  • Congenital bronchoesophageal fistula is a rare anomaly that can appear in adult life uncommonly. There was a largest review that include 100 cases in the literature. In our case, he was 48 years old male patient who admitted for chronic coughing and recurrent lobar pneumonia on the right lower lobe since 10 years old. We could confirmed the fistular preoperatively by barium swallow examination and performed division of the fistula. The patient’s postoperative course was unremarkable. According Braimbridge’s classification, it was belonged to the type II.

  • Congenital esophageal atresia without tracheoesophageal fistula which called isolated esophageal atresia is a very rare entity and the neonate classified as category C by Waterston`s classification has high mortality rate. We experienced a case of isolated esophageal atresia. This patient was a male with 1,750gm in body weight and had been suffered from bilateral pneumonia. The patient was managed with staged operation. Feeding gastrostomy was made as the first intervention and delayed primary anastomosis was performed 3 months later. The postoperative course was uneventful and he was discharged on the 22nd postoperative day.

  • For any category with a distinguished collection of sequences, such as n-exangulated category, category of N-complexes and category of precomplexes, we consider its Grothendieck group and similar results of Bergh-Thaule for n-angulated categories [1] are proven. A classification result of dense complete subcategories is given and we give a formal definition of K-groups for these categories following Grayson's algebraic approach of K-theory for exact categories [4].

한국 4년제 치위생학과의 교육과정 (4-year Course Curriculum of Dental Hygiene in Korea)

  • Education should consider the social consensus that changes according to the times and the social environment, and it is also necessary to consider the technically useful subjects. We collected and reported the 4-year course curriculum of dental hygiene when Korean dental hygiene education has continued over 50 years. Each 4-year course curriculum was collected by searching each university website, or requested by email. The curriculum of 23 among 27 schools was collected. According to the classification of dental hygiene in the dental hygienist national examination classification or the Korean society of dental hygiene science, the subjects of the course were divided into clinical dental hygiene, clinical dental treatment support, basic dental hygiene, social and educational dental hygiene, and collected 23 curriculum courses. The average major curriculum was 104.9 credits and the average number of subjects in major courses was 34.3. The average subjects' number of clinical dental hygienic courses was 33.9 (37.5% of the total major credits), clinical dental treatment support was 30.6 (30.2% of the total major credits), basic dental hygiene was 21.8 (20.8% of the total major credits), and social and educational dental hygiene courses was 13.6 (13.0% of total major credits). Integrated subjects' name in clinical dental hygiene was used in all schools of the survey, such as clinical dental hygiene education (and practice), comprehensive dental hygiene education, and integrated dental hygiene. There were 13 schools (56.5%) that use the integrated name in clinical dental treatment support, such as clinical dentistry. There were 14 schools (60.9%) to open dental clinic management, and 22 schools (95.7%) to open national health insurance claims. The basic dental hygiene curriculum maintained the title of each subject and social and educational dental hygiene education was established in most schools, such as community dental health, oral health statistics, and oral health education. Other subjects were English conversation in dental clinic (8 schools) education, clinical dental treatment support, basic science in dental hygiene, social and educational dental hygiene. We knew the clinical dental hygiene and clinical dental treatment support were changing into the integrated subjects, and most schools run dental hygiene research.

  • For the purpose of integrating nursing diagnosis into the nursing curriculum, a descriptive survey research was done using the inductive method with questionnaires and a literature review. Research subjects included nurse educators, textbooks of adult nursing published in Korea, and the course outline for adult nursing used in one college of nursing. The Results show that there was common agreement on 39 nursing diagnosis which should be in cluded in the adult nursing curriculum, textbooks of adult nursing, and patient care on the medical-surgical units. The two existing nursing diagnosis classification systems(NANDA and Gordon's Human Response Patterns) show different basic frameworks and difficulties were discovered in integration of nursing diagnosis into the curriculum. To develop a conceptual framework for a nursing diagnosis classification system, diagnosis were classified into three categories ; health promotion, high risk problem, and actual problem on the basis of the framework used in adult nursing textbooks and Gordon's 11 Functional Health Patterns. Subconcepts for actual problems were classified as ; activity and rest, nutrition and elimination, perception and coordination, stress and coping. Progress in this study supports further development of a conceptual framework of nursing based on a nursing diagnosis classification system, from which improvement in nursing education and clinical practice can be expected.

  • High resolution panchromatic satellite images collected by sensors such as IRS-1C/D and KOMPSAT-1 have a spatial resolution of approximately 6 ${\times}$ 6 ㎡, making them very attractive for urban applications. However, the spectral information present in these images is very limited. In order to overcome this limitation, an object-oriented classification approach is used to identify basic land cover types in urban areas. Before an image can be classified it is segmented at different aggregation levels using a multiresolution segmentation approach. In the course of this segmentation various statistical as well as topological information is collected for each segment. Based on this information it is possible to classify image objects and to arrive at much better results than by looking only at single pixels. Using an image recorded by KOMPSAT-1 over the City of Vienna a land cover classification was carried out for two areas. One was used to set up the rules for the different land cover types. The second subset was classified based on these rules, only adjusting some of the functions governing the classification process.

