  • In this paper, we propose matrix analysis methods for analyzing national R&D information creation. In order to analyze R&D information creation at national level, it is necessary to analyze whether information is created systematically for each technical category and for each information type. In this paper, ‘uniformity’and ‘concentration’criterions are proposed to check national R&D information creation and we provide formulas to measure the criterions. The criterions are applied to domestic information creation in information and communication domain to show the utilization of the proposed method.

  • To compare surface roughness in various porcelains and know effects of condensation, We used Ceramco dentin porcelain, Creation dentin porcelain, Creation margin porcelain, Vintage margin porcelain, Vintage dentin porcelain, and Vita dentin porcelain, and built up the powders with condensation or not, and then fired according to the instructions with porcelain furnace( Dekema, Germany ). We polished the samples step by step using the porcelain adjustment kit( Shofu Inc., Japan ), and then measured, compared and analysed Ra, Rz, and Rmax with Surftest SV-400( Mitutoyo Co., Japan ). 1. With condensation, roughness is significantly increased in Ceramco dentin porcelain (p<0.05) and decreased in Vita dentin porcelain(p<0.05). 2. In Ra, Vita dentin porcelain is significantly the roughest and Creation margin porcelain is rougher than others in no condensation, (p<0.05), and there is no difference under condensation. 3. In Rz, Vita dentin porcelain is significantly the roughest and Creation margin porcelain is rougher than others in no condensation, and Creation margin porcelain is significantly the roughest and Creation dentin porcelain is rougher than others under condensation(p<0.05). 4. In Rmax, Vintage dentin porcelain is significantly the roughest and Creation margin porcelain is rougher than others in no condensation, and Creation margin porcelain is significantly the roughest than others under condensation(p<0.05).

  • This paper investigates how firm age, size and ownership are related with job creation and destruction, and how these patterns differ across transition and non-transition economies. The analysis finds that age is inversely related with gross job creation and net job creation in the two samples. This finding is consistent with the theory of the learning effect. The relationship between age and job destruction is indifferent in non-transition economies. On the contrary, old firms in transition economies destroy more jobs than young ones. The paper further establishes an inverse relationship between size and gross job creation in the two groups. However, there is divergence between the two samples; small firms in non-transition economies also exhibit a higher gross job destruction rate. Consequently large firms have a higher net job creation rate. In transition economies, small and large firms exhibit similar rates of job destruction. But small firms retain a higher net job creation rate. A more intriguing finding is that state owned firms do not underperform domestic private ones. This means these countries may be using soft budget constraint which allows state owned firms to overstaff. Finally, crowding out of SMEs by foreign owned firms is not evident in transition economies.

  • It would be investigated how to take advantage of and structure color as form creation of modern architecture and tool of conception. Through this study, it was analyzed that color was introduced actively in the beginning stage of form creation as an image, as collection of data and analysis system, and as creation system of diagram. Also, it was used from the model making stage with experimental device, and was handling to experimental system of various materials and substances. Therefore, with the characteristics of color's originality, color was dealt to space creation system by tool from the process-oriented thought and had given the absolute value in form creation process. Meaning is that the color to be used as a tool in the planning contains a lot of possibilities and values in the architecture planning. Therefore the development of the system without initial planning of overall color scheme could affect the harmony and integration of the developed architecture. And the system could loose many vital concepts in the creation of the form. In execution of thinking process through the color, it'll be ensured that we can acquire the much better and more various result.

  • The characteristic of Web 2.0 is openness, participation, share, cooperation and creation. The purpose of this article was to identify learner based knowledge creation strategy through UCC in Web 2.0, to develop UCC by university students and to make systematic UCC process. This article suggested knowledge creation strategy with UCC learning Community of Practice(CoP). UCC was developed by 25 students who registered e-learning in "P" university and conducted interview with students and experts to analyze the contents which related with research questions. Systematic process for developing educational UCC was consisted of sectors such as idea creation, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Main developing process steps were as follows: making subject$\rightarrow$seeking information$\rightarrow$selecting data$\rightarrow$designing contents$\rightarrow$making story board$\rightarrow$planning of filming$\rightarrow$filming$\rightarrow$digitalizing$\rightarrow$editing$\rightarrow$reviewing final product$\rightarrow$implementing$\rightarrow$evaluating. For learner based knowledge creation through UCC, educational institutions have to provide platform for learners' need, and learners create diverse ideas with UCC CoP. This article suggested knowledge creation strategy with sharing collective intelligence through process of UCC design, development, implement and evaluation.

  • Considering how an organization is timely competitive for survival in the rapidly changing environment of today, it is more important to get new information and knowledge continuously by teams. However team system provides organization with opportunities and, at the same time, is provoked into conflict by the diversity of team members. This study examines the effect of team diversity on knowledge creation and investigates the influence of absorptive capacity and conflict as mediators. The sample population consisted of officials who work in teams at two business corporations that have successfully achieved knowledge creation. The result presents team diversity serves as an effective factor for absorptive capacity and absorptive capacity also serves as an effective factor for knowledge creation. In contrast, team diversity brings team members into conflict and conflict has a negative effect on knowledge creation. Another significant finding of this research is the fact that a positive effect of absorptive capacity on knowledge creation is greater than a negative effect of conflict on it. It clearly demonstrates that team diversity can be an important determinant of knowledge creation if an organization tries to reduce team member's conflict.

  • This study has incorporated the mechanics-dynamics-emotions (MDE) and two behavioral learning paths to investigate the customers' co-creation behavior in Taiwan. The intuitive path begins with a gamification design that reflects the customers' proactive and innovative behavior; the cognitive path begins with persuasion knowledge remarks based on rational and reactive reasoning. These two paths conclude what forms user co-creation. The study collects data of 505 active social media users in Taiwan and employs structural equation modeling. The empirical findings demonstrate persuasive knowledge and gamification design are significantly associated with self-reference, and in turn, positively associated with co-creation. It indicates that cognitive behavior plays the main role in forming co-creation. Participants are more drawn to co-creation behaviors by the marketing contents that prompt reactive behaviors than proactive ones. Therefore, marketing managers can use appropriate stimuli to enhance co-creation behavior. Companies can design activities related to users, and more accessible for reactive, instead of proactive behavior, i.e., asking for their initiatives. It also suggests that companies' marketing campaigns should involve key opinion leaders matching the product image and the target audience's preferences. The novelty of this study is to introduce a novel augmented MDE framework to extend the "dynamics" into the incubation and implementation stage.
