4차 산업혁명 시대 한국형 메이커 교육의 방향성 탐색 (Exploring the Direction of Korean Maker Education for Activating Maker's Movement in the 4th Industrial Revolution)

  • In the 4th industrial revolution, the maker movement is spreading around the world with the fusion of advanced technology with product manufacturing. Already in developed countries such as the US and Japan, the emphasis is on maker education that integrates education into traditional makers' movement. Through this, we are fostering young talents who will lead the fourth industrial revolution era. Domestic maker education is mainly performed in the maker space, and is limited to the IT field using Arduino and App-Inventor. Therefore, it has the limitation of fostering IT-oriented makers. Therefore, it is affecting the proliferation of the maker's movement because of the difficulty of participation of the general public. The purpose of this study was to understand the characteristics of maker 's movement and to suggest the direction of Korean maker education. In order to accomplish the purpose of research, we analyzed the case of convergent maker education at D Creation Economic Innovation Center, which combines IT and culture technology. We conducted a case study on maker education(VR production project, electronic publishing, beads craft, leather craft, IoT) which was held from July 8 to August 30, 2017 five times. We conducted interviews with five preliminary makers who participated in all the courses of the education, and five instructors who acted as professional makers with pre- developed questionnaires. The results of the study were derived by applying the Thematic Analysis method after opening the contents of the interview. Based on the results of the study, we could suggest characteristics of Korean makers and future direction of maker education.

수상레저기구 등록 시스템의 문제점과 개선 방안 (A Study on Problem and Improvements of Registration System in Water Leisure Crafts)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 신종 유망 산업인 해양레저산업 발전에 일조하고 있는 수상레저기구 등록 제도의 기원과 현황, 문제점을 분석하고, 개선 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 등록 제도의 기원과 변천 과정에 대해서는 2000년대 초반에 제정 시행되어온 "수상레저안전법"상의 수상레저기구 등록 대상, 등록 절차, 그와 관련된 개정 내용을 토대로 살펴보았고, 현황과 문제점에 대해서는 현재 전국 시 군 구청에서 사용 중인 수상레저기구 등록 시스템에서 제기된 문제점을 검토하여 도출된 시사점을 토대로 등록 시스템 운영 내역과 시스템과의 연계를 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수상레저기구 등록은 건수위주의 파악방식이라 운영자 및 수요자가 필요로 하는 다양한 정보를 제공하지 못하는 근본적인 한계를 갖고 있었다. 둘째, 등록시스템을 통해서 운영자의 의도에 따른 정보의 활용 및 재구성이 불가능 했다. 등록 시스템은 행정자치부의 자료 공유 기능이 없어 기초자치단체의 행정 업무가 원활하게 연계되지 못하고, 여타 전자정부 시스템과의 연계가 미흡한 실정이었다. 이와 같은 문제점들을 개선하기 위한 새로운 등록 정보 시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 단순한 등록업무와 관련된 파일처리나 자료관리 차원이 아닌, 수상레저기구 구매자에 대한 관리학습을 유도하고, 등록 이용자 및 수상안전 관리자에게 다양한 정보를 제공하는 전자정부 서비스가 되어야 한다.

조선 침구(鍼灸)의 지향에 대한 소고(小考) (A Study on the Mind of Joseon's Acupuncture and Moxibustion Technology)

  • Objectives : This paper looks at the history of East Asian acupuncture and moxibustion in the context of the general orientations of craft and art. It is understood that acupuncture and moxibustion was the ultimate integration of reason and craft in which text and experience mutually influenced each other throughout its development. In Joseon, the pursuit of integration between the body and the order of the Heaven and Earth was particularly prominent. Methods : As in the words of Zhunagzi(莊子), the state in which something that deeply touches the mind manifests in the hands has been understood as the ultimate state in modern and ancient art. Starting here, I examined the possibility that Korean acupuncture and art has evolved from such foundations step by step. Major acupuncture and moxibustion texts were examined historically, starting with "Shenyingjing(神應經)", leading to "Junggan-Shenyingjing (重刊神應經)", "Chimgu-Gyeongheombang(鍼灸經驗方)", "Chijongjinam(治腫指南)", "Chijongjinam-Joseonchambon治腫指南朝鮮?本", "Chimgutaegilpyeonjip(鍼灸擇日編集)", "Chimgu-Myeonggam(鍼灸明鑑)". Introductions and main contents of the texts were analyzed and presented appropriately. Results : East Asian acupuncture and moxibustion has developed based on the study of pathways that correspond to Shen, of the accordance and harmony between body and the order of Heaven and Earth together with theoretical refinement, technical development, and acceptance of new discoveries. In the perspective of craft, this was motivated by artistic passions such as '得於心 應於手' and '醫者意也'. In the case of refined acupuncture methods, due to their difficulty in education and transmission there has been some fluctuation. Conclusions : Korea, China, and Japan share a largely similar philosophical and cultural basis. Reason and craft, text and experience mutually influenced each other while the core of refined acupuncture was widely shared. However, a certain bifurcation point could be detected.