  • 최근 통신 및 센서 기술의 발달로 인해 초연결 시대로 접어들고 있다. 특히, 정보통신기술이 다른 분야의 산업과 융합하면서 사물인터넷, 빅데이터, 클라우드와 같은 새로운 산업분야들이 등장하고 있다. 이러한 산업들은 소프트웨어에 대한 비중이 높은 산업으로 이에 따라 소프트웨어 인력에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 하지만 대학 교육 과정은 이러한 변화에 적극적인 대응이 부족하고 전통적인 교육과정에서 벗어나지 못해 산업 수요와의 미스매치가 발생하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 4년제 대학의 소프트웨어 교과목을 조사하고 기업 관점에서의 대학의 소프트웨어 과정에 대한 인식을 조사하고자 한다. 또한, 대학과 기업 간의 소프트웨어 교육 과정에 대한 중요도 분석으로 대학의 교과 과정 현장 적합도를 도출하고자 한다. 최종적으로 현장에 적합한 소프트웨어 교육 과정 모델 설계 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

자석검지기를 이용한 차종인식 알고리즘개발 (Development of Vehicle Classification Algorithm Using Magnetometer Detector)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 최근에 개발 중에 있는 단일 자석검지기를 이용한 차종인식 알고리즘을 개발하고, 현장실험을 통한 현장 적용성을 검토하는 것이다. 고속도로에 설치되어 이는 자석검지기를 이용하여 자료를 수집하며 분석에 이용되는 자료는 개별차량에 대하여 자속밀도의 변화에 따른 전압 값을 Digital Data값으로 변환한 수치를 사용하였다. 그 수치를 토대로 각 차량의 점유시간을 파악하여 각 차량의 점유시간동안 파형의 특징을 추출하여 각 특징들을 기초로 하여 각 차량이 나타내는 고유의 파형을 식별하는 Template Matching 방법과 신경망기법, 그리고 이들을 상호 보완한 복합기법을 사용하였다. 검지차량에 따른 다양한 점유시간을 일정크기로 수평성분 정규화하고 이에 따른 자속속밀도의 변화에 의한 전압 값을 차종별로 샘플을 취하여 이동평균방법으로 처리를 한 후 위의 세 가지 기법을 사용하여 검지차량의 파형과 기준 파형을 비교하여 차종을 인식하는 방법으로 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 차종의 분류는 3가지 단계로 하였는데 2종분류, 3종분류, 5종분류로 접근하였다. 그리고 각각의 분류에 따라 정규화 크기 및 이동평균간격을 달리하여 적용하여 보았고 2종분류에서 인식율이 82%수준이다.

컨텍스트 기반의 웹 애플리케이션 설계 방법론 (Context-based Web Application Design)

  • 웹 기능의 향상과 웹 관련 기술의 발전, 레거시 시스템과의 통합 필요성 증대, 자주 변하는 웹 콘텐츠와 구조 등으로 인하여 웹 애플리케이션을 개발하고 관리하는 일이 과거보다 훨씬 더 복잡하게 되었다. 그러나 이러한 다양한 요인들을 고려하는 포괄적인 웹 애플리케이션 설계 방법론은 아직 존재하지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 요인들을 고려한 컨텍스트 기반의 웹 애플리케이션 설계 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법론에서는 웹 정보를 전달하는 메커니즘에 따라 구분되는 9 종류의 웹 페이지 형태와 웹 페이지 간의 다양한 의미 관계를 정의하는 7 종류의 링크 형태 및 설계 과정 중에 사용되는 여러 종류의 컴포넌트 역할을 구별하는 소프트웨어 컴포넌트 형태 등 다양한 종류의 모델링 기법들을 소개하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 이 방법론은 '콤펜디엄(compendium)' 이라 불리는 일단의 관련된 정보 클러스터들로 이루어진 독창적인 웹 애플리케이션 모델을 사용하고 있다. 하나의 콤펜디엄은 주제(theme), 컨텍스트 페이지, 링크 및 컴포넌트로 구성된다. 이러한 접근 방법은 모듈 방식의 설계에 유용할 뿐만 아니라 항상 변하는 웹 애플리케이션의 콘텐츠와 구조를 관리하는데도 도움이 된다. 본 연구에서 제시한 방법론은 의미적으로 응집력이 있고 구문적으로 느슨히 결합된 유연한 웹 디자인 산출물을 생성하는데 도움이 될 것이다.
