanders show interesting differences in modes of expression. Hayon creates unique and organic forms and characters based on his creative imagination, and he enjoys to express boldness and amusement. Wanders shows sophisticated and elegant duality by dramatic balance between intricate patterns and minimal forms. Both designers have important influences in modern design as creative leaders always pursuing new things and representing complex tendency of modern society.