The Face of Traditional Cloth Tradition of Tuban Society, East Java, Indonesia

  • Tuban area in East Java, Indonesia, has a role as one of international ancient trading ports since 11th century. For that role, Tuban has accepted many foreign cultures that are brought by other nations, such as Tionghoa and Gujarat. The improvement of Tuban that involves international relationship clearly influences the forms of tradition and culture that is shown in Tuban nowadays. It is believed that from those tradition and cultures owned by people of Tuban, producing cloth is one of the oldest tradition maintained by the people. Those clothes, as one of traditional products, have unique identity that differ them to other regions. It is because the uniqueness of people's knowledge about cosmology concept, and skill owned by the people that passes through generations. This research explains the condition of traditional cloth tradition of Tuban society with fundamental ground data and explains elements that intervenes the tradition, and forms resulted from it.

Branch and Bound Algorithm for the Facility Layout Problem Without Shape Distortion

  • Given the flow matrix, plant size (rectangle shape) and department sizes, the algorithm in this paper provides the plant layout with rectilinear distance measure. To construct automated facility design, eigenvector approach is employed. A branch and bound computer code developed by Tillinghast is modified to find the feasible fits of departments without shape distortion (see [1])in the plant rectangle. The computational results compared with CRAFT are shown.

도자문화 교육의 활성화 방안 연구 (Study on the activation of ceramic culture education)

  • 문화란 라틴어의 cultura에서 파생한 culture를 번역한 말로 본래의 뜻은 경작이나 재배였는데, 나중에 교양 예술 등의 뜻을 가지게 되었다. 영국의 인류학자 E. B.타일러는 저서 ${\ll}$원시문화 Primitive Culture${\gg}$(1871)에서 문화란 "지식 신앙 예술 도덕 법률 관습 등 인간이 사회의 구성원으로서 획득한 능력 또는 습관의 총체"라고 정의를 내렸다. 그리고 문화란 인류에서만 볼 수 있는 사유, 행동의 양식 중에서 유전에 의하는 것이 아니라 학습에 의해서 소속하는 사회로부터 습득하고 전달받은 것 전체를 말한다. 따라서 활발한 문화의 보급은 왕성한 교육의 힘으로 가능하다 할 수 있다. 우리의 도자문화 역시 이러한 의미에서 교육의 중요성을 다시금 확인하고 재정비가 필요하다. 문화로 자리매김을 하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 교육의 힘이 크게 작용한다. 문화가 공급하는 자와 수요자와의 감정의 공유가 있어야 가능한 것임을 감안해 보더라도 수요자가 제대로 읽어내지 못한다면 문화의 형성은 불가능하기 때문이다. 본 연구는 이러한 관점에서 문화로서의 교육의 중요성을 실감하고 현재 우리나라에서 도자공예 교육의 실태와 그 활성화 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Korean elementary school facilities are a lot of changes since the mid-1990s. Creative learning ability to become more important. Interior space environment and the hardware changes needed improvement. In this study, depending on the teaching methods and curriculum characteristics to suggest design guidelines for a more effective lesson plan by changing the terran out. Open education free to enhance the development and creativity of the human spirit, the human, and realize the value of education is to increase the relevance of education for self-realization and social. Space for open educational practices through advanced layout is proposed. There is a need for the development of new school furniture for a variety of lay-out. It is important to develop a spatial variability in new school furniture.

전문가 집단 양성을 위한 프로게이머 발달 및 학습 모형 연구 (Research on Professional Groups through Learning of Professional Game Players)

  • `e-스포츠'에 대한 국가적인 관심증가는 경제적 효과와 동시에 사회적인 변화를 가져왔다. 또한 전문적으로 게임을 하는 집단인 '프로게이머'를 보유한 한국은 게임종주국으로서의 위상을 가지며 세계적인 관심 속에서 양적, 질적 성장을 거듭하고 있다. 이에 프로게이머를 사회적인 인적자원으로서 분류하고 체계적이고 이론적으로 정립할 필요성이 요구된다. 본 연구는 프로게이머들의 발달과 학습에 관한 이론적 모형을 제시하기 위하여 수행되었다. 모형은 수립은 근거이론 방법에 의한 자료분석에 의거하였다. 총 9명의 프로게이머 자료가 분석되었으며 3명의 전문가(감독, 컨설턴트)에 의해 모형 검증 및 수정의 단계를 거쳤다. 분석된 자료의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로게이머의 발달은 선형적 모형이 아닌 '단계(stage)'로 구분되는 형태를 나타낸다. 둘째, 'Enjoying', 'Struggling', 'Achieving', 'Slumping', 'Recovering'로 명명되어지는 각각의 단계는 학습방법과 동기적 측면, 교육과정, 동료와 상호작용 유형에 있어 고유한 속성을 가진다. 셋째, 기 명명된 5 단계는 유사한 속성에 따라 'Communicative Stage'와 'Practicing Stage'로 분류된다. Communicative Stage의 속성으로서 비구조화된 교육과정, 내재적 동기에 의한 학습형태, 수평적 관계에 의한 상호작용 형태가 나타났으며, Practicing Stage의 속성으로는 구조화된 교육과정, 외재적 동기에 의한 학습, 경쟁적, 수직적인 상호작용 유형이 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 Pedagogy와 Andragogy를 비교한 Knowles(1980)의 이론적 분류를 통하여 선수관리의 방향점을 제안한다. 즉, 게임 전문가 집단으로서 프로게이머의 관리는 첫째, 제시된 모형에 의거 선수들의 상황을 적절하게 분석하는 과정을 필요로 한다. 둘째, 분석된 발달단계에 따른 적합하고 구체적 관리방법이 적용되어야 한다. 셋째, 선수들의 단계이동을 도모하기 위해서는 지엽적 훈련과정보다는 모형에 입각한 총체적이고 체계적인 접근이 필요하다.

한국 근대 자수문화 연구 (A Study of Korean Culture of Embroidery Art in Modern Times)

  • This study examines the processes and characteristics of modern Korean embroidery art from the beginning of Korean modern times to 1945 which was the year of independence from Japan. An objective basis is presented by the analysis of articles and illustrations from the press and publications of the corresponding times. The significance of this study is to research the modern Korean embroidery art, which connected traditional times with modern Korean culture in order to investigate its identity. Due to Korea's modern embroidery art being started in the Japanese colonial times, there are some limits in it because of it being influenced by Western modern embroidery art and Japanese embroidery design. However, modern Korean embroidery art expanded from the private space to public space such as schools, open lectures and exhibitions. It has also accepted diverse foreign embroidery forms, which have been commercialized and accepted as art. The embroidery craft as commerce and art has given women the chance to achieve economic independence and to improve their social status. Modern Korean embroidery was art for the modern woman who had been educated in academic art, as well as a liberal art for wealthy housewives. It was the foundation of economic independence for poor rural women. It can be concluded that Modern Korean embroidery art has been accepted and developed by women in modern times.

  • Through this study, I explored a creation of the postmodern furniture aesthetics through the transformation by student's interpretation in experiencing the art/craft/handmade/studio furniture aesthetics in postmodernism theoretically for 'wood culture experience class' or 'wood love experience class' by the Korea Forest Service because the class tends to focus on making simple wood works involved just in the practical part. Qualitative conceptual analysis as the principal methodology was used to achieve the theoretical context in the experience programs. Following the lesson one on defining the postmodern aesthetics in New Design furniture as metaphor and the lesson two on interpreting an aesthetics of art and everyday life with the wood furniture which expresses the metaphorical and symbolical aesthetics appeared as New Design furniture in postmodernism in the previous papers, I developed lesson three on creating an object using eco-friendly materials like wood in transforming an aesthetics of postmodern furniture as the final stage of the study. Therefore, the students will be able to create a piece of eco-friendly wood furniture for our environment as metaphor transformed by his/her perspective regarding a piece of selected New Design furniture.
